Absolutely delicious and way better than the chain restaurant that’s similar. Super fresh, falls off the bone, and all the sides are amazing as well.

I love the flavor of their chicken (more flavorful than El Pollo Loco). It's great to have real food as opposed to processed junk. I'm a diabetic and you can't beat the protein here. The price is amazing if you take into consideration that you can feed 4 people for $13 to $15, it seals the deal. Budget wise families should flock here.

Big portions with great taste! I'm new to California. This was one of the first restaurants we tried. The portions were large and the chicken was moist and flavorful. I loved it. I also loved the cinnamon rice water. Good Job!!

Its its a great place to get well fed at an affordable price. The chicken was cut fresh and tasted amazing. The service was also great and my food was ready within 2 minutes. If you're looking for some good quality food at a great price Juan Pollo is your go to place.

The best Mexican rotisserie chicken I've ever had. We love this place so much we almost had them cater our wedding. The flavor of the chicken, especially the skin, is addicting. Sooo delicious!!! The menu is very simple. You get chicken, tortillas and salsa. The sides are rice, beans and potato salad. They have a few desserts but I've never tried them. The atmosphere inside feels kinda dingy. It has a hispanic feel to it and they have chicken figurines around. I don't really care to eat in the small dining room, my husband and I usually just order it to go and eat at home.

The chicken & sides are good, especially the potato salad. I heard others referring to this as Juan Pollo & noticed I saw the previous sign used to say “Juan Pollo” I love Juan Pollo, but I was under the impression this was a different rotisserie chicken place. In any case it is the same taste/ quality as Juan Pollo and I still love it after 25 years! They do run out of chicken and sides frequently, and no the service isn’t stellar but it’s good food for a decent price .

Big hand five to Juan. Very nice guy who took our order . His customer service was just as good as the food! Nice enough to ask if we wanted some water when we realized we didn’t order any drinks. He brought them to us and was just over all a very nice guy! Will definitely come back to this location . 6/30/2025

The chicken is by far the best in the area. It always has great flavor, never salty or dried out. The coupon that comes in local mailer is for 2 chicken, salsa and tortilla for 21.99 which is a great deal. The staff is always friendly to me and have no complaints.

We had a party for 70 people on a Sunday. The food was out of this world. So many compliments (next time pack some cards to share). Everything was packed up so nice and they even helped take it to the car. The package we had had chicken, beans, rice, potato salad, salsa and tortillas. The pricing was fantastic as well. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Been coming here for years. The food is always good and I feel you definitely get value for the dollar. Only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because of the decor. The place hasn't been painted for at least 15 yrs. It could use a fresh coat of paint and a deep cleaning.

Was craving a French dip from somewhere else but went here instead because I happened to be buying dog food from target. I ordered a lunch meal to go and waited for a short while in their nicely air conditioned restaurant. When I got my order I said gracias and on my way out I held the door open for an old lady and she told me I was kind and blessed me. So overall a nice wholesome experience. However when I got back to work to my surprise I received a whole chicken with a side of pico degallo. Not what I ordered but wow, that’s some good chicken. Will go back again when I’m craving something unexpected and delicious.

Disgusting!!! Everything is bland and flavorless. I ordered the dinner which is completely overpriced for what it is. The rice was dry and the top of the rice was hard and crunchy. Makes me wonder if it had been sitting under a heating lamp for hours. Beans- bland and disgusting. My potato salad was warm… 🤢 And the chicken was okay. The salsa wasn’t quite right either. Everything about this meal was terrible. Skip this place and go to El Pollo Loco, or buy a whole Rotisserie chicken and sides and Cardenas, Costco, Sam’s or literally anywhere else. It’ll taste better and it’s more bang for your buck. This was the worst meal I’ve had in a long time.

While waiting for my order, I saw a staff member either put something in her mouth or touch her mouth, then go to prep food without visibly washing her hands. I mentioned it to the front counter, and they said something to her, then she walked in the opposite direction and appeared to be washing your hands, so I could not see the whole action. What bothered me most was the attitude afterward no apology, just cold service and my food being put down with more force then necessary onto the counter. It left me uncomfortable and unsure if my food was handled safely. I didn’t eat it and won’t be coming back.

I tried the Potato Salad & Rice before I ordered them. The Potato Salad had light Mayo the way I like it. And the Rice was moist. So I upgraded both of them to large with my whole Chicken combo meal. But when I got to my parents house about 10 miles away to eat it, the large Potato Salad had heavy Mayo. Most of the Rice was dry & stuck together. And most of the Chicken was overcooked & dry! So I wasted $21.52 on it! Since it was too far to take it all back & complain about it, when my Parents were hungry. So I won’t go there again. Since nothing was made or cooked correctly!
