Starbucks

I gave 3 stars because the coffee tastes good. But I bought a venti latte with no foam and got half of the cup filled with coffee, and the other half was foam. I pretty much paid for a venti, and got a tall....grande at best.

Starbucks by Whataburger in Temple is always a surprise… will your drink be perfect or undrinkable? Today’s special: an overfilled cortado that tasted terrible and spilled everywhere as soon as I opened it 🙃

I'd been here before, and the service here was phenomenal. To this day, I placed my order online and waited over 15 minutes for my coffee. Other people who arrived after me had left before me, so I politely asked for my order, and the waitress, Kaylee (she didn't have a name tag, but that's what she said) rudely told me they were preparing it. My cup had already been sitting on the counter for over 15 minutes with just coffee, unprepared. I won't be returning to this place just because of her; they need to be more courteous with their customers.

I’m tired of ordering via Ubereats and the second drink is wrong and it’s not labeled. It’s frustrating. Going to the store is hit and miss because it’s happened there where I ordered a hot drink and got a cold one. They have amazing service when you go inside it’s just when comes to getting your coffee will I be getting the right drink ora bland coffee.

I came to this place and asked for a sweetened venti double shot on ice with 2% milk and they gave me an unlabeled drink that is definitely not sweetened. They tried giving me a tall two espresso shots with no mill and when I asked them to correct it they then gave me a venti half filled. I've been getting the same drink at different locations and it is not like they way the made it here. Total waste of money, time and a bad experience.

I order starbucks almost every day and I have never been given a coffee as lousy as this. I ordered a coffe with milk and whipecream and they gave me a black coffee, I let them know that I ordered the coffee with milk and they didn't want to redo the coffee, they just gave me a cup of milk on the side. So, I had to throw out the whipecream, ice and part of the coffee to be able to add the milk and I just threw it in the trash, if I pay for a coffee with milk, ice and whipcream, it's because I want to drink it that way. I will not go back to this starbucks. Waste of money.

Lady was in a rush to hurry me along out of the drive thru and did not give my change. She must've needed it more than me smh. No receipt either. I was in a hurry for a doctor appointment so i didn't have time to argue. Very sad tho. Bad business.

This is like the 6th time this location has screwed up my order. My coffee was lukewarm and they forgot to add Hazelnut. My breakfast sandwich tasted stale. The woman in drive thru was not very pleasant ...had an attitude. I'm calling corporate!! *Edited Your response is bs.

I had ordered a gingerbread latte and well it didn’t taste like nothing just tasted like milk and coffee no sweetness either 😢

You’re a coffee shop. Please don’t act surprised when I order a menu item and tell me that it will take 30 minutes to brew the coffee. Disappointing experience which ruined my plans for a gathering.
