Been here a couple times on some hectic days seeking refuge. Both times have been met with excellent customer service. Clean location. The cashier is so nice she brought my food to me directly i was hungry i ordered me sandwiches :) and each one was great the cheddar egg bacon, the ham and cheese croissant and the healthy lil box that has hummus, green peas and carrots, bread and a white chocolate mocha (comes with whip cream if you’d like) This place makes my day better so glad they open early Starbucks you are so cool I’m going to be a regular. I liked every detail of my visit. theres seating inside and outdoor, good place to sit and chill, to ponder, to write and to enjoy the coffee of course

Oleato Golden Foam Cold Brew: tried it for the first time. Olive flavor on the foam was very subtle, not overly sweet. It was a nice alternative to my usual black / no additives.

Every Starbucks is consistently great. The Staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

Staff is very friendly. Mars, Arianna, Bridgette, Kaitlin are awesome.

quick service. friendly baristas. clean and quiet environment. seems like it's always crowded though, even during off-hours. indoor seating tough to come by.

Very nice service and their coffees are good. I particularly like the Christmas blend coffee, it is very robust and has a great aroma. A good place to stop by and grab a good cup of coffee.

Its an okay place to study, there are middle schoolers after school so expect hordes of them lol. Wait time can be a little long, never tried restrooms, other than that, its a typical starbucks.

Standard Starbucks here. This has been here for a few years on the corner of Rosemead and Las Tunas. The store itself is kind of small, there is about a mix of 1/2 indoor and 1/2 outdoor seating but there isn't much seating in general compared to some of the other locations in the area. The taste of the drinks are pretty consistent, no complaints there. Parking may get kind of dicey here with the lot being busy at times.

I had time to kill before my bus so grabbed an ice water and a dragon drink and sat on the patio reading my book while people watching. This is a great place to sit and sip or to grab and go.

Good and pleasant service. A little annoying right outside with the waterfall from the A/C on the roof. Like that since I've been coming here. You want bagel, order ahead or you very disappointed. Stiff competition from adjacent bakery.

They have very nice staff! It's my study spot! Though I don't what's going on with them closing early now a days around 4pm or 5pm. What I've heard they're short staff... seems like that everywhere. Cmon management! Treat your staff with love, support and kindness please!

Pretty standard Starbucks but the restroom was pretty gross. It looked like it had not been cleaned in a very long time. Our coffee drinks tasted pretty standard but I was pretty thrown off by the state of affairs in the rstroom

Very busy Starbucks, smaller than most. It had access to two poke stops and a poke gym. However, if you walk like 50 ft, there are 2 other stops and a gym accessable just on the other side of the same corner. Highly rated location for anyone playing PoGo!

So a pior guy by himself serving 7 while a girl and 2 other male members sit back laughing. When I asked for my order.ehicg was 5 mins late per the order she found ut and said the one guy doing everyone's coffee can handle it. I had to say. " really all by himself. There was no ine in line for register. She walked away when the other gentleman with the mustache jumped in that's when people started getting drinks. Red head cashier " don't say he can handle large group, walk away and not help". As I write this the folks waiting 4 barely got their coffee

Sooooo slow! I ordered my drink and the 4 people who ordered their drink in person after me got heir drinks first. Was not happy. I love Starbucks but hate the poor customer service.

I paid $20 for a venti coffee Frappuccino today!!! I gave the cashier (she has short, curly black hair with kinda heavy make up) $20 bill, she gave me 45 cents back. I told her I gave you $20 bill, which I just withdrew from my ATM bank, she said "no, it was $5 bill". I asked for store manager, guess what? After explained the situation to him, he said "sorry, there is no way we can figure out if it's her mistake or not". You must be kidding me? The cashier is always right? There is no way for them to count the money?? Lesson learned, it's better off to use the credit card. As least, they won't treat on you!!

The workers are amazing and I love them but the manager… she’s always kicking out middle schoolers like she’s targeting them. As a concerned customer, I want her to be more laid back on the “volume” rule. Everytime I see her, she’s always kicking someone out.

It's hard to mess up an espresso drink if you have a good machine to help you. But the staff at this location managed to do that, a grande size Americano should come w/ 3 shots of espresso, and should not taste so water down. The flavor is so light that is worst than the regular Pike Place Roast, it's not my 1st day to order an Americano from Starbucks or from this location. But by far this locations does it consistently, may be I should order a Doppio and add water myself.

I hate that I have to write this review, but it’s become a repeated problem that they keep making they put my hot food and cold drinks inside a small bag. It is not that hard to separate, cold and hot.

Worst customer service. I tried to make a Return had the receipt the card I used to pay and it was less than 30 days. The Girl told me she only could give store credit. I call corporate office to ask for their Return policy and told me if I have the receipt and the card u used and is less than 30 days, they should issue a Refund to the form of payment used. Worst experience.

Horrible service I waited over 10 minutes you got employees in the back looking at there phones showing pictures laughing and ignoring the customer you should review the cameras more offten or get rid of people and hire people that are going to do a better job. You need yo schedule a meeting

Terrible experience. Worst Starbucks in a 30 mile radius. Employees were rude, 30 minute wait for a simple caramel ribbon crunch when there’s barely anyone in the store. Ridiculous waste of time.

Went there at 9 pm, nobody was working. I ordered online to pick up and I waited for 10 minutes before asking my order, then I waited for another 10 minutes to get my one drink done. This was the longest wait I’ve ever got in a Starbucks which was also not busy at all. Will not come back to this place again.

I’m very disappointed into this starbucks at the moment. I ordered on mobile app on 10/05/19 for 2 trenta black tea lemonade with total of 12 pumps of sweetener. When i picked it up and got back to my work and trying to enjoy it it was very sour with absolutely no sweetener at all. I’m the type of person who hardly complains because i work at the phone industry and I understand sometimes we have those kind of mistakes so I called back and spoke to a women in charge and she said she’ll put my name down for a replacement and any time i come back she can replace any drinks of my choice, so i have her my name. Today 10/12/19 I called back asking for my replacement and she said that they was nothing in the file for that? Is that my fault or that’s your communication fault? I’ve been a loyal customer with that location for the longest time and I ordered 5x a week from there because with them making me angry like that I’m no longer going back because I don’t feel like i’m treated as a value customer.

I saw they told to the guy in my pic is their friend to wait and they sold it to him without wait in line. Hopefully the manager over can see and do something, thats not fair when we wake up early and wait in line but they dont need to... no recommend this store and wont come back here no more.

I visit this Starbucks store frequently with my kids before their dance lessons. We never had any issue before but today I was really disappointed by one of the male employees. When me and my daughter entered the store, we directly found a table and sit down. I placed an order on my phone while I was sitting. Before my order was ready for pick up, my daughter said she wanted to use the restroom. I encouraged her to ask for the restroom code by herself using polite language. The employee didn’t tell her the code and instead looked at me and said ‘did you make a purchase?’ I was shocked for a second and said yes I did. That employee’s reaction was just so discouraging and inhumane to a 7-year old girl. What if she wanted to use the restroom before I could place an order? Why don’t they just install a receipt scanner on the restroom door so only customers who have already made a purchase on that day could use their precious restroom. Bummer!

I asked if I could use the restroom politely and they told me yes.. until 1 female worker said you have to purchase something.. so I went across the street.. Made me feel like that female worker judge me on my appearance which is not cool.. p s for this I have never been denied access to the restroom at Starbucks ever.
