Olive Garden never goes out of style! Their prices are still reasonable. For a minute, I swear the bread sticks weren’t as good as they were but they must have recreated them again because they’re back up to par!!

We had the most outstanding service experience this week. Cory, whom my grandmother knows, took care of us every way possible. Our garlic bread was always full and hot. Our salad bowl was always at the brim. He brought us drink refills and boxes as if reading our mind. Give that man a raise!

The breadsticks are so good and you can never get enough of them. I feel so bad I never asked for our waitress’s name but she has red hair and bangs, and she was the best waitress I think I’ve had anywhere ever!! She gave us extra leftovers to take home, and gave my friend a birthday treat even though her birthday was 2 days earlier!

My family and I met for dinner here and had the best service. Our server, Shannon, was absolutely incredible. She was so attentive and thoughtful. Hands down best customer service I’ve experienced in years. Apparently that’s their norm because my Grandma and Aunt were raving about a few other staff members that have served them before. I don’t typically eat dairy or pastas otherwise I’d eat here a lot more often! I truly didn’t think customer service like this existed anymore. 👏

We visited on a Saturday night and it was super busy, the staff were friendly and helpful. The Food was delicious the only issue we had was a staff shortage as out server was so busy she wasn't able to service our table for refills and such.

So surprised about how seriously they took my husband's Celiac. They announced on their walkie-talkies that there was someone who needed Gluten Free as we were seated and even the manager came to our table twice to make sure we were being taken care of. There weren't a lot of things on the menu that were GF but it was enough for him to find something he could eat safely so I could satisfy my cravings for soup and bread sticks ❤️

Cassidy was incredible! We had given up on this chain about 2 years ago. A family member who loves the restaurant is currently in the hospital 🏥 so we decided to go in his honor. The team from the front door to the table was all on point, and the food 👌 was amazing. Thank you 💜 🙏🏻

If you thought that that one liner “when you’re here you’re family” was a silly joke you’d be mistaken. Me and my partner went here for dinner and I have never interacted with a Friendlier staff from the moment we walked in we were warmly greeted by the host and were immediately taken back. We were greeted by our amazing server who was fully attentive the whole night, we are used to having to flag down our server at restaurants for drink refills and such but never once did we have to flag down our server, I wish I knew his name. Everyone else on the staff was amazing as well I cant express how much of a positive experience we had. To top it all off after paying our bill an employee stood at the door instead of just walking in to make sure to hold it open for us when we left WOW!!! Thanks Olive Garden I really feel like family.

Jason was the best server. Service was excellent, fast, and the food was hot and delicious. For those who don't consider Olive Garden real Italian, it sucks for you. I'll take this 'imitation' any day of the week. Was taken out for my birthday and really enjoyed myself. Jason even hooked me up with a dessert since it was my birthday.

We had a wonderful experience at the Olive Garden in Temecula! I came in with my husband and our two kids, and from the moment we were seated, everything was great. Our server, Leanna, truly made the visit special. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and checked on us often to make sure we were happy. Leanna stayed on top of refills for our soup, breadsticks, and pasta without us ever having to ask, which made the meal feel relaxed and enjoyable especially with taking our kids out to eat. She was patient, kind, and genuinely cared about our experience. Because of her excellent service, we left feeling well taken care of and eager to come back. Lulu our culinary representative was an absolute delight. No glass stayed empty and the salad and breadsticks stayed plentiful. We were also greeted by the GM who supplied my family member with a birthday treat. The Italian doughnuts with the chocolate and raspberry sauce was warm and delicious. If I could give this specific Olive Garden more than 5 stars I would. My husband has a gluten and dairy allergy, so normally going to these types of places is not only hard but sometimes the restaurants don’t seem to care. This Olive Garden cares! Multiple people came out to talk with my husband about the options to eat there considering his allergies. They ensured everything he ate was allergy friendly. We were so impressed with their level of attentiveness, care, and just overall service to provide an amazing dinner. Their slogan is “when you’re here, you’re family” and that really shined at this Temecula location.

We live in the Palm Springs area and came to this Olive Garden for my daughter's 25th birthday as its her favorite restaurant. Expecting a long wait since the parking lot was full and it was 7pm, I was pleasantly surprised to be greatly by a very friend young man with long blonde hair who sat us promptly. He was so friendly and sweet. The food was good but Shannen who was our server was GREAT!! Its rare to find a server who goes way beyond above to offer such great service. She was friendly, personable, knowledgeable she truly is an asset to the company. I am on a keto diet and she made sure I was accommodated well. She made my daughter feel special on her day and I couldnt thank her enough. I will be making a 2 hour drive just to eat at this location. The olive garden here could use some tips from the staff at this location.

We went here for a lunch with a big group. They don’t reserve a reservation you just have to check in. It took a while to find us a table and it was quite busy which is understandable. Atmosphere in the restaurant feels very rustic and very clean and nice set up. Our server is very patient and helpful. Gladly appreciate that even though it was quite busy. Food wise, I ordered the tour of Italy. It’s my first time at Olive Garden anyways. The entree consist of chicken parm, lasagna and fettuccine. You get to try all of them in one dish. It also include salad and unlimited of soup and breadsticks. The food is great and very fulfilling. I have to take home the leftovers as it is too much for me. They provide big portions just a heads up. Overall, great first time experience and highly recommend it to anyone who haven’t been in Olive Garden. I’ll bring my parents next time but I’ll probably order them one entree for together because of the portion.

We enjoyed our lunch here today. I tried the Pasta e Fagioli soup. It was delicious. My boys enjoyed their pasta. The only unfortunate thing was that the tap water is not pleasant.

Dinner slightly past 7pm, restaurant was not crowded and we were sat immediately. Menu and quality is consistently good and service was very good (Katie waited on us).

It was my daughter's birthday and she wanted Olive Garden. We walked in on a Saturday night and only had to wait a few minutes. We were surprised by that. Our waiter was very nice and prompt with everything. The salad and breadsticks were fresh and delicious and our entrees were amazing as well. No complaints at all, except, when did they change the birthday and anniversary desserts? Before it used to be free, but we had to pay $10.95 for the bithday slice of chocolate cake! They don't even sing to you anymore. We didn't know that until we got our bill. I didn't say anything to the waiter. But that was shocking..could've went to BJs and got a free pazookie for my daughter's birthday.

We went to Olive Garden because they were advising 10.99 for thier oven bake pasta. We got there and had to ask about the special to find out that at thier establish they are only doing one flavor at 12.99. To is the advertisement was very deceiving and disappointing. On the up side the dood was good, our waiter was nice and helpful. The waiting wasn't bad because we tried the online wait list. People were being told 1 and a half hour wait and we waited 20 minutes. The restaurant was very clean and the staff was happy and friendly. We had a great experience.

Bottomless bread sticks with Alfredo sauce is always a plus. Also their soups are delicious, especially the one with the sausage. And if you opt for salad instead of soup, the portions are generous.

While they mentioned it had just become available, the table was spotless and ready, making us feel like they may have initially tried to avoid re-cleaning the section since it was later in the evening. Despite this small inconvenience, everything else about our visit was enjoyable. The food, service, and overall atmosphere made for a great dining experience. I would definitely recommend Olive Garden for a casual and family-friendly meal. We’ll likely be back for another visit in the future

This is a good resturant for someone that has never had "real" Italian food. All in all, they give you enough to fill you up and have a good variety on the menu. The spaghetti and meatball dinner reminds me of the best day my school cafeteria had with making spaghetti that turned out good. Again, close to Italian food, but no cigar !! The service is very good and a delightful atmosphere.

My daughter and I have been having lunch here twice a month, sometimes weekly, for almost a year. We are pretty easy customers because we always order from the lunch menu, almost always the same meal. We noticed a while back that the fettuccine alfredo serving was getting smaller and smaller but we kind of shrugged it off. Today it was so small we decided to check. We asked the waitress to check the portion, she agreed it was very small but came back and said sorry, but the chef said the portion is supposed to be 5 ounces, and yours is right. So, weird but that's that. It was literally, and I do mean literally, four bites. Four. The manager came around and we talked to him (we did not ask to see him, he was making rounds.) He said, yeah, too bad but it's only 6 ounces and no more. (Slight difference from waitress but....) I know it's a lunch menu, smaller portions, lower prices. But $17.00 (with a drink) is still too much for such child's portion. Sadly, no one made any effort to make it right so, we won't be back.

Super annoyed by the pick up service here. I arrived 10 minutes earlier than my pick up time so I expected to need to wait til the time. I called, the girl took my name, acted like my order was ready, and said it will be right out. During the conversation I asked if my order came with breadsticks (it was an $80 family order) and that if it didn't, i would like to add those on. She ASSURED ME that the order came with that. 25 minutes passes by and still no order so I called again to get an ETA. the girl said she was so sorry and for some reason she never got the check in (it was the same girl). She "made it right" by saying "I apologize again but don't worry. I'll throw some extra mints in there for you". Wth!? I dont need some extra free candies. Brings my food out, again repeats that she threw some extra mints in. I check and you know what...no...my meal did not come with bread sticks but at this point I'm already annoyed so I just leave. Not likely to do a pick up from this location again. The only reason I didn't give 1 star is cause of the Olive Garden brand

My favorite part: the bread sticks and Alfredo sauce! Otherwise the food was not so good. The shrimp scampi pasta was good while it was hot and the salad was nice and crunchy. The soups were mediocre at best. It least favorite part was the bill... Seems overpriced for what it is... I know some people love it, but I think I'll just keep cooking my own pasta and soups at home.

I know its not their fault, but something is serious wrong with restaurants / food establishments in Murrieta & Temecula where an overwhelming stench of sewer/rotten eggs that greets you upon entering. So moving beyond that stench blanket we picked up our order. Everything was correct. But when home & eating, the gnocchi soup had zero taste - taste like flour and milk. We didn't end up eating. Moved onto pastas ... kind of same and manicotti tasted ...sour I guess for lack of better term. The fettuccini & meat sauce spaghetti was ok, but all else including over dressed salad was disappointing. Bummed. I used to like it

Normally the chicken marsala is my go to dinner at olive garden... not sure what happened recently, I mean it has been like 6 months since we've been here but ummm.. today the meal is more expensive with less quantity and no taste. Was very dry asked for additional sauce but by the time I received it, I was kinda over trying to salvage a good meal... very disappointed... giving it 2 stars being the server was great and really tried to make it a good experience however with food of no taste & dry thats kind of an up hill battle. Unfortunately, very awful experience. Waiting time was not bad, but the service inside was not pleasant. My husband ordered 6oz sirloin and that thing was just pure fat. He couldn’t even cut through it. Not to mention that my son found a human hair in his spaghetti sauce as he was eating his food. We obviously complained, but we will not be returning. For a hair to be mix in the food it’s because the cooks are obviously not wearing gloves nor hair caps when dealing with the food. That is very disgusting!

Chicken Malsala was under cooked and spongy as if the chicken was not fully cooked. I sent it back and ordered something else. My meal for the day was ruined.

My food had to be ready 5:40. I didn’t get it til 6:15 and the manager wasn’t ANYHELP! Zero stars

We were told 10 mins as a multi racial family 3 adults and 2 children. About 8 mins into our wait a white family was immediately sat. There was no acknowledgement of our wait time or if it would be shorter or longer. My family and I felt disrespected and we left.

Possibly one of the worst tasting takeout experiences of my life. The steak was fatty and gristly. The breadsticks were doughy and raw. The mozzarella sticks were missing…mozzarella. And the Alfredo sauce was curdled with bone-dry noodles. I keep trying to forget this meal, but my stomach won’t let me. I used to enjoy Olive Garden…what happened?

I won't go as far as to say that there's some racism going on but there's definitely preferential treatment. This is our third attempt, the first two times we gave them the benefit of the doubt and this third time was very clear that we would be better off going to dine somewhere else.

My wife and I went there for a dinner and movie date night. We got there with, what I thought was plenty of time (an hour and a half), before the movie started. I got in line online so there was no wait to be seated once we got there. It took 20 minutes just for them to come and ask about drinks. But that time, we were already ready to order. It took another 15-20 minutes for the soup and salad to come out. By the time our actual food came out, we had about 15 minutes before the movie started so we ended up boxing everything up to go. I could see if there were a lot of people but it was only about 1 or 2 large parties waiting to be seated when we got there. There was plenty of waitstaff walking around. And there were other people who sat down at the same time as us and after who were already eating. Extremely disappointing and terrible experience because my wife loved Olive Garden.. Other locations. This was our first time at this one. Unfortunately this will be our absolute last visit to this location. And it's left a bad taste for wanting to even dine at another location.

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the meal I received on Monday, March 4th as a pickup order. I ordered the shrimp scampi, hoping to satisfy a craving I had for it, but it turned out to be flavorless, dry, and unappetizing. The dish looked nothing like what I had enjoyed in the past; in fact, it resembled something akin to instant noodles upon opening. Additionally, the accompanying ravioli was overcooked and charred, making it unpleasant to eat. Overall, it was a complete waste of money.

Horrible server left me needing a beverage refill throughout my meal. The pasta was dry and needing more sauce. We were told to order a protein for the all you can eat, otherwise if we wanted to add it later, she would not be able to add it to our order and we could not get any. The fried chicken was hard and tasteless. It seemed a waste of time and a great deal of money for a simple lunch.
