Excellent service. Food came out really fast and tasted great. I didn't have to wait for refills and the waitress was extremely cheerful and fun to interact with the whole time. I am certainly interested in coming back again.

Went to watch game 1 of the world series. Had a great time. 10 dollar pitchers and good food. Had several TVs with the game on . They do have fox on TV here.

The manager Taylor really ruined the experience here. The ego and self righteous self importance on this lady is phenomenal. Lexie was a gem. Very nice and helpful. She saved the day with her great attitude and personality and made me feel welcome, unlike Taylor who has obvious severe control issues. Maybe she should go back to being a dishwasher. Everytime I've gone in the waitresses are so nice. And both times my salad was messed up but it was swapped so quick I couldn't believe it. They have fun there and that's the environment you want! Plus they are really cute women!

For a chain restaurant they are doing great! The service has been great, very friendly and welcoming staff, even if it's 30 min until the close. The restaurant is clean. Food taste great and is hot! I always get wings and they are great! Keep it up y'all are doing great!

Came in here for a quick lunch. Kayleigh was a great waitress. Made some recommendations and took great care of us. Ordered Lunch menu items. While less expensive they had a ton of food. If I wasn’t just in town for the day I’d be back again.

I normally do not leave reviews unless I have the best service. My daughter loves Hooter’s burgers and asked if we could go to eat there today after my husband was done with golf. I already was having the worst day because I was grieving the loss of my dog and really didn’t want to leave the house. Not only that, I have multiple sclerosis and sometimes my brain can’t handle loud music. Today was one of those days. We were seated in Madi’s section and the music was out of control loud. I felt bad complaining about the music, but Madi was so incredibly sweet and made sure the music was ok. She’s very attentive, good hearted and has the sweetest personality. She made sure the music was turned way down for me. I apologized profusely for asking to turn down the music and explained my dog had just passed. She actually made my day better and my daughter loved her! You can tell that she has a good heart and cares about her customers. We stopped going to Hooter’s for a while due to the horrible service we had received, but Madi changed that! She is the best waitress we have had there! Ask for Madi next time you go! ❤️

Me and my fiance had been on the road for almost 12 hours straight at the point when we stopped here to get something to eat about and 1 ½ before closing time *approx. 11:30p* (traveling from the Columbus, Oh area to Southern Texas) and our waitress Bailey was absolutely PHENOMENAL! She was very nice, respectful, knowledgeable, and just all around absolutely incredible. If stopping in here to get something to eat if you can ask for Bailey as your waitress she took great care of us and made sure we didn't have to ask or want for anything during our visit there....Idk or think 💭 she would or ever will BUT if there's a small chance she will/does : Thank you Bailey for taking such good care of us and made us both really comfortable, I cannot begin to say how much it was appreciated!!!!

The best time to friendliest prettiest girls and I will always go back every chance I get I love this place. Please don't forget to tip the waitresses it's a lot of their salary and they appreciate it and it will treat you great no matter what with that extra grand grin is priceless. So pretty!

It doesn't look like much from outside but it's nice on inside. I had Daytona Beach Chicken Tacos and 2 Bud Light. All were delicious! And the service was good too. I would go back.

It is what it is. My favorite wings...because they're FRIED, not those slimy skinned baked things. The buffalo chicken sandwich is one of my favs as well (add swiss and bacon and we're on the highway to happiness) The service is sometimes excellent, sometimes not so much. The beer is Cold.

Not a top of the line Hooters, a little rundown, but the food was good, the girls were cute and the TV’s were all on sports!! We had a good meal and left happy and satisfied 🤗

Stopped by there last month - July 2022. Okay as far as a Hooter's can be okay for food. Mediocre food at best and as usual but really - what hetero guy goes there for the food! Waitress staff has improved markedly from my first visit there in 2019 or 20 - yowza dowza doo! Service was excellent and waitresses were hot.

I have been meaning to review this Hooters but keep forgetting to. I've been here about 4 times in total. Overall it's a good place to eat. The wait staff are very friendly and if you are a single guy it might be more advantageous for you. The food is not bad. A lot of it is your typical franchise options but there are a few good things as well. I do live the wings no matter the spiciness. If you want a place with some good bear and wings and a friendly staff you won't go wrong here.

Good food cooked to order. Great chicken wings. The only problem tonight was that three orders were brought to the table together and I had to wait 20 more minutes for naked chicken wings and tater tots. All the other meals were boneless chicken wings. The service was good can't blame the delay on the food prep on the waitress.

My waitress, Candace, was the best! Polite and attentive without error. Came back a few days later on the night shift and that waitress was a female dog!!!! She had extra lemon pepper put on my chicken. My blood pressure was definitely sky high when I left. There was a woman, manager ---I presume, who tried to rectify the issue, but I have a rule where I never, ever return food. Candace and the unknown manager rock! The dog should be on a leash out back!

Great food, good prices, the girls look nice. If you want to watch sports you can. If you want to sit alone and quiet you can. If you want to come with a group of friends and have a good time you can. The atmosphere is very open and nice. The service is great, the waitresses are never too far away if you need anything, and usually are very knowledgeable about the items on the menu. The wings are amazing and have lots of flavor options including over a dozen sauces and six or more dry rub options.

Our closest hooters closed during the pandemic so we had to find another one. We drive 2 hours to get those buffalo shrimp and lots-a-tots, I also love 2-3 glasses of hoot punch 😂. Food has been great everytime we have visited, staff is friendly, and restaurant clean.

This Hooters was kinda dead, no life to it, especially for a Sunday with the NFL on. Girls were walking around with no smiles or friendly attitude. Like they were just "putting thier time in". Good beer selection. Food average at best. I've been to much better Hooters. Really not welcoming at all.

waitress are friendly and food came fast and accurate. I went there to watch NBA games and they were not able to set one of the multiple TVs to tune TNT. This is unacceptable in a sport bar!

I don't care how chummy your waitresses may act with my husband while he's there with his friends, but I was highly disgusted at how disrespectful your waitress was in front of me like I wasn't even there beside my husband.

It is, what it is. Food is mid-of-the-road. Service is lacking, to say the least. But it does have the most TV's in town. Good place for sports. Average priced drinks/food. Don't drink the Shiner on tap... physically made me ill twice. They have line problems, or something.

Almost $2 a wing! Had to constantly track the waitress down to get a refill, she never once came and asked if we wanted a refill or needed anything else. And if you get the wings there make sure that you eat them there cause they're horrible if you reheat them.

We had a party of 7. Food was alright, but the food was already cold by the time we got it. There's couple of orders that were wrong food, and we didn't get the right ones until the end of our dine.

Great wait staff. Good food. Good atmosphere. No pricing on the menu, it's a bit more expensive e than you would expect. However, while working in the area for a few weeks we ate there 7 or 8 times.

On the fence with this one. I observed that they were having sewer issues. I also witnessed this business unloading food products and carrying the product directly through the sewer spill on the ground inside the parking lot. This sewer spill went on for more than a week and the business was aware. This is very unsanitary, and I believe put their patrons at risk. Don't believe I'll be dining at this establishment in the near future.

The chicken wings were not good at all. They were all dried out. We had a party of 9. Everyone's wings were dry. And there was no flavor to them. I loved our waitress! And the drinks 🍸 were great!

This is the first time I scored Hooters so low, the Buffalo Shrimp was way over cooked. I probably should have sent it back but I didn't. My grandson had naked wings that was very good and he liked the crispy shrimp.

I was not impressed - this was my first time to visit Hooters and it will also be my last. Maybe I chose to make my initial visit to the infamous Hooters when everyone was having a bad night, I realize that happens every now and then, but regardless, I deserve to have an enjoyable dining experience. The hostess was very friendly - she greeted us with a smile and seated us promptly - and that's where the customer service ended. We were told three times we'd get silverware - didn't happen. A couple came in shortly after us and were seated in a booth next to us. Then another couple came in and were seated in the other booth next to us. Both couples were waited on before our waitress even acknowledged us. After taking their orders, the waitress, while walking by, said, "everything good here?". We said, no, we hadn't even been waited on yet. She helps us - but didn't crack a smile the entire time. We got there at 7:20pm and finally got our food at 8:30pm. She only brought one of our orders to the table - and the order was wrong. Ten minutes later we finally get both orders and they are correct. We were pleased with our meals - the food was very good. Not once did our glasses of water get refilled. The waitress never came back to check on us. When we were done it took forever to get the check. We did finally ask to speak to a manager. He was cordial and helpful, but came across sounding scripted. A little bit of sincerity would have been nice.

Very poor waite staff, had to wait 20 minutes for a refill on our drinks. The waitress has checked up on other people regularly and skipped my table at least 5-6 times compared to their other table. I was seeking for a wider range of selection for burgers and noticed that there is little to no options on the menu. I will never eat at any Hooter's due to the poor staff with little to no show and no various options to the other food options.

The food and service were just OK. However, the atmosphere was drab. This place definitely needs a make-over. If I had gone into the men's bathroom before i sat down. I would have left immediately. It was horrible. It was definitely unsatisfactory. I'd just skip this place, but hey, check it out yourself.

Normally me and my kids have a great experience and really enjoy coming here, however tonight was ridiculous. Our server was awesome she was very attentive. They were packed when we got here but we ordered our food and it took an hour to get to our table and it all arrived at different times. I repeatedly watched the few servers that were worried about getting the food out yelling for food runners while the rest stood around and flirted for tips. Or stood behind the bar drinking their drinks from other establishments, Which wouldn't be an issue if the place wasn't packed. I saw more concern for getting alchohol out from behind the bar then food. This is still a restaurant the last i checked.

Food was good but took for ever when it wasn't busy at all, the service was not to good. The waitress was to busy being a chatty Cathy than worrying about what you need at your table. By far one of the worst hooters I have been in.

Men's bathroom was so gross, my son wouldn't eat there so we left. Our waitress was very nice about it and didn't charge us for our sodas.

The wings were not good at all my first time dinning in but I won't go back.

We ordered naked wings medium, they had so little sauce they were fairly tasteless, we both had to add quite a bit of Frank’s Red Hot. My husband makes them far better. The dressing they called ranch was completely devoid of any flavor, we weren’t sure what it was supposed to be. Onion rings were good (battered) but cold, as were the wings. Overall disappointing won’t be back!

Service was friendly and quick enough, the food left a lot to be desired. 1st order was shrimp tacos and curly fries: 3 tiny shrimp per taco, plenty of cabbage, rock-hard tortilla shells and the fries were cold and stale. 2nd attempt after the server and manager apologized: Wings and fries were fresh, but one of my wings actually had a hair fried into the breading... Management tried to tell me it was a feather. Haha!! And as others have commented, the beer was in fact cold, so there's that...

Had 3 beers and an order of wings 2 hours before shift change. Hanna J at the bar took over and during the next 2 hours I had 2 more beers, and according to her, because we also had 2 shots, she needed to ask the manager to get permission for another beer! We waited for another 20-30 mins and no manager. When I asked about the delay she said the manager was busy in the kitchen. Waited longer and eventually asked again to see the manager. Again she said manager was busy in the kitchen. Now, being a retired Fire Captain I was responsible for dealing with many public complaints as I was a public servant and as such part of my job as a “manager” was to deal with public complaints.....legitimate or NOT! My job was to be respectful and polite even if it was BS! I also have been on hundreds of TC’s (Traffic Collisions) involving drunk drivers during my 30 plus years of EMS calls. I’ve seen more blood and death in on month than most have seen their whole lives! People have died while I held their hand waiting to be extricated from mangled hunks of metal, some victims of drunk drivers and sometimes the drunk drivers themselves. We didn’t judge, we just looked at everyone as equals when it came to life and death. While I understand the responsibility of an establishment to make sure no one leaves unable to drive, it offended me that I was being judged by a bartender who served me 2 beers and 2 shots and a “manager” who would not come to speak with me about it because she was too busy. Now, in this case, either the manager was not told about my request to speak to her or she was afraid to deal with a complaint. Either way, I was basically ignored until I ultimately left. Oh and for the record, there were at least 2 other guys that were drunk when I got there and left “pickled” 15 mins before I left so obviously they were regulars. I still tipped Hanna J 20-25% tip but I will not come back again. Thanks for the great experience

Was totally having a great experience....went to the bathroom. There was another waitress in there. I got out before her and was washing my hands. I heard her toilet flush and watched her walk right out of the bathroom. Did not wash her hands. And went right into the back in the kitchen....

Terrible tonight. Smoked wings were burned, waitress says "sorry" but didnt take them off the bill even though I ate only half of one. There is a reason everybody has went from here to Gusano's for happy hour and food.

Hostess seated us and did not ask us about drinks or even tell us who our waitress was. We waited for about 30 minutes without any service and all of the waitresses ignored us, I will probably never go back to any hooters restaurants anymore because this seems to be the norm.

I was in town for work and thought I'd stop. The waitress had to ask me twice what I had to drink (Dr pepper). Then she proceeded to wander off. 10 min later she came to take my order. I asked again for my Dr pepper. She then went and took orders from 2 tables, went and punched them into the computer, then went to pour my Dr pepper. She took my order at that point. While waiting for my food I had finished my soda. It went empty another 10 minutes until she brought me someone else's food. I reminded her what I ordered while it took her 12 more minutes to refill my drink. Thankfully the hostess brought me my dinner because I didn't see my waitress again until I flagged her down for the check. The wings and burger were awesome. Service not so much.

My coworker and I decided to stop and watch the game tonight, we sat at the bar and the service was great until the bartender Jade got upset . She had an attitude towards my coworker. Spare the fridge that keeps the mugs cold was broke and the sink was having issues. The guys that sat next to us even commented on how angry she was acting. I do not recommend if she is working. I am disappointed with the management at this location as they allowed this to happen.

The food was horrible, with very cold wings, saggy meat, 45 minutes waiting to get attended, big bread balls instead of wings. Im don't recommend this place.

I love hooters, but we stopped here to eat and I went in and it was too hot for me andy family to eat so I didn't even bring them in, also there was nothing in the bathroom, no tp, no soap, no paper towels, I mean nothing. And the outside looked a little run down too. Never saw a hooters like that before. 😩

They said they closed their bar at 11:45 when we entered before 11:45. However, when we asked the manager she said it’s already closed. When somebody walked in 12:00 am she took tips from him and served alcohol in white drinks cup!! I don’t know if it’s some kind of discrimination or what but we told the manager if we can give tips as well but she said like she is not behind the bar!! If you cannot serve alcohol after 11:45 then the rule should be for everyone!! Try to avoid this location because their service is also not good as the others!! START TREATING ALL CUSTOMERS EQUAL !!

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to understand the formula that built this restaurant chain. So why on earth can't these stores get it right? You need good looking women that are friendly that monitor the tables with a kitchen that moves fast.. hiring girls that are not on top of orders or there tables when your at 20% occupancy is a MANAGER problem. I could go on but it's a waste of time when it's so obvious

I travel constantly for a living and have patronized more Hooters locations than I care to keep track of. This location is by far and above the worst experience I have had to date at any dining establishment period. The server was more interested in sitting down and chatting with other guests at their table than they were in getting my drink or taking my order. It took long enough that I went to the bar myself to get a drink. Just for an added bit of insult to injury, every time the server came by, they were dismissive and acting like I was wasting their space and time by being there. Never coming back to this particular Hooters establishment again.

Food was horrendous. My wings were cold. My fried shrimp was nasty. I ordered hot shrimp nothing about them was hot and all the breading on them was off the shrimp. The Caesar salad dressing was nasty. You get wings with no ranch. I order a lemonade and they gave me water with a hint of lemon. They didn’t have any sweet tea. It took them 5 min to ask if I was picking up or dining line. All the workers was not doing anything. It was barely any people in there and the cooks wasn’t cooking food. I ordered my food at 10:40 and I didn’t get it close to 11:20 and it was supposed to be ready 11:03.

Out of all the times that I have been here yesterday was by far the worse as someone that has done and continues to do waitressing I understand most of it but I also understand that “flirting” to get you’re tips is part of it but I could’ve easy had left $30 as a tip if the service was right I understand being short staff and being busy is hectic but is the little things she could’ve came to our table and said I’ll be right with you we waited 10 min for one to come get our drink order she could’ve been notified that we where there but I guess she wasn’t and I guess she didn’t see us.

While the food here was adequate, we did not feel it was up to the standards we have come to expect from Hooters. The restaurant itself was clean but appeared rundown and dated. The staff, however, is the main reason for this one star review. Our server, Savannah, sat at a table with another server and a customer for our ENTIRE visit. She did come to the table to ask if we needed anything, but only if another table signaled her. When we were done, I got her attention to ask for the check. She acted as though I had interrupted HER time. She dropped the check off on her way to sit down again without speaking to us. We were spending the night in town and the restaurant was convenient to the hotel, which is why we chose it. However, if we were locals, we would not go back without serious updating and a change in management. We CANNOT in good conscience recommend this restaurant!
