Got two Stromboli, thinking that would be enough for two. Nope, was enough for six, maybe eight. On top of that, the flavor was excellent. One of the better Stromboli I have had. I recommend Sardo's highly.

Got a call after placing my order about if I wanted to upgrade (for free) my sub to a loaded sub. Now that's customer service. Have ordered from there twice before and the food has always been great. The shrimp dinner is highly recommended.

Sardos extra cheese is one of the best pizza spots in Syracuse and especially Onondaga Hill. The char-grilled wings with golden fever or classic medium sauce are winners everytime. The haddock and seafood on Fridays is an excellent lunch or dinner option! A large one topping with wings will make your co-workers friends and families day! Don't forget to pick a soda or 2 liter of something fresh! Side salads and garlic knots are great too!

We love Sardos but only order from them for delivery occasionally. When I call they usually do a great job on the phone, but I have to say, the person who took my order was above and beyond. Ashley was available to help right away as we walked in. Even with a mask the smell was UNBELIEVABLE! I COULDNT WAIT TO TRY THE PIE! This was FIRE!!! FLAVOR WAS ON POINT! And the slices were HUGE! I got a slice of pepperoni as well as a cheese, and lemme tell you, AMAZING. Definitely check out the cheese cake as well. Over this place was a win...

What I liked best about this pizza shop is that they specialize in the "New York" style pizza, which is hand spun and cooked on a brick. Thinner than pan pizza and far less greasy. Every slice ive ate had a golden brown crust. I used to work at a pizza shop when I was young and I realize how tough it is to make a great pie. Sardos consistently has great tasting pizza. The dough has that "fresh" taste to it. I suppose only the true pizza lovers, like myself know exaxtly what i mean, and the crust is always a delight. The guys that work in the daytime when I come in for lunch are always quite friendly. At times when I'm having a crappy day, they listen to me vent, kinda like bartenders!! But ya, to sum it up, I always feel like I've gotten more than my money's worth there. Oh, and the wings-- OUTSTANDING!! I highly recommend Sardo's Pizza....

I had the most amazing pizza here. Sausage, ricotta, spinach, olives, pesto, fresh tomatoes... it was fantastic! The staff is always friendly when I come in. It is the only pizza I will eat when I am in the area. Love it!

The food is excellent. However, they really need to warn people that the Spicy Italian pizza is way hotter than you expect. Like paying for it the next day hot. It was delicious, but we did not expect it to be so spicy. My wife and daughter could only handle one piece. They were disappointed that they did not get to really enjoy pizza night, but that was not due to the quality of the food. Only the unexpected level of hotness.

Had a great calzone delivered, and y'all didn't disappoint! Loaded with cheeses and meatballs, and it was still hot! Gorgeous crust, too

Ordered Large pepperoni pizza & 20 BBQ boneless chicken. The Cashier greeted me and was friendly, restaurant was clean had tv multiple tables to eat. Had a restroom which was a convenience to wash my hands. Dough sauce and cheese was delicious with big slices. Chicken was fresh with a good amount of BBQ sauce on it the way I like it. I will definitely go back to eat again. There is deserts,drinks and other items on menu I would like to try soon also.. found out Wednesday's you get discounts so maybe I'll go back on a Wednesday ")

Honestly I never write reviews but it just occurred to me that I’ve been ordering from Sardo’s almost monthly for like 4 years… Literally the best pizza around. The crust is actually flavorful, which is so different from every other place around here I feel like. I ordered the cheese garlic bread this time because I was feeling extra fat and let me tell ya, it doesn’t disappoint. It’s indescribably delicious. 10/10, would recommend.

The food is good on some days, great on others. I like the food and the service. The place is clean and decent customer service. I'm picky about where and what I eat. I have eaten at Sardo's about 8 times and have never gotten sick. I don't eat out much or at too many different restaurants. Price Chopper and Sardo's are about the only places I eat at. Sardo's is good. Give them a try and tell them Ron sent you!

I used to live at 107 Randall Ave I used to order the Sheet pizza half sausage and half pepperoni with mushrooms all over it. I ordered the Wings to go with it and they were the most cleaned wings ever the had barbecue, Sweat honey and very mild mild hot and extra hot. I used to order the seat honey barbecue for my kids 3and under and extra hot for me and my husband they were the best extra hot wings I have ever tasted then they were bought buy someone else who did not have the recipe for the pizza and wings. 😵But they past was excellent I wish you can cook like that again😋

Had the pepperoni pizza & broccoli. It was very tasty and well priced. I would recommend for lunch if you are in the area! There is parking and plenty of seating.

Finally found a shop that has Gluten free pizza! I've ordered it twice so far and the recipe is nice. Dough isn't grainy like some others. Wish they had anchovies & offered larger sizes. Wings are awesome. If you like spice skip mild, they have no flavor at all.

Waited 40 min.to recieved food order. I asked for a fish sandwich. They gave me a fish dinner with fry and coleslaw. Gave me blue cheese instead of tartar sauce. I wasn't HAPPY.

Tried the Onondaga Hill location a bunch of times. Food is pricey for what it is. They mess up the order about 50% of the time. Makes it seem like they just don’t care about their customers.

Neither liked nor disliked. The woman who worked the counter seemed hyperactive. So much so I had asked for 2 different slices of pizza but got the same. The tables had not been cleaned. The pizza I did have was tasty. I will give them another chance nut I will definitely order something else and see if they get it right.

Wednesday is a great day for inexpensive pizza. Unfortunately, Sardos does not make great pizza. The flavor is extremely mild. The cheese is often burnt. It would be wonderful if their sauce was seasoned better. It's ok pizza for a cheap price on a Wednesday otherwise I wouldn't recommend it.

The pizza itself was really good, however we did find a match stick in the middle of the pizza which was pretty odd. We’re pretty sure it was a one off, but still really weird to find!

Ordered delivery and food got to me cold and toppings all on one side of pizza . Wings tasted good ,but not hot as expected.

The pizza is normally good for a slice at lunch, but delivery someone dropped the ball. We tried getting it back up since it was cold on delivery and it didn't help. I'm not sure if we'll use them again

Have noticed a decline lately....in food and delivery. Tonite, home from trip, ordered pizza and wings. Waited 45 mins (live qithin neighborhood) to have food on cold side. Plus pizza a bit burnt and wings, we ordered char broiled but these were beyond. So disappointed! There was a time there would have been no question on order arrival and food solid. Very sad. Will think twice before ordering again.

Within 15 minutes or less of two-hour delivery time . Onion rings were a soggy barely warm mess . Pizza was a good warm to the touch.

I would give 2 and half stars. They were friendly and timely with my Togo order. Pizza was greasy and bland. Garlic knots were way to big, resulting in more doughy flavor than anything else. Wings were good.

Bought my last pizza there. Last time we got pizza and wings there they were so hard couldn't eat them. So figured they were just busy and they got over cooked because they were always good. Ordered pizza and wings today and when I got there had to wait an extra 20 minutes because they said pizza got burnt. Got home and tried eating wings and they were dry and burnt again. Only giving 2 stars because the pizza was good.

I used to love this place but not after tonight. A few months ago I got Pizza and Wings and the Pizza was burnt. Thought I'd give them another try tonight and ordered Pizza and Wings as usual. When I got there they told me they were out of Wing but substituted boneless Wings. I've had the boneless before and said it was ok since they used to be great. Boy was I wrong looks like they were refried, they were burnt and terrible. I hope I can find a way to post the pics.

The only positive thing I can say is the food arrived on time (1 hour wait). Sardos charges outrageous prices for sub par food. I received my salad with brown, wilted lettuce. Their tiny 8" subs are $9 each and barely contain any meat and very tiny chicken tenders all for $60!! Shame on you

On more than one occasion they have either forgotten parts of my order or just messed it up. Tonight I ordered garlic parmesan boneless wings and mild chicken tenders, when it arrived tonight I got plain wings and plain tenders.... never again sardos....

I came in with my kid on the 26th around 6PM to grab a few slices warmed up to go. My total was $13.50 for 2 slices white garlic and 2 slices of Buffalo chicken. After 6 or 7 mins, I could smell the slices burning, and the young man with curly hair was nowhere to be found. I looked into the kitchen and saw him eating food while preparing food for another customer, and without any gloves on. He then used a white work towel and wiped his face and nose. He put the towel back on the same metal counter as he was preparing food. He did not wash his hands. He came out, and I asked him to wash his hands before handling my food after wiping his nose. I said, "That's how you get people sick." He rolled his eyes and went out back to wash his hands. The slices were more than burnt, and I asked for my money back. I left the $1.50 tip in the tip jar even though I left without food that night. I will say this, before this night, I used to order an XL white garlic pizza at least once a month. The crust was on point and had the perfect amount of garlic and cheese. I don't think I'll be returning soon, I'm disappointed in the lack of training in regard to proper food handling and safety practices.

$60+ for 2 large pizzas is wild. What's even Wilder is that these people aren't consistent with their pizza making. They forgot my onions and peppers one time. Next time I called to order I told them make sure they were on there..they deliberately put big uncooked peppers and onions on top after the pizza was cooked. They don't have great listening skills because I told them I wanted ranch about 4 times and they still sent bleu cheese.. also they put it in the pizza box and it was as hot as the pizza. Who wants hot ranch or Bleu cheese..one time I ordered a large pizza and they sent me a small I paid for the large. So I called to tell them and we agreed next time I call to order a large is on them, well I called and they then tell me it's not a free large pizza it's $5 off... I had to cut my losses on that because the girl on the phone wasn't understanding my issue(young one of course) .I'd like to talk to the owner and let him know how things are going at his place of business..

One bad apple spoils the bunch. I am unable to order for delivery service of their food due to some other tenant in the apartment complex not giving sufficient driving directions to a delivery driver and from that Sardos will not deliver to the apartment complex anymore. Then when I said I'll order it from Grubhub she said that they wouldnt deliver it because they were told not to come here to the apartment complex. I thought Grubhub was their own delivery service brand. I guess GPS is not their friend.

Burnt pizza yum everyone likes that. As far as calling the restaurant, nope your cooks saw it was burned and still boxed it up. Who does that? A restaurant that does not care. No second chances good luck!

Walked in and placed an order for 2 pizzas and 20 wings.Only 1 girl at the counter answering phones and waiting on people.She told me the total was $62.30.I paid cash and she told me 20 minutes.Walked back in at 30 minutes waited 5 minutes for to recognize I was waiting.She checked on my ordered and stated it would be a few more minutes.I waited 10 more minutes and asked 1 of the 3 people working in the kitchen where my order was, he said pizzas will be done in 5 minutes and wings in 10.I said forgot it, I was told 20 minutes and end up being almost an hour.I requested a refund and the manager said it would go right back on my card.I said I paid cash.I was refunded the $62.30 cash.This place needs major organization skills and the cussing and personal matter talk in the kitchen could be heard in the dining area.First time I tried to order here, but never again!!

Used to go here during high school and college but now they're food is trash uncooked wings and pizza, this isnt the 1st time either I've ordered food from them about 4 times last year and each time tried to give them a chance and it's just gotten worse and worse it's great if you want to lose weight because you'll definitely get sick

When you order for pizza for the hill it goes out to Cicero. It took two hours for our order to be fixed and delivered I'm not happy. We won't be going back or ordering from this place again.

Once it was my favorite place to go now it's just bad. They must have lost there chief or changed to cheap ingredients. The cheese pizza they made was so bad and it tasted nothing like it used to, the mushroom pizza I ordered instead of using fresh mushrooms they now use cheap canned muchrooms disgusting... The 40 wings we ordered had no BBQ sauce on them half had nothing on them. The pizza and wings were lukewarm and not fresh at all. Will not be going back any time soon let me know when they become good again...

So twice now I've ordered, by phone, the baked potato pizza from the Onondaga location and upon arrival at the shop I've been told sorry, we're out of potatoes. I live in Marcellus, it's a twenty minute drive (I love this particular pizza, so it's worth it) so now I get to change my order at the store and wait twenty minutes for them to cook the new order. When all it would have taken is a phone call to let me know so that I could change my order before I left the house. The back of the house needs to learn to communicate to the front of the house so that these mistakes don't happen....and I just sat down to eat and they screwed up my fried mushrooms (gave me fried cauliflower instead). Get your sh!t together Onondaga location.

I was hoping but I knew I was in trouble after taking a first bite of frozen broccoli and canned oversized mushrooms. What was supposed to be a vegetarian pizza proved to be a frozen vegetable delight, soggy dough due to defrosting ingredients, and undercooked pizza. Even when asked to cook the pizza again, no improvement. What a waste of twenty dollars! Does the company have no shame or pride to serve such a inedible garbage!!

The food is nothing special, very cheap and crappy pizza at best. They do well with their fish dinners and thats it. But what gives it the 1 star is the service. I've never had a good phone call with them. They always mess up the order somehow and are rude. Always seem like they're in a hurry to get out of there. I've had them tell me to not call past 9 15 because they're closing at 10. Any other pizzeria would take that business. That's 45 minutes of time! I keep ordering because they're the only people that deliver to me. Last time I got an order we had to ask about our other dinner. The driver just dropped the bag on the ground and was on their phone when I was signing the credit card slip. The other dinner was in the bag and he didn't realize. This place truly is the worse but if you're looking to order from a place after you've bad too much to drink and until McDonald's delivers this is your pizzeria.

My finace and I used to eat here all the time and it was always amazing. However we've ordered from here about 3 times in the past 7 months and each time the pizza get worse and worse. Its extremely greasy and I gagged because of how disgusting it is now. We've given them chances and gave them feedback. Its sad we officially wont be eating anything from them at all. My stomach is hurting and I just ate a slice of pizza from there about 15 mins ago.

As a local guide from out of the area and experienced food enthusiast, I don’t normally give out 1 stars. I am usually fair and give both pros and cons. I sincerely cannot give any pros to Sardos. I apologize in advance but I think the public deserves to know my experience. I ordered the chicken parm. It was a chicken patty, ziti, sauce and appeared to be like Kraft American cheese slices melted on top. Actually, it looked pretty good, until I tried it. It was cold. Prepared in 15 minutes, tells a lot. The taste was odd. Very odd. Metallic, chemical taste, in all honesty. I had a hard time getting it down. The taste stuck in my mouth for quite some time. Later on I was incredibly thirsty, and didn’t understand it because I really didn’t eat the meal. I didn’t eat after it, I immediately lost my appetite. I wouldn’t recommend Sardos. Maybe this was just a fluke thing but I personally will not return. I would warn people to not go there. This is a wake up call for the business owner and staff, who are really nice people by the way. But they need to step it up. I hope this helps!

They are always rude when you call to place an order. They some times deliver to Nedrow & other times won't. Gemelli's pizza shop is further up the hill & will always deliver to Nedrow & are always polite.

This place is a joke. I had an amazing sub that my husband brought home a couple years ago, and a few months later we decided to order again and have it delivered. They said 45 minutes, and after an hour and 15 i called and they said it was on its way. 2 hours after i ordered the food, still no food. I called back and she said they never even made it and it wasnt on its way, and asked if we still wanted it. We had paid already with a credit card but i asked for a refund. Due to my idiocy, we tried again a year later. They said 45 minutes, and we paid over the phone with a credit card. After waiting an hour, i got nervous that the same thing would happen again and I called. She said "it hasnt left yet, we are busy, it will get there eventually' i said okay. An hour and a half after ordering my food (eggplant parm sub and 10 chicken wings, so challenging to make) they call and say "do you still want your food?" I said yes and she said it's on its way. 2 hours later, still no food. Not to mention, she didn't offer a refund or apology or anything. If the food arrives, i will still tip the driver because who knows whose fault it is, but what an absolute disgrace to customer service. Never again. Don't even want to call for a refund, not worth the stress of dealing with such inconsiderate customer service. Amazing that this place is in business... I ended up calling for a refund, i said i cant believe you're still in business. She said "we're not a bad business, we're just really busy". The have an attitude that it's never their fault, and they don't even fake an apology. Absolutely pathetic. (Side note: food came and it was obviously cold, they have good food so it's unfortunate)

The food that I had delivered was not the food that I ordered. I spent $30 on food to not have anything made correctly. Then I was told it was my fault and I needed to be more specific when placing my order. No one offered to have my food remade or give me a refund. I will not be eating here again!

We have used Sardos since they have come to Onondaga Hill. Last night our order may have been the final straw. When you pay $10. For 10 wings wouldn't you expect to get 10 wings? Nope only 8. The large antipasto was beyond. The meat was ripped by hand in huge chunks same with the cheese. A preschooler could have made a better presentation. And having to wait like over an hour for delivery we have driven there to pick up. Pie Guys my new go to! Food is well worth the cost and the extra miles.

My fault for being lazy and not wanting to cook. I have had the pizza and wings before but I thought we would try again. Wings are so dry and the pizza is just not good. The crust is too doughy and seems like it’s frozen pre made, sauce taste like it’s from a can and the cheese isn’t high quality. I am so disappointed we don’t have good quality pizza on the south side. Customer service is great and the pricing is accurate for the going rates.

Felt sick after eating the pizza here. Also, the African cashier seemed to only be friendly to certain customers. That's unacceptable because we are all paying. So it doesn't matter if you are a long time or first time customer. Or what you look like. Treat everyone fairly and with a cheerful/ friendly greeting. I got home with non-char grilled wings, only one blue cheese, and all but two of the wings were flats. I also got what looks like a wing still attached to part of the chicken. It’s dry and I’m not driving back there to complain. I’m done with this place. I live on Onondaga Hill and I’d rather drive to OIP.
