Delicious food at an affordable price! Ordered the potstickers and the cold soy milk and both were delicious! The restaurant is well taken care of and the service was great!

Kitchen staff is limited so food takes some time to come out (~15-20 mins). You can order from the kiosk but if you have questions, they’ll walk from the kitchen out to the front to help you complete your order. Original potstickers is still one of my favorites. But if you’re trying to avoid fried foods, get the dumplings. I love that they come out hot. And I mean hot. If you’ve had the 八方雲集 in Taiwan, do not compare them. It’s just different and we just don’t have the same access here. It’s still a nostalgic flavor and a great spot when you want dumplings.

Finally a new dumpling spot in TC! I've heard great reviews about Bafang and I'm so excited I don't need to drive out to their City of Industry or Chino Hills location. I came here during their soft opening and ordered Togo since tables were limited. Their signature potstickers are definitely unique and different from the ones I'm used to or ever had at other dumpling shops in the SGV. The signature noodle was great and delicious, especially since it was the spicy version. In addition, their fried pork chop was fried evenly and not overly oily.

Does it worth 7 hours of driving? I guess so, it’s pretty tasty and the ingredients are fresh. I like the original flavor potstickers. Combo +1.75, which is a pretty good deal. Other dumplings are just above average. I won’t spend my carb quota on those unless I live nearby.

12/2024 Ordered Combo 1 (12 signature potstickers and hot and sour soup), Combo 5 (12 signature dumplings and corn chowder soup), 12 corn and chicken dumplings, and 12 corn and chicken potstickers. Overall a great tasty range of options. Their signature potstickers and dumplings have pork and cabbage in them. I think the signature ones are the way to go. The Corn and Chicken are pretty good too in their own way, a bit sweeter thanks to the corn. Service here was fairly quick, and the place was brightly lit with just enough seats for a few small groups. The walls tell the story of Bafang with well designed artwork and colors. Parking here can be a challenge, there is an underground parking lot behind this plaza that still has just enough spots to accommodate customers for all stores in this area. 04/2024 Ordered the Number 1 combo which has 12 potsticker dumplings and choice of hot and sour soup, tea, or x. I chose the hot and sour soup which was very refreshing and served hot. There is a sauce area to the side if you would like to make your own sauce out of vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce, and garlic. And complimentary water cups too. Not a lot of interior seating but most people seem to be ordering to go. Parking in this plaza can get very busy above ground so enter the underground parking for more spots though they are a bit tight.

I had been wanting to try Bafang Dumplings in Taiwan for a long time but never got the chance to. Finally got to try it in LA for the first time. The potstickers themselves are amazing -- it reminded me of some famous potstickers I had elsewhere before. The potsticker skin was thin and nicely crisped on the bottom, and the filling was tasty. The only reason I docked a star is because the order took 20+ minutes to be ready. I'm glad the potstickers are prepped fresh but the wait time seems a bit too long given they have continuous orders coming in at peak lunch hours. Plenty of parking in the parking lot and decent amount of seating inside.

Ordered online for pickup to avoid the lines. I got the Old Fashioned Noodles ($6.95), 12 Signature Potstickers ($10), and the 12 Kimchi & Pork Potstickers w/ the Hot and Sour Soup Combo ($11.75). The noodles tasted pretty good with a great portion size but it has only chives and bean sprouts. The Kimchi potstickers were a bit too spicy fot me but the Signature Potstickers were okay. Nothing special about the potstickers or noodles. Just a decently priced meal if you don't want to spend too much. Probably won't be coming here unless I am craving it.

As far as service, it’s slow and lack the efficiency I’ve seen at other US locations and of course it’s no comparison to locations in Taiwan. Decor and store atmosphere wise, it’s much better than Taiwan locations. I can tell that the store owner put in a lot of effort. I would like to see this store prosper but only if store manager put in some effort.

Meaning you can eat there if you can find a table, but your food will be given in to-go containers. Not very eco-friendly IMO. Service was fast but could be more friendly. Good thing the flavors are authentic, but I wish they had more options for drinks (did not see drink choices on the overhead menu). To sum up, I prefer their RH location better!

Just visited this place and the food was good. I was in Taipei a week ago and really enjoyed Taiwan BaFang's corn and PORK potstickers. I asked the staff in Temple city why they are not offering corn and pork as an option, they said Americans don't like corn and pork!! Well, I told the staff that I will be their first customer asking for corn and pork potsticker option, and hope many of you will also make that request.

I arrived around 11:30am, ordered, ate there, and left around 11:55am. It's a quick lunch spot. I felt a bit rushed. The food is good, the price is good, the service is good. The only reason I didn't give a 5 stars review is because of the layout. I was expecting this restaurant to be a sit-down lunch spot, but there are only 4 small tables at this restaurant. It's almost impossible to get a table, so be prepared to take your food to go if you visit during prime hours. The outdoor space has one bench, but that's still not enough for a dine-in experience. If I knew this place was designed for takeout, I wouldn't have eaten here because the potsticker would have softened and no longer crispy. I came to eat the potsticker hot, crisp, fresh.

This place was recommended to me by a friend so I was very excited to try the food. I placed my order at 11:12 over the phone. I was told it would be ready 15-20 min. It’s now 11:55 and still waiting… worst service and no apologies or anything! Not cool! So, I’m updating… the food is good. So I gave it overall 3 stars but service quality needs improvement and management should at the very least, apologize if they missed an order and need to replace it!

This place is all over Taiwan. So let’s see if they’re pretty good eh or ew. I got their combo with 6 original potstickers, 6 original dumplings, and corn soup. The potstickers had a decent light crisp skirt and steamed dumplings had super thick skins. Both were kinda oily and didn’t have much filling and what there was was mostly crunchy cabbage. Nice and savory but barely any meat. I got some vinegar, soy sauce, and garlic sauce for dipping that definitely help add some more flavor. The corn chowder was pretty good tho. Thick, savory, sweet, cozy, and comforting. But overall this place eh. Paid: $16.41 Combo price $14.95

Food is similar to other Bafang locations but I would highly suggest finding another location. The service at this Temple City location is slower than the Zootopia DMV… I ordered a simple #1 combo of potstickers with a lemon iced tea and it takes them 45 minutes to make it and the employees in the kitchen show a complete lack of urgency. Completely unacceptable for this kind of store.

This store is pretty small compared to all the other BaFang’s. It only has 7 small tables for 2-3 people. The service is super slow, ordered at 2:33PM and have to wait for my order until 3PM even when no one was waiting for their food. As of 11/4/2023 this location DOES NOT have drink options other then lemon black tea… A bit of a disappointment.

Food is delicious but not worth the long wait. Ordered online in advance to pick up at 1:00pm and the order was not ready until 1:30pm. They even asked me to change my order to a different flavor so I could get it sooner. Bad service and operations in that way.

Store staff made us wait while our order was ready and didnt notify us to pick it up. When we arrived he was still slow and inattentive. We waited 20 mins for a noodle and a mini soup. When we got the noodle its all dried and tangled up, not edible.

The food is good, don't get me wrong. I do have to complain about the proportions that they serve as they do not match what they show in their images. I've noticed these portions getting smaller and smaller and it's really disappointing because I am paying the full amount for a complete meal and only getting half.

Signature noodle , beef dry noodles, and spicy mala noodles that we ordered supposed to be dry , but they turned out mushy, sticky and watery ,they just looked really unappetizing. What disappointed us the most was that the chilli pepper fried chicken wasn’t even cooked through. When we mentioned that the chicken wasn’t cooked , one of the staff members wearing black polo shirt started cursing and throwing things in the kitchen. It was very unprofessional and everyone outside could hear it. This experience really made me reconsider whether I should dine here again.

Super sadly disappointed. Was turned on to this place by some lady we met at Benihana. Apparently this place was supposed to be the bomb Taiwan dumpling locale... nope. Not even close. The signature noodles tasted like peanut butter and cumin. The signature potstickers were barely fried as you can in the picture...

I bought three pot stickers of different flavors, but he gave me three identical pot stickers, all of which were the signature flavor... I went all the way to buy pot stickers, but when I came back to eat them, I found that they all tasted the same. What a waste of my time and my money. Bad review

This restaurant's beef noodle soup poses a serious safety concern. The container couldn't withstand the high soup temperature, putting custoemrs at risk.

I ordered a pork chop with braised pork belly rice. And when they called my order guess what they gave me some noodles. Of course I told them the order was wrong and it took them a whole 20 minutes to get my food ready. So disappointed.

I finished my order at 12:47 Pm today and still not get my food 1:30 pm. After patiently waiting in front of the store for more than 40 minutes, I went inside the store and enquirer my order. The manager answered she has one new staff in the front and herself in the back. As a matter of fact, they had 1 staff in the front and 4 in the back. However only 2 staff worked. One of the 4 concentrated playing his phone and the other one napping. The management is just so poor.

The food was decent but quite heavy and oily, with small portions. The restaurant was bustling, and we had to use the kiosk to place our order as the cashier was busy attending to other customers. Despite ordering 12 potstickers, a dry noodle dish, and some spicy wontons on the side, we waited for 20 minutes to receive our takeout. At one point, I even began to doubt if our order had gone through. Additionally, the cashier's attitude came across as rather rude. Based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend this place and have no intention of returning.

This place used to be good but it’s going downhill like crazy. Look at those reviews, most of the good reviews were from a year ago, most recently reviews are bad The problem is simple, the management of this location is a total wreck. First, they don’t want you to dine in, ok we understand but please say Togo only please? Instead of hiding chairs 2, always no side dishes, 5pm and no side dishes…. No one day, three times already. Bro, if you don’t want to refill, why bother to have them? Chino Hills locations are way better!

Racist!! So I ordered dumplings and when I got my dumplings some Asian lady ask for chilil sauce and they ended up giving her the sauce and when I ask the Asian lady worker she said there no more so I ask the man in the back and he said yes 2 min but the lady got mad at him and said no idk why she was being racist to me for I understand they close at 10 it was 9:35 with customer inside. Every Tuesday I came but not no more because of that lier racist lady!! I will just send my 25$ else where
