My first time at Hooters, I was very well received, I ate a portion of 10 shrimps by recommendation, I had great service from the employee Kassidy, an excellent professional considering that I am a tourist and do not speak English well, and she was very attentive in explaining the menu. I highly recommend this unit, I will definitely be back.

Had a fantastic dinner! The blackened grouper sandwich and the Mango margarita was so good. Our server was great! The ladies even took a photo with me for fun...unfortunately their t-shirts (type they were wearing) only went to Medium, or I would have had one! Lol, they were great sports, and the customer service was top-notch!

Great place for Birthday fun or just good food great service. Excellent location, very clean large selection of beer & cocktails. Beautiful girls providing a great dining experience with warm smiles. Lots of TV and not noisy like most Hooters. Highly recommend the Turkey Burger, claim Chowder, onion rings and cheese cake.

Love this location. Very clean and food is always fresh made to order. My daughter loves the kids meal as well. Our waitress was very polite too. Even though it was busy she continued to check on us and refill our drinks.

Awesome as always. I spilled my drink which never happens, ugh. Waitress was very fast at getting it up n wasn’t rude about it. Yes I tipped well to compensate. Lol. Food was excellent. We shared 10 shrimp & 10 wings, the appetizers were fried pickles & curly fries. We love Hooters. I will say the prices have gone up a lot, but that’s everywhere. Our bill was 48.00 plus the tip.

Ella was delightful. What a breath of fresh air and a much needed these days kind soul for our dining experience. She was very genuine, attentive, welcoming and just down right sweet. I will ask for her every time I come here going forward. It won’t be on Wednesdays or Sundays as she indicated those are her days off! She brightened our day in the best way and rendered us leaving smiling and well taken care of. You folks are lucky to have her on board. Treat her right. She represents Hooters in a positive and professional way. The blackened and boneless mediums were awesome…some of the best I’ve had at any area Hooters, too!

Service was fast. There was a TV at every angle. Seems like a good spot to watch the game. Next time I'm at the VA or visiting my son a USF this will be an option for lunch or dinner. And yes the girls were beautiful and the shorts were short!

Maybe they had a bad day or they have new cooks, but after waiting all day to go there, I was very upset at the quality of the food. They also have lemonade with Tito’s vodka for $6. Tasty drink but I had to ask my waitress if they forgot to add the alcohol. I would seriously rate this place a one or a two but because my waitress Giana was outstanding, I couldn’t leave such a low review. Service was excellent, and food was flat out disgusting. Hopefully they can make some improvements because it was a really nice atmosphere. Also the gentleman that appeared to be the manager, he was very friendly and accommodating as well

We've been going to hooters for years and it seems to be continuing to slide. Wings are smaller than ever, buffalo shrimp are smaller than ever, value isn't what it once was. $80 for 2x 10 wings and fries, 10 buffalo shrimp app, and two beers. Seems a bit high. Taste was good. Service was mediocre. Place was about 50% full around 1pm on a Tuesday. Took 6-7 mins for someone to come to the front and acknowledge/seat us. Ordering and eventual service was not horrible but definitely slower than normal. Everything was hot, so maybe the kitchen was backed up. Hopefully our favorite go-to lunch spot gets some TLC and returns to it's former glory.

It was not crowded, but it took a really long time to get our food. We ordered our wings "sloppy" (dipped twice in sauce) and they did not come as ordered. They just gave us a side of the sauce. The fries came eventually and were lukewarm. We didn't eat them. This place is not as good as it use to be.

Another guest eating there warned me that they messed up his 12 year old daughters food also.

I am absolutely dissatisfied with my whole meal I barely ate any of it. I understand it was close to closing time, but it doesn’t give them the right to rush my food. My husband and I turned off work to come get Food and we regretted it because our chicken was cooked way too fast. There is no reason chicken wings should be done in 5 to 6 minutes when it takes 15 minutes to cook. My mother in law owns her own restaurant. In the amount agreed so it was left in my container was disgusting. I had to pour it out. I do not think I will be coming back to this place again. No body knows good customer service anymore. And I would truly like a refund. This hurt my stomach.

Cooks are so ignorant and loud!! They create a political atmosphere with there comments and loud tone which creates divisions between Americans and Latinos!! This an American restaurant with American values. If I want to listen to loud Spanish music I will go to a Spanish establishment. I hope management can correct this issue.

Just some highlights: -We werent greeted at the door for 5 plus minutes -We were seated in a stuffed table too small for us in the corner of the dining room by the bathrooms -Our server had some family sitting in the booth right by the front door, she was sitting with them throughout our whole time there, barely checked on us, no refills at all, food runners doing all her work. -Fried Pickles came out with hair in them, it took us 10 minutes to even get the server to get up from her families table to come talk to us (they brought out hairless ones 30 minutes later, and kept them on the bill) -My burger was a chicken sandwich somehow, when I complained the server just disappeared, never returned to our table. -We finally got the manager over (super duper tall guy, for reference) and while he listened he essentially just got us a different server while the our original server stood 3 tables away complaining loudly about my team/table. -Our bill was the only thing to come on time, my wrong sandwich that I didnt eat still on the bill, along with an app we never received. -We were out of time for lunch or I would have kept complaining. Worst experience ever at Hooters. Again, we all work across the street and we have gone out of our way to be certain other employees dont come here. -We should have been comped at least for the Hairy food and my sandwich. - We will never come back, I will never take my team there (100 of us, right across the street) again, nor recommend it.

Horrible experience Hooters at 13606 Bruce B Downs Blvd, Tampa, FL 33613. It's been more than 15 years I did not go to Hooters. I want to take my wife on her Birthday so that Hooter girls can sing the Birthday song. I went with my two kids 7 and 12. Food was good, we ordered 4 drinks, and waitress did not tell us those lemonades are refillable, so we did not refill. I ordered a cocktail which is bad, seems they used expired orange juice in the absolute vodka, I told her ( Sierra). and ordered a beer instead. Sierra the waitress still charged me the cocktail in my bill, I paid as well. for each order we had to wait 20 min. In Hooters App - as a Birthday gift 10 wings free offer was there but still Sierra Madam charged and when I asked her to take that off she was ignored. I don't want to make a scene in front of my kids. THE BIG disappoint was she refused to sing Birthday song or clap with her other girls, the entire restaurant has only 3-4 tables guests , when I asked her politely she said, there are only few girls and they are busy. Wow ! Good that I did not go to Hooters in last 15 years. I MADE A MISTAKE this time taking my family. Lessons learned.

Extremely disappointed with this Hooters. A location that my husband and I often come to. The hostess at the front was extremely rude when we walked in. She pointed to booths and said for us to go pick one and we had our ten month old daughter with us and she didn’t even offer to bring a high chair. I almost find it as discriminating as a family that came in about 10/15 min after us are walked to their table and a high chair is brought immediately to them.
