Hiccups

Went just for desserts because we didn't know they had real dinner food, but the noodles look worth trying. We got two churros (an original and a chocolate almond, both pictured). They were delicious. Sweet, soft, and reasonably priced. Will definitely be going back.

Went to Hiccups & Churroholic - Tampa tonight for dinner and got the popcorn chicken, mangonada, pho and shaken beef. TLDR: will go back to try more of their dishes and definitely churros, but make sure to go at an off-hour. -Popcorn chicken - by far the best dish they have here. Soft yet slightly crispy with a light herb flavor that can be eaten by itself completely (no sauce needed!) -Magonada - I really liked their mangonadas because they are super refreshing drink with chunks of mango on top. But it is an acquired taste because it’s a combination of sweet, sour, and slightly saltiness all in one. -pho - I was pleasantly surprised at how good their pho is. It tastes like an authentic pho with the beef broth and herbs. -shaken beef was alright for me — the beef chunks are flavorful for tender, but nothing that’s super amazing. It’s good by itself, but I’d go directly for the pho and the popcorn chicken next time. A couple of tips: -they are having a 20% discount on all orders because it’s their grand opening weekend. -parking is a pain on a Friday night in that plaza. Not their fault, but the Anthony’s pizza next door does curbside pickup and there’s a line of cars that just blocks the driveway so it’s VERY hard to even get into that plaza to find parking. -a LOT of people are in there ordering — their place only has about 6-8 tables inside but they have two tables on the outside in the front as well as a couple tables on the outside in the back. Even with all that, it is very hard to find seating. -if you do go, make sure to go on an off hour (definitely not lunch or dinner hours) or you will have to do take out. -services is really nice and they really cater to your needs. BUT because this is their grand opening weekend and how many people are already there, be prepared to wait for your food.

The kindest staff you’ll find in Tampa Bay. The food was amazing and we got served and taken care of on Christmas Eve out of all days. Spicy orange chicken with garlic noodles is my favorite and the bulgogi beef fries are very filling also. Needed boxes obviously.

This place is impressive! Who would of thought a place would have one of the weirdest names would be so good! I ordered the garlic noodles with steak and my wife ordered orange chicken with white rice. Both dishes were so good! Next time I would order noodles with orange chicken because the steak was ok, I might need to be seasoned a bit more to make it better. The place is modern and clean and the service is extremely friendly! One of my friends didn’t eat her pho and they wanted feedback which is great to see. We also ordered the OG churro for dessert and it was perfectly cooked. I’m looking forward to the next time we’re in town to experience this awesome little place again!

I love both the filet mignon and combination pho soup. Soup was hot and I love the fresh ingredients to put on top. I'm really picky when it comes to Taro tea but, I was very satisfied with the flavor. The fruity booty was also very refreshing. If you buy the mason jar size you can come back and fill it up with anything (except coffee) for a price of a large. Both the OG churro and chocolate churro were bomb. The staff is super friendly and the place is cozy and inviting. Definitely worth the drive. My new favorite spot. Pictures are from different visits.

We’ve been to Hiccups about four times now, and every visit has been fantastic! The staff is always super friendly and welcoming, and the customer service is consistently great. The food is absolutely delicious — the pho with beef ribs is packed with flavor and comes in a huge portion. Their boba tea is refreshing and just the right amount of sweet, and the desserts from Churroholic are the perfect way to end the meal. This place never disappoints — it’s one of our favorite spots!

The only picture we had was the churros but we ordered the beef bulgogi, garlic noodles and fried rice and everything was delicious!!!! The staff was super attentive, food came out quick and the place was super clean! Def a 5 star place!!

The owners and the staff were all so nice and welcoming. The food was really good, I recommend the popcorn chicken and fried rice, the mango tango lemonade was also really good.

Been here a couple times and the food and drinks were amazing every time. Totally obsessed with their garlic noodles. Cajun wings and fries were crispy and super yummy. Their sea salt green tea and sugar cane juice are so good as well. Service was okay but they were busy so it’s understandable.

Didn't know what to expect at Hiccups, but I found a great place for noodles and fried rice with a crazy new dessert. They had a tofu option which was nice. The Churro ice cream Sundae might be one of the greatest things invented. Hot Churro with cold ice cream ... So good. Try them out.

Wow! Definitely impressed with the high quality, fresh ingredients and unique choices! The churros are absolutely amazing! I ordered through Uber Eats for delivery and the items arrived hot as well as nicely packaged! The noodles are delicious, the Cajun fries are nicely spiced! Fantastic Asian restaurant in the Carrollwood area of Tampa!

My family and I went for the first time today and will definitely be coming back. Everything was delicious. When the food came out, it smelled delicious and mouth watering. We had the pho combination, garlic chicken noodles, lychee berry tea, and lychee breeze slushy. The staff were very nice and helpful!

Our experience was great here. The staff were all so polite and friendly, the food came out fast and was very fresh/hot. Our water was consistently refreshed during our meal. The cook brought my kids some complimentary churro bites which was extremely kind.

They proved the meat can still be very tender even though it’s already cooked. When I finally found myself in their area I decided to grab an order of beef pho and requested to purchase a quart of the broth for someone who could only eat clear foods and they were nice enough to sell it to me. Everyone that worked there was so nice! The food slaps every time - they are consistent. I have tried the wings, the pho with filet mignon, and the fried rice. They have some of the BEST shrimp fried rice in Tampa. I highly recommend the pork belly fried rice with kimchi! Chef’s kiss 🤌🏿 10/10 will be eating here again!

I had placed an Uber eats order because I was craving any form of soup. I had been here once before in person a few years back and loved it and was super excited to see that they were apart of Uber Eats delivery service! When I tell you I ate EVERYTHING!! It was still fresh and hot. They are not shy about giving you extra food when you ask for it. They actually read the side notes (unlike some restaurants where they will skip over it). Everything that was an additional add they highlighted so that's how you know they are paying attention to what you're ordering. Absolutely will be ordering from here again❤️❤️

You can’t go wrong with any of the milk teas and churros if you want something sweet. Highly recommend!

First time coming here and just unpon entering I could feel a good and inviting atmosphere around me.. I ordered the 6 pc hiccup wings 3 buffalo 3 lemon pepper with a plain fried rice to go.., wait time was no more than 7 mins when my fresh made fried rice and wings came out. Hands down delicious. I highly recommend.

I had been here once before in person a few years back and loved it and was super excited to see that they were apart of Uber Eats delivery service! When I tell you I ate EVERYTHING!! It was still fresh and hot. They are not shy about giving you extra food when you ask for it. They actually read the side notes (unlike some restaurants where they will skip over it). We got takeout for dinner. The food was okay, nothing to rave about though. The churros were delicious. The beef with noodles did not have the flavor well mixed. The popcorn chicken was a underwhelming, not really crispy.

I will never order online for pick up again. Had I known before that I would be charged an extra $5 just for ordering online and picking up myself and still have to wait. Literally, why am I paying extra and getting nothing for it. This time the quality of the food was not as good and the portion was smaller. I won't be back.

Today, I ordered garlic noodles with beef and added onions for takeout. When I got home, I discovered that there was no beef in my order. I kindly drove 18 minutes back to the restaurant to resolve this, and I paid an additional $4 to have the beef added to my plate. While I appreciated the staff accommodating my request, I was extremely disappointed when I got home and found only 4-5 small pieces of beef—far fewer than expected. To make matters worse, my brother found two strands of hair in his food, which was not only gross but also unacceptable. This experience has left me very frustrated and dissatisfied, especially given the effort I made to address the issue. I am not sure if that happened because I took to go or what? I wanted to bring this to your attention in hopes that the quality of service and food can be improved moving forward. I look forward to your response.
