I love this Starbucks! Best Baristas ! only issue with this location is you can’t park in the intended parking lot because the drive thru line is always blocking the entrance.

I find their customer service is awesome here. One day, I ordered a coffee on the app but ended up being late and couldn't stop by. I called the store and spoke to the manager, and he allowed me to come back another day for my order! I have been a repeat customer ever since!

The women behind the counter was SO helpful when I visited on Saturday the 6th at lunch time (I didn't get her name). She offered us ice in a little cup for the dogs and even blended my guava passion fruit ice tea! Highly recommended getting it blended because it tastes like a smoothie! They were super busy and still managed to make us feel fully taken care of and quickly served!

A Barista named Theresa (say that 5x, fast!) is a breath of fresh air when it comes to customer service. I worked for Starbucks for several years (a long time ago) and have noticed that Baristas rarely take the time to memorize a regular customer's order anymore or even, genuinely ask them about their day. This morning Theresa brought back what I have long thought Starbucks had lost, friendly people AND great service. Of course, they never lost the amazing coffee! 😉

Always great. My dogs and I come here everyday and always get greated with a smile. We go to many Starbucks and this is our favorite! The kids say thank you for the Pupochinos...they are yummy!

I only go to this location. Everyone is awesome and my drinks are always made correctly. Only drawback is sometimes the line is a bit long. But it's worth it to have my order correct.

Best Starbucks location in the valley. Great customer service and the coffee is prepared with professionalism. Food quality is great too. You're always greeted in a friendly manner and made feel welcome. I recommend this location very highly. Line goes by fast and the service is stupendous.

I really like this Starbucks regardless it's busy location, as a drive thru they're super fast and always get the order right. I'm impressed on how fast and efficient they're employees are besides they're great customer service skills they provide to customers early mornings. We did the drive though but this was probably one of the best tasting Starbucks I’ve ever ordered. Whoever made it, killed it!!! Thank you!! I had the iced white mocha and my husband had the frozen lemon aid both were amazing.

I was a little hesitant bc it wasn’t my regular location and it looked like a smaller store, I thought the drink might not come out right. But wow… I was completely wrong. It was PERFECT. Maybe even better than usual (I know that sounds a bit extra, but it’s true!). And the service was great, super friendly. I even remember the barista’s name, Yuli/Juli (sorry if I’m spelling it wrong), because she was so welcoming that for a moment I thought she knew me or confused me for someone else. Even though it’s right on Ventura Blvd, the vibe was calm, not crowded, and my drink was ready super fast. Honestly, such a nice little surprise. So I had to leave a review 🥰

Most of their service is drive thru. They have a small outdoor covered patio which is nice but it's right next to cars waiting on one side and driving off on the other. The lines can get pretty long but it goes by pretty quick. It does cause some traffic during peak morning and afternoon hours. Besides that, it's a great spot for such a small location.

Good as any sit down Starbucks. Don't ask them to throw away anything that isn't from them though. I guess it's a safety concern of Starbucks. But food and drink is made very quickly and all taste perfect. Just drive right through and get your Starbucks fix.

I was looking for a Starbucks drive thru and found it. It is always busy but the wait is okay since the line moves quite quickly. The staff has always been courteous. A good start to my mornings.

I believe this location used to an old Taco Bell location before it was converted to a Starbucks. There is no inside dining area, just a drive thru and a walk up window. But they do have an outdoor patio area. You cant miss this location. There is a very large Starbucks sign in front on the store that you can spot a half mile away. I call it the world's largest Starbucks Sign.

Parking sucks, but I snagged a meter with time left just about in front. I was just picking up so the free lot out back seemed like miles away. Beverage was all ready and perfect. Love their app, so easy and the order is always what you said.

Couldn't believe my ears, I gave 50$ and asked that my Starbucks card be reloaded with 20$ before they charge my order. Nothing special except I got back 20$ and change. I told the cashier that she probably by mistake didn't charge my order on my card as I should get 30$ back. (Order came to be about 9$ and change), and instead charge it from the cash. Now come the astonishing part, the answer I got was that all is ok as she gave me exactly what the machine told her and she follow up by showing me the figure on the receipt. She just wouldn't accept that if I give 50$ and ask my card to be loaded with 20$ it should mean that I should get back 30$. Of course when her superviser came he fixed everything, but seem like the shop need to give some basic math and common sense training. Mistake always happen , this is part of life, but not being able to see and fix such simple one as in this case is ridicules. Coffee was good , and all ends well.

I am not a big Starbucks person however this location is next to my house so if I have a early morning I might stop, however I can't remember when they ever got my simple order correct......all I take is a Vanilla Latte and ask to make sure it has little to no foam......never have they got it right....I know they get some crazy orders but a easy one like mine NEVER gets made right.....oh well Ok....here is a small update....after telling the staff that my order for me and my daughter is mostly done wrong they said "we are sorry" and again the order is wrong....I know understand why the have such a low rating....they are short staffed and this morning people that ordered online or the app had to wait because the system was having problems....(got to love that) I will be driving to the other locations from now on....truly 😔

Super convenient Starbucks on you way to the 101 freeway. However, they often close without notice. Service has made multiple errors on my orders. One time, they made a mistake on reloading balance to my Starbucks card. Then, I was told they couldn't do anything that I needed to call corporate to correct ther mistake.

The lady taking our order was a bit strange. We asked if a certain item had dairy in it and she said, "we are not allowed to answer that". I asked if it could be made vegan and she kept insisting that they cannot guarantee that an item is vegan. Like is it a secret what they out in their drinks. All I wanted was a drink with soy milk rather than dairy and she was giving me a hard time.

I work near this starbuck so I go there out of convince. But as time has gone on, I've gone less and less because I'm honestly so tired of my drink being consistently wrong. I try not to make it a big thing, but today was honestly my final straw. I asked for my to be a certain way two milks oat and half and half I asked them to put it on the sticker so it wouldn't be forgotten (my brother in law who works there told me to tell them to do it like this or they won't do it) and guess what it doesn't taste like it's in there. I called them because this is like the 4th time this has happened, and they told me no, they made it right, and it's just my mistake. Not to mention, the espresso tastes burnt, which is something else I don't like about this location. I think they are so busy and over whelmed with people that it's all just perfunctory. Efficiency over quality. Most of the people who work there are nice. It's a Starbucks, just not a location I'm planning on frequencenting anymore

Aw man. So sad. I attempted to pay for my coffee bill of $5.60 with a $50 bill but they were unable to make change at the moment. Fair. I then, embarrassingly enough, counted out coins I've collected in my ash tray and ended up .10 cents short to which they actually had a side meeting to come to the conclusion that they can downgrade me to a small coffee. Really? I don't know, maybe im just being overly sensitive since i was standing in an empty line for 3 minutes before someone asked if i had ordered yet. Great start of a day, thanks.

Nicki was so rude and had a horrible attitude. She put my iced coffee on the table so hard that it spilled all over the table and to the lid. She saw all the spills and didn’t even reach out to give me any napkins! When I asked When I asked her for napkins, she threw it in the table. When I asked for straw, she rolled her eyes and gave me a straw with a horrible attitude. As I reached to pick up the coffee, more spilled because the lid was loose. When I asked her to change the lid, she again with an attitude said What do you want? This is how the iced coffee is!!!! Horrible horrible horrible horrible customer service Nicki doesn’t feel good. She needs to go home

This is my go to Starbucks. I always place my order, ask the people in line if the have mobile orders (to make sure I do not skip anyone) and then go to the window and ask for the drink. I asked the cashier who was WHITE for my mobile order and she told me she had to attend the line first (who by the way was also WHITE). So what's the point of mobile orders????Honestly, I shouldn't be surprised because Starbucks has history of racial profiling but experiencing it first hand is sure something. Extremely disappointed! This happened on 03/16/2021 at approximately 2:40pm.

today spent 23.00 something not much. Person in drive thru brown curly short hair girl. Very very rude. Horrible service. Asked for manager. Came outside to speak to me. Very apologetic said the girl was angry? So that is an excuse? Anyway horrible drinks. Very disappointed. Trying to support local business.

Tarzana resident, Tarzana employee, daily Starbucks customer (from this specific location) and the attitude from the dark skinned male from the drive thru needs some immediate attention. Asked for napkins to wipe down the messy drink that he handed me and asked if he can take the wet napkins. He refused which isn’t a problem but the fact that I had to explain to him how “he” handed me a messy drink and if he could just please take the napkin was a huge issue. The attitude on this guy needs to be addressed. Very unprofessional and unnecessary. If you hate your job and/or people quit and get a job that suits you best!

Outdoor patio seating only and even when it's raining outside they still enforced the "must be in lobby policy" You're joking right? Manager didn't even bother looking at the cup purchased through their drive thru not even 20 minutes prior.

I drive in to this Starbucks a couple of times a week. A friend of had mentioned that she no longer goes there, but to the one further west on Ventura Blvd. because it has better service. I hadn’t noticed until today. I ordered a drink and the price I was charged was not what the price on the drive thru menu board stated. I asked why and was told they hadn’t gotten around to it. When I handed the girl at the window my card she took hold of it, I let it go & she dropped it. I had to move my car in order to pick it up off the ground and mentioned to her that she should hold on to it once she takes it. Her response was “ You as well.” I found this quite rude and asked to see the manager. She laughed and said she wasn’t in. I spoke to the person in charge who also seemed to find it amusing. I will hereafter take my business to the Starbucks further west on Ventura Blvd. is this how Starbucks now trains their personnel? To be rude to customers? Or do they train them at all. U fortunately, I did not get her name, but she was working the window at 1:30 p.m. Monday 11/6/23.

NOT READY!!! If your opening time is 5:30am I expect you to be ready for business. We had to drive up to the pick up window to get someone's attention, and even then it took about 5 minutes for somebody to acknowledge us. And on top of everything else, we ordered breakfast sandwiches and were told after we had already paid that they had just started to warm up the ovens and would have to wait 10 more minutes for our food. Management needs to do a better job at this location.

I ordered a simple drink with light ice and cold foam. They put so much ice and little to no cold foam. The workers were nice, but they seemed pretty careless of my drink preferences since it wasn't what I requested. I wouldn't have left a tip had a known the drink would be made wrong.

I’ve been going to this location for as long as I can remember. Honestly, the employees need training on professionalism, work ethics, and customer service. I don’t blame them, I think Starbucks is overworking them. Which makes sense because due to their location they have heavy traffic. Maybe there is too much pressure. Starbucks, please, you are the high light of my mornings. Your overworked, tired, unprofessional employees are taking away from that pleasant experience that you have branded yourself with for the longest time. Please before anything provide help to the young Asian lady that works at that location. Because I personally can’t tolerate her rude behavior anymore. Although I decided to make my coffee at home or just go to a different location. Hopefully I’ll have a better luck this time around.

Very disappointing experience. One of the employees was openly rude and showed clear racist behavior. Instead of treating customers with respect, they used an unfriendly tone, ignored basic courtesy, and made the environment uncomfortable. Starbucks promotes inclusion, but this location does not reflect those values at all. No customer should feel judged or unwelcome while buying a coffee. Management needs to take this seriously and properly train staff on respect and professionalism. 2/8/2026 at 1:00PM

We had to drive up to the pick up window to get someone's attention, and even then it took about 5 minutes for somebody to acknowledge us. And on top of everything else, we ordered breakfast sandwiches and were told after we had already paid that they had just started to warm up the ovens and would have to wait 10 more minutes for our food. Management needs to do a better job at this location.
