Absolutely LOVE their sweet potato fries! Super yummy treat. The BBQ bacon burger is really good too & their ranch to dip in is good. Don't like that for some reason every time we have tried to use the app to order it will not work, but the kiosk works. Never really had to wait long no matter what time we have gone.
Very tasty burger made fresh. Friendly staff, but there's a self-serve kiosk ordering station. Hire more people, if I have to do everything myself, I can also make burgers at home myself.
Dude. I don't even understand the bad reviews! What!?? We got in, stood in line for only three minutes, then placed our order. The guy brought us our shakes two minutes later while we waited. They were the most delicious pumpkin shakes I'd ever had. The food was amazing. After waiting for just five minutes, the man brought us bags with our full order, ready to go. My salad was fresh. Nothing old or withered.
A very nice and pleasant place. The manager was kind, happy, and eager. He spoke to his staff softly. A mini error was made on order. And then gave us a generous serving of the tempura green beans. I highly recommend trying the greenbeans..and I highly recommend this restaurant.
I have been to Habit Burger Grill several times over a few years time. I think that the locations are not the best. That being said, Habit is fantastic. My friends had the hamburgers and totally enjoyed them. I had the Santa Barbara burger on sourdough bread with Avocado. The fries were delicious and the Spicy Green Beans great. I will definitely be back for the Cobb Salad. The staff was very helpful, informative and fast.
The lady that took my order was very nice and friendly. Great customer service 👏. Yummy chicken bites and sweet potatoe fries . Yummy ice cream too.

We stopped by for a quick lunch while on the road to Lake Tahoe. The onion rings were delicious and the burger was good too. There was just one little blip that cost me to take off a star. I asked for a number 1 and an order of onion rings and they took it upon themselves to substitute the onion rings for my fries without asking me and that wasn't what I wanted. The onion rings were for my husband. I'm back home in Florida now but I'll definitely look for one of their locations here.

The food is actually pretty good - 4 out of 5 stars. The service however is terrible - 1 out of 5. I feel bad, as they always seem very understaffed. Usually just 2 or 3 people working with tons of orders coming in. They could easily add another 2 or 3 staff for the volume they get. The 2nd time I ordered take out though will be my last. The order took very long with the multitude of orders that were in before. When it finally was complete, it sat on the middle counter for 10 minutes. I whispered to my wife, "I bet that one is ours". Sure enough, 10 minutes later one of the two staff finally walked over to it, put it in a bag, and called my name. We won't be back.

Although as of recently when I had gone in for lunch I was struck with a 30+ wait with a relatively empty restaurant and when I had gotten to eat the food I was shocked to see that the burger was over cooked and seemed to look thrown together like a mess, as well with the fires being burnt. I hold there quality to a higher standard than what I had experienced, disappointing.

We were hungry coming home from playing in the snow. Mean to say it would not have taken much, but the fries were stale or cooked too cold or something... not good. The burger was fine but not what we ordered. I don't know... I won't be seeking it out. That's for sure. There's probably a reason in and out always has a line, and this place... not so much.

Ordered grilled chicken salad. Young man works with me goes to pizza place across parking lot, comes back and eats entire pizza prior to me receiving my salad? I see it sitting there lol. Young lady says sorry 20 minutes later. Bring your fly swatter! They are thick in their. Definitely won't return.
*update 3-20-22* It wasn't giving me an option to post a new review, so I'll just add to this one. Every time we go here, it progressively gets worse. At least the self serve kiosk was actually functional for once, where as it usually isn't every single other time we've gone in. Tonight there was almost no one at this location, and we still waited at least 10 minutes for our food, despite their being 3 people in the kitchen. When we finally did get our food, as per also usual, we had an entire item missing from our order and I had to go up and ask for it. Ontop of a missing item, two items were made incorrectly. Additionally, all of our burgers were over cooked and the food was almost overly salty. Sad to say but we won't be frequenting this establishment anymore Been here twice so far. The first time we came we were pleased. The food was good and we got our food relatively quickly even though there was a HUGE to go order ahead of us. We came back tonight and were not as pleased. The kiosk (both this time and the first time) were not loading, so we placed a mobile order from our phone. We did the same thing this evening, and an entire item was just magically erased from our order. We ordered 3 burgers and only 2 were accounted for and displayed on the receipt. And yes, the burger in question had been added to the order. Not only did we have to re-order the missing item, but the fries were almost ice cold. I really had hope for this place. So I'll give them a few more tries, but very disappointed with tonight's visit
Worst service ever you can get just to get 2 simple veggie burgers by itself took 25mins that is insane they are way too busy talking to each other..we saw our food ready and had to tell them is that ours food than she still took 5 minutes more to gave us the food ...I think they shouldn't be on the phone either while working. I want to give them 0 Star if there's any option.
ANGRY! Ordered Santa Barbra cobb salad they FAILED to put avocado, tomato & egg on & barely a hint of bacon or blue cheese. I called and got a "answering service" I was told there was nothing they could do & told me to go online & make a complaint & I was told the store had NO direct phone # That made me very angry not to be able to reach a direct store manger or staff. I will NOT return to a store that does NOT have a direct phone line to speak with staff.
I ordered 3 burgers 07-18-24 one was suppose to be a veggie patty (cannot have meat due to medical issues) this was a pick up order that was already late. It was made with beef instead and I took a bite without looking at it and spit it out pretty quickly. They re-made it and my husband had to pick up for me because I am at work. He did and when I went to unwrap it, they did it again, beef patty again. Now out 30 bucks and still hungry. What a bummer.
The employees are set up to fail. I ordered online and had to wait a while, which is fine, but some people expect McDonald's conveyor belt heat lamp ready to order. The staff spent more time being berated by customers then they could spend working. The food isnt good enough to be angry over. Tasted bland and things get soggy quickly. Fries are left to get cold and need to be timed better. Highly overrated and too pricey.
Edit- Um, we're over this location. Manager went from touching money, to touching the screen to handling food without washing hands. Not hygienic practices. We expect better from food handlers. Sorry. Won't be back. Much disappoint. 🤢 Love the Habit! Nice location with outdoor seating. Got a mushroom burger and salad today. The bun was nice and toasty but a little chewy and stale like it had sat out a bit long and wasn't as fresh as it could be. The salad was huge. Delicious. Looking forward to coming back to try the teriyaki burger and sweet potato fries. The limeade was delicious.
EDIT: WE ARE DONE TRYING AND WILL NO LONGER GIVE OUR BUSINESS TO HABIT GRILL: PLACERVILLE. The result of customer service was vouchers were given. The store itself still cannot get orders right or even hot. Unfortunate because we enjoy their food but refuse to pay for such horrendous customer service. Hopefully they'll be able to get it together eventually. Original Post: Great food when it's actually hot. We decided to go curbside and order through their app. We arrive and let them know we were there and we continued to wait for 30 minutes longer. Our food was finally brought to us (even though there was a vehicle there before us and waited a lot longer than us)and all burgers were cold and the onion rings were ice cold. Upon getting home we opened up on of the burgers only to find it was thrown together. Don't bother with curbside until they can get their act together.
I’m sorry but this is not appropriate in any way, shape or form. Of course not one of the 3 chefs owned it but we are absolutely disgusted that an adult would stoop so low to put a ketchup swaztika on an 8 year olds burger. Horrible behavior, service, and I firmly believe someone should lose their job.
Awful experience - waited an HOUR to get my order for fast food with a mobile order, and only after asking multiple times. Several people got theirs before me, something about how the orders were coming in. Disappointed there’s no way to edit a mobile order once it’s placed. It seemed the team was doing their best, but either understaffed or too much demand means they should have not taken more orders or let people know it could take an hour to get food. We did ultimately get a refund which I appreciate given the circumstances but I left wasting an hour, feeling exhausted, with mediocre food in the end. This team needs more help and better systems to make them successful.

We placed an order for a family of 4, to go. We were very specific about NO ONIONS on one of my kids burgers and when we got home, the burger was ruined with grilled onions. On top of that, the meat on all 4 burgers was extremely overdone as the edges of the burger were hard to chew. A huge disappointment and clearly this particular location does not take pride. In addition, I tried calling just to inform the manager and couldn't get through to the store.
