I was so happy with this place. They had 5 stars from me. Food used to be good majority of the time, fresh and large quantity. I have been disappointed the last few times. 😏 I have gotten a leftover, piece of chicken, dried out, not very hot and small. Also, fries are kind of stale and roll was really stale. I had to ask for a better piece of chicken and roll once, and they have continued to do the same thing since. I don't like paying nearly $7 for a meal and still hungry. I doubt they will be in business much longer if they continue this up! First pic is the recent visit I am talking about. I believe they took the pic off. Which in the other pics the breast pieces were getting smaller.

Honestly out of 7 times I’ve been here only the first was good and every orher time after has sucked . 15 minute wait for food. Clearly if manager and owner doesn’t know how to order or prep or prepare for rush’s or what not they shouldn’t be in business. This place seems also empty no way this restaurants make any good money to the bottom line owner must not even realize how bad this location is fully

Just horrible… I waited inside to order for 23 mins the workers were just glancing at me back and forth before I finally realized that some things never change. I left with a smile. By the way I was the only young man inside also.

Everything was severely over cooked and the fried pickles were so shriveled up/ had zero breading…they tried to charge us for ranch (45 cents a piece) you can not sub your gravy either! I’m sorry but do better!

Today would probably be my last time eating here. Which is unfortunate because my family and I eat here at least twice a week. We went today and I requested honey and ketchup and was told that it would be .15 cent for each pack. This has never been the case and was told by the lady at the window that due to prices increasing they have to charge now for ketchup, salt, etc. Bad business plan for the company. As one in business there are other ways to account for price increase and still keep your customers. You lose a min of $100 a week over .15 cent. We'll take our money somewhere else.

Food is always great but my experience tonight was not .I was told to pull into a spot and they would bring my food out . I asked the man in the window, surprisingly a manager (Lee), to put my food in a bag ( due to me living upstairs and having groceries in the car). He then told the people in the kitchen “she wants a bag for that one box.” I dismissed his comment and parked in the spot . The same man, Lee, brought my food out , handed it to me quick and proceeded to walk off fast . I said “I asked for a bag sir”. He continued to walk in despite me saying it loud and clear. I got out of my car and went inside and got a bag from the front counter person. I’ve never had a bad experience at this location like I did tonight.

Love chicken express chicken but a chicken dinner( wings)we got on Sunday and today at Richmond Road store (hoping it would be better) was again tasting old with crust so hard it was difficult to chew. Tasted again like it had been made a day before and/ or fried in old grease. Really a disappointment.

On 6/29 @ 12:03 p.m, we ordered 2 combos. A # 1 and a 2 piece fish combo. The tenders were by no means fresh and practically inedible as was the fish. I called and spoke with the manager on duty and she informed me that I would have to bring the food back b4 a refund or meal replacement could happen. I wasn't trying to get a free meal! I just wanted to let them know, period! The young lady was very nonchalant and really didn't seem to care! Conclusion to the matter, I did not return nor will I ever again. My family and I frequent this Chicken Express on Arkansas Blvd at least 4 to 5 times weekly. Not anymore!
