Well I'm a little worried on account of the soybean oil, which is used to cook their fare. It's by. Wing stop and Jersey Mike's. As a former Pap John worker, I can say they make great white rice. Very Good Service. Very Good Fortune: A surprise gift , will leave a lasting impression.

The main person, shift lead(?), looked all confused. The service was poor, they missed part of my order which, unfortunately, i found out after reaching home. There is mo.place to sit while waiting for the order to be ready, sometimes it can take time to get your order.

I order online and pick up each time - it's quick and easy. I get antsy if I stand in line to watch the orange chicken disappear lol

It's what you expect. But it's good and compared to its competitors it's extremely affordable. While everything else seems to be going up in price this place actually surprised me when I only ended up spending less than thirty bucks for my lady and I we got a lot of food.

As being the nearest location, I go here. I have ordered a total of 4 times. 2 of those times the food was average but when its fresh, its delicious. Overall great place to go.

The food is pretty fresh, the service is hit or miss. I've been here a few times. The place is very clean. My only complaint is team members need to smile and enjoy helping customers.

I ordered the super greens, black pepper chicken, white rice with sweet and sour sauce on it and 1 vegetable spring roll. Everything was cooked very well. Taste was outstanding. Definitely ordering this again! It was the first time I ordered the super greens. I loved the flavor but found the texture a little harder than expected in some of the green parts. The white was soft and melted in my mouth. Highly recommend for veggie lovers. I like the black pepper chicken because it's hot but it doesn't have a kick to it. I can pick all if the big pieces of chicken out of it and eat it with my sweet and sour rice for a fun flavor balance. It is standard for them to sell 2 spring rolls at a time but I knew I was not going to eat it. They had a difficult time with this at first, until I finally said I would buy 2 but just give me 1 because I don't want it waisted. Then one of the ladies heard what was happening and showed the younger person how to ring me up with just 1 spring roll. The place is clean, bathroom is clean, and very easy to find parking. Hit this place up if you have a chance! I highly recommend.

I like eating here and there food is best pretty good and safe to eat.. Make sure you are able to get a Cookie if you have it to go meal. They almost never give me one.

They close at 9:30, but they close their kitchen way earlier so technically they don’t close at 9:30. More like 8:30, so you can’t buy the food you want because they run out and then don’t make more, even though they are still open. 🤷🏻‍♀️

The orange chicken was over cooked and hard. Flavorings associated with the lo mein was off and soapy. Employees were nice though.

The restaurant is Clean, nice lay out. I Ordered Firecracker Shrimp. They gave me three shrimp :) I am not sure what they are charging extra for ? the shrimp are not huge. Plenty of rice and noodles. The measured portions are not correct. I recommend a balanced meal from Pick up Stix. About the same price for a meal with more protein and less carbs.

Normally, this location is on point however; tonight was different, They were stingy with napkins. I asked for extra napkins and was told, I was only allowed the single napkin; that came with my prepackaged fork. I went up again to get more napkins, I was given two, went up again and, was given two more. Finally, the other hostess gave me five napkins. If this is the level of service to be expected, we won't be back.

When i requested more napkins the clerk refused stating she put two napkin utensil packs in my bag although I told her there was three of us. She just turned and walked away. So no napkins for one of us. Staff seemed very short to almost rude. Paid $23 was not satisfied. Too bad the clerks seem like they don't like the job or the customers. She could have given me anther napkin when I asked. Would have made all the difference. 2 stars. Customer service and satisfaction is a must!

Maria was rude, cut me off so often it was difficult to place my order. Forgot several items in her haste, and became belligerent when i calmly repeated myself. I dont understand the necessity to insult your guests, I wasnt rude or demanding in any way.

Not coming here again even though its the closest panda near me !! I would rather drive to laguna niguel The portions that are given is not worth the money.. i order the plate and it looked like a kids meal!! There is nothing wrong with the food, typical Panda express. The thing is many many times I stopped by the dod is not ready, trays are empty and had to go somewhere else , i mean not once or twice, significant number of times

This store keeps going down hill. Rice is always undercooked and hard. The flavors are non-existent in the Kong Pao Chicken and other dishes. Very bland.

Someone hacked my panda account and ordered $60 worth of food from this location with my card. As soon as I received the email, I called the location immediately to tell them to cancel both orders. Called 5 times. Not once did they answer. It was during business hours. There is no excuse for such poor service. Would rate 0 stars if possible

They enforce an arbitrary 7 piece limit on honey walnut shrimp, despite having to pay extra. This is the only Panda Express I've been to that does this. And the manager is very rude and not customer friendly.

I told them white rice and double orange chicken. They give me pork, and i corrected them. They used the same box and scooped out half of the pork. Now i’m shorted on orange chicken and the orange chicken I do have taste gross because of it. This got me butt hurt.

I won't be back anytime soon.. pickup stix is not that far down Pico.

I then proceeded to throw up and crap myself for two days straight. I've never been so sick in my life. I will leave this earth before I ever put panda express in my body again.
