I came here for the first time with my friend. We love to eat and take food very seriously. We LOVED it / the menu here. Not only was the staff very nice , they did not pressure us into ordering , eating or leaving. My friend and I were catching up so we had no rush . We were there for 3 hours and did not feel it. It felt good to be checked up on by staff while still feeling no pressure to hurry up , order , eat and get out. The food was delicious, they served the food in a timely manner . I had french toast , I test it everywhere I go and this one gets a 10. The strawberries on top were fresh , the sausage was a perfect size not too thick but not too thin with no fat dripping at all. The portion was great. It was delicious. My friend's food also looked amazing and she scraped the plate. Eggs with bacon , home fries and toast. I will be going there and slowly trying other things on the menu.The place is also super clean which is a must for me. It is worth coming here for a nice big breakfast .

Breakfast all day? Tremont East Diner got you! The best place to start and end your day is at this dinner. Service is also speedy and efficient. The servers are fantastic, cordial and the best! You wont get wrong on choosing to eat at this place. This is your place to be for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner.

This diner has to be one of the best in the Bronx! I come here often on the weekends and order the typical three egg omelette. My favorite is the spinach and feta and I would also highly recommend mushrooms and cheese. Its great for a late breakfast on Saturday and Sunday. If you get there before 11am, it tends to be packed. I will say they are super fast in terms of service! My breakfast order is ready within minutes everytime. The waffles, btw, are absolutely divine... so light and fluffy!

Dined here several times, the food was always well cooked and filling, the service friendly and attentive. The prices are also reasonable. Will be back!

It does have a welcoming environment. Service is ok. They do waste too much time talking amongst themselves and 4get u there but some of the other servers will pick up the slack. When ur order is placed they will definitely go in the kitchen and come right out with it. Just mayb not exactly how u requested so I tend not to send my food back and try to eat as much as I can. Mayb an issue from crispy to medium cooked is not understood. But they are clean and family friendly.

Delicious diner food. I loved that they had the whole wheat pancakes and the turkey sausage!! I would say is just a bit overpriced but good quality food nonetheless.

The staff is super friendly. And food was good. Small diner but it has ample parking across the street.

Food is pretty mediocre - got chicken alfredo and the chicken was hard. Also pretty sure the kids mac and cheese was just microwaveable kraft. It's also very very cold there, making your food get extremely cold as well. It's edible, but not very appetizing. Waiters are very nice, but everything is so back and forth and all over the place.

Sucks to say I will never order from this diner ever again. I ordered from Grubhub and I’m pretty picky with my diners so being that I saw good reviews I figured a burger can’t be cooked wrong..well hopefully not. Pro is that the food came on time but then there were way more cons! First the bacon cheese burger tasted bland and the waffles fries tasted bland as well. The cheeseburger tasted blah and the fries were soggy and I had asked for well done! The vegetables were soggy too! Smallest pickle slice I’ve have ever been served and the coleslaw even tasted off. Definitely wouldn’t wanna go here in person even if it was to try another dish!

Went out to eat after a long day with my wife, ate food arrived pretty quick but our dinner got ruined with fumes coming from the vent, it smelled like a horrible fire. Men were working on the roof. On top of that my bill came up to $56 bucks for a cheese burger and some wings… terrible experience. Not what it used to be.

I came here with my 2 kids to eat for the first time and it will be my last. I get turned off really quick when I get taken advantage of. I was in a rush to catch my cab and didn't realize I was overpriced for my food. No way I paid $58 dollars for breakfast for 3. My meal was just around $12 dollars for 2 eggs with sausage and comes with homefries and toast. My son had 3 pancakes with 2 eggs and ham. My daughter had 3 pancakes with just strawberries thrown on top... they had an orange juice and apple juice, while i had water.... there's no way are meals added to that much plus I had tipped the waitress too... PLEASE WATCH YOUR RECEIPTS CAREFULLY and calculate what you buy or you will be taken advantage of like i did..
