My favorite ramen is always the mixed spicy ramen, which is what I always order and I love it. The steamed gyozas are super delicious (even though they call them dumplings here), the chicken super master with fried rice is also very tasty, and the rolls are good.

ONCE PHO & RAMEN: “Quality and flavor in a unique place” This food place is delicious. They serve ramen, pho, and sushi, among other dishes. The service, quality, and flavor of the food are excellent. The ramen and pho broths are delicious. I've tried several of these dishes, my favorite being the Tonkotsu Ramen and the Beef Pho. As for the sushi and rolls, everything I've tried is super fresh. The salmon roll is delicious, and the salmon is literally so fresh and delicious 😋. Enjoy a house tea and you're done. Great food at fair prices. My fiancée and I frequent the boba shop in this center but haven’t ventured outside of our comfort zone with the other shops. On a whim, we decided to try Once Pho & Ramen and were so happy we did. I ordered the mixed teriyaki plate which was delicious and my fiancée ordered the Ramen. I’m not big on ramen but she told me it was really good, surprisingly good for being this side of the border. She’s used to eating ramen in Asian communities and said her ramen was authentic tasting. We also ordered a side of dumplings vapor which were so delicious. Super happy we stopped by and will definitely be returning next time we’re craving teriyaki or ramen in Tijuana.

I've been there twice and tried the chicken and pork pho. I personally loved the pork one, and I added a baby egg and vegetables as an extra, which was a wonderful combination. The dish offers an excellent portion of noodles and protein. I want to go back to try the menudo pho. The service is good, but it does take a while to bring your food, but it's worth it for how good it is.

The portion size is very good for the price. Personally, I feel the ramen could use a bit more texture and flavor, but the broth and meat are delicious. You won't regret visiting this place.

Como observación al ramen de Res deberían,cuidar la carne en verdad ya que el que comí era grasa en su totalidad En el wonton todo está muy bien simplemente antes de llevarlos a la mesa dejarlos escurrir un poco ya que llegaron con mucho aceite aun pierden su sabor

The pho portion has changed a lot 😣😣😣 very little We really liked coming here because it's quite remote, but debut and farewell 🫠🫩😵‍💫 Oh, and check the bill before you PAY because they gave us one that wasn't right. The good thing is that we checked before paying it 😊!

Went today to get a chicken pho. The broth and noodles were fine in quality and amount for the price (160 pesos) but the chicken is where I ran into an issue. for starters they used cut up thighs instead of breast (cost cutting I assume) the quantity used was abismal thirdly, the chicken was clearly spoiled, it looked gray, smelled funky and tasted awful, I had to spit it out into a napkin from how disgusting it tasted. it had clearly been refrigerated, but not properly or maybe for too long or left outside for a while. I gave it to the waitress to take back to the kitchen and she came back quite embarrassed to let me know that kitchen staff disagreed, and that they "had been serving it all day and had had no conplaints" which frankly concerns me. lastly I was made wait 15 mins only to be told that I would not be charged (you're damn right I wasn't) and that I could leave if desired. place looks great and the waitresses service is good too. bit of the kitchen can't tell spoiled chicken from good one, there is something terribly wrong, also the manager is not kind enough to at least apologize for the inconvenience. I'd advise to Avoid the place or examine your food thoroughly if you really wanna try it.
