I ate the donut chicken sandwich and it was pretty good but the glaze caused a layer of sugar to form, which I rinsed off in the bathroom.

Decent food, a little costly for what you get, but biscuits are a must have!! Service is good. Indoor seating area is clean, but it is a fast food restaurant, so nothing amazing.

This KFC, has deals that the others do not, my store is Glendale, but the drive to San Gabriel is worth it. They give great paper plates too, they are friendly. This is my second return, and not my last.

It's ok. Like ok-ok, not more. Sometimes it's great, the customer service makes me question going. The staff, for the most part, is rude. Not just rude, how are you in business rude. Went to order the wings. Asked for 2 6-piece wings. Staff said (very strong Asian accent, minimal knowledge of English) "what, no". I said, "TWO, 6 piece wings". Staff "no no, I don't know". Me, "TWO orders of 6 piece wings". Loud mouth hispanic staff member "NO YOU ARE WRONG! DO NOT YELL AT MY STAFF, SHUT UP!". Me, "I wasn't yelling at your staff, she doesn't understand English". Hispanic woman, "YOU ARE YELLING! WHAT DO YOU WANT? TELL ME YOUR ORDER". Me, "two 6 piece wings". Hispanic staff, "NO, WE DON'T HAVE 26 WINGS". Me, "let me go to the window"...Me at the window, "I want two separate orders of 6 piece wings". Hispanic woman, "16 piece wings?" Me, " two orders (hand gestures at this point" 6 piece wings". Male staff, "okay, 2 orders of 6 piece wings". Now obviously wings aren't on the menu anymore, but you get my drift. They don't and can't listen. Last time, about 2 weeks ago, it was dry and hard. The staff couldn't hear me. Didn't add butter or honey even though I asked. And the prices are $2 more than other locations. I think I'm going to stick to New Ave or Pasadena from now on.

We always go here and it's nice and clean but they always have us park cuz my order is huge and I dont like that. Staff is nice but be sure to ask for all condiments like forks and napkins cuz they won give them otherwise!

Probably one of the best tasting chicken but don't expect the coupon you get from one city will be honored to another city of the same state. Also the $3.99 chicken sandwich they advertising in one county is $4.99 in another county.

Very slow service ordered three sandwiches had me waiting for over 30 mins in the parking lot went it to ask told me to wait and I saw know one in the kitchen

It makes me wait for 40 mins to get my combo meal done and I don’t even know what take them so long because the chicken was always there. Seems like you have to stand next to the checkout counter or they never start your meal. Bad experience.

The new spicy crispy sandwich was just bad . It was like eating a rubber. It tasted like it was sitting there for a while. Just gave it a try cause it really looks tasty. Other than that the sauce was awesome. They just really need to do a quality check on their meat.

The sloths in Zootopia moved faster than this place. Left without ordering because I was left standing around for 15+ minutes.

Yes they have chicken but they rush everything, my order they got wrong, another customer was complaining that they got his order wrong, when I called to tell them about the mistake I couldn’t get a word in edgewise. It’s no wonder they can’t get an order right they rush through everything and do not listen to anything their customers say.

Tonight it was my second time going to grab something to eat. The food wasn’t fresh and the man didn’t want to sell us the 5 pc tenders by themselves he said they have to be a combo. Honestly it was a bad experience and the service horrible.

The manager, she doesn't know customer services skills she needs to be retrained. I ordered the big bucket chicken tenders with the honey mustard on the side. She couldn't put it on the side!!! What Really!!! I told her it will make my chicken soggy, by the time I get home, she said that it was policy!! Boy, why is she a manager, she really thinks policy for something this minor is that important???Wow!! Then making a customer satisfied!!! Used the drive thru today and when I get to the window the employee tells me they only have crispy or I can have all breast, so I asked "how long for the original to be ready?" Employee says "I don't know" and stays there hoping I'll get what he just offered. I told him "I'm at a KFC and you can't tell me how long to wait for chicken" his response "I don't know I'm just a drive thru worker", REALLY!!!! Let me speak with a manager who comes and tells me it will be an 11 min wait. This new generation is WOW!!! @KFC you got to do better customer service training even if you do franchise that's your name. Ok I'm done.

Food: DO NOT ORDER THEIR POPCORN CHICKEN. Its more like popcorn bread. There was hardly any chicken in my bowl. (75% of my popcorn chicken was just fried bread). ALSO, I SUGGEST TO SKIP THE KFC BOWL. Today I just pickup order .the lady said my order not ready wait 12 minutes but after 20 minutes my order still not ready .I ask about my order .then old woman and girl with glasses both screaming and yelling me in front other people.the said JUST WAIT .if ready I will put on rack with yelling on me .I was like oh my gosh what attitude ….I just asking can you guys check kitchen my order and they mad like crazy????the owner should now their attitude and fire them immediately if want business keep going so many bad reviews.I guess maybe they buy good reviews on google and Yelp.never ever comeback if both lady with glasses and old woman still there .never go to that scary place again and good luck for you guys..,,,,,

They don't have air conditioning, it feels very hot and the bathroom🚽 has a bad smell that can't be tolerated.

I had to wait 15 minute’s when I ordered from the drive thru I had to park and wait when they brought me my food they said all the butter and honey and ketchup and hot sauce was in the bag and I got home and didn’t have any of them in the bags order a 16 piece meal and the mashed potatoes only had 2 spoonfuls the give me more gravy them mashed potatoes and my chicken wasn’t even cooked 65$ I could have cook a better meal for under 65$

This KFC Location is by far the worst customer service ever, I never had this negative experience before, the cashier Adriana was extremely disrespectful and rude in a nice way, very dry cut, didn’t show any friendly attitude or courtesy., I will avoid all KFC locations thanks to this place, the chicken wasn’t as hot, was oily and gooey., stomach ache followed eating couple of their chickens.,

It was a bad experience. When I ordered fried chicken, the waiter didn't give dipping sauce. He didn't want to give napkins. The poster on the door said that EBT was accepted. When ordering, I asked for a credit card. The waiter kept a sullen face from beginning to end. We won't come here for dinner again. Although it's a ten-minute walk from my home, don't come here.
