My friend and I go here every single week! We are obsessed with their frozen yogurt, plus the owner is superrr nice and hospitable. Definitely recommend this place for their frozen yogurt and food!

Nothing beats the summer heat like a walk through the Westcott neighborhood to Yeti. Staff is awesome. Food is delicious, and the ice cream and frozen yogurt are delectable.

Environment and friendliness is really great. The frozen yogurt and toppings are all self serve and there is complimentary coffee with any purchase. The location is good. We just parked on the side of the road right in front of the entrance. The place feels alive with family energy and history. If you want to get food, desserts, icecream and/ or fozen yogurt then go with this place

This place is great. The food I've had has been great, the frozen yogurt/sorbet is awesome and no other place around has it. On top of that, the guy who runs it is really nice. He saw my daughter admiring the balloon that he had on his sign and he came out of the shop to give her one. She played with it all the rest of the day.

Got the lunch combo- half pasta (chicken) and half panini (veggie). Both were yum and were good portion sizes. Friendly and helpful owner too!

This place is fantastic. All of the froyo flavors are delicious and the selection of toppings is better than I've seen everywhere. The smoothies taste fresh and natural. The donuts are far better than novelty donuts I've had at other established donut shops. The employees that work there are always super friendly and from interacting with the owner you can tell that he really cares about the place and quality. Will miss this place when I move from Syracuse soon.

Fantastic, attentive, and warm service! When I walked in for the first time, I was given the full ‘tour’/rundown and encouraged to ask questions if confused and take my time. The atmosphere was comfortable and clean. The caprese panini was delicious and flavorful, and I was told the froyo topping choices are impacted by requests.

Just had a fabulous lunch with a friend at Yeti’s on Westcott St. Personally met the owner who actually sat with us and Tom the chef was working diligently in the kitchen. The chicken/pesto panini was delicious and the homemade tomato mushroom soup was fantastic! Will definitely be back and will bring more friends!!!! Highly recommend this place!

Truly a hidden gem. In a city oversaturated with "concept" restaurants, Tom has successfuly created a place that just serves damn good food. My fiancee explained it perfectly when she said "every time I leave here I just feel happy." Welcoming atmosphere, good dessert, and the only authentic clam chowder in Syracuse. Keep killing it guys.

Just Donuts has coupled some of the most inventive and delicious ideas with knowledgeable and attentive staff. And, being completely transparent, I learned of them by picking up a donation for a fundraiser for a friend. The morning after the fundraiser I went and grabbed donuts for the family, and they were a hit at home as well. I highly recommend the banana donuts.

Not only was the owner cordial, professional and extremely friendly, he went out of his way to make sure my kids and I had the absolute best experience, even in the short time we were there waiting for our order. Prompt, excellent service and of course the food was absolutely outstanding!! Will be back again soon. This is now my new favorite little spot in Cuse. I have two young children and they and I felt the vibe of the place as soon as we walked in the door. Loved every moment and every morsel. Everything is homemade including the salad dressing (amazzzing) and the chicken tenders the kids had. Can taste the love and craftsmanship in every bite! Amazing through and through. We got ice cream and they had dole whip so I was ecstatic! Super fun froyo joint where we could build our own ice cream bowls with tons of toppings. My 7 year old was in heaven.

Oh man, I needed soup bad today! We came by tonight and grabbed a family sized broccoli cheddar soup and it’s out of this world! My partner also got the Johnny Cash panini and now I wish *I* had ordered one too. Very friendly service as well. We will definitely be coming more often. Went here for the first time tonight with my mom and sisters. I wish I could give this place more than five stars! We had the most delicious meal (the BEST gluten-free sandwich bread I’ve ever had!). We all loved what we ordered — from the soup flight to the paninis and fresh salads. Everything was so fresh and flavorful. On top of that, the owner is the friendliest, kindest man and was genuinely happy we found the place and decided to dine in. The young woman working was also incredibly warm and helpful. Highly recommend!

Visited Yeti Frozen Yogurt and Cafe on Father's Day, and it was an absolute delight! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome by the young woman at the register, the chef/who I believe was the owner. Their hospitality was exceptional, making us feel right at home. The young women taking our order kindly informed us about the daily specials and items that were out of stock, ensuring we had all the info to make our choices. The food was incredibly fresh and bursting with flavor—truly fantastic! We couldn’t resist staying for dessert, and the Raspberry Vanilla Dole Whip twist was a highlight, perfectly creamy and delicious. The entire experience was so memorable that we’re already planning our next visit and debating what to try next. Yeti is a gem, and we’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend!

My parents and I stopped here since we love frozen yogurt, and it went above and beyond our expectations!! The fro-yo was excellent, but the real star was the friendly customer service and their other food. We got the caprese sandwich, pesto chicken sandwich and the Greek salad, and it was absolutely delicious!!! They also welcomed our dog by giving him some treats, and as we got the fro yo we got him a Pup Cup, and he devoured it. Definitely will be coming back!!!

Tomato soup with mushrooms and spices (not overpowering) is amazing! We also loved the Thanksgiving turkey and tuna melt pannini's were very tasty. We had cookies for dessert, also excellent. We'll try the ice cream and maybe a shake next time! You order at the counter and they bring the food to your table. Everyone was very friendly. We will definitely be back.

Best soup and sandwich lunch in years! The Caprese sandwich was so good, tons of flavor and crunchy, yummy bread. The tomato mushroom soup was fresh and also had tons of layered flavor. Can’t miss at this cute spot with friendly owner. My vegetarian friends-don’t miss this place.

I went for the Ice Cream nachos and they were great. You get a container and then chose from 10 different fro yo or sherbet. You then have your selection of more than 40 toppings as well as a number of syrups. Lastly you choose between chocolate or vanilla waffle cone chips. It was delicious and fun. My granddaughter loved it. They also have a interesting menu that I’m going back for. Staff is super helpful too

Placed an order with the owner for takeout. He greeted me as soon as I entered and was very kind. I got the Caesar salad (added on the shredded chicken), a turkey wrap, french onion soup and broccoli cheddar soup. Everything was packaged securely (had no spills on the way home 👍🏾), hot and tasty. Would recommend!

First time patronizing this cafe. The owner, Thomas took the order and served our table. Great service, great food. I honestly didn't get to try the frozen yogurt, but next time🤞🏾! A delicious and locally owned frozen yogurt and donut shop. As much as the frozen desserts are what is advertised, the donuts are where it is at. They have over 40 different kinds of made to order speciality donuts with a scratch made dough. If you are partial to donuts, definitely stop by. If you have your choice of a store way out in the mall or Fayetteville for frozen yogurt, stay on Westcott street and take a taste of their frozen yogurt. There is nothing about it that blows my socks off other than it costing less than an arm and a leg for frozen yogurt. Definitely go for the donuts.

We went in for frozen yogurt and they have a lot of unique options for toppings along with the classics. It was over $30 for three cups which is a little bit more than you expect to pay for yogurt, maybe it’s because they do have free coffee available… It is on westcott st so theirs limited parking in front of the building we had to park on a side street and walk over. Plenty of space inside to hangout and eat. Overall a great place, just get ready to spend some money.

Good but too pricey.. For a almost full 16oz frozen yogurt, it was over $12.. it's pay per oz but for one frozen yogurt, too pricey. I would come more often if the prices were more reasonable

The donuts we're good but the smoothies we're horrible...they were from a mix which is just blah and tasteless...they also out them in a paper cup that started disintegratng...don't know if I would go back. Really disappointed ☹️

I saw an espresso machine so we thought it was safe to order an iced LATTE- Which you need the machine for! We ordered 2 with no sugar. What we received was not made with the espresso machine but was more like a sugary frosty drink made with some powder !

Man go somewhere else, they need to clean those machines better and something was expired in my partners froyo, she couldn’t even eat it

I will never go or support this establishment never again guy was very rude to my family and I ... he didnt even greet us coming in and gave us dirty looks as we walked in... mind you I been here a couple timea myself and the guy usually speaks... then my kids were making their yogurt cups mind you they have 2 different size cups everyday wenesday which is $8 day the cups mad little and the yogurt comes out the machine fast and even if you arent holding the arm to the machince it still comes out.... so he got mad because my kids got yogurt on the floor they only 8yrs old... so i apologized on my behalf and he says " you gotta be kidding me with a attlitude i offered to clean up the mess they made he declined and said he will do it himself .. and and pushed up the arm to the machine forcefully with a attitude and say " well they didnt push it back up all the way" ...with a attiude and i said "well they only kids and he just was looking all funny in the face... the lady at the counter gon ask how many cups we got it was 5 of us my daughter didnt even have a cup ... so im like im paying seperatly hold on i payed for the 2 she gonna ask me 2 more times.. i then told her i wasnt done making mine yet she was rushing me to pay like i was gonna run out the damn door and not pay ... like everything was so unprofessional i will not be back there again this lifetime next lifetime they will never get my money or business so take heed if you go there!!!

Just stopped in for from frozen yogurt. The machine didn't work, while waiting for it to reset or whatever I had the pleasure of hearing one of the employees, an older man, yell loudly over and over again at a guy sitting inside. The guy wasn't bothering anyone, wasn't drunk etc. Won't come here again.

Went in yesterday with my family and unfortunately couldn't finish more than 2 bites of my $10 frozen yogurt. Half of the machines were not working with no indication of which one was down, so I settled for half vanilla/half chocolate (because the twist handle didn't work either). I could immediately tell the chocolate was sour and knew that there must have been a maintenance issue with the machine. Felt like I got a taste of dish water in the cup, so I just threw it out. Don't really recommend going here for the yogurt. I'm sure they run off of college students settling for what they whatever can get but wish there was more attention to detail here.

Sandwiches, ice cream, and drinks suck. Owner is belligerent and almost psycho. Nothing is as fresh as it seems and staff doesn’t care clearly. Owner sleeps in the basement of this establishment which is weird. Health inspectors hate this place as well. Worst place on Westcott.

Service was great, but the food was nasty. Came in for froyo, and my partner’s was fine, but mine was gross. I noticed mold on one of the froyo machines (the strawberry one) which maybe that’s on me for proceeding, but I didn’t want strawberry so whatever I guess. But I got some flavors that sounded good, some toppings that seemed fine, and went on my way. I could only get through a few bites before just throwing it away. It tasted sour and rotten. I think I was able to narrow it down to maybe the boba or the dole whip that made it taste sour, but I was very dissatisfied regardless.
