Afterward, I decided to myself, "Why not?" and took advantage of a promotion they're currently running on certain days (I got it on Thursday, when they had a 2-for-1 promotion; I think they also have it on Wednesdays and Saturdays, and I don't know if they also run it on Fridays and other days). In any case, I'll update you on the promotions another time, so I'll go with what I saw. Instead, the place was in a state of good hygiene and customer service, and the taqueros, waiter, and cashier were all very approachable (I don't know if they accept card payments or separate checks at this time; I'll update this on my next visit). As for the restaurant's signature dish (the trompo tacos), the cuts, despite being thin like when you order sliced ​​Serrano ham from the leg, are served in generous quantities in each taco, so this aspect doesn't leave the eye unsatisfied. As for the flavor of the meat, which seems lean (of good quality), it has a good seasoning, and although it's not very salty, I consider it a good option in that regard for those who can't eat much salt due to sodium-related issues. So, in that regard, I also give it a 10 out of 10. The same goes for the oil, which wasn't as present when the taco was served, so it's another positive point for those with cholesterol or triglyceride problems (another 10 out of 10 in my opinion). At the same time, before or while serving your tacos, they offer you fresh tomato, onion, and I think pico de gallo, along with a bottle of salsa verde, a salt shaker for anyone who wants to add more to their liking, all with attentive service. Although I only ordered one taco, due to the 2-for-1 promotion, I was served two for $17 pesos. Adding to the relaxed atmosphere, the cool air around 6 p.m., the customer service, and the excellent service, both in terms of the portion of meat and its excellent flavor, I'm simply happy with everything overall. In conclusion (although my review of the place is incomplete at the moment), I invite everyone to come to "Tacos Mi Pueblito" with gusto. Remember to always arrive with a positive attitude, eager to have a good time, humble and kind to the staff, and never forget to leave a generous tip according to your desire, willingness, and availability (I left at least a $10 tip for two tacos due to the promotion, but I'm sure you can easily leave $20 or $25 pesos on an order of three tacos with another three while the promotion is in effect.
