There service is with out a doubt great. The drive thru is pretty quick. Spice deluxe is the bomb.

As far as fast food is concerned you can't go wrong with Chick-fil-A. The service and food quality is well above the competitors. This location always his kind, smiling, helpful people to take your order and they make a great cheap chicken sandwich

This particular location is the one I prefer going to, just because it reminds me of my hometown Chick-fil-A! I need the staff whoever is making the sweet tea and the lemon aide mixture to stick to the recipe. If we are asking for sweet tea, we expect it to be sweet tea or sweet lemon aide!

As always loved the food. I got the kids meal cause the portions are pretty big. And if you're a coffee drinker like me plan on waiting for it. It's fresh brewed, and really good though!

I love the chicken strips but I was really impressed with how polite and well spoken all the employees are. It's like night and day with other comparable restaurants. Also, I was dining outside on the patio and I think the building itself is really beautiful.

I love coming to this location too. All the staff know me and are very friendly when I walk in the door and place my order. Food is always done correctly, and if you need extra condiments or anything else brought to your table they are more than willing to do it with a smile on their face and genuine happiness. That's very hard to find in a restaurant chain anymore. I highly recommend this location

Chick-fil-A is my spot for breakfast during my work week. Been coming to the Moorpark rd location for a few years now. The crew is always friendly in the morning and never have issues. Wouldn't be coming here if the customer service and food weren't great!

This Chick-fil-a is amazing. The staff are incredibly kind, and unlike at other fast food places, they actually seem happy to be there and to serve you. I have no complaints with their food and the quality control is super good as their chicken sandwiches always come out consistently good. Facility is clean, well decorated, and well kept. And...BE KIND. I will say, though, that if you're trying to let your little one play in the gym, be prepared for the 3yo and under rule to definitely NOT be enforced. This CFA is one that feels very true to what one should expect from CFA. The staff are all friendly in a genuine way, and the food is great. We've been going since they opened, less during 2020 (service slipped around then, but has turned back around!), but still enjoy grabbing a bite to go or enjoying the patio seating.

I've been coming to this Chick-fil-A for years now because it's the only one close to me and the food is always quality. The customer service is amazing, super freindly workers and the building is very nice and clean inside.

I ordered this to pick it up. The app knew when I was going to be arriving and planned my order accordingly. It was ready as soon as I walked in. Tasted perfect (as always). Probably didn't need the large fries, but they are the best.

Authentic Mexican food with generous portions and excellent flavor and taste. They started us off with complimentary homemade chips and salsa. The salsa had great flavor and a medium spice/heat. We ordered burritos, quesadillas, fajitas and tacos. Everything was delicious. This place is a hidden gem.

Always a positive experience. Well trained employees that showed genuine care for you to enjoy your visit. That explains why they are so busy. People are just nicer in there too. I'm glad someone else shared with me that various sauces available, too. For dipping your fries to add just a bit more to your yummy, freshly made chicken sandwich. Gotta try them all!

I absolutely love their waffle fries and their lemonade. They made me want to get a gallon of their lemonade so I don’t need to go each time I want lemonade. The inside is very modern and I love that they say my pleasure.

The food here is excellent. The service is amazing. The manager goes out of his way to make you feel like you are truly valued. I have been here several times and the entire staff is always doing what they can to make sure we feel welcome. The play place is just enough to keep the kids distracted while the grown ups finish the last few bites of their meal. This is also the only fast food place my kids will actually eat.

Had a great experience here! Was served by David in the Drive Thru and Roman at the window. David was great at explaining the options and made sure we got no pickles on our sandwich. Definitely will come back again when I’m in the area.

Take the time to go inside. The employees brighten your day. They are so kind and thoughtful. Better service than many restaurants give. We walked in for the play area with our kids. It reminds me of how people used to be before we were all on our phones.

We love Chick-fil-A and the Thousand Oaks restaurant has become our favorite location, even though we have 3 locations closer to our home! Our recent visit was extra special due to the Hospitality Coordinator who stopped by our table and noticed that our daughter had a cast on her arm and was so sweet and pleasant with our child. I always have a pleasant experience at just about every Chick-fil-A I go too. At least around here in southern California all the employees are extremely nice or generous and accommodating , I'm not used to that but it is very nice... For religious reasons all Chick-fil-A's are closed on Sunday

Never thought I’d give a Chick-fil-A location 4/5 but their customer service could improve. They treat their customers okay but this company is known for their team leaving a lasting good impression, and based on several visits to this location- that was not the case.

They always have a long line, however they have really planned the drive thru well. One time they forgot our brownie but I didn't have time to go back. They sometimes forget extra sauces. However, they always deliver good food.

I really like the food a chick-fil-a and the sauces are amazing. I try and stock up on the sauces when I go because they're ridiculously good. As for the food, my go to is the spicy chicken sandwich with everything on it, fries and a drink. Go with the 🍋 since it's worth it. The shakes are pretty good but not like In and Out. Ive tried everything on the menu except for breakfast and haven't been disappointed yet.

I LOVE this place for a good, but simple chicken sandwich. The breading on the chicken is always crispy and has a sweet and salty taste which I love. The bread is soft and fluffy and the sandwich has two pickles which balances everything out. The only downside is the restaurants usually have long lines in drive thru, but the ones I have been through are well-managed and they have a good system of getting cars in and out. Chick-fil-A's are closed on Sunday. The other downside is from the ones that I've gone to, not all restaurants are consistent with their food or even the warm customer service that Chick-fil-A prides itself on. They love saying you're welcome, my pleasure and also find ways to incorporate your name into the conversation. Coming from a customer service background, I find this awesome because a lot of places dont do this and I feel valued as a customer. I did have an incident at one of the locations recently where there was some plastic wrap in my daughter's sandwich. I called the restaurant and they apologized and gave me a replacement meal which took me awhile to get waiting in the restaurant. Still have love for my chicken sandwich, but from now on, I will just go to my favorite one in the valley, near Woodland Hills❤

This location is too slow, just very slow I don't know why. For breakfast I'll order on the app, get it in drive-thru, then go inside. If I go inside and order it's a ten minute wait... For lunch I go inside, order from the app to be delivered to table and just know that I'll have to wait, ten minutes plus for sure And the app has you put your table number, but they can't seem to find me, they walk around calling out names, one time I asked a the girl who brought the food, why don't you look at the table numbers, and she says, "o I didn't even know we had those..." Great interior of the store and a welcoming staff. I have no complaints and I got the spicy chicken sandwich meal as I usually do. Tender chicken and very delicious fries! The only reservation that is not towards the staff at all but the parking lot is always obnoxious whether it is for the drive thru or dine in customers. I would recommend eating here at a less busy part if the day, I went at about 1130 on a Thursday and it was not busy.

Please stop rushing your guests through the drive thru! We have now had consecutive incorrect orders. The employees taking orders are pushy and impatient. It’s hard enough to understand them through their masks. They need to slow down when recalling the order. Terrible customer service experience.

They have good chicken sandwiches but this location has either a staffing or training issue. Waited in line forever to order and took just as long to get our food. Seemed like the cashiers didn't know what to do and kept walking away. It was crowded and none of the employees seemed to have any sense of urgency. Other than that the food is good.

The parking lot is a disaster most days. Did a large order back in December and they forgot one of my sandwiches. So I went back and they made me feel like I was lying. Lovely professional young ladies and gentlemen. Nice clean place. Everything is great but the food. The chicken strips were inadequately spiced and tasted very different from chick-fil-A in Texas. The soft-serve ice-cream tasted watered-down and not creamy.

The food is great of course but the drive thru are consistently incompetent. They have gotten our last two orders wrong. They missed a 12 count grilled nuggets that costs over $10. During busy times they rush the poor order assembly person instead of having cars park and wait. They also don't quality check orders with a second person. If you have a decently sized order, never use the drive thru.

I got catfished by a sandwich. One picture is the picture posted online by Chick-fil-A, the other picture is the one I pulled out of the bag when I got home. They’re supposedly the same, but apparently there must have been heavy airbrushing out something on the glamour shot they use for advertising. It’s a clean place to eat, but so are most places in the area, so it’s not a huge plus vs surrounding places. The food is decent but not special in any way. It’s just a place to get “okay” chicken on a budget.

The fries were ok, but the nuggets were not good, the frozen Lemonade had no flavor, my sister got what was supposed to be a root beer and it tasted like a watered down sprite with barley any root beer, I love chick fil a its so good the service was good as usual, but the food was off. I am just going to go to my usual chick fil a in Westlake because it's wayyyyyyy more consistent and the food is so much better. No hate to the chick fil a, it's just the food their is always 50/50.

I do love the food and the lines are very long and used to be worth the wait, however I've been a bit disappointed lately. They are very rushed and have gotten my order wrong a few times and the Quality and Quantity of food in regards to salads has gone down. I barely get any chicken in my salads anymore. I went through the drive through and requested Chick-fil-A sauce with my order (a specific number and everything). They were busy and I didn’t take the time to double check before I drove off. They didn’t give me the sauce, and I was not about to go through that line again. It was on the receipt attached to the bag and everything. How did they miss it?

Disappointed in my experience. 7pm on Friday, waffle fries were cold and stale, forgot requested on the receipt sauces, didn't charge for the correct combo and gave a cup of water and then upcharge if i wanted bottled water but soda is free with my combo?? The service here is excellent, but the food is extremely overpriced. A basic chicken sandwich (not the deluxe), which consists of two pieces of bread, pickles, and a small chicken filet is $7. One of these sandwiches is not enough for a grown man. Two of these small, plain chicken sandwiches and a fry comes out to about $18 and that’s with no drink. Absolutely ridiculous prices for fast food chicken. I came to in n out and got two cheeseburgers and fries for less than $12.

I had a delivery order. When I came the staff said they gave my order to other person coz the names were the same. I asked if they would make a new one for me, they said "absolutely". After 15 minutes they just said they wouldn't make a new one and forced me to take not mine. So it was almost half an hour since the order was placed. It was cold. So I have gotten violation for wrong order from a customer. It seems this place even can't compete to others, coz they are too greedy to remake the order due their fault.

In the past the food has been good. However, this time we used the app for curbside delivery. The girl who brought the food to us decided to stop, hug, and have a chat with somebody she knew in the parking lot instead of bringing us our food. Then we could clearly see her wipe her sweaty face on our bags of food before she finally brought it to us. This girl's name was Lisa and she should not only be fired for poor customer service but also for breaking health codes. This one employee has made me seriously reconsider ever getting food there in the future.

I finally tried chick fil a today, and I don’t understand the hype. The staff were all very nice and professional, but the food was awful. I found the chicken too salty and a tad undercooked, therefore chewy. The waffle fries were soggy and also too salty. The sauces and coffee were sickeningly sweet. I won’t be a repeat customer

Came in today for breakfast and found a hair in my burrito. I was enjoying it at work when I noticed a hair almost at the bottom of my burrito. I was disgusted and immediately stopped eating.
