Opinions de Restaurante Tibú
This was our first time at Tiburon and certainly won't be our last! We had the most amazing experience!! I made a reservation for a surprise dinner for my husband's birthday. He thought it was just the two of us and the hostesses did an awesome job at keeping it a secret! It was a great surprise. The service was spot on and food was excellent. We had four food allergies between two of us at dinner. They were very attentive to those but the best part is that for the first time at any restaurant that I've been to in Indiana, I didn't need an alteration to my meal because my dinner of sushi, salmon, black rice and veggies was naturally dairy and wheat free!! You'd be surprised at how much butter is used at other restaurants for a similar meal or wheat in sushi with imitation crab. Not here! The quality and flavors were superb. They pulled off another fun surprise at the end of the evening too! I just can't stop talking about the experience at this restaurant. In a world of very average and lacking service right now, it's refreshing to receive above and beyond service! This will be one of our go-to restaurants!
Love Tiburon. Heather was WONDERFUL!! It felt like a luxurious family dinner. 10/10!!
My family and I had the pleasure of being served by Jake during our recent visit, and his service was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, warm, and genuinely invested in ensuring our dining experience was perfect. The blackened grouper with lobster risotto is easily one of the most memorable meals I’ve had in a while. The grouper was perfectly spiced and flaky, while the creamy lobster risotto was rich and indulgent, with generous chunks of lobster. I will definitely be back to explore more of the menu!
Fantastic experience, Had a large party for a birthday celebration. Service was phenomenal, food was excellent. Drinks were fantastic. Try the “Live and Let Die”, you won’t be dissapointed. Son had sushi, t best he’s ever had. Honey Glszed sea bass is out of this world. Ribeye and pork chop are as good as any steakhouse. Just a wonderful experience all around.
If you’re looking for a restaurant that makes you feel like you’re escaping Indianapolis, this is it! There is not another restaurant in Indiana, that I’ve been to, that has this atmosphere. It’s upscale and transports you to what feels like a true coastal restaurant! With 2 kitchens, Tiburon provides the freshest food with spectacular taste. Our waitress was so kind and helpful, which made our experience even better.
Wow from top to bottom what a great meal. Edamame (spicy), Honey Glazed Seabass with Rosotto, asparagus, crème brûlée, and a few bourbon pours. Everything was cooked absolutely perfectly and the atmosphere tonight was top notch. With the weather being perfect the place was opened up and just delightful. I can’t say enough good things. It was our first time here but we plan to return for more special occasions.
We had an amazing experience for our 2nd year wedding anniversary. It was our first time dining here and the food was absolutely delicious. The drinks were amazing and the service was spot on. Stormie was our waitress and she was quick, efficient, informative and was so sweet. We will definitely be back and recommending this restaurant to everyone. Thank you!
If you're looking for seafood in the Indy northside, this is as good as it gets! Started off with very good calamari followed up by the grouper, which was excellent. Nice ambiance inside, overall a great spot that is relatively unique for the area.
I celebrated my 50th birthday here with family and everything was fantastic! From the welcoming, to the seating area, offering to take pictures, it was a great experience. Amazing ambiance, decor, customer service from our waitress, food a delicacy , drinks, and dessert top notch! Definitely recommend this place and we’ll be back soon! I had the “Honey Glazed Seabass” wowww perfecto!
As good a resturaunt as you will find. Truly a top 1% place, if not; top 0.1%. The staff is incredibly respectful, the atmosphere has great craftsmanship, and we have yet to find something we don’t love on the menu.
My husband had his Christmas party here last night. I was so impressed by the staff. Everyone was so friendly, professional, and curious. The atmosphere and food was great.
Love the experience! Forgot the name of the server but she’s sweet and helps us through the night. Hands down to the chefs! Exceptional food! Ambience is calming very nice.
The server Laura was absolutely incredible!! She had a large group of is (14) and the service was impeccable. The food was also amazing but we would bring our golf group back just to hang with Laura!
Came here on a whim to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We had potstickers, sushi, street tacos, macadamia chicken, and the seafood risotto. Everything was great! The server gave a complementary brownie that was to die for! No notes. We will definitely be back.
This was our spot for our Anniversary this year. We’d heard good things and it didn’t disappoint. Top notch seafood in the middle of Indiana. Everything we had was good but the Blue Fin Toro was amazing. Nice atmosphere, excellent food and service.
The food was delicious. We got the “Up In The Jair” for our appetizer. It’s the sushi chef’s choice and we were given a delicious raw tuna roll with just the right amount of spice. Street tacos and salmon for our entrees. Our server, Doug, was full of information and helpful with any questions we had. Hostess was very attentive and helped us move tables to inside when it started raining and sprinkling through the cracks in the covered patio.
Fantastic restaurant, well deserved hype. The food was fantastic. We had the Seafood risotto and a poke bowl. Great food and worth the price. We also really loved the ambiance and the location within downtown Fishers.
I stopped in for dinner last week and couldn’t have had a better experience. Ivan and Daniel were fantastic. Attentive, kind, and all around just gave a good impression. Great drinks and good conversation. I had the filet and it was one of the best I’ve had, please give my accolades to the chef. As someone who works in the service industry, I can be a little critical at times, and I was thoroughly impressed all the way around. Well done.
Highly recommend!! We go to eat here quite often and get different things each time and we have had an awesome experience each time. Food is delicious!! Beautiful interior as well!
We made reservations for the opening night and it was spectacular. Right when you walk in the atmosphere is very modern and everyone was friendly. The service was a little slow, but it was also their first night. We started with the calamari and it was perfectly cooked with a great sauce. My husband had sushi and said it was the best he has ever had, and I had the shrimp pesto linguine and it was also amazing! We will definitely be coming back!
Went for our anniversary since we were craving sushi. Parking was easy since there is a parking garage right next door. Cocktails were great, especially the refreshing Kokura Castle. We got some sashimi and the avocado egg rolls to start, both were excellent. Then shared a plate of rolls and those were perfect as well. Will be coming back!
Completely a five-star experience. Wow. Although the prices can be a little more on the expensive side here, I feel it's worth every penny. The hostess, the wait staff, the bartenders, attentive, friendly, welcoming. Try the Maui roll. It's a dessert sushi!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If I could give Tiburon Coastal Cuisine six stars, I would. Their drinks are so delightful, I’m convinced they’re brewed by mermaids with magic wands. From the moment I took a sip, I felt like I was being hugged by a beach breeze and serenaded by a seagull choir. If you’re looking for a drink that will make you question all other beverages and contemplate a career change to professional cocktail enthusiast, this is the place. Cheers to Tiburon for turning hydration into a high art form!
Great dinning experience even though they didn’t have my reservation on record. We sat at the bar and the bartenders were friendly and offered some great recommendations. I had the Krispy Crab and Tuna sashimi. My wife have macadamia chicken. We both enjoyed the recommendations. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
We have eaten around the world, I have had many different types of dishes, but this food changed my perspective on the word DELISH! Honey Glazed Seabass, the fish was so fresh and prepared so delicately that it melted in my mouth. My husband had thoroughly enjoyed the Shrimp Pesto Linguine. The carrot cake, the new & permanent BEST carrot cake. A must have!
This restaurant was immaculately clean. Server was spot on with the menu, suggestions and hospitality! This sushi was amazing! 🤩 everything was exceptional 10-10 💯
Really excellent dining experience. The place is very large, and based on the layout, you could have a different "experience" 5 times: 1) bar, 2) bar area, 3) sushi bar, 4) main dining room, 5) back dining room. Very smart design. Food we had was great. I had a sushi roll, my guest had a steak. Great drink menu as well.
Wow! Great food, great service and great atmosphere. We were impressed. The fish was the best we've had in Indiana. Very fresh and prepared correctly.
Got a last minute reservation with the family. We had a great time our waiter Jake, had lots of good recommendations! I had the Take a Chance Sushi, loved, we also had the Chilean Sea Bass. In the photo we are toasting to the “Life Changer” , not on the menu, but highly recommended! The owner Chris T is always accommodating. Great food & top notch service!
This was our first visit in here. Such a wonderful place. The food is excellent! The pork chop is simply amazing! Our server, Jess, was fantastic. Just a wonderful date night. Thanks, we will be back soon!
Absolutely fantastic experience! The food was delicious, our server, Stormie, was warm, knowledgeable, and attentive. The atmosphere was perfect! I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!!
Perfection! Our first time in. Perfect dirty martini, gorgeous east-coast oysters and fresh sushi. Bartenders were amazing! We can’t wait to come back!
This December I had the pleasure of enjoying my first experience at Tiburon in Fishers. As a big fan of the sister restaurant in Carmel where I live, Monterey Coastal Cuisine, I had high confidence that it would be a good experience. However, my expectations were surpassed because of an amazing professional employed by Tiburon, Shane. I was celebrating my birthday with friends and we chose to sit at the bar. Shane was so attentive and personable! He helped us with food and drink recommendations and seemed very interested that it was my birthday. He made me AND my friends feel special by making sure we always had what we needed and even engaging in friendly conversation with us. I’m headed back there tonight and I sure hope to see Shane again!!
We had Stormie as our waitress and she was by far amazing and so knowledgeable of the restaurant. Food and desserts were fantastic! We even got to meet the owner CT who is so personable! Great experience
Wow, this was place is awesome, food (delicious) service (top notch) drinks (world class) decor (chic but comfortable)!! For only being open two weeks they are already a smooth operating machine!!! Great addition to the Fishers / Indy food scene!!! Grab the Hiatus Manhattan, excellent drink!!!
The food, drinks, and service were all amazing. I highly recommend the sushi as a starter. We had fish entrees which were delightful, scallops that were prepared perfectly, and the lamb was the best ever.
My fiance and I went here for our anniversary and had the most wonderful dining experience here! Our waiter Doug was very personable, kind and a great waiter! We were so impressed. The food and drinks were amazing! I highly recommend this restaurant. The atmosphere and ambiance is trendy and fun. I almost felt like I was eating on a cruise or Las Vegas. We had the west coast oysters, crab & artichoke dip, clam chowder, beet salad, ahi tuna, seafood risotto and creme brulee and just oh my gosh it was the best meal we ever had!!! We will definitely be back!
The blackened grouper was the best I've ever had, the bisque was too tomatoey. But the lobster risotto was phenomenal. The green beans were delicious. All in all 4.9 stars on the entire meal.
We went here with another couple for the first time on Valentine's Day. The place was packed, and it did not disappoint. EVERYTHING was delicious. We tried the coconut shrimp and crab artichoke dip for appetizers. Everyone loved it. We all ordered different entrees. We had seafood risotto, pistachio scallops, steak, sushi....so you can see we all ordered different entrees. ALL EXCELLENT! It's expensive, but it's top quality. You get what you pay for! I will be returning.
We were in town for a show and this restaurant was recommended. Parking was easy to find in the parking garage next door. There is a mix of seating options between booths, high tops, regular tables, and bar seating. We started with cocktails which were all very good(and strong), the (earl grey?) old fashioned was our favorite. We all enjoyed the potstickers, we tried two different sushi rolls, one of which was the chef special. Perhaps the only disappointing part of the meal was the porkchop. We were expecting it to have some level of sweetness because it was topped with a bacon marmalade. However, it ended up having an unpleasant spiciness to it with so sweetness to cut it. The dish was otherwise enjoyable. For dessert, we tried the carrot cake, snickers pie, and creme brulee. Total price for 1 app, 1 soup, 1 salad, 2 sushi rolls, 1 entree, 3 desserts, and 4 cocktails with tip was about $300.
We found this restaurant while heading to another place. We decided to check Tiburon out instead, and are we glad we did. It was a Saturday night, and we didn't have a reservation (highly recommended), but they were able to seat us at the sushi bar. The staff was amazing, and the place was very nicely decorated. The food was incredible with amazing flavors. Highly recommend the Maui roll and the fish tacos. Wish we lived closer so we could try more dishes on the menu. They all look very good. We'll definitely stop in again when we're in town.
The restaurant is beautifully done, the staff is wonderful! They make you feel welcomed and a part of their family! The bartenders each have a spirits specialty, which made it more personalized! Cameron was our amazing server and had terrific suggestions! The food was phenomenal- oysters, sushi, sea bass-all perfectly made. Thank you for bringing such a grand experience to Fishers! Cheers to many years of success!
Wonderful experience. Our server Stormie was the most knowledgeable and friendliest!! The food was incredible .. we shared several apps and salads to start off .. and they were all incredible. It was hard to choose an entree because there were too many great options. Definitely will be back !!
Tiburon is an absolute delight of a dining experience. I went for my birthday this year and it was hands down the best meal I've had in Fishers. We started with a few pieces of blue fin toro sushi, which were the best bites of sushi I've had since moving to the area. I had the Pecan crusted halibut with purple mashed potatoes, flash fried Brussels (I substituted this instead of the spinach), dijon honey cream and blistered tomatoes. The fish was tender and flaky, the crusting added great texture and butteriness. The purple potatoes were outstanding and perfectly seasoned. The Dijon cream really brought it all together. Zero complaints. A very well composed dish. My fiance had the miso honey glazed seabass with lobster risotto (a substitution guy the crab risotto) and charred asparagus. The fish and glaze were amazing. Best sea bass I've ever tasted, the glaze was dynamite. The lobster risotto is the only food I can complain about during the whole meal. It's decent, but very one-note and gets kind of overbearing. The asparagus were good too. Then the dessert... The best carrot cake I've ever eaten. Perfectly balanced. Not too sweet (I swear they used honey), great presence of the warm spices, just enough nuts and raisins. Divine. My fiance had the lemon posset, which was light and refreshing. This is a perfect dessert if you just want a little something that isn't heavy and you're a lover of fruit. Again, not too sweet. Well balanced with the fruit components. The atmosphere was nice and the booth was comfy, but the restaurant is very open with a lot of hard surfaces, so it gets pretty loud when the restaurant is full. Overall: Absolutely five stars, the first one I've given in a long time. I will come back here for sure.
Fantastic surf and turf spot. "Up in the Jair" roll (chef's choice) has never disappointed, and both the pork chop and the ribeye are delicious. Whole-heartedly recommend the bluefin Toro, either nigiri or sashimi, can't go wrong!
Stopped in-between meetings, while in the area. I was very impressed by the quality of food and service. Brussels sprouts appetizer was delicious, and the pepper steak Ramen was good. Pepper steak was cooked perfectly with just the right amount of flavor and spices. Unfortunately, the Ramen was a tad overdone and a little mushy. Still great flavor and taste, while remaining light. Arnold Palmer drinks were delicious too.
If I could give this place more stars I would. This is a top notch restaurant in Indianapolis. From the food to the service to the ambiance this is a star. I wanted basically one of everything I could eat. I ended up with the mid-range seafood tower as my main meal because it had oysters, shrimp, lobster, and crab. All delicious and amazing quality. My husband went with a burger and it was a really nice quality burger. Much bigger then he thought it would be with a great bun. Fries were good too. The decor is so cool and different. It gave me a little Mexican goth, seafood vibe. Our server was amazing. He was funny and engaging. Very helpful when I could decide what I wanted. I definitely want to come back here. I wish they'd put one in Dayton, OH so I could visit more.
Our first time there, we came for a birthday party. Food was awesome! I do not know our waiter’s name but he did a great job answering questions and making suggestions. We were a party of 14 and everyone left happy!! Will definitely come back.
We recently visited Tiburon for the first time. The food was excellent. Very well prepared and seasoned perfectly and was plated nicely. The atmosphere was a little loud but it was mainly 2 tables enjoying themselves. Our server Cooper was top notch. He was attentive but not intrusive. Always seem to stop by when he thought we needed something. We will definitely be back!
Tiburon was a perfect spot to celebrate Valentines Day! We had an amazing experience with our server, Evan. He recommended amazing dishes, and he was very attentive to his tables. My boyfriend and I ordered a bunch of delicious food. For starters, we had potstickers and “Love is in the J’air” sushi roll. Those were both delicious! For our entrees, I ordered a ribeye and he ordered a filet. They were perfectly cooked and very flavorful. We ended the night with a giant warm brownie with two scoops of ice cream on the side. Nevertheless, my boyfriend was still hungry and ordered another sushi roll, “Maui”. Both of his rolls exceeded his expectations, and he left a happy camper! They also had an amazing Cabernet that paired perfectly with the steak— thanks Evan for the recommendation! Overall, our experience was amazing! The only thing I noted was the hostess did not greet us or asked if we had a reservation. It was quite awkward when we walked in and all five of them stared at us. Nevertheless, we let them know our name and we had an amazing dinner!
This was a great restaurant! Both the food and drinks were 10/10. As for the seafood, it was fresh and vibrant flavors. There options for everyone, and it was beautifully plated! Since my husband and I wanted to share a meal and sushi, they played our dinner separately but still beautifully! Great atmosphere and even better service!
Literally the best halibut I’ve ever had. Order the honey glazed halibut and thank me later. Great service, wonderful atmosphere for conversations or meetings, and a large menu with excellent food.
First time here for lunch. Beautiful modern restaurant. Plenty of garage parking. Sat at the bar. Our bartender was very attentive and pleasant. I ordered a manahatan to drink which was very good. Ordered the lobster bisque and it's probably the best I've ever had. Rich, creamy and good bit of lobster meat. For lunch I ordered the Katsu Chicken sandwich and fries. Winner!! The Thai sauce on the sandwich was amazing and the chicken was perfectly cooked and juicy. A great lunch experience!
Incredible experience all around! They were able to squeeze us in without a reservation on a busy night, which I really appreciated. The sushi was amazing--really unique, elevated dishes. But the best part was definitely our server, Heather! She was so attentive and helpful. She had great suggestions and really went above and beyond. Thank you, Heather and the team at Tiburon!
Made a reservation here for a birthday dinner and everything exceeded our expectations! Drinks, appetizers, main courses, sushi and dessert were all incredible. I am not a seafood fan and they had plenty of other options. It was definitely expensive but a great spot for a special occasion!
Everything was really good! We had the King crab roll for an appetizer, split the beet salad, honey seabass and seafood risotto for main entree. The espresso martini and old fashioned are on point. Snicker pie is a shareable portion for desert. Our server was great unfortunately I'm bad with names but ask for the guy with the alligator tattoo on his arm, he'll treat you right!
Tiburon Coastal Cuisine in Fishers delivers a consistently excellent experience from start to finish. The staff is genuinely welcoming, attentive without being intrusive, and clearly invested in making guests feel comfortable and valued. The menu shows real creativity, both in the cuisine and in the libations. Cocktails are thoughtfully constructed, balanced, and imaginative, matching the same level of care found in the food. The kitchen takes smart risks that pay off, offering dishes that feel fresh and intentional rather than gimmicky. Seafood is the clear standout. It is exceptionally fresh and prepared with precision, easily among the best available in the area. From presentation to execution, the quality is second to none. Tiburon manages to feel refined without being pretentious, making it a place worth returning to for both special occasions and regular visits.
Our first time here and Amber was excellent in making sure we had everything we needed and answered all questions. We loved the vibe and the sushi was delicious. We came in late at night but everyone and everything was cheerful and friendly. From getting seated to heading out. The cocktails and alcohol variety was great. The jelly fish look through was amazing.
I have had the opportunity to have a delicious meal from here for 3 years now, and every time has been fantastic. The Ribeye from tonight was absolutely stellar. Two of the three sushi I tried (one with crab and something crusty on top and another with lobster and salmon I believe) were the best sushi I’ve ever had. The staff is incredibly kind and service for a large party was top notch. Out of all the restaurants I hear about in Fishers, Tiburon isn’t mentioned as much as it deserves to be. Well worth the price and time for a wonderful dining experience.
Tiburon in Fishers is such a gem! The space is absolutely beautiful from the moment you walk in, and the atmosphere feels warm and elevated. Our server, Stormie, was incredible—friendly, attentive, and genuinely made the experience feel special. I’m not someone who usually enjoys seafood, but I was blown away by how many delicious dishes I found here. It’s rare for a seafood-forward restaurant to have that many standout options for someone like me, but Tiburon pulled it off effortlessly. Highly recommend for the food, the service, and the stunning setting. I’ll definitely be back!
While the food was really good, the standout of my meal here was our server. While I do not recall her name, she was a taller lady with long dark hair and black plastic framed glasses. She was very friendly and fun. She gave us her honest reviews of each dish, was highly attentive and made our group feel like we were at home. One of the best dining experiences I have ever had in terms of service. Will definitely be back next time I am in town for work.
A Romantic Date Night at Tiburon Coastal Cuisine We recently had a wonderful date night at Tiburon Coastal Cuisine in Fishers, and the experience was truly unforgettable. The restaurant's beautiful atmosphere and stunning decor set the tone for a romantic evening. Highlights: - Delicious Food: The seafood dishes were fresh and flavorful, with a focus on coastal cuisine that impressed our palates. - Beautiful Views: The restaurant's interior design and ambiance were lovely, making it an ideal spot for a date night. - Excellent Service: The staff were attentive and knowledgeable, helping us navigate the menu and ensuring a smooth dining experience. Area for Improvement: Fishery Smells: While the seafood was delicious, the fishery smells in the restaurant were sometimes overpowering. This might be mitigated with the use of air purifiers or scented candles, such as lemon grass. Recommendation: Despite the occasional strong smells, we would highly recommend Tiburon Coastal Cuisine for a romantic dinner. With a bit of attention to managing the fishery odors, this restaurant could become a top destination for seafood lovers in Fishers.
I gotta be honest -- I am from the San Francisco Bay Area, and I am not sure I would give Tiburon a 5 star rating if it were actually in Tiburon, California. But while traveling for business and staying at the (nice) hotel just across from this restaurant, I have to give props to Tiburon for hosting an ambitious menu of sushi and more traditional seafood dishes. I had dinner both here and its sister restaurant in Carmel called Monterrey Coastal Cuisine, and the menus are essentially identical. So if you're wanting some wesr coast-style seafood and sushi while in Indy, I wholeheartedly recommend one of these two restaurants, especially if you're staying in the area!
If you're on the hunt for an upscale sushi spot that also nails a perfect steak, this place has you covered! The sushi is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented—whether you're a sashimi enthusiast or a roll aficionado, you'll find something to love. And if sushi isn't everyone's thing, the ribeye is absolutely showstopping—juicy, tender, and cooked to perfection. The atmosphere is welcoming with just the right amount of fancy, making it great for a special night out or a casual splurge. It’s a win-win for sushi lovers and steak fans alike! Highly recommend giving it a try.
They had a jellyfish display which was really cool and eye catching to me! It's hard to impress me on food, but i will say they really impressed me especially with something as simple as shrimp pesto linguini (which does have a slight kick to it). My husband had the mahi and he said it was great as well, I tried his mashed potatoes and they had a rich buttery flavor. We also tried the sweet Caroline sushi which was delicious and will recommend. The staff was also welcoming and ensured we were taken care of. Overall, I would definitely recommend coming here.
I am always trying to find good seafood. Being from the east coast that is the one thing I miss often. This place was phenomenal! The fish was cooked to perfection and the sushi was delicious. The atmosphere was great and relaxing. They have an outdoor enclosed patio with heaters that was very warm. We got the pecan busted fish and two rolls ( crust krab and sweet Caroline and both were delicious). The coconut shrimp appetizer was also good with a delicious mango sauce. We will be back many times.
This was my first time at this restaurant and if I had the opportunity to give them 10 stars I would. One of the best dining experiences in Fishers on the north side of Indianapolis. Service was amazing from start to finish. All of the bar staff and even management were very welcoming and conversational. I started with the potstickers and they literally tasted like they were made from scratch. They were so fresh and flavorful. For the main course I had the honey glazed seabass with risotto and asparagus. Honestly, this was hands down the best risotto I have ever put in my dirty mouth. The only reason I didn't ask for an entire plate of it after I was done is because I didn't want to embarrass myself. Definitely get the risotto and thank me later. The sea bass was equally amazing but it definitely took second place to the risotto. Run do not walk to this restaurant. It's going to be hard not to visit this place at least once a week.
The server poured warm water into our glasses. The exterior of the battered cod fish looked and tasted as if it may have been fried too long.
OVERPRICED. One can easily spend $75-100 person before drinks and without dessert. Food is excellent. Portions are small. Service is superb.
My experience at Tiburon Coastal was great, the place is very nice and fancy, the service could be a little better (it wasn't bad but I feel they could train the waiters a little better to explain better dishes and drinks) but overall the food was very delicious, I ordered a sea food risotto that was amazing and tried the Maui and sweet caroline rolls although they are a little big they were delicious. I would definitely come back to this place!
My husband and I went there on a Friday at around 7 ish. We had a reservation, the place was pretty packed. It's a nice place for dinner. We went for our anniversary, the waitress was extremely nice and knowledgeable about the menu and suggested a couple cocktails which we all great. The appetizers were also really good we had the crab dip and calamari. The main courses were also good but not as good as the appetizers in my opinion. My husband had a burger it was perfectly cooked medium and he liked it, the spicy fries were good but a little salty. I had the scallops and asparagus risotto, the presentation was great, the scallops were well cooked but the risotto was very salty because of the prosciutto that was added to it. I would have given the place 5 stars but I think the prosciutto on top of the risotto is way to salty. They also gave us a complimentary dessert for our anniversary which was very tasty. I will definitely go back and try more items on the menu. Overall-- cocktails 5 stars Service 5 starts Vibes 5 starts Food 4 stars
I think I love the atmosphere more then anything. Been here twice and the food is ok considering the price I would expect more. Some things are good, kind of hit or miss really. Also, it would of been nice to know of upgrade chargers then you can decide if you want to do that or not. Instead of not saying anything, like there is an upcharge if you switch. Great ambience for sure though!
Honestly, for how hyped up this place was, the food was quite lackluster in flavor. I felt like the food was fresh, just felt as though it was rather bland. The sushi pricing was a little absurd for what tasted like very basic sushi. The drink was phenomenal - the server recommended it and said it was a specialty cocktail, but I didn’t catch a name. I just know it was a pepper infused tequila base & it was so so good! Great service, but probably won’t be back for the food.
On Friday before Mother’s Day 2025 I went to lunch w one daughter at Tiburon. We both ordered the lobster toast and it was delicious and a generous portion. For the cost I do not expect to leave hungry. So on Saturday my other daughter, two granddaughters and my sister and I went back for lunch. I ordered the street tacos and was so very disappointed. The two tacos were little and they were served w some carrot fluff and a flower. Not at all a decent portion for the money. Friday I was satisfied, but not any more. You lost a customer.
Server was not very attentive. Di d at seem to listen yo requests we had. Food was okay. Felt the risotto was lacking flavor. Not a great experience. Expected better. Have eaten there once before and had a much better experience.
We had a table of four and were politely seated when we arrived, ordered our drinks. When my cocktail arrived the large ice cube was half melted and watered down my bourbon and it did not have the cherries. The bourbon was so light in color I asked if this was correct. She said yes and brought the cherries. It was watered down. We ordered our dinner. The hamburger was good, medium rare and had a good flavor. However, the French fries were obviously fried in the same oil as the sushi because they tasted of fried fish. Overall I give it 3+. I will give it another try.
I recently visited Tiburon and had a mixed experience. The good news was that the food was excellent and the ambience was delightful, making for a great dining atmosphere. However, I was disappointed that it took over 30 minutes for a waiter to greet our table. We arrived early for our reservation and decided to enjoy a cocktail at the bar while waiting to be seated. Once seated at our table 5 minutes went by and no one came and checked on us and brought us water. As someone who works as a server at a restaurant in Chicago the main goal should be to greet your table in a timely manner (within 45 seconds) and grab your guests water or their first round of drinks. It wasn’t until, who I believe is a manager comes by and brings us water who also commented on the fact that we had not had anyone bring us any water yet. Sitting and waiting now for an additional 25 mins it’s now 8:40 and no server has come by at all. We had to flag down this same manager and let him know no one has still come by and greeted us. Once the server finally arrived he never introduced himself or did a quality check on the food to ask us how it was or gave us any recommendations. After finishing our meal before asking us if we wanted another round of drinks he drops the check. I’m very disappointed because I was looking forward to try this new restaurant in Indy. I’m shocked that the manager who originally checked on us in the beginning never came back by to ask us how everything was too ensure we were happy after this whole fiasco. Really unfortunate as this restaurant has great potential as the food was delicious and the atmosphere and decor is great! I hope they can sort out their service aspect.
Disappointed for the price point. The food was good as expected, from our experience of dining at the location in Carmel. The outdoor seating is better than most places in Hamilton County. The service was subpar. 1. Odd that the red wine was chilled, ordered by the glass. 2. Split a wedge salad and it came out whole and not already divided on two plates. 3. Not offered any pepper with the salad. 4. Ask for malt vinegar and it never showed up.
The past four times we’ve visited, we’ve had the exact same very negative, inhospitable experience getting seated. We enter the almost-empty restaurant at about 5:15 and ask for a seat on the patio. For some reason, they have us sit down and wait for at least five minutes. Then the hostess walks us to a table on the outskirts of the patio, in the middle of the walkway. Naturally we ask for another table, and she acts like we’re a problem. She asks us to go back up front to be reassigned a table, which of course we don’t care to do. We point to a row of empty patio tables, but she only wants to seat us at a much less-desirable table that is practically on top of one the very few other groups of diners. She says we can’t sit at one of ten or so empty tables we pointed to nearby, because the seating situation is “complicated.” Tired of being treated this way, we leave and go to a nearby restaurant where they greet us warmly and ask us where we like to sit. The hostess was extremely unprofessional, and I doubt we will go back. Oddly, their sister location, Monterey, never puts us through this.
On Saturday, November 1, 2025 I went to have lunch with my daughters and my husband, and we had a very unpleasant experience. We ordered 2 orders of street tacos and the lettuce that comes at the top of the taco was full of fungus. My husband’s tacos also had some pieces of lettuce that also had fungus. We informed the waiter and she took the plate and then the manger came and told us that they were checking the lettuce that was all he told us. We asked for the bill, they charged me for the 2 orders of tacos and the manager never came back. Terrible service and poor quality of food. I would not return to this restaurant.
