We came here after a happy hour at the Enoteca next door, which we loved too. We had a fantastic dinner, with a very exciting wine pairing. The ingredients are seasonal, all extremely fresh. I still dream of the seafood pasta!
I recently dined at Servino and was thoroughly impressed. The restaurant's intimate ambiance provided a serene setting for a delightful culinary experience. The ravioli di zucca, crostini di autunno, pomodoro del mercato, and McFarland Spring Trout were particularly noteworthy. Each dish was expertly prepared, showcasing the chef's skill and attention to detail. I highly recommend Servino to anyone seeking a sophisticated and satisfying meal.
Fresh, inventive and perfectly-prepared Italian paired with a delightful (and reasonable) Italian-only wine list. Superb service and a very quaint setting.
My new favorite dinner spot in Marin County! Lovely family, lovely food, lovely service, lovely ambience, lovely wine. The wine list is to die for and I could read through it for hours. Grazie mille, Servino!
One of the tastiest and coziest places in Marin. Jose is a rockstar! We try to visit Italy as often as we can but thankfully the Servino family have brought the authentic Italian dining experience to us. They craft delicious, home-made, Italian cuisine while sourcing beautiful Italian wines to pair with all their dishes. This is our favorite restaurant in Marin.
I go to Italy every year for work. This brought me right back to Italy! The purity of the flavors and quality of the food!!! Wow! I have never had gluten free tagliatelle that was “melt in your mouth” such as this since Rome! The beet salad… you could tell they were freshly boiled beets and the dressing just drew out the flavors, the pistachios added wonderful texture alongside the goat cheese. The flourless chocolate cake, omg! The hostess was engaging and inviting! Fantastic conversationalist and friendly! And our server was simply a star! She just was the best I think I’ve experience anywhere! What a wonderful human! Fantastic recommendations and willingness to work with us on dietary restrictions! Angelo and team don’t need a view of the water to WOW patrons in Tiburon! This is a must for everyone to come and escape to a small, quaint, blow your mind trattoria! #glutenfree #italian
Phenomenal food, pretty much everything we ate was delicious (only the shrimp appetizer was just ok). Otherwise super tasty.
Just went here last weekend. The food was amazing and the service was great. They use flour from Italy so it doesn't have any poison on it. I'm actually looking them up now to go back tonight
Best Italian food in the Bay Area!
Finally, real Italian food and desserts that don't consist of sugar only. Me and my wife had a pizza and Gnocchi. The pizza was thing and very crunchy. Exactly like an Italian pizza has to be. The Gnocchi were also very very good. We will go again🍕👍
Everything is great in this restaurant: atmosphere, service and, of course, delicious food and excellent wine!
I had my Rehearsal dinner at Servino and it was wonderful. Lisa was super attentive and the night went super smooth. The rooms floorplan for upstairs is great and very spacious. Food was also great and there were many great options to choose from.
Excellent restaurant! Very kind staff and great food, including options for dairy free and gluten free (I do eat meat). We loved their sister restaurant, Accri, and happy for another place nearby by this family owned business. Halibut crudo is delicious, and they made the BEST gluten free pasta I've ever had.
Third time we've been since Servinos Restaurante reopened as the more intimate and charming Tattoria Servinos, and it is always a perfect experience. Not only is the service perfectly attentive and friendly, but almost every dish is made from scratch on site - the breads, the pasta noodles, sauces and the desserts - and is incredibly delicious. I don't have a dish to recommend as anything we have tried is top notch. Glad to see the restaurant and bar packed with people and their business thriving in sleepy Tiburon.
The best calamari we have ever had in our lives. It was lightly dusted and fried but not greasy or oily. It was the perfect tenderness and texture. It reminded me of fritto misto in Vernazza, Italy. We also ordered the focaccia, which was served with arbequina olive oil. The focaccia was light and fluffy and just right for dipping in our entrees. I had the spinach gnocchi with Kalamata olives, capers and shaved parm. My boyfriend had the eight hour beef ragù. Both dishes were outstanding. We had stellar service in the main dining room. Our server heard us casually mention it was our anniversary when we first sat down. When we ordered gelato, he brought it out with a candle and wished us a happy anniversary. We highly recommend this restaurant and, despite living two hours away, we will be back as often as we can. It was a special experience and we really appreciate their attentiveness.
Awesome Italian food and wines, and a really nice ambience. Such a cozy vibe in the restaurant— and I love the separate chic bar space!! The owners and servers were very warm and welcoming. I will definitely be back!
We ate dinner at Servino's last night. The atmosphere is beautiful, the service was incredible and the food was absolutely delicious! They had plenty of gluten free options including dessert! I would absolutely return and highly recommend eating here!!
Wow, we were blown away by this place. It perfectly combines top-notch cuisine, stellar wine selection, and incredible service — all tucked away in a beautifully restored space. The wine selection is one of the best in the Bay Area. Extremely knowledgeable staff mean you can really have a unique and memorable experience. The food is absolutely delicious, fresh, and elevated. We’ve been there twice now and each experience has been so special. For an all-around incredible dining experience, I cannot recommend this more!
I tried several restaurants in Tiburon. This was definitely the best. So much so that I dined at Servino twice. Delicious food and great service, in particular by Jennifer. Very friendly team which was appreciated by me as a solo traveller.
Amazing food and warm service make for a must experience if you're in Tiburon! We visited with a large group and had exceptional service paired with delicious meals.
Incredible dishes and service – everything we had was top-notch!
Outstanding service, food and everything in between. Ravioli alle noci and lemon cake both melted in your mouth.
Enjoyed a delicious and serene lunch at Servino Ristorante on this perfect day! What a wonderful spot, lovely scenery, excellent service and fabulous food. We will be back!!
Incredible food, service, and view. Best Italian restaurant I've found since I came to the U.S., I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone that wants authentic Italian food.
This was the perfect setting for a girlfriend lunch. Service was awesome and the ambience was perfect on a beautiful sunny day.

Amazing experience all around, food was great, very fresh and good ingredients. They were easily able to accommodate celiac and dairy allergy restrictions for one of our guests. What really made the experience even more special was the amazing service from our waiter Sam, who walked us through the entire menu, gave us bay area recommendations, and was tremendously informative and warm. He is one of the best waiters I have had.
Food and service were both outstanding - seemed upgraded from a year ago. Lots of fresh ingredients with almost all the pasta made in house. Crostini was topped with a tasty combo of Stracciatella and fresh squash. Ministra soup flavors, squash and corn, both stood out. Beef ragu was sublime with nicely prepared chunks of beef, a flavorful ragu sauce, and perfectly done pasta. The Tagliatell al Funghi was tasty with a little crunch. The Torchio Salsiccia was pleasingly spicy with perfect al dente pasta. Desserts matched the quality of the main courses. Servers were attentive, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Prices made it was a very good value. Overall, top tier Italian. Worth a drive.
The food and wine pairings were delicious! Almost all of their pastas are made in house and they use fresh and local ingredients. The service was incredible, the servers were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely come back!
Great restaurant! Everything we ordered was delicious and nicely presented. The place itself is cozy and has an intimate atmosphere. Incredible service overall. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
Absolutely Delicious food. Excellent professional, personable, courteous and knowledgeable service !! The best culinary experience!!
Always delicious and always great service, I’m having a craving so this will be my first pickup 😊
One of my favorite places in Tiburon ❤️ -Food is A+. They adjust the menu seasonally which I love. Right now it's tomato season among other things, and I'm so happy with their dishes. -Service/People. A++. Off the charts service. Family owned and everyone has worked together for years. Everyone is positive, professional and knowledgeable. Very welcoming! You feel like you're part of a big Italian family. ❤️ -Ambiance. I love every area but tend to prefer the outdoor patio and bar. Always so joyful, and when it's nice out, you're in for a treat.
Amazing experience. Our server, Sam, was great and I echo all the other reviews that mention the fantastic service here. It is truly such an amazing addition to delicious meal to have a knowledgeable waiter who makes the whole executive feel unique and special. Will definitely be going back as the menu is so fresh and seasonal!!!

This is the grownup version of the Servino that was on the waterfront. Gone are the simple Italian dishes (including pizza). The atmosphere is good but the noise issue is still there. That is more just the space’s issue and has been since it was the old old Servino in this location many years ago. The food is still good but the prices have gone up. They did have a vegetarian special, which was delicious. Between that and the one veggie pasta on the menu, that is it for main dishes for vegetarians.
Wow, got to admit the service was great and friendly - with jokes! We felt great and we're seati g quickly with our reservation. Plenty of great menu options. My favorites included the calamari, mussels in zuppa, and main dish pepperdelle. They have some great mixed drinks too. And to be honest it was great to just get out to a nice restaurant with good food and good views from the deck to the marina. Made out weekend! Thank you!!!
Good views of the bay from water side outdoor dining seating. Food was good and fresh and they have good wine and beer selection with Italian options. 2 levels of dining and full bar are also available.

I really wish I could give this place a higher review. We sat down for a 630 reservation and didn’t get to order drinks for 45 minutes. Our steaks came out cold an hour later. Our meal was 3 hours for two courses. So much potential but they just don’t have it together here.
The food was phenomenal! I enjoyed it so much. Especially recommend the fungi pizza. The atmosphere was beautiful with a lovely view of the sunset and water. They were missing music and the outdoor heaters didn’t come on soon enough. The service was not great. We didn’t get much attention in the upstairs patio and were often left waiting for someone to come by. The bathrooms were quite dirty and were completely out of toilet paper. Also the coffee with dessert was luke warm and they only brought one and we ordered 2. I think for the cost of the restaurant I’d expect better service and more sanitation.
Sorry but our dinner party was disappointed overall. Service was very poor the evening we dined on June 3, 2013....Maybe they were shorthanded that night because the owner Angelo was serving. I caught on that he was unfamiliar with the entre placement when the waitress had to tell him where the empty plate for the shell discard belonged with my entre. I ordered Calamari as an appetizer; it was good but they added shrimp....I don’t think shrimp is calamari. I know the owner is dedicated so I will give them another opportunity to provide quality service.
Quite cold and empty feeling when I ate downstairs one day. The upstairs was really warm, until you reach the restrooms, which were colder than the outdoors in mid-winter. The service was fine, the food was a bit on the small side, but not too bad. There were a lot of flies buzzing around, which was quite distracting and off-putting.
This is my second time here. This experience was much different than the first. The first time, the food was amazing. This time, the food seemed a little plain, not enough seasoning. I will give it one more shot. There are two areas their bar/ restaurant or the main restaurant. We sat in the main restaurant. Next time we will try the bar, it seemed to be lively. Service was decent.

The bay side view is the only thing that makes this place worth a visit. Be prepared for a 45 minute way with only one host that will seat others before you, choose more important looking groups, and the food might not be what you expect. My friend and I expected a nice late lunch at the wildly busy time of 3 in the afternoon, but it was understaffed and with little communications, we began to leave after 45 minutes until finally our table was ready, but we had to be seated with others. The pair next to us received their food about the same time, but the oysters were incredibly muddy and hardly looked rinsed, and our pizza and pasta was nothing you couldn't find anywhere else in the bay for a cheaper, shorter wait.
I’m just going to bullet point this because there were so many cons to this restaurant experience. As a chef and event planner, I was disappointed that a place with so much potential could do so bad. -Hostess was short and not helpful -We were told the wait would be 10-15 minutes. We waited 45. -Our server was on downers, very obviously. Could barely speak. -Not a single staff member smiled -Our server then disappeared and multiple kitchen staff and hostess were taking care of us, but never once were we filled in with that our server was no longer coming back. -We ordered Agnolotti, received lobster ravioli instead. Never was mentioned to us that pasta style was switched. Litterally ordered the dish for the pasta style. And the pizza was soggy.
Where do I start. The restroom, fresh off of knee therapy, visiting the area & we decided to pop in to grab a bite to eat party of 7. I had to use the restroom, which is upstairs great if I didn't have knee issues and can't do stairs...but why do I need to climb the stairs the restaurant have a elevator. OUT OF SERVICE! Now I climb up the stairs. Now I have to hobble down the stairs. Greeted by who appears to be the manager, that apologize but in the same breath tells me there's a restroom outside around the corner or I can use the restroom in a cafe. Food was great! The waitress Michaela was phenomenal. The long Island ice tea's taste like juice, however no big deal, a statement was made to the server. Ordered another long Island but asked if it can be made stronger... Drink returned and it was way better than the first. My other guest who also had a long Island ice tea decided that he wanted to change to a Corona, fine life goes on. Here comes that manager again. "Well if you didn't like the drink you should send it back" Ma'am it's fine, we drank the drink ordered a different drink the second long Island came back better and stronger, it's fine! That manager again: "Well next time send it back if you don't like something you send it back, don't drink it all just send it back. When I don't like something I send it back" Sadly enough I'm staying in the hotel next door I have to entertain more guest, but she left a bad vibe and I wasn't pleased..if I order anything while I'm here it will be a to go order. Recommendation: Restaurant Management 101 Currently sitting at the table typing this post 4/5/2016 8:45pm I had to come back with more for my comment. 10:35pm It just burns my biscuits...
Waited forever for a table meanwhile a couple people simply walked past the hostess and grabbed tables. Food took ages to arrive, in fact tables whom arrived and ordered after us recieved their food before our table. The food was mediocre at best however, the Branzino was good otherwise I'd pass on the pizza, steak was also not great, and the brussels were extra extra extra extra crispy.
We ate dinner at Servino on December 5. The evening ended disastrously! I ordered the Pappardelle Filetto, which the server mentioned was one of the customer favorites. I had planned to run the Peacock Gap Trail half marathon the next morning and thought a pasta dinner would be a good pre-race meal. Instead, I got one of the worst cases of food poisoning I have ever had! Needless to say, I couldn’t run the race and almost a year’s worth of training turned out to be for nothing. The restaurant should remove this dish from the menu immediately! Even if that happens, I won’t be back. Unless you’re a risk taker, I would suggest looking elsewhere for your next Italian dinner.
