General Manager was great went for my daughter's birthday on 8/18/25 and he was great.. we didn't have a reservation but he still helped us along with his party manager.. and they where able to get us set up with the best deal that needed to be made 24hr in advance. As we were just a walk in he helped out.. I believe his name was nick.. he was great thanks again for great service...and made an 11yr old girl happy...

Our family loves coming to Dave & Busters and this is by far the best location to go to! The staff is always super friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure we are all having a great experience. The food is great too! I highly recommend taking your family here or for a fun date night.

The best place for family fun, games, sports, drinks and food. First I want to start off with the strawberry margarita and strawberry pureed ice cubes absolutely delicious! The food was pretty tasty we had the cheese steak, chicken, pizza for the kiddo and garlic Parmesan fries. (We really want you guys to add Oreo shakes to your menu). The games are still as fun as ever. We loved the hungry hippo classic game, and the VR experience. Lastly, the big daddy chocolate cake and the strawberry shortcake are a fantastic treat after all of our energy was depleted 4hrs later. The staff was amazing and the service was top notch. No complaints from this family, we can't wait to return for our Family fun Saturday.

I recently visited Dave & Buster's with my family for the first time. Although we didn't dine there, we thoroughly enjoyed our time playing arcade games. The overall experience was excellent. The process of loading credits onto a card was straightforward, making it convenient to access the games. They offer a diverse selection of games suitable for a wide range of ages. I highly recommend Dave & Buster's for a fun-filled outing.

Had a surprise birthday party here. We got 2 rooms for our party and the rooms came with a screen for darts which was fun. We ordered 3 party platters for 15 people. When we arrived we were told one of the selections we made wasn’t available which was unfortunate but the manager on duty let us choose another and have us a discount for the inconvenience. It was plenty of food for 15 and we had a small amount of leftovers. I believe 1 platter serves 7 people. Overall it was a fun time and I would recommend this place for a casual but nice atmosphere for an event!

We came here to celebrate my sons middle school promotion. I'm not sure if having fithy menus is a requirement but this is the second Dave and Busters that I've gone and gotten disgusting menus sticky and a horrible smell so I went to the restroom to was my hands and it wasn't any better, aside from that our server was great food was just ok I ordered cajin wings they were tough, I also ordered the ribeye that was a little better but I think the beef quality was low grade but then again this place isn't a steakhouse the garlic mash potato were good and the asparagus was surprisingly well cooked

Update: visited again 4/16 It was super packed, had a good time playing games and eating some appetizers. I really like their pretzel dogs. We sat at fhe bar and were attended right away. We ordered the chicken tenders with fries and were overfilled with disappointment. I've had way better tenders from an Ihop or Dennys, but whatever slices of meat that were on the plate shouldn't have never left the kitchen... First review: came on a lonely Tuesday Parking is right outside the building. Pretty much had the whole place to ourselves. I haven't tried the food. The happy hour drinks hurt my stomach, I had one too many. Too many out of order games and the photo booth took $6 Not many things to trade tickets for at the winners store. I needed a bathroom with a hook, it took a minute. When I found one, it didn't have toilet paper.. I was at DnB for 4 hours and that whole time I was there a toilet from the ladies room was continuously flushing! Non stop water cycling down the toilet. I think that also happened when I had came another time. Anyway, the stall needs an Out of Order sign too. Overall, we were well greeted at the door.

We bought the Super Bowl experience and it was definitely not worth it. We were one of the first people seated and waited for 30 minutes before a waiter came over. Such a disappointment. We were seated next to the bar, close to where the waiters gather to make their orders (on their register). Somehow we ended up being there for 30 mins without a single waiter approaching us. In that timeframe, I counted more than 20 times that a waiter walked passed us without attempting to engage us. Halfway through, I aproached the bar to let the bartender know that no one had come to get our drink order, and still no waiters came. My family and I were genuinely excited to eat and play some games, but instead we went down the street to the Olive Garden and had our orders in within 10 minutes of being seated (which didn't take more then 10 minutes). We wasted our time and won't be going back.

Was told 30min for a table, it took 50 minutes to be seated. Server had too many tables which is on the Management. Some orders arrived at a decent time (20min). I waited over 2hours for some wings including my mom. Asked for a discount and was only offered free ice cream. Asked for manager and finally was offered a discount but took a few conversations to get the wings for free because we had to leave when the food arrived. We were celebrating a birthday and this really did ruin the joy.

We went on 12/22 for my son’s birthday. I reserved a table for my large party for 8pm. We walked in at 8:00pm and stood there till about 8:15pm. It was not busy. So I decided to arrange tables for my party. That’s when we were approached by the most rude waitress. To save myself the time just know we didn’t finish eating and getting are checks till about 10:10pm. Any refills? Nope. Oh and she added on several drinks to my tab to make it so the gratuity went up. So that’s illegal. Ultimately we spoke with Mat the manager and he said she would be written up. But be warned patrons. LOOK at your checks and I would avoid dining in general.
