Probably the best experience at a coffee shop!! I flew down from Boston and had never tried Dutch Bros. I got blessed enough to be served by Cameron. He took his sweet time explaining the ENTIRE menu to me. That man knew the menu forward and back!!!! He and his teammates were absolutely amazing!! Thank you, Kendall, for the flavor suggestion (flapjack mocha) and being so informative. Not to be dramatic but that experience was seriously better than I could have imagined. Definitely stop by and ASK FOR CAMERON!

I absolutely love visiting this Dutch Bros location, and it’s all because of Michael and Camry! Every time I pull up, I’m greeted with the warmest smiles and the friendliest energy. Michael is incredibly sweet, uplifting, and genuinely cares about every customer who comes through. He goes above and beyond to make every visit special, and it’s his kindness that keeps me coming back again and again. Camry is just as wonderful, hardworking, positive, and always ready with a great attitude. Together, Michael and Camry create such a welcoming atmosphere that I actually look forward to grabbing my drink just to see them. They’re the kind of people who brighten your whole day with just a quick interaction. Dutch Bros is lucky to have such amazing team members. Because of Michael and Camry’s outstanding service and amazing personalities, this location has become my go to spot. Thank you both for making every visit feel like a treat!

Coffee… DELICIOUS and I can tell they don’t kill their shots! I was pleasantly surprised and how kind the girls were. I haven't been to a Dutch bros in person before (just DoorDash). It’s 8am and there are no other customers in the drive through, I still have AMAZING service. They just walk up to your car and talk to you like your best friends, then the girl inside at the window does the same thing! I really needed that kindness today. Thank you ladies! :)

Been coming to this location for a while and they are great! We mobile order and pick up and sometimes on your busy weekend you can expect a wait, that's any coffee shop on a holiday or weekend you go too. Drinks come out tasting great, staff is friendly and on the cases that they have sticker giveaways we have gotten them every time without needing to show up at open.

I had the best experience at this Dutch bros 🙏🏼sweet young lady name Claire took my order and gave me the best option to change it up and try something new, was the only one taking orders and her speed and friendliness was a beautiful light! The young boy handed me my drink and love his positivity being spread out with a cross necklace God bless this store and its employees ❤️

The lady at window was So busy !!! but she was pacing well-coffee was sugar-free Golden Eagle! It was really tasty! I could hear pretty loud music -some lyrics were throwing profanity - that’s my only (-)! Not everyone wants to listen to music filled with cussing …There’s definitely better vocabulary to choose from-so that def left a bad taste in my mouth!

Coffee is good, always a Dutch bros fan. Wish they had compostable straws like Starbucks and wish they would let you take your own cup and earn rewards like Starbucks too. Would like to see them catch up being more environmentally conscious

The staff is always friendly and the my drink is always made really well. But oh my gosh they are SO SLOW! Don’t come here if you’re in a rush. Thankfully my work is relaxed on what time I get there.

I am very disappointed today! My order was 3 drinks.... mine was a double torture, double blended, chocolate drizzle cup.... I received a shake, thick, and no expresso which comes in it. Then, a Blue raspberry rebel with 5 xtra shots of raspberry.... something else was added.... my daughter can tell by the color & taste. Last was a white zombie, frozen, no coffee(for a child).... the drink is basically liquid. I would be more understanding if the location was busy.... it was not! The service was wonderful as always. Though, it seems someone didn't pay attention to the orders and specifications. Normally, I don't have an issue with the Tomball location. And today I don't have time ro turn around and go back! 😩

Was good a while back now just seems like everyone is short handed and no one has a sense of urgency to get the customer taken care of. Lot of angry customers waiting and not even being acknowledged at the window, not professional. You represent a company, do better.

The Iced coffee i got was really good. The wait was ridiculous- i ordered online and waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes with 2 cars ahead of me. Staff didn't say hello or thank you. I liked the coffee not the experience

I watched a girl overflow a medium cup with ice, then stoped pouring the drink 2in from the rim, then she poured the rest of coffee (about 1 cup) down the drain!!! 😵‍💫🤯😡 why would you be so wasteful with company resources + have a dissatisfied customer?!?! Luckily someone else made my drink correctly! The slider is about 3in square… not sure why it was crumpled up in the bag like this. Arrived 10:25am smooth ordering, no long wait. One person was outside taking orders. $9.09 total + tip (for the guy taking orders outside)not worth $3.25 BY FAR, should be a solid $1.95 MAX

I’m a regular Dutch Bros customer and this is usually my favorite coffee stop, which is why I wanted to share this feedback. Today, I purchased three medium coffees and had 256 points in the Dutch Bros app, which should qualify for one free drink. Unfortunately, no one at this location knew how to apply the reward, and I was told they hadn’t been trained on how to use the app. I completely understand that technology updates happen, but if a rewards program is actively promoted, staff training should align with it so customers can actually use their points. Otherwise, it creates a frustrating experience for loyal customers. I’m sharing this in hopes it’s reviewed and addressed, as I genuinely enjoy Dutch Bros and want to continue recommending it.

I just want to start off this review with---I worked at Dutch for over four years, over half of it in full time leadership, and this is the second time I have ever felt called to leave a review. The first time was also for this shop, but I brushed it off as a bad day. I get it, sometimes in this company it gets crazy and it's genuinely hard to keep up with the line somedays, but these two experiences, I am having a lot of difficulty writing it off as just a bad, off-handed experience. The first time, 11/18/2025 around 11:30am, I placed a mobile order. Nothing too complicated just a hazelnut truffle freeze and an iced rebel--argulably some of the easiest drinks to make. I had ordered it ahead of time (had a wait time of about 10 minutes before actual pick up time), pulled into the line a couple minutes passed pick-up and there were three cars in front of me and about 6 cars following behind me. Trust me I know how much cars come in swarms sometimes and it's hard to get on top of the line that came out of nowhere. Originally, when no linebuster came outside (they were taking orders at the window and this was before it got cold and rainy) I wasn't upset because I figured they were short staffed and only had 2-3 people inside. Then another 5 mins passed and by that time I was in the line for 10 mins, no buster, and I'm over 10 mins past my pick up time. Finally, a buster was sent out and they told me the drinks will be at the window. The fact that it took me another 10 mins to get up to the window (I was in line for nearly 25 mins total), and my mobile order drinks (that I had placed 35 minutes prior at this point) weren't even started yet wasn't what made me mad. It was the fact that when I pulled up to the window, I was barely greeted, if at all, and there were four or five people inside just standing around. The person on drive bar was barely making drinks, talking with the X-bro who was on their phone, and there were a couple of other people just standing around while walk bar was really the only bar cranking out drinks. The second time was today, 12/5/2025 around 11am. I get it's shift change, one of the worst times to get a rush. I pulled into the line, there were only four cars ahead of me, and a few minutes go by and no buster yet. It got closer to the 10 minute mark, and the line is out the drive through with more cars still filtering, and still no buster. Finally, I got my order taken and I will give credit wherer credit is due, the buster who took my order was incredibly sweet and still made a little conversation with me! I've seen the now hiring sign, so I figured that's why it's been taking so long. Eventually I get to the window, and lo and behold, there's a group of people inside. I get it if they were people from the previous shift still hanging out, but imagine the customers reaction after waiting in line for nearly fifteen minutes and they get up to the window and there's seven people standing around on their phones, doing nothing and their drink isn't made yet. I got a rebel---once again one of the easiest drinks to crank out real quick and yet I was waiting at the window for over a minute. I was barely greeted at the window and was not read back my full order. Just "Hey did you get the rebel? Do you want a straw?" and then she turned away, giving me her back for a few seconds and then walks off. Once again, the only reason why I am leaving a negative review is because I know how this is supposed to work. Tomball is the only shop I have ever left the line mad. The reason why I gave two stars instead of one is because the drinks I got both times were pretty good (although my rebels weren't topped off with ice AT ALL but I often look past that bc who really cares lol) and I have had some PHENOMENAL experiences, granted it's been months since I've left the line thinking that. Idk what's going on but this is getting ridiculous and I hope things change because my drinks ARE good whenever I go (like 82% of the time).

This location used to be real good. It's always been a busy location but something changed in the past few months. Wait time has jumped up exponentially and it's been like this every time I've come like the past 3 months. Doesn't matter if you order in the app. Drive thru used to go fairly quick even with long lines but now both the app and drive thru are way too long for wait time. Not sure what changed but I hope it goes back to where it was before.

I give two stars because while the workers and service is great, this location is incredibly busy compared to other locations. Which is fine, but just don't ever order on the app for drive thru. You can never predict when the line is long or not from your home... Rarely it's fine, but most times I end up getting stuck in the long drive thru line, waiting however long, which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. And it doesn't help that they have already made your drink, it's just sitting in their fridge slowly watering down. And often times when I order on the app for drive thru, I'm not dressed in a way that I feel comfortable walking up to the window instead to avoid the line. Its because I want to drive thru, get my order ahead, and go home. When I order ahead for the window, I'm prepared and things go smoothly. This is moreso a review of their app's service at this location. Either order ahead for the window, or wait for a long time in line regardless if your ordered ahead or not.

Ordered on app so I could get my drinks faster. I get to window they tell me they still working on it which is fine but everyone who actually orders after me gets their drinks like 3 people after me! Next time dont order on app wasted more time!

We waited in like for 20 minutes because the girl that was taking the orders stood and talked to 2 different cars forever. She was not taking their orders anymore, just talking. The drinks are always amazing but it should not take this long. And the service from the woman who took our order was very rude. I usually don't write bad reviews on places I usually love but this time I had to.

Our order was wrong, music was loud, lack of communication, we were trying to explain and the music was loud and they couldn’t hear. Asked us if we order “a bunch of drinks” instead of making sure about our order and repeated what we order. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DISRESPECTFUL. DEFINITELY WONT COME BACK!

If you want to wait 25 minutes in line, on a Sunday, and be late to church. This Dutch bros is for you. Otherwise, I’d stop by Starbucks and avoid this place all together. Slowest service I have ever experienced. Will NOT be back.

This is the world's slowest Dutch Bros. Every other location I've been to is fast and friendly. This one rarely has anyone outside taking orders so they are only taking orders at the window which really slows things down. I waited over 10 minutes for an online order. When i pulled up, there was no one there making coffee. It's usually crowded with employees working. Where is everyone? Maybe they were extra short staffed today but this location is slow every time I stop here.

I honestly think that if you don't tip, they won't make your drink right purposely... I order flavored H2O. Used to come daily until there was always a line that took forever.. the past few times... My drinks didn't have enough flavor.. I don't think it's hard to make those correctly.. I went last night.. nobody in line just drove up.. I ordered 2 large waters with flavors and they both tasted horrible.. there was no reason to have made 2 bad drinks.. don't think I'll be back.. deleted my app also

The barista in short shorts, bandana, painted nails, earrings. Is the worst barista I’ve ever come in contact with. Didn’t even say hello, got a “picking up or placing” didn’t look me in the eye, and didn’t say “thank you” or “welcome” when I said thank you. Which I would understand if they were busy…they were not. I understand people have things going on in their life but you can still be somewhat decent. That person he/she/her/him/they/we. Whatever they identify needs to find a different job maybe one they enjoy working. Maybe a job where they don’t interact with the general public… data entry I would suggest. Never thought I’d say this but if that coffee place was the last coffee place open ever I would skip my morning coffee
