Every dish felt thoughtfully prepared with fresh ingredients. I highly recommend the santorini bowl—the flavors were perfectly balanced, and the presentation was beautiful. You can tell the kitchen staff takes real pride in what they send out. Even the sides and appetizers weren't an afterthought; they were just as delicious as the main course. ​The Service ​What really elevated the evening was the service. Our server, karla, was attentive without being intrusive. They were knowledgeable about the menu, offered great recommendations, and ensured our drinks stayed refilled. It’s clear that the team here understands the art of hospitality; we never felt rushed, yet everything arrived at the table exactly when it should have.

Shrimp Santorini Bowl and the Veggie Luna Bowl with the Trio Hummus...sorry the pics aren't so pretty but they were and we started eating it to fast...so here's what we have left....it is soooo good! I completely recommend this place. Memo was our serve... he made my dad, mom and me feel welcome. And my dad is hard to please. Great job Memo 👍🏻

We love luna grill. This is our first time at this specific location and we loved our experience. Isabella was so sweet and helpful from the get. We had a few questions and she answered them without hesitation or frustration which is appreciated because we didn’t feel like pests for asking simple questions. Denisse brought out our food and she was also very sweet. These two girls made our experience awesome! The food was delicious as usual! But customer service is why we will be back at this location again!!

Great food, very friendly service. I got the double protein plate with Chicken kabobs and Gyro. The chicken was juicy and well seasoned. Gyro was tender and tasty. I also got the loaded fries. The fries was crunchy and flavourful. I also got the Mediterranean Salad. The salad was fresh; however I found a piece of extremely rotted and decayed vegetable in the salad. It could have been picked over a bit more carefully.

I’ve called this restaurant multiple times over a 2 week period to get a refund for my missing items from my order and each time Im promised it will be credited, but I never see any money credited to my credit card. Each time contacting the restaurant im put on hold for up to 15 mins each time. Tried contacting email, still no response. Food is great but customer service is severely lacking.

I requested no added salt but pickled onions instead in my Salmon Santorini Bowl and they took out the olives and the pickled onions. And I waited 20 minutes. This location is the worst Luna Grill I’ve been to. I hope corporate is reading this and does better. Because business is good employees feel they don’t need one more customer. Horrible.

**sent an email as requested, have not gotten a response** One of the worst catering experiences I've ever had. (Besides the driver, he was super nice and awesome) I called BEFORE making the order to confirm the price and amount of a catering order. I was told a LARGE a la carte would feed 10 people, which is also stated on the website and other catering sites. I was told a SMALL a la carte would feed 5 people. For a total of 15 people. We ordered EXTRA just in case. My group of 12 persons was given this.... this is meant for 15 people??? At $207... there was not enough for 12 people to get a decent serving of meat and we ordered EXTRA because of how Luna Grill advertised the portions. So glad we ordered more because people barely got to have any. At this price, we'd expect a full portion serving for 15. When I called to ask they said oh, well we only give one kabob per person (although that's not advertised) If I knew that, I would have ordered double or triple. Actually, no I would have not because for this price it's ridiculous. The driver was very understanding and surprised too by the portions. We didnt get a refund and we are never using Luna grill again. This was a major disappointment for a large group of veterans traveling for a wellness workshop.
