I ordered the super greens, black pepper chicken, white rice with sweet and sour sauce on it and 1 vegetable spring roll. Everything was cooked very well. Taste was outstanding. Definitely ordering this again! It was the first time I ordered the super greens. I loved the flavor but found the texture a little harder than expected in some of the green parts. The white was soft and melted in my mouth. Highly recommend for veggie lovers. I like the black pepper chicken because it's hot but it doesn't have a kick to it. I can pick all if the big pieces of chicken out of it and eat it with my sweet and sour rice for a fun flavor balance. It is standard for them to sell 2 spring rolls at a time but I knew I was not going to eat it. They had a difficult time with this at first, until I finally said I would buy 2 but just give me 1 because I don't want it waisted. Then one of the ladies heard what was happening and showed the younger person how to ring me up with just 1 spring roll. The place is clean, bathroom is clean, and very easy to find parking. Hit this place up if you have a chance! I highly recommend.

Should have had them not dish anything up as by the time they were ready -the honey walnut shrimp were soggy in the container. Plus we had ordered fried shrimp and they were not ready until long after the veggies. I had to ask for them. I think they were forgotten. So food was tepid and soggy. I know they can do better. Also this location never offers a tofu option as most of the others do.

Normally, this location is on point however; tonight was different, They were stingy with napkins. I asked for extra napkins and was told, I was only allowed the single napkin; that came with my prepackaged fork. I went up again to get more napkins, I was given two, went up again and, was given two more. Finally, the other hostess gave me five napkins. If this is the level of service to be expected, we won't be back.

She then proceeded to probably forget my order and serve everyone else. She comes up to me after 10 minutes and says oh I served everyone else and now you have to wait longer. This place is out of order

Visited location 11/21/20 There was no Black Pepper Chicken. The clerk seemed upset that I wanted to wait 6 minutes for then to make it. When i requested more napkins the clerk refused stating she put two napkin utensil packs in my bag although I told her there was three of us. She just turned and walked away. So no napkins for one of us. Staff seemed very short to almost rude. Paid $23 was not satisfied. Too bad the clerks seem like they don't like the job or the customers. She could have given me anther napkin when I asked. Would have made all the difference. 2 stars. Customer service and satisfaction is a must!

My brother and I went there because it's always easy to order take out right I order chow-mein, orange chicken with beef and broccoli my brother order the same but he wanted kung-pao chicken instead of the orange chicken but the cashier said there was going to be an 8 minute wait so we skipped on the kung-pao now 10 minutes in we ask if they could change his orange chicken to the kung-pao they said ok so a total of 20 minutes waiting out side cuz no one said there was a line this is what we got, what a disappointment 😔

Every time I order from here, the food smells like rotten eggs. The chow mein is the worst. Truly sad since I rather drive to the Ladera store since this store seems that they either don't wash the pans properly or just don't care about food safety. Stay away from food poisoning.

The food we recieved tasted fine. I ordered 3 meals, one came without meat in when I got it home. This was the first meal I ordered, and they had plenty of Orange Chicken so it really blows my mind. I wouldn't have thought I'd have to check something so simple, but I certainly won't make this mistake twice. Check your to go meals before you walk out.

Whether I do online pick up or order through the store it takes minimum 20 minutes just to get my food. I've had times where I ordered online and they didnt start my order until I arrived. They completely ignore the "special requests" section of their online order process.. they've forgotten the sauce for the egg roll I get 3+ times even though I specifically remind them in special requests. THEY DESPERATELY NEED A NEW MANAGER THAT WILL WHIP THEM INTO SHAPE. Sad Sad excuse for a facility. Oh and to top it all off their portions are smaller than a normal PE. I won't be back anytime soon.. pickup stix is not that far down Pico.
