To all out Coloma/Cameron Park/Shingle Springs/EDH friends etc.!! I will have to say the new Pizza Factory in Coloma is amazing. The upgrades to the interior work so well and capture the local environment and past history. The patio with the large tables (rail hopper carts) are an absolute joy and tribute to the area of the Gold Rush. The staff were very friendly and helpful the Pizza was made/cooked perfectly. Still dig and Kid friendly LOL !! Come support your local Restaurants!!! #lovepizza

This brand new Pizza Factory is awesome. They did a great job updating the restaurant and making the atmosphere fun. The staff is training but everyone did very well and of course the pizza is delish. Definitely stop in and check out the place, especially the mine cart tables on the back deck.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! You can tell they really care about quality here. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the service was quick The atmosphere was warm and family-friendly—perfect for a casual night out or a quick lunch. Whether you’re into classic pepperoni or something more unique, there’s something for everyone on the menu. I’ll definitely be coming back for more. Definitely coming back! Highly recommend!

The remodel looks great and fit our big party. The food was great and we all had a wonderful time eating and chatting way too long. I look forward to when the weather is cooler to enjoy the patio.

We chose this place when other local restaurants were closed on Tuesday. We were very glad we did! Everyone had wonderful pizza, spaghetti, calzone and cheesy breadsticks. The pizza, especially was hot, cheesy, crispy edges, and the pepperoni was perfect!

Great place for a pizza and a beer! The giant chocolate chip cookie served like a pizza is highly recommended! Staff is also very friendly!

Ordered a pizza just last night! Good pizza! The previous pizza joint had been falling down for a while before finally going out of business. So we were hoping the new owners would do better. They have. The entire place has been remodeled and looks nice. I not only Ordered a half Special, half Hawaiian pizza, I wanted olives added to the Hawaiian half. "Let's see if they get that right!" I thought. And huzzah!! They DID! Got the order right, it was cooked perfectly, and tasted great! We'll be back! And look forward to trying the other menu items. Glad we have a neighborhood pizza joint again!

The establishment was very nice. I really enjoyed my server. I think her name was aurora. She was very beautiful and helpful, so i didn’t mind that she tipped herself on my screen. Great experience today, all the staff was friendly and helpful. The pizza was delicious and came with a squeeze bottle of delicious ranch. The entire restaurant is remodeled and clean.They have a little claw machine corner, so bring the kids and extra quarters 😊

Went in and ordered a pastrami sandwich, the staff was very friendly and accommodating! I enjoyed my lunch at the river after following the path that comes right off of their deck. Would recommend!

Very nice pizza restaurant next to the American river. Close to camping sites. Loved the pizza and their friendly staff at front desk.

Poorly trained in old-school customer service on Sunday night 07/27/25. Don’t get me wrong, the gals behind the counter were polite, and knew how to do what they were told, but obviously not trained in old-school customer service. I had to ask for everything … even napkins at the bar when I was the only customer there. Was told that my salad I wanted to eat before my pizzas came out had to wait, as they were too busy making pizzas for ghosts (people that aren’t actually there, but called in, or digitally ordered). Boo! After I told them twice that I wanted my salad, they finally got it out to me. As I waited, two other families had to get out of their seats to ask for things: their salad that the workers forgot to bring out , and the other family their pizza that still hadn’t come out. Again, live, in-person customers being set aside for ghost orders. Boo. This felt more like a Dominoes: get as many pizzas out there, never mind the real customers. Wont be back.

I asked twice if we could sit at the bar and was ignored. We sat at the bar anyway. After waiting patiently for about 10 minutes while the staff made direct eye contact and helped other customers, she said “you guys just hanging out?” To which I replied “I’d like to order a beer and some food.” She said to order at the cash register. There are no signs that instruct customers to do so. Are people just supposed to know this? At the cash register I asked for a beer menu and she dismissed us and said “what’s on the wall and in the cans is what is available”. Unfortunately, between the lighting and my poor eyesight I really couldn’t see what those options were. Still couldn’t get her or anyone to help us so we left. I won’t be back and I can’t see this place being successful with the current staff. I hope leadership/ownership check the cameras and verifies my experience. Very disappointing and I recommend going somewhere else.

I ordered ONE pizza and breadsticks and somehow walked out $52 poorer. Fifty. Two. Dollars. For that price I expected the pizza to at least need its own zip code. Instead, I got something that looked like it could comfortably feed a moderately hungry squirrel. Let’s talk about the sauce. I’m not exaggerating when I say this pizza had enough sauce to supply a small Italian village for winter. I didn’t order tomato soup on bread. I took one bite and it slid off like it was trying to escape. I needed a snorkel. Now the toppings. I think I saw them. Briefly. Maybe they were playing hide and seek under the sauce ocean. For $52 I expected toppings stacked like a skyscraper. What I got was a light sprinkle that looked like someone rationed it during the Great Depression. And the breadsticks? I have so many questions. Why are they shaped like long, thin bread pencils? Why are they so skinny? They looked like breadsticks that went on a diet. I’ve seen thicker shoelaces. Weirdest breadsticks I’ve ever experienced in my life. Most overrated pizza place ever. I feel like I just paid luxury prices for a middle school cafeteria special. I will absolutely never be coming back unless I’m craving marinara soup disguised as pizza. Zero stars for the sauce tsunami alone. 🌊🍕
