We came here during the week in the evening for dinner. We were seated immediately, and our waitress was over to our table quickly. There is an extensive draft beer and cocktail list with restaurant-specific beers as well. We shared 2 appetizers, the couscous mac and cheese balls, and the spicy brussel sprouts - both were a hit! For our main meals, we had the traditional wings with lemon pepper rub and Nashville hot sauce, spicy noodle bowl, and chicken sandwich. Everything was cooked well, the prices were reasonable and our waitress was very friendly.
My dine in experience was just phenomenal ! Every bite of food was full flavor, and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of seasons . The drinks were perfectly made and the dessert was delicious! Our waiter was so incredible and very attentive, she made the whole dining experience a blast while I was celebrating my birthday with my Sister!
I usually go as a party of 2-4 and we're always seated relatively quickly. The people who work there are friendly, and the food never takes too long. Their pizzokies are great I love coming in and getting them. Their free rewards program is also sweet as sometimes you'll get random deals, and it's very easy to get enough points for the $10 off perk
Drinks came out timely, along with the appetizer! Our host was amazing - Jessica P. 🩷 thank you so much for your service! Happy Holidays
I've been coming here since they opened. Service is always fantastic and the bar staff is attentive. 12 outta 10. Beer is refreshing with happy hour deals to make you happy. Try the prickly pear. Its a house hard lemonade, goes down easy and could be dangerous if you forget it has alcohol in it. Most of the time the food tastes great even when the Pizookies are half baked, wings are over/under sauced or the fish is over cooked. One thing to beware of is the guacamole, it has jalapeños in it! I've never had it like that and never want to again. It's fire (not the cool meaning of fire, it's call the fire department because there's a burning inferno in my mouth fire). So for those of you that can't handle the heat stay away from the guacamole. The background music has enough variety to suit any taste. I definitely recommend this place!
I have always wanted to try their food and last night we finally did🤦♀️ We got the pizookie meal with smash burger and fries with each dessert .. My burger was made wrong and had the burger sauce on it which i asked them to take off...fries weren't even done all the way and were limp and the cookie was burnt. I ordered online and picket carside to go but wheb I got there and had been checked in for ten minutes already I decided to go inside and my food was sitting there on the shelf and the girl wasn't doing anything. Totally disappointed...idk maybe if j dine in u get the good stuff 🤦♀️ Update: I wanted to give them the opportunity to make it right and they definitely did not disappoint this time! I apologize because I forgot the name of the manager that took care of us but he was very understanding and he won my vote! We will be back for sure 😃👍 I also had some really good cheese sticks at the bar while I waited so I included the Pic bc I was very impressed 👌
I was working in the area a couple months ago and stopped by on a Tuesday at approximately 6:30pm for dinner. Was not terribly busy, so I was seated quickly, and my waitress Tiffany took my beverage order- good selection of craft beers, they don't carry your standard light beers on tap, only in bottles. Pretty cool, laid-back atmosphere. The menu had a lot of great options - unfortunately, the prime rib is only available on the weekend, so I went with the ribeye, mashed potatoes, and Caesar salad. Steak cooked to my liking, not overly seasoned. Salad- just enough dressing, croutons were crispy. Tried the Pizookie (warm baked cookie with scoop of ice cream) - salted caramel. Mini-size- so it wasn't too much. Perfect dessert after a steak dinner. Bonus- manager Timber (I believe that was her name, I apologize if I misheard) saw me taking photos and it sparked a conversation about Google reviews and their impact. Gave me comp on Pizookie. Thanks! 😃
Party of 3 visited for lunch after receiving birthday invites for free appetizers ! Appetizers and Food had a great presentation, served hot and tasted great! Recommend spinach/artichoke appetizer.
Lisa was our server, and let me say she was phenomenal! Above and beyond! Very attended and always seeing if we needed anything! Awesome server and great service! 10/10 japs burger n fries! Absolutely love their burgers!
Our server was Cady F and she was very personable and patient with us being seated before my husband got here and my indecisiveness over the delicious menu. She knows the menu and was helpful with all our questions and her knowledge. We will definitely be back. Thanks again!
Had a nice informative server named Lisa , she is a great server . Very welcoming and our food was out in less than ten minutes. The steak is exceptional , soft and juicy . My favorite appetizer item is the ahi tuna poke bowl . The flavor blend is something of an experience that you can find at 5 star restaurants. I had the surf and turf for my main course and the presentation is exactly like the menu, they care about first impressions. I highy recommend this establishment, very quiet and the food is great .
Staff was very professional and polite. No long wait to seat a party of 11 on a Monday night. Went here after my niece's high school graduation. The White Peach drink is worth the return alone! Food tasted great and did not take a long time Can't beat the prices of the great tasting food. After enjoying the food and the atmosphere, it was easy to see why my niece and her friends liked this spot!!
Drink was good, food was amazing, the service was great and we loved it dessert was on point not overly sweet
My husband and I went to the Taylor restaurant on Saturday, July 29th. This was our 1st time to a BJ's. We were going the movies at Cinemark, which is right next to it. We went early to avoid waiting. Got there around 5pm. No wait. They do have a wait list rhat you can join though. We were seated immediately. Waitress, Holly, was there to greet us and take our drink orders, within 5 minutes. Holly was very attentive and everything we ordered came quickly. Our drinks were yummy and the food came hot and was delicious. I have attached some pictures and receipt, so I am not going to say everthing we ordered. My husband did get the prime rib special and it came with 2 sides, a salad and a dessert! Very good for $31! I highly recommend this restaurant!
Andrew was very attentive, store was clean, and pretty quiet it , even though they were pretty busy. The food was very good too, even though we only had a appetizer, avocado egg roll and the gourmet 5 meat pizza. Since it was the first time we were there. For it being Andrew 3 day of work he is a excellent customer service based employee and a asset to the establishment.
I love coming here. Not only is the food delicious, but the service and deals are fantastic. I was so pleased when they were even able to make me a custom pineapple mango daiquir as it's my favorite drink, although not on the menu. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!
From the outside of the building right down to the food, EVERYTHING was great! We are from GA and there are no restaurants that compare where we live 30 min south of Atlanta! There was no wait to be seated on a football night! Our server was great, knowledgeable and very friendly! The restaurant is very family friendly and warm and cozy! The baked ziti, chili, and prime rib were all amazing too!
The Ribs and Guac we had were so good we had to ask our server (very nice and attentive but did not want to be named) who helped prepare the amazing meal my Meemaw and I had. Shoutout to Prep Chef Michael A. in the back for making Bj's a place we will always come back to!!
I just want to take a moment to give a huge shout-out to my server Jason and his manager at BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse. The service today was absolutely outstanding — they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to come across people who truly care about their customers the way they did. Their professionalism and friendliness made my visit an experience I’ll definitely remember. I’m very glad I chose to eat here today — thank you Jason and team for making it such a great experience! 👏🍴
I was greeted with friendliness and professionalism. The server was thorough and attentive. The food was amazing. I ordered the cherry chipotle salmon and garlic shrimp with bread. The only thing I would have preferred is if they had brought out my appetizer before my meal. Bringing them out together defeated the purpose of having an appetizer but it was all delicious.
The service was great, food was good, only complaint my chicken parmesan was so hot it burned my mouth, yet my spaghetti was barely warm. Took a ribeye steak home for the dogs, haven't seen Daisy that excited about food. Usually she's been a chicken over beef girl, sometimes passing up beef. Not the steak!
Service was phenomenal as always our waitress Cate made sure our food came quickly while still tasting amazing and always checking up on us when we need anything. The manager Hannah also came over during our meal to make sure everything was good.
Jessica P was our server! She was great! It was my son's 21st birthday and we had a party of 8. The service food and atmosphere was great!
Such a great spot! I have to give a huge shout-out to prep chef Michael A. for the pizookie, we saw the fingerprints and knew it was hand-pressed to the PERFECTTTT density. It baked perfectly! Also, Busser Mak C. is an absolute machine, and had our table cleaned off faster than we could finish eating. Thanks to our server (who did not want to be named) for the great service. We cannot wait to come back :)
I went with my daughter, and I can tell by the finger prints in our pizookie that prep chef Michael A. pressed it out to the perfect density to cook properly. We cleaned our plates, but even faster did busser Mak C. (asked our server who did not want to be named who bussed our table) cleaned the table. Fantastic atmosphere and food, we will be back!
Just had an amazing lunch at BJ’s Brewhouse in Taylor, MI. The food was outstanding and the beer was incredible, but the best part was our server, Mellissa M. She was by far the best waitress we’ve had in years. Mellissa takes an incredible amount of pride in her work and it truly shows—she’s personable, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. It’s so refreshing to see that level of service! I highly recommend this restaurant not only for the consistently great food and drinks (my Honeycrisp Chicken Salad paired perfectly with the seasonal Pumpkin Ale), but also for the exceptional service. We’ve eaten here many times, and Mellissa really set the standard for what great hospitality looks like. If I could leave 10 stars for Melissa I would!!
Had a birthday party for nephews 18th birthday and I believe Austin took care of us. She was the best. She took care of like a party of art last 20.. adults and teens. She was very much on top of her game💯💪🏾 i hope she gets this review.
Jessica P was the G.O.A.T.!!! Great service and very knowledgeable of the menu and helped us tremendously during our visit. Food was great as well. My family and I spent around roughly $80 to feed three people and I had a drink. Love this place! Can’t wait to have date night with my wife here. Hopefully Jessica P can be our server again!
We were having a very rough day and stopped in for dinner. Upon arrival we were very suprised to get a table instantly on a Saturday night. Our server was Holly W and she was absolutely wonderful. When she greeted us at our table the first thing my daughter asked was if they had grapes to which Holly said yes. A few moments later Holly arrived back to our table with a little bowl of fruit and gold fish crackers for my daughter and also my son. She was on top of everything the entire time my 6 year old son just kept saying wow mom look at our waitress go she is so good. If we were not happy enough with Holly as we were walking out the gentleman behind the bar was making a drink with light up cubes and my kids were so amused and just kept saying wow look at that. I did not realize he heard them and then proceeded to hand us two glowing cubes and told us his 2 year old loves them. This absolutely made my kids day. The entire way home they talked about BJs being their new favorite restaurant and the best one in town. We will most definitely be back and can not thank everyone enough for such amazing service.
My personal spot whenever I need some good nachos and a nice dessert to finish it off! This last meeting I was served by the amazing Cate who knows me as a regular here! Also met with Hannah the floor general for the night and explained how great the service was. 10/10 hope to come again!
My first experience YEARS ago was not great. Went back to night to try again and WOW. The server, I wish I remembered his name (younger slender handsome black male) FANTASTIC! The food was amazing! Parm crusted chicken, shrimp parm pasta, Sal's brewhouse chicken, and a pizza to go. We will definitely be back to try the Ribeye, the ribs and meatballs with spaghetti.
BJ's recently updated they're menu and I have to say they did a wonderful job. The new items are fun and flavorful. The drinks are creative and poured perfectly and the service was great! Monique was amazing with us she made recommendations and answered all our questions and checked in on us frequently. Love what they did with the menu and will be back!
Overall pleasant dining experience. At 2:30 on a Friday afternoon we were seated immediately. Love the atmosphere, music just right to have a table conversation. Brianna was a wonderful server, and we'd sit at her tables again. Food was about average for the "trendy pub" scene. My only complaint (no doubt fixable) would be a little too much salt on my Chicken Bacon Ranch Piadina. My wife loved the Strawberry Fields Chicken Salad.
The appetizer and the drinks tasted fantastic! The entrees were mediocre, mainly due to the brussel sprouts. First they came out burnt and then the second time way underdone 🤷🏽♀️ the atmosphere was pleasant and so was our waitress. I would go back again 😃
Started with Spinach Dip. Tasty just not enough spinach for the amount of chips. Jalapeño hamburger was very good. My wife was happy with her steak and shrimp.
Food was actually pretty good but just a little pricier for certain food items. They are obviously known for the Pazooki’s which were super super yummy! Waitress was pretty lazy and barely, took our orders and didn’t bring out our food but it could’ve just been her. Overall would go back again!
The stuffed mushrooms and mahi fish tacos are great. The garlic knots were hard bread and the waitress never asked if there was a reason they were untouched. The jalapeno burger was okay but not great. They have a huge menu and tons of beers. They also have an outdoor bar and seating.
Went to get the TikTok viral pepperoni pizza! Did take out but when I went in the atmosphere looked great and I plan on going to dine in soon. The girl who helped me was very nice and polite and apologized for my order not being ready even though it still had 15 minutes according what they told me when I ordered so that was nice. The pizza, very good, thick and airy, lots lots lots of pepperoni. Cheese and sauce was a little light for my taste but it was still good. Order extra of both and you’ll have a 9/10 for sure. Definitely going back! Little pricey for one pizza but I didn’t feel cheated if that makes sense.
The food was yummy! We enjoyed the avocado egg rolls and cheese sticks as an appetizer. Burger and fries for the entree. Drinks were on point! Service was a Lil slow at the bar but thats okay we would still go back! Also a good spot to watch any game or sporting event! This is a good place for a date, group hang out or even a family outing.
For a Saturday night dinner rush hour, was surprisingly able to get seated fairly quickly. The hostess and wait staff were awesome. Had a rough few days so it felt good to treat myself to a restaurant meal with good vibes all around. My friend and I split the big soft pretzel appetizer. I ordered the fish and chips for the entrée and my friend had the chicken caesar dinner salad. The waitress seemed to be on my wavelength as she suggested that I save the excess cheese sauce from the pretzel for the fries which is what I was thinking about just after finishing the app. Yes, the cheese sauce is that good. My friend's salad was delicious and quite a generous portion. The fish and chips were fantastic, just the right amount and I love that the crispy batter coating was not too thick. My only complaint about the meal was not enough tartar sauce but not a big thing.
We haven't been to BJ's in awhile and decided to go with our inlaws. I ordered the jambalaya which was so spicy I couldn't eat it all, they need to measure the spice and get rid of the shaker. You can see the excessive spice in the juice at the bottom of the plate and on the edge of the plate. Our waiter was very unprofessional and had an attitude with one of his tables and was swearing under his breath while going to the P.O.S / Service station behind our booth in the S.E corner of the restaurant. Unfortunately we likely won't be back.
I usually go to the BJs in Avon, IN. The good is ALWAYS great there. This location has a lot to be desired with the preparedness of the food. The sliders were overcooked, and lettuce was sort of fresh. The fries were the best part. The clam chowder is horrible. It is sludge--don't get it. The wedge was on par. Service was cordial and very accommodating except we didn't get silverware without asking. Beer flight and tea were fine. I didn't get a pic of the chowder before sending it back. To make it up, they didn't charge for soup or salad. Good customer service.
My family and I decided to celebrate both my cousin and my sister‘s graduation with dinner. When we arrived, we were mildly greeted by a subpar server. We thought he would have at least said congratulations since both my cousin and sister were still wearing their cap and gown. The server really lacked customer service skill. We did give him the benefit of the doubt since we had a somewhat larger party of about 10 people, but we just the basics like refilling our water wasn’t done. The food was average and the customer service lacked overall. This experience soured our joyous occasion.
Service was fine however the food was bland. We started off with the spinach dip unfortunately, the top was burnt and hard, and the inside was cold and soupy. It was inedible, and we had to send it back to the kitchen. I got the pomegranate margarita and that was delicious. For the main, I did the $13 Pazooki meal. It was a great deal. However, the food was very salty and that was the only thing I could taste. I finish off with the cookies and cream Pazooki. It was a nice size for the price.
It all started with the service, the waiter seemed like he didn't want to be there. 15 minutes for drinks, 30 minutes for the appetizers, 45 mins for the dinners to come out. I had to flag our server down to get a refill on my drink. The Tri-tip was super chewy for a slow cooked meal. I gave this place two chances and was disappointed both times. I like the atmosphere juat wish it was better.
Just not good. The whole experience. This chain needs to clean house and get rid of anyone in the back of the house preparing and letting the food go out the way it is. App sampler everything lukewarm but the beer cheese which was refrigerator cold with a dried up layer on top. Pretzel and motz sticks, just not good. Tortilla chips were not good either. Guacamole had black chunks of avocado in it, which should have been thrown out and not used. Told Jimmy the manager, who just seemed tired used up and he took it off the bill. Deep dish pizza was horrible. Crust tasted like it was made out of Bisquick. It was undercooked the green peppers and onions were raw, cut in 7 pieces, how does that even happen? this was also lukewarm. Red baron deep dish from Kroger beats this pie. The jambalayas was all spice and nothing nice. Overcooked baby shrimp with chicken nibbles and hill shire farm sausage? Pasta Alfreda had suspiciously pink chicken. Pizzookie was, well a pizookie….. My opinion, either fix it the way it should be or throw the whole damn restaurant out., including Jimmy. This cost me over $100 for garbage that should never have gotten to the table. I was too embarrassed to complain again.Bring in Robert Ervine. I’ll never go back. This whole place from drinks to food, to service is a one and done.
WORST PIZZA EVER!!! Highly anticipated trying a pizza from here. Placed a very simple order of just one item and realized that that was enough to confuse the person making the order. I ordered a barbecue chicken pizza with an additional jalapeño peppers on ones half of the pizza and pineapple on the other half. What I got was a pizza with jalapeño and pineapple on one side and barbecue chicken on the other. It was the worst pizza you can ever eat! It was bland, doughy, and worst than the pizza you got in school as a child. And it only cost nearly $40.
We sat at the bar and ordered food. As I was looking around; I noticed the dirt and lent that was stuck to the ceiling lighting and wood boards. It was so obviously filthy. The interior of the facility needs to be inspected and cleaned from top to bottom.
Our service was terrible. I went with a group of 4 other people and our server, Jessica P, was rude right off the bat. We were nice to her from the beginning even asking how her day was and she was very snobby back to us. When my friend was ordering wings he asked nicely what the options were for sauces and she rudely said to him "it's literally on the menu". She then continued to not refill any of our drinks, ask how the food is, if we needed anything, and continued to avoid our table the entire time we were there. We had to wait 30 minutes for a single to go pizookie and she not once came up and said I'm sorry about the wait or it will be out shortly. When it finally came out she said in a snobby tone "sorry for the wait" and left. No have a great night nothing. There was also no silverware in the to go bag. We all had planned on tipping if she was kind, but she was not so we didn't. By coincidence, two other people we knew came in at some point and were still there after we left and they overheard her talking bad about us. She said cattily, " this is why I don't expect teenagers to tip, they're probably broke. I don't know what I did". She was snobby, rude, never smiled once and rolled her eyes. Serving off stereotypical profiles is disrespectful and discriminating. Mind you, she was kind to every other tables, smiled, attentive, and refilled their drinks and asked if everything was time. No matter if you are having a bad day, you still don't treat customers like this. If she's ever my server again, I will request a new server this is outrageous.
I call in my order Santa Fe chicken salad got home The lettuce is old and just mushy once again another restaurant they do not take pride and what they do. I don’t understand how your kitchen staff serve such horrible food. I don’t think people really care. I keep telling myself need to stay at home More and Cook cause I worked hard for my money.this salad look like this was The leftovers from someone else plate and they mixed it with my stuff, wouldn’t put it past them nothing is crunchy and fresh about the salad
