The manager stopped by twice her name was Alicia. She was very sweet and stopped by with the beginning of her meal and the end of our meal this is what it's about at restaurant having managers and servers that really care about your experience!

Arrived around 6pm on a Friday night and had never seen it so busy and yet we were able to sit down at the bar and got a warm welcome and impeccable service. Steak was perfectly cooked medium rare and waiters were very attentive.

This was a great day, as usual. Celebrating Alicia birthday at Texas roadhouse. Everything was great however we did have to wait 50 minutes for our food to eat. They were packed today. Super, super busy. Oh well I was in good company to talk. Ciara was a good server. The manager came a gave one the birthday girl a dinner for two coupon. Plus took 50$ off our whole meal. Birthday girl had a different coupon for a free appetizer- blewman blossom we got. I guess that's what it called. We where there for a min. But we are our food, I ate a little of mine, I drunk to much sprite. Overall everything was great. Everyone loved their meal

Roadhouse never seems to disappoint. I got the steakhouse fillet salad and the Sangria margarita. Both were delicious and I recommend both items. They no longer serve the peanuts (thank goodness) and the rolls were hot and soft, per usual. Jenny was our hostess and I give her 20 stars out of 10. We'll definitely be back to this location as it is convenient to several places nearby: Nebraska Furniture Mart, Top Golf, etc. Follow me🥰

Food quality was on point! Service was great, server was real attentive. The buns and butter are crazy good! Reasonable price for the quality of the food and drinks. I recommend making a reservation to avoid longer wait times. We got lucky to be seated right away because it was 2 of us only, but there were bigger party groups waiting to be seated.

Great experience! Our server, Shay was awesome!! She was super attentive. She interacted with us as we awaited our entrees and quickly refilled our drinks. The food was great! The ribs were tender, the fries were plentiful. Our guests were excited the rolls were non-stop. They enjoyed their steak and grilled salmon as each was prepared well. The only downfall was the chicken tenders bites were a bit dry for my taste. Overall an excellent time as we played trivia while we waited and had a great time! Thank you!!

When it comes to food, I expect fast and reasonable service. Today, the restaurant was packed. Additionally, they had a party of fifty that slowed down their overall service delivery time. Additionally, some of their kitchen equipment malfunctioned. Consequently, this caused a chain-like reaction. Moreover, I understand the residual impacts of COVID-19 and the strained food service industry. It took over 90-minutes for us to get our food and when it arrived, half of the order was incomplete/incorrect. Desiree (front end manager) immediately took ownership of the situation and made things right. Even though it start off as a bad experience, it ended on a positive note. I would highly recommend to my friends and family.

Texas Roadhouse has been a regular for a few years now. This location especially has always been excellent. The service is good even though it's normally busy. I think Texas Roadhouse is a good value. Good quality steaks, consistent preparation, and great service.

It was my (🇮🇳) first time here in America 🇺🇸, and I wanted to try out the classic American steak. I walked in to find the most American atmosphere that I could soak in, and my girl loved the place, too! Loved the food and the hospitality from our hostess. I would be most certainly coming back (often).

It seemed jam packed in the parking lot but when we arrived as a couple, there was plenty of seating for us. The singular booths for parties of 2 are so cute and is a fun experience for dates. Our waitress was very nice and everything went smoothly. The bread and butter was delicious as always. The porterhouse was salty and the sides didn't come with a spoon so it was difficult to eat all of with just a fork. Overall, good experience and I'd come back if steak wasn't unhealthy to eat every day.

There is usually a wait to get in, but it's worth it if you like steak, burgers, American food. Service is great, food is great. Prices are not bad. Rolls are fresh baked and very tasty. In shell peanuts are at every table if you can't wait to eat something.

Was recommended this place for both steaks and ribs so went there and got a combo😋🤠 It was packed and I waited 40min to get seated. Very friendly waiter explained me the menu and help me picked what I wanted. Tried a wingless hot wings Waoo they were good. I ordered spicy, they were not hot but tangy but steaming hot and tender. My main was a combo with a 8oz strip and ribs. I know I wasn’t a ribeye but I would still expect more “grill” flavor so I had to add a bit of salt to it. Ribs was crazy good. Completely fall of the bone juice and very tasty. I would say in top 5 if ribs I ever tasted😋 Prices was definitely reasonable compared to other similar places. I will be back next time for sure, thank you for a great dinner 🤠🇱🇷🇩🇰 One last thing, it had a nice atmosphere but way too loud for me. All tables was shouting. Nice Energi but hey it’s a restaurant not a mad house😂

We had the 20 Oz bone in ribeye steak. Cooked perfectly, great flavor 😋 . The hot rolls were to die for with cinnamon butter! Super busy at 5:30 on a Thursday but got a table right away. A bit too loud but only complaint.

I will say out of the all the other Texas Roadhouse this is the best in customer service. The bar staff are always happy and smiling mgmt must be doing something right. Kayla always remembers us and so inviting. natalie is so sweet. The bartenders are always awesome we choose this roadhouse driving out of our way because of the service. First time here in Texas. Food was sub par. My girlfriend wanted a medium well...came out super well done and over cooked. I wanted mine medium and it came out medium rare. Little all over the board. My daughter thank goodness got mac and cheese and mash potatoes. She loved it all and especially the rolls for sure. I ate mine and so did my girlfriend but usually don't have as many issues. Please make sure you check the Temps. I know we can in around 920 and you close at 10 but come on. You can do better. Happy birthday to our amazing server though. Unfortunately I forgot her name but she was great!!!! Also... most of the tables were dirty once we got in. Again maybe we just missed a rush but still, pre bussing prior makes it loom a whole lot better. That is all. Thank you 😊

We had a great Saturday dinner at The Colony, Tx Texas Roadhouse... It was very busy, but we were seated quickly we were a party of 2... For an appetizer we had the Fried Pickles. for our entrees Hubby had the 12 oz Ribeye plate w/2 sides (corn & masked potatoes).. He's very particular about his steaks, and he said it was cooked perfectly.. I had the Barbequed Chicken plate w/2 sides (a Sweet Potato & green beans). The portions were great, we ended up taking leftovers home.. they heated up great the next day for lunch.. Service was fantastic and the atmosphere was great too... Highly recommend The Colony, Tx Texas Roadhouse.... It's very popular place to eat... Enjoy!!

But the real stand out was Patrick checking in on us and making sure we were having a great visit! When you are in DFW with so many options for dining it is awesome to see an attentive manager actively involved in dinner service!! Top notch!!

We sat at the bar because it was soo packed! People really like this place even at 3pm which we thought we would miss brunch and dinner crowd. Anywho...great attentive service. Ordered the chicken fried chicken with a baked potato and Ceasars salad. All were super yummy with great portions! I had to take some for lunch next day. Price is very reasonable. I had a delicious huge spicey pineapple marg that was under $10!

This was one of the best dining oit experiences Ive had in a long time. Mine and my Mom's steaks were not cooked properly. The server got them fixed right away and the manager brought them back out to us and apologized for the mistake. We were not upset as we are use to this as it's hard to get a well done steak with no pink.

It was very busy when we went yesterday, but everybody was very polite in our request for how we wanted to be seated. We had to wait a little bit longer, but we got exactly what we wanted. Desmond was our server and he was on point. Refills were ready boxes were ready when we wanted we didn’t have to ask for much of anything. It just magically appeared when we needed. He was truly amazing and we look forward to coming again, no matter how long the way it is as long as we have a server like him again.

It's pretty great that they still have those feather soft hot rolls and sweet butter, let me tell you. We enjoy being able to have homestyle food in an upbeat environment, and like I said, those rolls! The country fried chicken is a boneless chicken breast, breaded but not too heavily. Good gravy, hearty mashed potatoes. Their strawberry lemonade does quench your thirst on a hot day, but they also have cocktails and mocktails. Big parking lot, but they could use additional handicapped spaces. This location is fun and very Texas-y. Enjoy it.

My steak was cooked med rare just like I ordered it, another one at our table came out too rare and had to be sent back, and the chicken was also excellent. I thought they did well considering the crowd.

Would have gave 5 stars but this particular Texas Road House I ate at twice and it was just overcrowded both times. The wait staff were great polite, customer service oriented but watching 2 make out then handle our food was a little much. Food was great.

Service is fantastic! Food is great! They can do a medium rare perfectly! Atmosphere-well-it is a restaurant with a bar-TV’s…it can be loud at times but that’s a restaurant that is busy and serves great food!! Enjoy!!

Great bang for your buck as always. Can’t complain about an 8oz. filet with two sides for $28.99. Service was slow but it’s understandable given we were dining at 7:30PM on a Saturday. While they don’t offer a formal reservation you can go online to Texas Roashouse’s website to put your party on the waitlist.

Cool spot, good food, and decent service. Convenient location. I think we waited a little longer than we probably should have for food orders and water refills, but our server was friendly and kind. The bread rolls here are really good, something they’re known for. The steaks are decent, kind of thin and often inconsistent for what they are but for a chain restaurant I guess I can’t really be too hard on it. Worlds than chilis and I think the price is similar so, (never order a steak from chilis btw but that’s besides the point), I’d say this restaurant is a safe bet for any ordinary night.

This was my first time trying it. Alot of people speak with great affection about it. Specially about the complimentary sweet rolls with cinnamon sugar butter. They come out right when you get there and they taste like a dessert. I get the hype. I understand why people love it but I also know it is not for everyone. If you dont like places that have the little iPad thing with the games on it at the table like Chili's. You wont like it. If youre not bougie and can appreciate quick affordable food in a noisy, crowded atmosphere. You'll be satisfied. Also, their ranch is really good.

The place was packed (which is usually a good sign), and the staff was working hard to keep things moving — props to them for handling the rush well. The food itself was okay, but nothing really stood out for us this time. It’s not our regular BBQ spot, and honestly, we’ve had better elsewhere. One definite miss: the strawberry lemonade. Not sure if it was a bad batch or just not a great product to begin with, but it tasted off — like maybe it was made with poor quality water or missing any real strawberry flavor. Aside from a slight red tint, there was nothing to suggest "strawberry" at all. Wouldn't order that again.

Food was good but our waitress, this blonde girl in a low bun, was not polite. Customers service kinda sucked. I worked as a server so I understand that we have our off days but still, her attitude was not great compared to how she was interacting with the other tables. I was just with my family and we were being well mannered. I don’t understand why she treated us the way we did from the start.

Someone else came up and tried to get her attention as well. She ignored him too. Finally, after about 5 minutes, someone came from the back bringing multiple bags and asked could she help. I ordered the deviled eggs, they were tossed around in the container. Tasted a couple of days old. The catfish was good. The chicken fried chicken was mid at best. I got the rolls, but no famous butter in my bag. And no cutlery, even though I asked for it. I even tipped off my total for a pick up order.

Steak was sent back because it wasn't cooked correctly. They brought it out eventually and it still wasn't correct but needed something to eat and didn't wanna send back. Bar staff was more interested in watching another staff member dance around the corner than their tables. They weren't attentive. Parking isn't great here. Restrooms are clean. Guy next to ended pitying me into anaphylaxis bc he ordered shrimp and it was brought out when I was turning to leave. Overall horrible experience. Took it to go.

By 6 PM on a Saturday, the wait was 80 minutes, so I definitely recommend adding your name to the waitlist via their website or app. On the bright side, a long wait usually means the meal is more likely to be a good one. Our server was very welcoming and kind. And once we ordered, the food didn't take long to come out at all. My only issue is the Ribeye was had an excessive amount of fat and gristle. I understand this is the fattiest cut of meat, but I ended up cutting away roughly 60% of the inedible portion. Other than that, Texas Roadhouse is a great value and hopefully I'll have a better steak on my next visit!

Visited on Friday, January 16, 2026. The food was delicious!! filet medallions were totally worth it. We were told a 15–25 minute wait but waited almost an hour, and staff seemed annoyed when asked for updates. Our server, Kelli, did not follow the 9 steps of service. dirty dishes weren’t cleared, we weren’t checked on after food delivery, my steak temperature wasn’t confirmed, and the check was incorrect after a long wait. We weren’t offered dessert, and she seemed frustrated that we didn’t know payment was done through the table kiosk. I was also charged a kiosk fee despite not using it. Having worked at Texas Roadhouse as a server and trainer for four years, the service issues were noticeable and disappointing.

What a disappointment! Save your hard earned cash and eat at 7/11!!! I ordered a full rack of ribs, a house salad, and fries. The fries were nice, the salad was meh - and the ribs were nearly inedible! The meat was dry as the Sahara Desert, disgustingly over-spiced, and the expensive full rack was actually a “cheater rack”. Butchers define a cheater rack as anything below the typical 11-14 bones. See the pic for my 9 bones, half of which were under two inches wide!!! I also requested ranch dressing to dip the fries in; although that was plainly printed on the ticket, it wasn’t in the bag. Again, the salad was okay, once I picked out the brown pieces of lettuce. The entire experience was infuriating. Never again, Texas Roadhouse.

The rolls and steaks were obviously great. Several things were forgotten that we ordered with our meals, and the waitress seemed annoyed when we asked for them after they weren’t brought out. We were pretty disappointed that she never arranged a birthday saddle seat for our daughter..we mentioned it twice but it never happened. If it was for me, oh well, but my theirs grader definitely teared up about. Then at the end, the card machine at our table wasn’t working, but the waitress never came back..had cash but only big bills, and she still hadn’t come back after 10+ minutes, so she just got a great tip for mediocre service. We normally drive out of our way to go to the Prosper location, I guess we should have stuck with that one tonight.

Be careful if you still eat at Texas Roadhouse please read the fine print when leaving a tip, tips are now calculated after tax and before discounts. This is another way of getting more money from hard working people that support this restaurant. I will not be coming back.

Really disappointing experience at Texas Roadhouse. We were a group of 8 adults plus a baby in a carrier, and somehow that turned into a seating nightmare. We were moved twice, first being pushed toward the bar area, which is completely inappropriate when you’re dining with a baby. After that, instead of finding a reasonable solution, they broke up our group and tried to squeeze us into a tight space that clearly wasn’t designed for our party size. What made it worse was the attitude. There was no flexibility, no empathy, and no attempt to make the situation right. We felt like an inconvenience rather than guests. For a restaurant that markets itself as family-friendly, this was frustrating and disappointing. If you’re coming with a baby or a larger group, be prepared for a rough experience.

I ordered a 3-piece catfish with steak fries and a salad from Texas Roadhouse. About 30 minutes after eating, my stomach began hurting, and I experienced severe diarrhea for the next two days. Based on the timing and symptoms, I strongly believe I suffered food poisoning from this meal. Some may question why I ordered fish at a steak restaurant, but it is clearly listed on your menu and should be prepared and handled with the same care and safety as any other item you serve.

I visited the restaurant on September 28, 2025 around 6:30 PM and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. We were seated in the small area with the guitar neon sign. Our server was a female (her name seemed to start with “R,” but I’m not certain). We ordered a kids’ Rib Basket, but she brought out chicken instead. When we pointed this out, she blamed my wife and said my wife had confirmed “yes,” even though she herself had confirmed the order. Shortly after, when I briefly stepped outside to my car, I saw her holding the chicken plate and complaining about us to her coworker in a very unprofessional way. This made me very uncomfortable, as it left me worried about how our food might be handled. Additionally, I specifically asked for no sour cream on my mashed potatoes, but sour cream was added anyway, and I was charged an extra $1.29 for it. I didn’t say anything at the time because I didn’t want to ruin my family’s dinner, but it was extremely disappointing. Overall, the service was unprofessional, and the mistakes were unfairly blamed on us. This ruined what should have been a pleasant family meal. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location

First of all the drinks took long.We got an appetizer and the drinks at the same time when our waiter asked.The appetizers were at the table before the drinks.We asked for 2 medium steaks and they came out rare and medium rare and by the time the food came out the drinks were only then brought to the table.Waiter took a long time to refill a water.We sent the steak back and by the time the supposed “manager” brought out the correct steak the sides were already cold.We arrived at 9:11PM and left at 9:56PM disappointed.It took over the entire hour for a correct steak and by that time they were closing.This was an order for only 2 people and it took the entire hour to get a good steak out.Absolutely disappointed with the service and over all quality of food.We got the refund on the steak after the “manager” walked away looking annoyed after we refused to eat with such little time.

Have ordered from this location many times but tonight the amount of meat is half the usual amount. Almost no mushrooms. Very disappointed.

Went to Texas Roadhouse hoping for a nice plate of food, but this was definitely not the right spot for it. We waited over 20 minutes and only got our drinks (which I did pay for) not even bread was brought to our table. The server completely ignored us and even took two other tables’ orders that arrived after we did. At that point, we just decided to get up and leave. Terrible experience overall.

Rice and steak was extremely salty, no sour cream on my steak tips and I ordered around 11:30. I would’ve thought the food was made with more care. My son’s Mac n cheese barely had any cheese. This was very dissatisfying

April 26, 2024 - Tonight we didn’t receive Legendary Food or Legendary Service (see below picture for reference). My 12 oz steak was 6 oz of fat so I sent it back. I was told my steak 🥩 would be remade and it wasn’t ready for 40 odd minutes. At this point my family had already eaten and I had not. I had to take it to go as it took a ridiculous amount of time to recook my medium steak 🥩. March 2023 - I have been eating here since I was a young kid. This location is by far the best in North Texas. The staff are very friendly and the food is always fresh and amazing.

He was amazing and attentive. Wish this review could be just about the service. Unfortunately, we encountered a major concern worth reporting during our visit. It's imperative someone reach out to me with contact information ASAP. Dalton shared he did make two managers aware that night to be on the lookout. Thank you.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience at this location. While I understand the frustration of an establishment being “under staff” due to the weather, that is no reason to give crappy customer service. Long story short; my friend and I attempted to dine at this location, were seated, but my friend’s seat was dirty. He politely asked our waitress to have the seat cleaned so he could sit. She said “um yea, Can I get you guys a beer or something started?” My friend said we would like to look at the menu first. She responded with pronounced attitude in her body language and tone. All because he wanted to sit in a clean seat. She left, came back 5 minutes later with a rag, did two quick swipes to remove liquids and food (which still left food on the seat), she walked away, no eye contact, no apology, just attitude. He stood waiting to sit once again because there was still food on the seat. 11 minutes later and her checking on several guest before my friend went to say something to management, she then comes back to ask if we were ready to put in drinks and tell us that they are understaffed and that’s why her coming to check back with us took so long. On top of that”she was giving us a minute to look at the menu”. For those to be the justifications for lack of great hospitality, she definitely made sure she checked on the guests sitting directly behind us at least 4 times, but never us! 20 minutes to look at a menu for a party of two is crazy, but okay sis. Mind you, I have a timer on and it took 12 minutes. I don’t think she would’ve came back in 12 minutes if we had not spoken to management about her lack of service. We went next door to Bubba’s and received amazing food, excellent customer service, and an inviting atmosphere.

So went here to go on a date night after a good minute of being too busy. So we arrived and it felt like there was more staff than customers, which is no big deal. Get seated and get drinks and app ordered. Received those p quick got the app from a different server but no big deal normally. The only problem was it seemed we got every server and food runner and only saw our “server” about 3 times through the whole time there. Part of that came from me catching him and asking for just ranch because he didn’t bring the food out. Had to wait 15 mins on a drink refill. Asked for butter as she just doesn’t like cinnamon in general, never got that. Steak was ok and the Mac and cheese felt so rushed I’ve seen more gourmet from a 5 Y/O with craft cheese and some random noodles asking for help with turning on water. Restraint wasn’t even filled enough to be that slow. We joked our server was probably too baked to remember. I’ve been fortunate to say this has been the worse service I’ve ever had, still sucks to say it though. Wanted to leave a tip but didn’t know if the tip would be divided evenly, asked for to go drinks never got them, never got asked if the steaks were cooked right, not a hello, or anything like that. Just felt unwanted.

We've eaten here a few times and it's always good. Love the bread, love the steaks love the baked potatoes. My only issue is with cooking consistency. The last two times, I've asked for medium cooked steaks and my wife asked for well done. Last time my wife's came rare and mine was well done so we had to send it back. Today, my medium came very well done and my wife's well done came out medium, so we swapped. They're very busy and I'm sure it's tough to keep up with the various steak preferences but if you're going to ask, it would be nice to get it right. Minor complaint but otherwise the food is great and decently priced. Recommended! Update: my wife and kids went in recently to celebrate my daughter's birthday. While there a group of thugs can't in and sat down near them. As my wife and kids were eating, the thugs broke out large water guns and began spraying my wife, kids and other customers. They screamed at the little turds to stop but that made it worse. I'm the end, my wife and daughters who had spent lots of time getting ready for this dinner were completely soaked and their plates of food full of water. When they complained to management about it, they asked the kids "to behave". When management left, the little punks started it up again. Fortunately one man there had enough and was about to beat them sensless which made them stop. When my wife asked management about their water logged food (assuming it was even water), they just apologized. They couldn't even eat their food and because they were soaked just wanted to leave. Not once did management seriously address the issue by calling police, kicking the thugs out at a minimum, offer to refund money for a ruined meal. They just didn't seem to care. It's unfortunate, because this was one of our favorite places to eat. The wife refuses to return now. She even wrote a letter to their corporate office which has gone unanswered. I cannot recommend this place anymore. We go to the one in prosper.
