Been here on a visit . Soup with bread was extraordinary. Their service was prompt and professional.

I really love this place—its sandwiches are amazing. The breakfast options are great, and everything tastes fresh and flavorful. The bread, especially, is incredibly delicious and makes every bite even better. A spot I always enjoy coming back to.

This Panera® near USF and Moffitt Cancer Center offer the standard far and beverages with the same great service I always expect. We enjoyed the creamy corn chowder soup (extra blue tortilla strips) paired with a caesar salad for a great signature you-pick-2. And a tomato bisque (no croutons thank you) with strawberry pecan salad full of goodness and poppyseed dressing on the side for another you-pick-2. I love being able to mix and match salads, soups, and sandwiches for lunch and dinner. The Hibiscus tea is sugar free and even though it is behind the counter service, ask for a refill. Other beverages are out for self-serve as 3 teas, and Pepsi® fountain drinks. Don't forget to check out the bakery goods and super large M&M cookies! Menus are white background with dark letters with a little glare that affects readability. Accessible entry with medium weight door. Kids menu, high chairs, Diaper changer, Background music is kind of loud to day. Inside accessible seating. An additional covered separate patio that is kinda outdoors but really indoors is accessible with the same level of music. Accessible mens and women's restrooms with dedicated stall that has 2 grab bars, and 4ft x 5ft space. Accessible van free parking in lot shared withe smaller businesses.

Great food and chill spot to get some work done in the evening, I usually grab a booth if I have a notary appointment. They have the BEST soup and I am obsessed with the Broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl. On my last visit I tried the Strawberry lemon mint charged lemonade…it was delicious and had way more caffeine than I expected.

First off, I lave loved Panera for years. I finally branched out and tried something new and absolutely loved it. The Chipotle chicken and bacon Flatbread pizza was AMAZING! The staff is always so nice and understanding despite it being middle of the lunch rush and I ask questions.

I went around brunch time and it was pretty busy. Kiosks were easy to use. My food came out pretty quick and when there was an error with one of the soups I order, one of the female employee offer to remake it. Overall, a good experience.

It can be a little pricey but there frontaga sandwiches are so awesome and they have great salads and baked goods Their fall seasonal autumn soup so delicious

It is the best soup destination ! Tomato soup , chicken noodle soup with bread bowl are my favorites .if you are looking for a light meal then this is your place . They also have sandwiches. There is also a self counter in which you can order food by yourself and wait for your order to buzz once it’s ready

Best Panera of 6 tried in the region. Service not terrible (!) and environment was clean. Croissants are legit… and they keep cold real butter on hand. That’s the proper way to offer well-made, flaky croissants 👍

Update: I thought this place deserved another star. The manager was out in the lobby talking to people, cleaning, helping customers. They also added 3 Kiosk for quick self service orders. They work very well. Even though many customers we a bit hesitant at first the manager was very informative and helpful. Good place, good food, clean place. I really like the fact they place the calories on the board so you cam make an informed choice.

The chai tea latte was great. I also ordered a cinnamon crunch bagel and it was only after I paid for it that they told me that were out of them and told me that I could only swap for another bagel, which I personally feel like wasn't fair. They did offer a refund, so I'll give them that. But they need to keep their kiosks updated with what's in stock and what's not.

It's a Panera Bread. I don't have a ton to report on it. I go pretty regularly on Monday nights. Sometimes the service isn't that great, but most of the time it's decent. The bathrooms are awful. They are usually very dirty, which is why I gave a 2 stars for atmosphere (the bathrooms tanked the rating) I know i have to go before I leave the house, or hold it until I'm home. I don't even bother trying the bathrooms anymore.

Instead of helping, they seemed annoyed and redirected me to the order pickup area, where I was told my cup would come out with my order. After several minutes of waiting, my food was ready. When I asked again about my cup, the staff member placed the bag on the counter and, rather rudely, told me it was inside the bag. I hadn’t seen a cup packed this way before, but sure enough it was there—though unfortunately with a damaged rim. When I asked for a replacement, she gave me one with an apology, but her tone remained unfriendly. Overall, I was surprised at how difficult and unpleasant it was just to get a coffee cup. The rudeness from the staff made the experience frustrating. On a positive note, the coffee itself was excellent—fresh and hot—and the sandwich was delicious.

Terrible customer service from one of the employees. I called asking what was going on with my order since the app said it was ready 10 minutes ago and the food wasn’t out. The girl on the phone had an attitude and was extremely rude and very unprofessional. This was February 1st @6:50pm.

To Charge 12.99 for a cold sandwich is ridiculous. 3thin slices of Turkey 1 piece of cheese cut in half 1 slice of bacon cut in 3 terrible looking tomato slices A sprinkle of greens maybe 8 short pieces & 1 kosher pickle They call it Turkey with Bacon Bravo. Panera is not what it used to be 15 & 20 years ago. Didn't ask if this was a Corporate Store or a Frenchise. Who cares, I will not go there again.

A good place for breakfast. Had scrambled egg and avocado, scrambled egg brioches, and spinach artichoke souffle. All of these were good and served hot. The price per person is less than $10. The kiosk offering is available, too.

Love Panera locations but I've never ordered 2 cinnamon crunch bagels and them not be cut in half or asked if I wanted toasted. Had to drive all the way home to realize I had to cut them myself. If I wanted cold uncut bagels I could've saved my gas and ate the regular ones I already had at home. Also I ordered a half of a turkey sandwich which tasted like it came straight out of the fridge. I've seen & had better.Think I'll stick to Wawa going forward.

Ordered takeout and the “full salad” container is like half empty and bread is chipped like someone bit a piece of it. My co-worker was missing a fork and had to run around looking for one on a client site. This is kinda upsetting. I’ve been to this cafe before to eat in and it was fine. Not sure what happened.

We were at Moffitt today and found this Panera nearby. We are not familiar with the area, so we stopped in for lunch. The salad was wilted and disgusting and contained a strand of hair - not mine.

I just found a FEATHER in my chili - I assume the kitchen environment is contaminated with pigeons or something because I don’t see a turkey feather surviving all the processes before getting to the restaurant. This is disgusting, I had already eaten the majority of it.

Disappointing Experience with Cold Pastry and Poor Service We are loyal customers and usually enjoy your food and service, but unfortunately, this morning’s experience was quite disappointing. We ordered a pastry that was completely cold when we received it. We asked the staff if it could be toasted to warm it up, but the server told us to use the microwave instead. We explained that microwaving would ruin the pastry’s crispiness, and if it couldn’t be toasted, we would rather return it. The manager then said it could be toasted and took it to the back. However, when it came back, it was still soft, soggy, and not crispy at all. We felt that our concerns were not taken seriously and the final result was far from satisfying. As regulars, this kind of experience was really disappointing. We hope you can improve communication and service training to ensure the quality and consistency we’ve come to expect from Panera.

I had a disappointing experience at this location. A young woman working the counter, who was not wearing a name tag, handled the interaction unprofessionally. She had black hair and glasses. I politely asked if I could receive my cup ahead of time so I could take some medication, but she responded curtly that I would only receive it when my food was ready. This interaction came across as rude and dismissive. It may be helpful for management to provide additional customer service training to ensure all staff members can assist guests respectfully and professionally.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I had placed an online order for rapid pick up. I recieved an email that my order was ready and that I need to go inside and pick it up at the rapid pick up shelf. I go inside and my order was not there. I asked one of the people that work there and she said wait in line and be patient. I notified her that my order was ready and that I had already paid for it. She said you still have to wait in line. The order was ready behind her on the counter and was being rude and making us wait FOR NO REASON! The workers have bad attitude and rude. WORST PANERA BREAD EVER!

This place is so unorganized and loud. They need better management. It is very apparent this establishment is ran under poor leadership in my opinion. You need a dedicated lane/register to your Uber eats/take out/pick up because they are pouring in. You can't have people waiting in line and trying to give a order only to leave your customer at the register repeatedly to go get a pick up order one after another its rude. Danielle is rude also & lacks any people skills. I hope she isn't part of leadership because if she is it all makes sense. The food is good. The service is just garbage. And make sure you check your order for utensils always before you leave.

I am a deliver partner I have been here for almost 10 minutes now item on the table and staff is totally looking passed me, no can I help or nothing. I can understand your busy but a knowledge that there's customers waiting. At 8:32 my order is sat on the counter not the delivery table and still no acknowledgment that it's being placed there! Just rude customer service. Too busy conversating in the background with each other!

Took our order over the phone, never placed it -then expects us to pay and gives us a embrassrjnhly difficult time in the store as if it was our fault they didn’t enter the information. We have an extremely limited lunch break on a 16 hour shift and this is drawn out over 20 minutes to tell us there’s nothing they’re going to do about it. Not even an apology on behalf of their employee that took the order whom they claim to know nothing about. Meanwhile it’s time stamped the length of the phone conversation and everything only having been maybe 15 minutes prior. Do not expect any true professionalism here especially if this is how a General Manager conducts herself in from of young, certainly impressionable teens employees. Sets a bad taste for this location. We simply left, reported them to corporate for unprofessionalism and ordered elsewhere.

I go to Panera Bread twice a day different locations and I have been to this particular location 3 times and 2 of those times they have completely screwed up my order. I always order a Greek salad with chicken and Asian vinegar dressing and for some reason I get my order and there's no chicken in the salad. Tonight I checked my order before leaving and they basically threw my salad together with nothing I order. I will not be going to location again and I highly recommend to everyone to check their order before leaving the store. I asked for a full refund and they seem reluctant to give me a full refund.

It’s very slow and I’ve seen the employees spend time arguing behind the counter. I a to go order and they mistakenly put it for here, which would be fine but they gave me attitude about it won’t be going back there anytime soon.

I had a terrible experience at the Panera location today. I ordered my food online like I usually do and just ask for a water cup when I went inside. They told me that they have the mini cups next to the water. I had to let them know that I am pregnant and I would like a large larger cup to try to drink more water with my food since I’ll be leaving and unable to refill it. Natia told me they charge for them and would need to go to the register. I really couldn’t believe this. I went to the register and Danielle was who I spoke with. She said I’d need to pay for the cup I said no issue. Until she rang it up for $3.43. Who in the world is paying 3.43 for a cup of free water that you’re suppose to give out for free. There is no way that cup costs $3.43. I even asked if they would fill it up to see I only want water and they said they charge 3.43. I’m a paying customer! Definitely never going back to this location and will be contacting corporate.

I order a French sandwich, I asked to the cashier switch the sauce or soup, for a piece of bread, because I don't like , the soup. The cashier told me no we can't do it . I was very disappointed. Then I asked for some hot water, they told me, no we can't, because we have to charge you for the cup, unbelievable. Today is my first time come back to Panera since 2 years ago, because I don't like the service, and now is worse. They are so greedy miserable misers. The new sandwich was so tiny and simple for that price and you can't switch the soup sauce for a piece of bread no option. Panera is worse than before.

As I sat inside the store to enjoy my breakfast 2-3 flies also decided to join me and sat on my sandwich multiple times. Yes I understand it is hard for restaurants to control issues like this but at the very least I would have appreciated my sandwich to be made over again and that was not a solution the restaurant was willing to offer when I called. Also I was met with a passive aggressive tone when speaking to the manager over the phone. Soon as managers take general complaints as a personal attack instead of an opportunity to make amends is the moment they lose my business.

Very disappointed that I drove 30 minutes home to find out my frontega chicken panini was not made right and was made absolutely disgusting. Not even the right ingredients. The only thing right was the fact there’s chicken and cheese but on one half, then they put avocado which I’m allergic to thanks, and then some weird spicy tomato pieces. I’m staying at home to make a sandwich how hard is that. 25$ dollars I spent and the only thing right was the drink I MADE.

Today is my first time come back to Panera since 2 years ago, because I don't like the service, and now is worse. They are so greedy miserable misers. The new sandwich was so tiny and simple for that price and you can't switch the soup sauce for a piece of bread no option. Panera is worse than before.

As I sat inside the store to enjoy my breakfast 2-3 flies also decided to join me and sat on my sandwich multiple times. Yes I understand it is hard for restaurants to control issues like this but at the very least I would have appreciated my sandwich to be made over again and that was not a solution the restaurant was willing to offer when I called. Also I was met with a passive aggressive tone when speaking to the manager over the phone. Soon as managers take general complaints as a personal attack instead of an opportunity to make amends is the moment they lose my business.

Very disappointed that I drove 30 minutes home to find out my frontega chicken panini was not made right and was made absolutely disgusting. Not even the right ingredients. The only thing right was the fact there’s chicken and cheese but on one half, then they put avocado which I’m allergic to thanks, and then some weird spicy tomato pieces. I’m staying at home to make a sandwich how hard is that. 25$ dollars I spent and the only thing right was the drink I MADE.
