I worked for Fridays for 20 years so know how the quality and standards should be. My visit had impeccable service, food quality, and cleanliness. My bartender.Fabb Was excellent and she took care of my every need. I ordered the pick three and got potstickers, potato, skins, and Bourbon, glazed wings.(photo). We may start doing a bar flare show on Friday nights if you want to stop up and see it. Eric, the general manager was old-school Fridays and really wants to bring this Fridays back to where they used to be. So stop up and give it a try. I’m sure you will enjoy it. Mike S

Such an Excellent customer service experience from Logan. He was helpful, Patient & very courteous. The whole family went to Busch Gardens and we chose here to eat. The food was scrumptious and came out very quickly! We will definitely be back!

Food was great. Me and my wife shared the bucket bones. Shout out to Tyler on the presentation. He recommended mixing the wing sauce with whiskey and buffalo and some Cajun seasoning and it was great. Not to mention he put a spin on the presentation for the ribs and fries. Thank you for great service!!! Also shout out to Kristena working the bar it was such a refresher coming into this establishment and getting such great service and conversation.

Fantastic food, I had the whisky burger and loved every bite, it wasn't too much meat, nor was it not enough. The fries where crispy and we'll seasoned , and in the end I felt full and more than satisfied. The employees are cool people , I felt good energy there. Compliments to the chef for the great burger , I would definitely recommend to anyone, you will leave more than satisfied!

To good was really good and this cotton candy cosmo was amazing. Would highly recommend this drink. My dad also had the ribs and he said they were perfect. I watched as he pulled on them and the meat fell off the bone just like a baby back ribs would have done. Highly recommend.

Ordered Salmon Cobb salad. Point on. Everything was delicious. Salmon cooked to perfection and Everything was fresh. Sabrina went out of her way to make sure my order was correct. She then waited on me and her attention and efficiency were awesome. Great dining experience and I will return.

Reegan was our server for a party of two. She is hands down the best server I’ve ever had. She read my mind before I had the chance to ask her for it (ranch, waters, box to go) My food came out a little overdone but she and TJ worked quickly to correct the meal. The other servers were extremely friendly as well. Thank you for such a great dining experience!

We went to meet up with a former coworker around 5pm. Service was pretty good. They were out of Hennessey so I couldn't get my drink of choice but it was still a good experience. My burger on a donut was fantastic and the fries were seasoned perfectly!

My only complaint is alot of the food here tastes like Chinese food, case in point the fajitas didn't taste anything like they should... more like a stir fry... Update 10/9/2023, tried contacting jess at the email. It doesn't work

I liked it. I had a good burger with fries and for dessert, we got the rainbow cake. It was very good. The service was friendly and quick.

We enjoyed a delicious meal here at TGI Fridays in Tampa, Florida. There weren't a lot of customers or staff. Our service was okay. The food was prepared well. The ribs were over-cooked. It was very cold inside. Overall, we enjoyed dining here.

It had been years since I've been to a TGIF. What brought me back was a giftcard we found laying around the house. So the the thought of a free dinner we decided to go use it. In the Tampa area I believe this is the only one. I can be wrong but according to what Google pulled up this was the closest to Riverview FL. Pulled in and there was tons of parking. We walked in the restaurant and the place did not seem busy at all. Thoughts of why is this place so slow on a Thursday night started to creep in my head. Let me tell you I am so glad we came out because we had a great experience. Even though the place was fairly empty the vibe was nice. Our server was on point to take care of our needs and the food was soooo good. To start we had the Fridays table-tizer which we selected philly eggrolls, mozzarella sticks and of course the potato skins. Honestly I was loving the appetizers so much that I wanted to just order more and bring the dinner home for later. With that said we were not disappointed with our dinner choices because both were great. My girlfriend picked the whiskey glazed chicken tender slammers with fries. For my meal I selected the Fridays Big Rib half rack meal woth double fries. The only negative was the portion sizes for both meals and the Coke machine needed to be calibrated as the taste was a bit off. Besides that we loved everything else. Friendly staff, clean restaurant and good food so I am puzzled to why this place is not hopping. As for us we will certainly be back for more delicious dishes served here.

There are both indoor and outdoor seating options. If you choose to stay outdoors, ensure its on a very nice day. The red tarp makes it feel warmer underneath. The fans do not hit the entire area, especially against the wall closest to the restaurant. We had to relocate indoors. The server was very nice, attentive to most details. The food was okay. The steak was dry, and the green beans with bacon seemed like they were tossed in the microwave with some butter. The mashed potatoes were extremely buttered. Everyone else in my party seemed to enjoy their wings.

So we walked in and well no one was there to greet us so we just sat ourselves at the bar area. It had a nice little bar area and then the patio area was nice as well and had another bar out there but no one was working that one. So when we set down the bartender said hello right away and got us waters. I tried one of there margaritas and it was not bad a little to sweet for my taste but it was ok. Next we shared the egg rolls. They were the Philly cheese steak egg rolls. Now for these they came out nice a crisp and had a nice flavor to them as well as this nice little dipping sauce. We decided to split a burger as well. We did the loaded cheese fry burger. It was ok but not great. There was a over cooked potato skin on the top and then we got the broccoli with it and it was so overcooked it was mushy. We might stop in again just for a drink but that would be it. Very slow place and with all the great restaurants up the street at wire grass mall it would be if we were right there next to it we would go again

Team Ultimate Exposure William & Bug

I mean………does that look like boneless wings? No! That looks like anything but that! My wife couldn’t eat it and had to tossed it, bye bye $16. But my chicken finger was OK at best. Hence why the 2 stars. Otherwise it would be a 1.5 stars.

Service was good, thats the only reason for a 2 star, but the restaurant was dead at dinner time. We ordered side salads and split a sizzling chicken and shrimp. The salads were ok but the shrimp were inedible....they were way overcooked and burnt.

We dined in as a party of five on Christmas Day. Our plan was to enjoy a quick dinner prior to catching a movie. We were seated within 5 minutes of arriving. Unfortunately, that is where our experience went from good to bad. It took our waiter somewhere around 7-10 minutes to arrive at the table to get our drink & appetizer orders. Then, we waited about 10-15 minutes to receive those drinks. Eventually, he came back to get our entree and to-go orders. Mind you, when we initially arrived, it wasn't packed, but as the evening progressed, it became busier. We sat back and watched other tables being serviced in a decent, timely fashion. Maybe our waiter was somewhat new 🤷🏾‍♀️ or maybe he didn't want to be there on Christmas Day 🤷🏾‍♀️. He was so nonchalant with no care in the world. He obviously didn't want to be there 🤣. Note: We sat in a large booth that gives you access on both sides. What we couldn't understand is why all the drinks and food served on one end with an expectation for us to pass it down/divvy them out. Hot dishes included 😳. Food. Not pictured are the mozzarella sticks. They were pretty good. Unfortunately, the rest of our food, not so much. All of our chicken dishes were overcooked and, in some cases, didn't have enough seasoning or sauce. The worst dish is the pasta entree. My guest stated that it had to be the sauce 🤷🏾‍♀️. I ordered a plain Whiskey-Glazed burger to go. I made sure I explained what the "plain" entails. When it arrived, it had cheese on it. I let the waiter know it was wrong. He said okay and just removed the cost....lol. He definitely wasn't happy about being there. We needed drink refills, but our waiter never came to check on us 🤷🏾‍♀️. We stopped another worker, and they said we'll let him know and kept it pushing. Again, the refills never came. We asked for to go trays and our bills. It took forever. We finally were out the door by 6:35pm. Thank goodness the movie theater was across the street. I won't put our waiter's name out there this time, but I'll note that we still left a small tip. I plan to go back to give this location another shot.

Well to begin I started getting my food delivered through uber. It was missing my daughter's slider meal, the tortellini was a quarter portion of what it should of been and was extremely dry, next the steak was ordered medium-rare and it was cooked on oneside and not even cooked on the other...my wife called to speak to the manager. Not one apology was given to her, he just brushed it off not caring and said he would replace the food. I go to pick it up and the manager doesn't even bother to come out. I send my phone back with pictures of the food and he still doesn't come out. The food then comes out the steak is more raw then before and meal wasn't even made correctly on top. The tortellini was drowned with Alfredo and another extremely small portion. This time the manager comes out, again no apology. Says it is medium-rare when it most certainly was not. Takes food back and the same steak gets sent right back out and was 100% thrown in the microwave. The manager didn't even have the courtesy to bring the steak out. He sent a waiter to bring it to me...At this point I am so completely done I just leave and brought steak home and threw it out. I been a chef a majority of my life as well as a kitchen manager. I would be so embarrassed to serve food like this and to have a manager running my restaurant like he was tonight.. im just a small customer who ordered from there maybe once every couple of months, but going forward I will never order from this establishment again.

It was $18.95 for Alfredo sauce from a jar, baby shrimp and mystery chicken. Sadly we had to wait forever for everything. Staff was in abundance but they were all congregating in the back instead of serving their tables. It didn't even appear that there was a manager. Highly disappointing. This place needs Gordan Ramsey to visit or shut down. I won't be back to a Tgifridays ever again.
