This location is AMAZING! Best cava experience I’ve had. The staff was so friendly I don’t remember their names but I had a nice man with a mustache and a girl with black hair with stars on her nametag and they were so incredible. There was a line but they still were efficient and kind to every guest including myself and my sister. I never write reviews but I had to this time! I will definitely be recommending to my friends and family :)

Such a good Cava location. The dining room and line are always clean, toppings look and taste fresh. The staff is always great. Liv, Mikayla, and Cheyenne were super friendly and helpful today when helping with our orders.

All-around wonderful place that checks all the boxes! The food is flavorful, healthy, and high-quality—all at a great price. I’m a loyal customer and come in frequently, and I’m never disappointed. The customer service is always excellent, especially Phillip. On top of that, the warm and vibrant atmosphere greets you the moment you walk in. Highly recommend!

I came back to CAVA again and had just as great of an experience as the first time! The food was fresh and delicious as always, but what really made it special was seeing Antoine again. He remembered me and was just as kind and helpful as before, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to get that kind of consistent, genuine service. I’ll definitely keep coming back CAVA has become one of my favorite spots thanks to Antoine!

I had such a great experience at CAVA today! The food was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I was craving. What really stood out though was the customer service Antoine was incredibly helpful and patient while I decided on my order. He made great recommendations and made sure everything came out perfectly. It’s not often you come across someone that attentive and kind, so big thanks to Antoine for making the visit even better. Brian made my food with Excellency. It was so good the way that he prepared the chicken and put it in as in the bowl. It was one of the best chickens I ever had in my life, I would come back again only with Brian is working because the way he made my chicken. It was so fresh and the customers service was amazing very possible. To enjoy my experience at Cava for the first time that I’ve experienced this like Ryan did a wonderful job with a pool

I’ve been here a handful of times both dine in and take out. Both have been good experiences, the app is really user friendly. I’m all about ordering ahead to skip the lines and being able to utilize my time efficiently/effectively. For example, while finishing up my nails…ordered through the app. By the time I arrive, it’s there in a pretty package waiting for me on the counter and I walk myself to a table and enjoy my meal. Super quick and easy. You can also create an account for points (which I’m all about) Honestly, the portions are big enough to split… or eat some now and save the rest for later. It’s been like that for me for every meal… (I’m 5’5 140lbs btw) To each their own. Enjoy!!

The bowls are really good but I got some old dry and crunchy rice in my bowl that was a little unpleasant

The food was delicious. The reason for the 4 stars was the chef bowl was a bit low on meat. Our meal prep person was Heather, the general manager. She was very friendly and knowledgable. She gave me some recommendations on what to add to my bowl.

Fun spot for a very filling meal. Fresh and good. As healthy as you want to make it. A myriad of teas made in house. Staff was very nice.

The food here is quite delicious, though I did find the prices to be a little higher compared to other places. The staff seemed a bit stressed during my visit, which was noticeable. Perhaps they were having a busy day. Overall, a pleasant dining experience with a few minor areas for improvement.

I visited this location and my only concern was the customer service. I’ve worked in customer service for years, so I understand that it can be challenging at times. When I placed my order, I asked for no dairy. The employee who took my order told me that the person preparing my food would take care of it. However, when I moved down the line, the employee preparing my meal added cheese before I had the chance to mention my request again. When I reminded them that I had asked for no dairy, the response was not very polite. They rolled their eyes and proceeded to remove the cheese from my plate using their gloved hands. While I understand they were wearing gloves, I would have preferred that a new meal be prepared rather than having someone dig through my food. It was off-putting enough that I lost my appetite but I didn’t want to cause a scene. Thankfully, I do not have a dairy allergy. If I did, this situation would have been different. This isn’t a bad location overall, but this experience has made me hesitant to return.

Came here for a quick healthy lunch with my kids, CAVA is always a go to for us, location is beautiful, food is good too, dont know if there is a lack of employees, or there not being hold accountable with the cleanliness of floors and tables, I mean is 12pm at noon and there is no tables to seat on becuase they are all nasty. A member of the staff should be going cleaning the tables every 15 minutes or so, also wipe the floor, it reflects on the store and what you could think of the kitchen cleanliness. Didn't like this CAVA location.

Foods great but the low review is the fact the employees are rude. No customer service & have attitude. Also just gave me my bowl with no bag or anything then walked off before I could ask for one. This place used to have great people now it’s weird atmosphere.

We ordered 2 bowls one chicken one rice and everything was cold. The guy that served our bowls was not friendly and gave us scraps of leftovers. The food wasn’t fresh ar all. Not worth our money. We came at 8pm 2 hrs before closing. They should’ve still served us fresh food, very disappointed.

Expect 1/3 to 1/2 of a regular portion at best if you order online or for delivery. I thought maybe I got unlucky so I kept trying, but after 4+ orders for delivery they have consistently and purposely underserved portions for online orders. Really disappointing. Food is excellent otherwise!

60 bucks for cold, dressing soaked slop. The bowls appeared to be half portions. Did I mention everything was cold. Fortunately, the $6 kids’ meal was edible. Better to have paid a third of the price, and picked something up at HEB.

I couldn’t eat my food I lost my appetite when I saw I fly land on top of the braised lamb that I said I wanted to the young man , I’m pretty sure he saw it when he grab the utensil to grab the lamb because once he grabbed the lamb the fly flew away and he still decided to put that piece the fly landed on on my plate. I was disgusted and embarrassed to say something. It was a waste of money,I couldn’t eat it.🤮🤮🤮 plus they never give you a receipt so I can’t make a complaint to corporate.
