The wife loves their breadsticks for some reason. I prefer a good pan pizza, but not from this one. I went to pick up my order as I don't trust people. Especially, around my food (I've worked in the kitchen). I walk in and a bunch of people at the register. I figured, while I'm waiting, I will use the facilities. I was met by an employee, from the kitchen, at the door (him coming out as I was wanting to go in). He was polite in speaking, but not in hygiene. How do I know? The toilet doesn't flush, no soap, no towels, but the water turns on 👍. Do better New Lex!

On February 23rd I ordered carryout online simple order eight boneless mild buffalo wings and one blue cheese dipping sauce I had someone pick up my order from me and when they brought it to me in the nursing home I am in New Lexington Ohio there was no blue cheese dipping sauce how side is that two items and they totally skip over one of them that I paid for I know it was only 75 cents but it's the point that they did not pay attention to my order 100%. So now next time I go to order I will have to call it in and I will have to specify do not leave off any items like you did the last time the person that picked it up for me I just worked 10 hours and I didn't have the heart to have them go back just to pick up a container of dipping sauce and I should not have had to ask them to do it.

Food is great as the norm., but the staff that answered the phone was beyond RUDE. my orders are typically large... Pizza Hut has called to cancel my order because there is no staff or no crusts to make the pizzas ordered, they changed my order not using my coupon causing the price to go up twice as much as original cost!! They're ALWAYS OUT OF STOCK OR OUT OF EMPLOYEES!!! They have recently become low staffed, & using other methods to deliver orders. If I wanted DOOR DASH to bring me my order I would have ordered through them in the first place. I don't appreciate my address being passed along to Door Dash, delivery people are from the area, and often people NO ONE WOULD WANT AT THEIR PROPERTY.

We ordered the New York style pizza and were disappointed. It was lacking in all toppings and the crust was tough. It was promoted as double pepperoni when it was just two types with one portion. This location has been the reason for us to stop ordering pizza hut from all locations which we love. I normally order extra cheese but we don't here because never get it.

Rudest employees I have ever met in my life. I do not understand why a store that is unable to supply delivery drivers has the option for delivery. Waited over an hour and a half for food that was supposed to be ready in 45 minutes. Had no issue with waiting, however the worker answering the phone told me that our food had already been sitting for 45 minutes & that it was "up to the driver not the store". It would have been different if we ORDERED through Doordash, however we ordered through your store. Was given the option to either come and pick up my 45 minute old food or wait for a driver to pick up the 45 minute old food. While discussing my order, the woman I spoke to hung up on me after being outwardly annoyed with our conversation. Every employee I have talked to has an attitude problem. I try my best to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, but these employees need serious retraining. Will not be ordering from New Lex Pizza Hut anymore.

I ordered before 7pm. Delivery estimated for 7:45pm. I finally called at 8:11pm to see where my pizza was. The person who answered said it was still sitting at the restaurant and no one came to pickup. I said cancel the order I do not want cold pizza. Why does this store not have delivery drivers like all of the other pizza hut stores? Why depend on a third party to deliver in such a small village? If you notice a order is sitting should an employee or MANAGER take said order and deliver themselves? Completely unprofessional and that place should be shutdown and retrained or hire new employees immediately. I've worked food most of my life this is not how a store should be ran.

Went to pick up my pizza. The people there were pretty nice so no complaints there. But when I got the pizza home the pepperoni pizza was hard and very over cooked. My father in law can’t even eat it.

Walked into Pizza Hut and sat there for over 15 minutes without a single acknowledgment. When we arrived, there was a large phone order being taken, totally fine , but not even a “we’ll be right with you.” Instead, employees were standing around chatting while we were completely ignored. As we were walking out, a hostess finally said “sorry,” which honestly felt a little too late. I left only commenting on how ridiculous the whole situation was. I get being busy — I don’t get ignoring customers who are literally sitting in front of you. Disappointing experience and definitely not the service you expect when you just want pizza, not a lesson in patience.

Not ordering from this store anymore. They don’t hire drivers, only use DoorDash and if you order online a tip ahead the dashers do NOT get their tips. The store keeps them. PAY IN CASH AND TIP YOUR DRIVERS YOURSELF!!!!!

I placed an online order at this location in New Lexington. Employees are always friendly. I have ordered from here in the past, and the food was always good. However, this time, the big New Yorker was pretty bland and lacked taste. I know that Pizza Hut helps out in the community in many different ways, helping families, schools, and individuals with fundraising. This is one reason I try to support their business. ***This is an update 3/1/2025 I haven't ordered from here in quite a while. Today, I thought I would try again. Sorry to say, but it has gone downhill even more. When I arrived at the pickup time, I was told to have a seat. It needed a couple of minutes longer. So I sat down and waited. A couple of minutes later, I saw the cook place a pizza into the holding rack. I thought it was mine. After waiting around ten minutes more, another employee came over and ask if I was waiting on my order. I told her yes and I was sure they had already put it in their holding rack. When she checked, it was my pizza I had been waiting for, for 15 minutes after it was finished. She just gave me the pizza and didn't say a word. Sorry, but that is my last trip there! I had also asked for it to be cut in squares and it was not! The place was also pretty dirty, leaves, and dirt in the entryway.

I placed a delivery order through their app and it would not accept anything but cash payment. So I contacted the store and they allowed me to pay it by credit card on the spot. When the door Dasher arrived at my door he was trying to collect the full amount of the order. Apparently Pizza Hut did not mark my order as paid in full. After calling Pizza Hut the issue ended with them getting the pizza back and me asking for a full refund. Do not order from here!!! I still have not received a refund!

Ordered online using coupons. Wanted 4 stuffed crust and 1 pan pizza. Received a phone call informing me they could only give me 2 stuffed crust. Asked if I wanted pan pizza for the other 2. I said yes but, they did not say I would not get them for the online price with a coupon which should have been $10.99. Instead i was charged $17.58 each for the pan pizzas. When I asked why the young lady asked her manager. The manager came up. I asked her why the price was $17. She said because that's the price with one topping for a pan pizza. I asked her why I had to pay more when it wasn't my fault they were out of stuffed crust. She said it was my fault because I didn't tell them it was a coupon price! They seen my order and seen it was a coupon online order. So why was it my fault they charged me more? 5 pizzas for $70 is ridiculous especially when I ordered online and used the coupons online. I've had trouble with this store before. But, because I liked their pizza better than other locations I overlooked the mistake. I contacted the corporate office in the past about the problem. I have not heard anything from corporate. So to me it seems like they only care about money and not their customers. So after the incident tonight I think I'll just stick to the small mom and pop shops. Where they care about their customers and making sure they are satisfied.

I work in the service industry so I rarely leave reviews as I know they go largely ignored. For me to feel compelled to leave a review, I have to be really wowed or sorely disappointed. Unfortunately, in this case, it is the latter. Our experience this evening in your restaurant left a lot to be desired. This is the second bad experience that we have had at this location, so I don't think we will be back. Normally, I would not publicly make it known that I will no longer visit an establishment because truthfully, who cares? My 36 dollars won't put you out of business. But the lack of training of your staff might. Holy. Cow. I've never been more baffled in my life than I was tonight. Wowza.

The last two times I've visited this store weren't very disappointing. February 3 we ordered 4 stuffed crust and only received 2. This time I ordered 5 pizzas. I wanted one stuffed crust with sausage, onion and banana peppers, stuffed crust sausage, 2 stuffed crust pepperoni and an original pan with pepperoni. They gave me banana peppers and onions on both sausage. If you have kids you understand the melt downs that happen when it's not right. I messaged customer service and still have not heard from anyone about the first time. I will take my business elsewhere. We spend $40-$60 each visit.

Very bad experience. First time eating here and the pepperoni lovers melt is as small as a tortilla shell. And the stuffed crust pizza is paper thin. Our original time of trying to order we placed it and they said pick up was in 15 minutes, drove there and they said they had been closed for an hour. Very let down.
