I had a great time! My first time visiting the Old Town Pub and Grub. Although I live close by, I have never been there. Let me tell you that Wednesday is off the chain! When I arrived I was greeted by Terry the bartender. He was very friendly and accommodating. Waitress Mo made me feel welcome too! I had chicken wings and fries which were delicious. Wednesday night is Jazz night. The band was outstanding! They played a set, then invited anyone from the audience to come up and sing a song of their choice. This was infinitely better than karaoke because the band backed up every singer. There were some outstanding singers there! I will definitely be back again, and recommend this place to others. Wow!!!

Great food. Fried food served until about 10pm on Sunday through Thursday. They also have music and karaoke Sunday through Thursday after hours. Becomes one of the top clubs in town after hours Friday and Saturday. Best DJ in town.

Food is excellent and service is friendly. Patio and outdoor seating offers great views and fun people watching. Great old time cars cruising the street. Full bar. And dogs are welcome in the outside eating area. Highly recommend. Night time crowd on the weekends lots of fun but don't recommend for the little ones. However great kids menu and kid friendly otherwise.

The most eclectic, interesting musical venue in the San Gabriel Valley. It's only a beer and wine bar (although they have soju). The food is edible. Wait staff are polite and hard working. It can get crowded on Saturday night. With all that said, it's a neighborhood gem.

Amazing amount of food and good value. Then on top of it the food is actually amazing to boot?! Fun atmosphere, good music and good location. I will make a trip out of my way to come back here.

This Place is my go to when I’m working in Temecula/Murietta. Bartenders are always so friendly and welcoming. The music is great and it’s got that backyard experience when you’re on the deck. And the food is good 👍🏽

I went in after debating all options and super glad I did. The service was great. The bartenders Lindsey and Austin were excellent and I never had to wait to long. Guacamole burger perfect. All and all a win,for sure.

Cover charge to get in was weird for this place. Used to come here and there was no cover. But still thoroughly enjoy this historic spot. Its definitely got a reputation for getting rowdy as I've seen it happen there back in the day but as of the past few years its chilled out. Drinks were good as usual. I love this pub most for the old town location and friendly upbeat atmosphere and music. It's a great place to sit outside watch people stroll and cruise by, The limited bar menu containing mostly fried food with not enough healthy options imo is the biggest downfall. I would recommend a menu makeover. Friendly staff. Service is hit or miss depending how busy they are.

A nice place to go to on a Friday or Saturday night. Not to crowded and the bar isn't a long wait to get a drink. They have seating outside but not that much inside. They do have a cover charge usually 10 but can go up if it's over crowded.

This is a great area and awesome spot to stop to drink and eat. I really enjoy the juke box that doesn't sensor certain kinds of music, like metal, for instance.

We made this our base on New Year’s Eve, parking our car here and enjoying some drinks while the family walked around Old Town and enjoyed the City of Temecula’s planned festivities 🥳. It was nice to have a designated meet up spot as we all enjoyed walking around town taking in the evening. Some scoffed at the Cover Charge but I thought it was bargain- our car was safe, right on the strip, across the street from the Main Events, ice skating rink, slide 🛝 - the drink were great, service stellar, security was aware yet friendly. The Pub even had New Year’s party favors. When my sister and the kids came back after strolling around we all jumped into the back of the truck- watched the Grape Drop, and had a front row seat to the 2025 Drone Show! It was perfect for a family- only thing missing was hot cocoa (!) - if I owned a parking lot there - I’d reserve spaces for a New Year’s Eve Family Tailgate party. After the Drone Show - the kids were ready to go and we, adults, could have returned and brought in the Pacific New Year because our cover charge allowed in and out access. We went home- listened to some great music and made hot cocoa! It was a chilly night. Happy New Year! Let’s make 2025 ROCK 🤘 🎸😎

Okay, I've been coming to this place for a few years now and until last night the service has been great. The bartenders are very attentive and friendly, however, the servers seem to only want to be helping out their friends or family that were there. Not once in the two hours I was there did they even look our way to see if we needed anything. Horrible. I gave four stars for the drinks, bartenders, and entertainment, not because of the servers.

Atmosphere was great! Definitely very lenient with covid-19 protocols but everyone there didn't seem to mind it. Inside dance floor was a decent size and the seating area outside are accompanied by outside heaters so definitely keeps you warm. They have a bar at the dance floor and another bar on the side. The bartenders were super attentive and fast to get your order. I would definitely recommend trying this place out. Mind you the bathroom are porta potties and definitely would not recommend taking a seat. Overall enjoyed it.

Pros: The French fries and fried zucchini were fried to a perfect crisp. The portions were huge and tasty. Burger had a good melt and tasted fresh. Server was really nice Cons: the zucchini tasted a little old and mushy and the patty was a little bland Overall it was a great meal and I highly recommend as there isn’t many restaurants down here in Temecula

Great fried pickles! I had a chicken Caesar wrap... Lots of TVs for sports watching- Music was a bit too loud- felt like I was yelling at the waitress. Good service- parking was free and decent !

The spicy margarita was not spicy at all but it tasted good the fried pickles were great the chicken Cesar salad wrap was a meal in itself and the guacamole burger held together well it would be great with some chipotle aïoli spread and the meat could have been seasoned a little more but all in all I will definitely be coming back to try more of the menu oh yeah!!! Loved the atmosphere of the whole street! Locals were very sympathetic and the bartenders were very attentive. We went for a couple of Old Fashion Cocktails, so didn't have the opportunity to eat. It was a Sunday evening and the atmosphere was great!

One of the more ratchet places to go when they do club nights on the weekends. Depending on your musical taste, the music is good, and a lot of people go there. The drinks are moderately priced and pretty decent, but the crowd that goes there is well... ratchet. And fights happen pretty often there. On the plus side, the cover is only $5. So I wouldn't not go there, but it's not my first choice either.

Stopped in to watch some football and have a couple beverages on Sunday afternoon. My wife and I shared the French dip which was good. The fries that came with it were the perfect level of crispiness and seasoned well, they were delicious! Our waiter was great...and ridiculously overtasked which is why I went with three stars. We were on the patio and there was 5 or 6 tables seated with a total of around 20-25 people. Our waiter was running his tail off amd also working more tables inside and his attitude was great. We stopped in to Old Town Pub & Grub because we wanted to watch football and it was the only sports bar that came up on our search in the immediate area. The entire place seemed understaffed which I found confusing and disappointing for a sports bar on NFL Sunday. Not sure of we'll give them another chance or check out other options next time.

I love the wait staff, but...I'm sorry, this place used to be so fun for pub and club, with great atmosphere and music that kept you dancing. Went here for my birthday on a saturday night, I arrived at 11 and was told they closed at 12. The dj could not piece together anything that flowed and switched the music every 30 seconds, which was mostly repeats of the choruses anyways. The dance floor was SO bright, you could TELL people felt awkward, the dancing was stop and go

Karaoke Wednesday with friendly people (seemed like regulars), pricey drinks for being draft beer on a weekday, bottle is cheaper, decent food menu fairly priced.

Went there for Happy Hour with a friend. Ordered green bean appetizer..they were great. Ordered cheese curds...they were DRY and AWFUL...and they came with no sauce. We split a BBQ burger it was really good, but the fries were old. Only one server so she was just trying to keep up with everyone. Won't go back...although maybe for a burger.

Was the only open establishment a late arriving eve. Had the burger a few months back, selected chicken tenders and fries. Chicken was tasty, however, slighty dry. Fries were quite acceptable. This was much better than burger. Plenty of outdoor seating.

Really bad drinks and dj was not mixing music that well. Only thing I can say was bouncers n security were on point. They reacted quick and efficiently to get rowdy customers out. Security gave this establishment an extra star.

My chicken sandwich wasn't good. The tomato was bigger than the chicken patty. It definitely wasn't worth the price. The fries were good and my friend's hamburger was good she said. This is strictly my review. I gave the atmosphere a 2 due to a guy's dog barking excessively and an annoying drunk who was 2 sheets to the wind at 1 pm and should have been cut off hours before. The service I gave a 2 because we had to flag down a server for menus and then again to order. They never came back to check on us. We always had to wait and flag them down. I gave the one who comped my tea and my friend's drink because I asked for a take-out box and she forgot 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Place was alright as far as the club goes, they play the same song 2x and long lines to get in, once you're inside waiting for your drink, another line to get inside on the dance floor. Thanks goodness the cover charges wasn't bad.

There was no room inside for us to sit. I had to sit outside in the cold and take in lung fulls of cigarette smoke. No outside area for nonsmokers. The music was good. None of the servers offered me food or drink.

Usually everything from the food to the entertainment is great at this place. However they were not prepared for the crowds during last nights fight. Even though I was able to reserve a table for the event we couldn't get any service. I was there for about 4 hours and was only served 2 drinks. The food was not at all like thier normal menu but was more like snack bar food. We waited over an hour to get our food and when it came out it was cold and soggy. They served us our meals without forks and napkins so my party had to use our hands to serve appetizers. The service was terrible I hope if they decide to do another even in this capacity they will be better organized. And please do away with the snack bar food and use your regular menu.

I went to that bar two weeks ago and had a horrible experience. There were a group of men all congregated so that I couldn’t get through without feeling like I was in the experience “Sandy Hook” where Naval women were fondled. I told security and then did nothing and several bartenders did not care. Women especially, look out for your safety. This is a biker bar and much goes on that no one seems to care about. Beware and be on guard

Waitress was nice, service was good, drinks were great but, food was not so good. pretzel was tasty but. Nacho cheese with pretzel was cold ( Yuk) ... Chicken and fries was cold and nasty ... We will try them again but, I wouldnt eat dinner there intil things improve

With about 20 people in the whole restaurant it took over a half hour to get three burgers … speaking of the burgers - ive sneezed out more green stuff than was on my guac burger. I want to give grace to the kitchen too, and know hamburger is difficult to get correct but the burgers were cooked so long there was no moisture left in my “medium” cook. Maybe thats why it took 30 mins is they cooked the burger the whole time. The fries were actually very good which earned their way off one star. Atmosphere is a loud bar and i would guess party vibe later.

The food was very good! But I'm sorry to say the service is not. Zach you were so in the wrong! I am a single mom and came in with my best fried who is a man on my only free weekend! As I didn't appear single I was pushed to the side! A women's bar this is not. He treated me like i didn't exist. I asked for a glass of water with my food and was ignored for the two pretty girls next to me! Terry Hall made it a point to ask how we were even though we weren't on how station. Thank you Terry for showing you cared!

I got 86 last night! But I had the best time in old town! Best day ever! Bathrooms where flooding, tisk tisk all the money they make get it fixed 😆. C'mon its something we all differently need there! So fun! Cheers!

Food was AMAZING 🍔 🍟 Bartenders were very efficient. But my cousin kept telling me some dude was pulling her away from the patio &&’ I stepped into the situation to get him away. He made a huge scene trying to fight while Security was not doing anything. The guy proceeded his way to security & was laughing with him about the scene while my cousin is frightened. I told security guard it’s not right to RETALIATE the situation with the opp. He took it as disrespect & kicked us out while the guy was following us to our car. My cousin had to run fast to lose him . Cinco De Mayo.

Stopped here after a motorcycle ride with our group of friends. Great atmosphere nice people but super rude bartenders. Too bad. Just takes away from the experience.

The only good thing about this place was the drinks. We ordered some Cadillac Margaritas and they were pretty strong. The dance floor needs more speakers for better sound. Security was pretty rude and they confiscated my little pocket knife that's a multi-use tool. The place closed down at midnight which was not expected. It was pretty empty considering it was a Saturday night.

No flavor at all in the batter. Seems they just fry everything and can't actually cook. Service was decent but probably will not come back

This was our first time here. We sat in the back room thinking the music would be lower as it was the middle of the day but it was still very loud. It was OK as we understood this is more of a bar atmosphere. The waitress took our order about 10 minutes after sitting down which was fine. We then waited almost 35 minutes for a burger and fish & chips... There was NO ONE there (as pictured in my photos)! Where things really went south for us was when, after having our food for literally 2 minutes, the waitress came back and told us she was leaving and handed my husband the bill and ask him to pay now. He literally had his burger in his hands - he was taking a bite - as she stood there waiting for his wallet. He put his food down and handed her his card. She came back and set the bill and card down and told us again that she had to leave early then walked away. A few minutes later, a waiter came over to collect the bill (that had yet to be actually signed since we were still eating) and said she had sent him over to get the bill. Again, my husband had to set his food down to sign the ticket. The guy apologized, took the bill, and walked away. The redeeming part came at the end - the waiter came back to get the dishes I had stacked up. He stopped and apologized if he had made us feel rushed. We explained what had previously happened and he said he could tell it was something. We enjoyed a great conversation with him and ended the experience knowing they had one good waiter on staff. The waitress that "HAD to leave early" was still walking around doing alot of nothing until he had come back with our signed check - obvious to me that she was waiting for her tip even though he was going to have to clean everything up and she had done nothing. I can't say that we'll be back here. The food was fairly hot but just ok in favor. My fish was pretty hard on the outside but the fries were good. The waitress really ruined our first experience here and, with other choices in the area, we'll probably just go elsewhere.

Food and beer were great however when we had our credit card behind the bar running a tab someone charged a $900.00 photo shoot on our credit card. I wouldn’t leave a card behind the bar if I ever went there again.

This pace is horrible!!!! Do not come. First of all they charge a cover fee and you still have to wait to get in line for the dance floor. I tried to just use the bathroom and they told me to get back in line. The security guards are unprofessional, smoking at the job and being rude. Save your money and don’t come!

The food is what you see, what you get. The bouncers think they’re the law. They let me in but not my friend. I asked why and they told me I could leave if I wanted. No reason to their rhyme. I asked to speak to the manager and she was ruder than the bouncers. We went to another low key place across the street and had a great time.

Great people, food and service. The female.KJ are great but they play too many songs in between singers and the KJ seems more interested in serving himself than getting as many singers up as possible. I showed up on day just to sing and in an hour, they only had 7 singers sing with over 20 people waiting.

Worst place! Had a really bad experience this past 4th of July, 2021. Consider going elsewhere. This Old Town Pub is a nightmare! Here is why: 1) The two waiters were very rude with annoying attitude. 2) We sat in at the karaoke room and of course the music was so loud that we can't hear us talking. We have to yell. 3) We waited for 25 minutes before we got served. 4) We both ordered from the menu. Then, we waited approx 15 minutes only to serve us with a wrong order. The order was supposed to go to the other table. We didn't touch the food because we both knew it wasn't what we ordered. Try to get one of the waitress attentions to let her know that this is not our order. But we were ignored. Then 5 minutes later, our orders came in and we started to eat our food without that spicy french fries. Then 5 minutes after, one of the waitresses rudely with a bad attitude insisted that I should pay for the order we didn't ordered that she will include it on my bill. I told her, why? I didn't order this and its not my fault that you gals made this mistake. I was trying to flag one of waitresses attention but only got ignored. Plus we didn't touch the food. She insisted that I should pay for it. Since the music was so darn loud and I didn't wanted to make a scene, so I decided to pay for order we didn't order. I was billed for 4 margaritas and two side dishes + that spicy fries which was the most expensive side dishes...the total amount of $76! What riff off!! I was very bothered by this. This is there error, not mine. What the hell was going on? I should not have to pay for it. 5) Then the karaoke guy "Ray"...I put a song and tipped him $5. He called me on stage after a hour. Then I put another song after but my friend wanted to leaved. I told the karaoke guy "Ray" that I will be back in less than 30 minutes. I just needed to drop off my friend to his car. He said, no problem. Your name is on the cue and I will save it for you. Just let me know when you get here. I arrived in less than 30 minutes and I told him that I'm back. I asked him when am I up? He said, dude you left and now you have to wait for 45 minutes or more. I didn't want to argue. It was the worst 4th of July and besides, I was trying to escape from LA due to crazy noise...illegal fireworks that go on LA...now this? I did like the karaoke set up. It has a little stage on the corner. But its way too loud that you have to scream loud or sign language or step out to have a conversation with your guest(s). AVOID THIS PLACE!! Very unprofessional and greedy.

Overly aggressive security! While in line I made a comment to a friend about how strict they were. Something along the lines of "I'm surpirsed they didn't take your chapstick". Security decides to grab me and kick me out for this comment. Luckily I was in a level state of mind. I was grab from behind and pull away from front entrance. No need to grab, a simple you got to go is fine. If I'm not welcomed somewhere I don't want to be in there. Once he let go he continued to shout get off the property. As I am willing walking off the property he continues to push me. Still with smile on my face and hands by my side, hands by my side so he doesn't see me as a threat. I try to ask "why do you keep pushing me?" Again he shouts get off the property and continues to push me. Again I am in a sane state of mind I had not been drinking much that is why i was able to hold my composure. I have no problem with the venue. If not mistaking we ate there first and then continued through our night. I do have a problem with the security staff of 04/13/2019. If you want charges for assault this is how you do it. If you want your patron to fight your security staff this is how you do it. I used to work in the bar industry and know this is not a way to treat a customer willing listening to the orders of security and willing walking off the property. I did not feel safe being escorted out by this security guard. Again I was at peace and he was very aggressive. If I would have tried to pull out my phone almost no doubt he would of hit me or my phone. I hate writing negative reviews because select few of not properly train security but I would not want anyone else to be victimized like this. If anything were to have happened we would have been in the wrong because they could always say we were drunk and they have "authority". Usually (and I agree) the security is in the right state of mind and the patron is drunk but in this incident that was not the case. Please review your security staff. At least have them take a step back during incidents like this and realize not all customers are the same not all will be drunk and realize some will willingly follow directions. Physical contact does not have to be made! Writing this review for management. In no way trying to tell you how to run your staff but want to shine the light on a select few. Bad customer service and business etiquette. I tried to make reservations for a large group for an upcoming event, I called 2 twice, was hanged up on, sent a message was not only ignored, but whoever responded after a couple of days who clearly read my message yet still chose to ignore it seriously needs to work on their customer service skills - seems like their staff clearly needs to improve that part of their job. None of who I’ve spoken to and handling their FB page didn’t even try to provide any type of good customer service whatsoever. Why would potential customers want to spend money in places like this who don’t care providing good service when there’s tons of other eateries in old town? My husband and I go to old town Temecula all the time and at least once or twice a week to have dinner and this is one place we will definitely not go to, and will make sure to let friends and family know to avoid as well.

Went here while in town for work. Meh experience at best, maybe it was an off night, food was late and the cover wasn't worth the atmosphere and I should have left when I had to wait over 30min for my appetizer.

We got in line expecting to have a good night. The security guard who checked our id and let us in didn’t let a member of our group in and when we asked why our friend wouldn’t be let in they made our entire group leave just for asking why. completely unprofessional and rude, both of them.

We were age profiled by a pretentious door man with a cig hanging out of his mouth and denied entry. No worries. Much better venues further down the block with upscale atmosphere and dining options. I would try 1909 or Crush & Brew before this place if you are over 30.

If i could give a zero I would. Was having a great time spent over 200 dollars had to run to my car and then would not let me back int the bar. So all my food and drink went out the window. I spent the evening was great until the night time the could care less about a good client and the all treated me like I was a leper. I Recommend not going to that place period. Have no respect for your elders

Usually I never write reviews, only when I know it needs to be addressed. The disrespect and horrible experience I had at this location was unbelievable. No one should ever tolerate the way the staff and securities treated their customers especially ERIC!! He was disgustingly rude and careless. Your customers are the reason why your business is operating. I don’t know why it’s so hard to be kind and respectful and it doesn’t cost you anything. Maybe it’ll make you a better person and not miserable if you showed some kindness and decency.

I can't believe how rude pub and grub was tonight. I have never been kicked out before, men were stocking me and my friend tonight. The staff claimed me and my friend were drunk but, we were trying to avoid a group of men that was stocking us,, they blamed me and my friend for being the problem. Be safe ladies because clearly they don't care for your safety, all they care is for money and whatever else they can get out of you. I have been going here for the past four years and there new staff clearly doesn't care about your safety or well being.

Service sucks sat for 20 minutes, apparently there's not cocktail servers it staff for tables, even a big party of15 had to fend for themselves, but I finally went to the bar to order....PS, surf and turf us a rip off, garbage, cheap sausage and shrimp...PPS, apparently there’s a girl passed out underneath a booth and a bartender served them another round of drinks and shots and some how find it funny and ok.,,,What a trashy establishment

I was having a good time out with some friends celebrating a birthday this past Sunday night and when it was time to leave I went outside with my beer in hand I was told by the security guard that I wasn't allowed to leave with it. I had no intention of leaving with it or refusing in any way and was about to finish it off but before I could he decided to tackle me to the ground from the top of the stairs. There was no escalation of force or any warning. I don't know what that guard's problem was but he doesn't need to be working security, he is a liability.

Paid $10 to gain access to a “pub” it’s clearly empty. As per the photographs. But waited an hour to get in. Absolute waste of time. As an Englishmen, this is not a pub and waste of money. No one should be charged to get in queue

They were racists and kicked us out after making it sound it was a favor to let us in. I don’t recommend for anyone!!

Insanely disappointed on how we were treated. We were celebrating my birthday and decided to go to check out old town pub. We paid a $10 cover fee to get in. Then we went to use the restroom. The ladies restroom was flooded. We asked to speak to someone about it. We were told to tell a bartender who then told us we needed to speak to a security guard about. We told them and they said to try a bartender. At this point, we asked to speak directly with a manager. They refused to get a manager and asked us to leave the premises because we were now trespassing. All over wanting to inform them of the cleanliness of their women’s bathroom. Definitely would not recommend. There is plenty of better places to visit in old town.

Wish i can give less than one star. Went bar hopping a few years ago with a group of 15+ people. Long story short: Boyfriend went to help some friends who seemed to be arguing with the bouncers, boyfriend got punched for absolutely no reason, huge cut under his eye, both his and my glasses gone. Long store Long: two friends were helping a random girl who had a bloody nose. Bouncers thought friends were arguing with the girl, dragged one friend down the stairs to the parking lot. Boyfriend and a couple friends went to pull friends out of the mess, Bouncers went CRAZY, choked one friend out, threw some other friends to the ground and punched my boyfriend straight in the face, glasses broke into the skin of his cheek bone and fell off his face. No one hit the bouncers, no one was fighting. I had to physically pick my boyfriend off the ground and drag him away with bouncers still wanting to continue hitting him. Lost my glasses and a hoop earring in the ruckus. when we walked away a friend went to pick them up and the bouncer stepped on them. Never going back to this place. Music was good, drinks were quick but not going back because of the violent bouncers. they escalated the situation to the extreme.

I went here for karaoke on a night when it was scheduled and arrived a half hour after it was supposed to begin. After the hostess sang one song she got up and left before I was able to perform. I waited another half hour and she never returned. I don't want to drink beer from a plastic cup and wait an hour for a turn at Karaoke before watching the hostess ditch her entire gig, wasting my time and ruining my planned evening. I don't dislike anyone enough to send them here to sing karaoke at this bar. This happened this last summer. I had forgotten until now to deliver this deserved criticism. I would be thrilled to hear that they changed their hostess or dropped karaoke altogether to prevent this kind of insult. If this failed event does not ring a bell, then the management just wasn't paying attention, that would be another red flag.

cover just to get in—which would be fine if the experience justified it. Instead, we were met with a long line and unwelcoming security. I simply asked to use the indoor restroom rather than the porta potty outside and was immediately treated like I was trying to start an argument. Not cool. Once we finally got in, we weren’t even allowed onto the dance floor right away because they were “at capacity” and we had to wait for others to leave. This just made the place feel more chaotic than exclusive. For the price and the attitude, this isn’t the vibe. Definitely won’t be back.
