The staff was incredibly friendly, the pizza was the best I’ve had in NY (and I’ve lived here my entire life) 10/10 would recommend! I’m forever getting food from there in the future.

I was very impressed by the employees and their patience with the customers. Mike helped me tonight and was extremely calm and patient with a child that was in distress while ordering. There was also a woman at the end of the line with a big smile and kind attitude. The servers were very pleasant!

I've personally gone to Sbarros at Destiny for as long as I can remember. Each and every time, without failure I've had great food at a good price. I've brought numerous people with me, trying to convince them how good it is, of course they think I'm over exaggerating. But when we get there and sit down, it's always above and beyond.

Hands down the best pizza in America. The ‘Barro can do no wrong and is a constant reminder of how delicious freedom can be. I would defend this establishment with my very life and deliver justice to those who would do it harm.

We all enjoy their pizza very much. In fact my daughter could have made them a very good comerchial a few years ago. She stood there crying her eyes out awaiting for her pizza to get made. He could not make it fast enough fore her. Now if that don't tell you how good they are. Thain what does?

Just had Sbarro Pizza for first time, they didn't have the pepperoni pizza ready yet but within 10 minutes they had it out and ready to serve QUICK service maybe at most a 2-3 minute wait time, Polite staff AMAZING Pizza and they know what it means to be punctual with fast food service HIGHLY RECOMMENDED HERE one slice of pizza and a regular soda which is pretty big for $6.78 is an incredible cheap price the pizza was as big as a paper plate which makes the price worth it. I WILL DEFINITELY BE A RETURNING CUSTOMER TO THIS PLACE

Ordered 14 inch pizza, looks like 12 inch. $21. The crust was so thin and soft that you could not hold in hand. If I compare with dominos $5.99 with extra cheese is much better.

There was beard hair on my food. Absolutely disgusting and ruined the entire experience. When notified, the staff gave no apologies and seemed somewhat annoyed, however they did end up giving me another slice. Judging by the way the two girls at the front spoke, this is a reoccurring experience and yet they have done nothing to prevent it.

Rude gentlemen at the serving line, pretty sarcastic. I apologize for asking questions but it was my first time eating here, never again though. I got the stromboli with the ziti. The stromboli itself was good but the pasta was atrocious and it didn't help that the server was playing with it moments before out of boredom. The ziti was soupy and liquidy, zero flavor what so ever.

Pizza didn't look good (size, over bubbled crust, pie cuts are uneven)... Ive only ordered here twice and its never been great. Okay and bad for me but you may have a different experience.

Purchased Under Andrea Vaughn Door Dash order today 10/30. She ordered numerous items and she only received the Stromboli. She called the location and asked where the other parts of the order was and she was told they don’t know what to tell her and they don’t make pasta salad but yet it was on their menu. This is not how you do business. When you wanna keep a customer and know your team did something wrong you make it right. Not to mention door dash is only willing to give her an $8 refund when she spent close to $40 on this order. Poor customer service.

If I could've, I would have rate negative. Was given cold pizza. When gone back and told to warm up, she instead of saying sorry told me I was rude. Worse customer service.

The girl name Lulu , Sunday at 5:45pm , along with other guys was yelling and screaming like crazy , I asked for food twice, she was not even paying attention to what I was asking …. She was continuing acting crazy and literally talking so loud that I asked her to stop yelling . Disgusting behavior!!!!

Then comes back to the phone to say nicely that she won't be able to do that. I let her know that I heard her complaining loudly while waiting for her to come back. Asked for the manager and she said she was the assistant manager. Not someone I'd like running my business...
