I am very particular about my Vietnamese food. Pho Minh has a dish that I don’t see in other Vietnamese restaurants and that’s the banh khoc. It’s awesome 😎. The batter is crispy and flavorful. I also like their com tam. Now the pho needs to have a bit less in the star anise flavor. Thus far, the pho broth is way too pungent from the star anise. I’m not used to it. For anyone who likes it, all the better for you, but I don’t. I don’t eat the pho for the star anise flavor, so that rather put me off.
Pho Min is our kids’ absolute favorite place to eat. We come here as a family all the time, and every visit is consistently delicious. The broth is rich and comforting, the noodles are always cooked just right, and the portions are generous. The staff are kind, patient, and welcoming, even when we come in with hungry, tired kids. It really feels like a warm, family-friendly spot. For us, Pho Min is the best place for a cozy, satisfying meal
Believe the hype! This place has some amazing flavors. It was packed - wall-to-wall people when we got here for lunch time but we were seated quickly. Service was efficient, with my pho coming out in about two minutes after ordering. The pho was amazing - the broth was salty and sweet and just perfect with plenty of meat. The chicken wings are some of the best I have ever had. And that iced coffee - it will send you to the moon. I will definitely be back.
Amazing pho #1 and order of well done steak was delicious 8.5/10 stars. The fried egg roll was only ok 7/10 stars inside was mushy. Bbq pork spring rolls was only ok too 7/10 stars. Viet coffee was great 9/10 stars. Overall great place chill atmosphere friendly staff members. I want to try the BIG BONE next time.
I have been here a few times and the food is pretty good and authentic. The price is very good and so is the portion size.
Wow!!! Great food amazing friendly staff. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for the best Phò in Southern California.
The flavor is amazing, but the real winner is their bone noodle soup — packed with tender meat and rich, comforting broth. Honestly, it’s as good as homemade (and my mom, who’s great at braising beef, totally approved!). The portions are huge, the bones come with lots of meat, and it’s super hearty. One order easily lasts me two meals — definitely worth every penny!
I’m OG Vietnamese and I can vouch for this place on how authentic these dishes are made. Taste like home for me, honestly. Good ol’ soul food and I have to say that this place is the best in the area. I eat here at least 3 times a week because that’s how good it really is!! Everything on the menu is ridiculously tasty with lots of authentic flavor. The customer service is always excellent as well! Mom and pop owned and family operated is where I choose to spend my money at rather than some big corporations with trashy unhealthy food!
First time coming here and it won’t be the last one. I was scared to try a new place, but the dishes we ordered were exquisite. I enjoyed every bit of them. Great flavor
Excellent service and great food! Within 10 minutes of ordering our food, they were already serving it to us! The pho was absolutely delicious. We also got the bbq shrimp (5 for $3.99) and an egg roll ($2.75) as an appetizer. I ordered the bbq beef Banh Mi. It was very good but I think they need to find a smaller bread roll because it really was a lot of bread. I believe it was between $13 and $15 for the sandwich and a Thai tea which I thought was a great deal! Overall our meal for two people came to just under $40 (without tip) so their pricing is really good! We'll definitely be back.
Loved the banh mi+ drink deal for $10.99. pho was very good too, my husband said the broth was great and the meat tasted fresher than other pho in the area. Seating is comfortable, not many tables though, so it was full by the time we were done eating (12:45pm). Go early to avoid waiting! It's in a plaza so there's a lot of parking. Very close to the promenades Temecula, so it is easy to combine with a small trip/walk in the mall.
The best pho we've had to date in Temecula, perfect for those cold (for California) Temecula winter evenings. Some of the other dishes that we enjoyed here are the Charbroiled Pork Springrolls (think of a Filipino longinisa sausage in a Springroll in place of your normal shrimp or pork) and the combination fried rice (lots of different meats and shrimp in good quantities in this dish). Service was very fast. The pho bowls are huge here as well, so bring an appetite! The only downside is it can be pricey (appetizers and an entree, especially pho, will average between $20-$30 a person), but this is one place where the quality of the food warrants the price in my opinion. Looking forward to coming back and trying more on the menu, but from what we've had, we're looking forward to a return trip.
My wife and I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pho Minh in Temecula, and we were thoroughly impressed. As regulars at various Vietnamese spots in San Diego, we were thrilled to find a place that hits the mark right in our own backyard. The menu at Pho Minh is extensive, offering a wide variety of dishes including pho, bahn mi, rice dishes, vermicelli, egg noodles, and more. lordered the #1 Tái Nam Gâu Gân Sách Pho dish, and it was outstanding. The generous portion of meat was a welcome surprise, but it was the broth that stole the show - rich, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. We also tried the egg rolls, which were a perfect complement to our meal. My wife, who prefers well-done meat, ordered the #11 #11 Tái Chín Nạc Pho dish and was equally satisfied. The atmosphere at Pho Minh is lively and inviting, with friendly staff and a steady stream of customers, even in the middle of the day. Overall, this is a fantastic Vietnamese restaurant that delivers on flavor and quality. We can't wait to return and explore more of the menu!

This is the only place in Southern California where you could enjoy great Vietnamese food with a very reasonable cost. Other Vietnamese restaurants have raised their cost higher because of the rises in labor and materials and costs of overhead. But this Pho Minh has been keeping the costs down to keep the patrons. We recommend this place to everyone.

Actually very surprised of the selection and what they have to offer in at this Vietnamese restaurant in Temecula. They have all the classic Vietnamese dishes as well as some more unique options which I really appreciate. I got the Duck Noodle Soup and had good flavor overall and fall spices that make it perfect this time of year. The food here has that “home touch” that gets me sentimental so glad that I checked this place out. Service is normal and the atmosphere standard for a Vietnamese restaurant.

Some items are hit-or-miss 🤷🏻♀️ For a place with phở in its name, I had high expectations for their phở. After giving it a try, I'm almost certain that the owners are not Vietnamese because my chicken phở didn't come with a side of fish sauce.❗️CHICKEN PHỞ ALWAYS COMES WITH A SIDE OF FISH SAUCE❗️It's almost a crime not to include it, and the waiter looked at me funny when I asked for it. Weird. * #19 Chicken Phở: 6/10 - no fish sauce, and the broth wasn't very rich * #87 Assorted Grilled Meat & Vermicelli: 8/10 - good portion and nice variety of proteins and veggies The menu is crazy wide with a bunch of different options, so you're bound to find something you like. The interior was nice, and they have a decent amount of seating. The parking lot has plenty of spaces, but I can definitely see it getting crowded at peak times like dinner. Not terrible, but probably not our first choice.
I've been here twice and both times were disappointing. The first time, I ordered a com dish and was so excited because I had grown up loving broken rice. When I received the dish, I was disappointed to see that the rice was a few spoonfuls of hard, dry broken rice mixed with regular rice. I asked the server why there wasn't much broken rice in my dish and they said they had run out. That upset me a bit as not only was I incredibly hungry and very excited to have this nostalgic dish, but they also did not tell me that they ran out of broken rice before substituting it with some regular rice. They did not really offer me anything to make up for that. The second time I went was about 2 years later so I forgot my first experience. It had been a long time since I had Vietnamese food and I was very excited to have bun bo hue again. That is usually my go to noodle soup. I was hungry, excited and looking forward to eating the pork blood. It is my favorite part of the bun bo hue as it's what I think sets the dish apart from other viet noodle soups. When the soup came, it was very sweet, not spicy, and tasted like a watered down pho broth. The meat was completely flavorless as well. The noodles were good though. The biggest thing that stuck out to me was that there was no pork blood. That was strange since it showed it on the menu. We asked the waiter if it was supposed to have pork blood and he said they ran out. They gave us some meat in a bowl of soup to compensate. The soup was so sweet but the meat was also flavorless. So again, they had served us food without one of the crucial ingredients and seemed to hope we wouldn't notice.
I dont know if cause were black or because we look like teenagers but it seemed they they were purposely ignoring us the entire time. The food was really good and everything came out really fast, but then they ignored us the entire time- we were finished for 30 minutes and everyone else was being acknowledged and paid and we were just waiting for a check. People that came later paid and left before us and we just went to the front to pay instead and it honestly wasnt busy enough for them to ignore us. Im not expecting like fine dining service but we had to go back and ask for boxes and stuff even though they were giving it to everyone else automatically. They said bye to everyone who left except us as we were walking out and there was workers standing right next to the door-again they seemed perfectly nice and service for others was good but the vibe was really off.

This place has gone downhill. Server had headphones on while taking order and got the order wrong. Egg rolls were raw and had a thick long black hair inside🤢. The bahn mi was tasteless and hard to eat. Sad. Will not be going back.
I've been a returning customer at this pho restaurant because the food is good, but every visit leaves me questioning whether I should come back. The cleanliness of the place has consistently been an issue. Every time, I either have to ask the server to wipe the table again, or I end up cleaning it myself. Today was no different—there were sauce stains on the table, and despite my efforts to clean it, they were so dried up that I couldn't fully get rid of them. The napkin holder is an eyesore, covered in old stains and sticky dust. The jar with straws was no better, with visible food stains on it. Even the walls have dust and what looks like old food splatters. The condiment jars appear to have been last cleaned weeks ago, if not longer. While I really do enjoy the food here, I wish the owner would prioritize cleanliness. This is a restaurant, not a warehouse, and having dirty surfaces everywhere is unacceptable. If the place were cleaner, I'd have no hesitation coming back more often.

Worst experience ever i came here with the hopes eating their specialty pho the Big Bone pho it looks delicious but the server/manager on today took my order first looked me down when he called my party and gave a look like wow big because he looked up and asked are you sure your next. We sat down and he took 15mins to take our order only for me to realize that after my table recieved their food i was oh mine is a big bone maybe a little longer no he forgot to put my food order in, also never bothered to check if everything is ok or even refill the waters. He then says oh well im sorry do you still want it and says i can put it in now as my table is finishing, so im left without eating any food becuase i wasnt make my party wait and watch me eat alone and i understand thats petty on my part. But im not givong my money to an establishment who doesnt deserve my money.
