Long lines but seem to go fast. Food seems good but i think i order it wrong cause the burger always seems dry. It needs sauce so maybe i have to request it. Pretty good otherwise. Nice and friendly service, prices are average.

I love chic fil a, okay. But I was a little disappointed that when I ordered delivery thru Uber Eats, I got my drink and there was no sticker on it to know if someone opened my drink. The food was great like always, but I wish my drink was secure like my food was.

Unfortunately every time I come to this location I have to pull aside and wait for my food every other Chick-fil-A I've been to is always fast they have the food waiting for you when you pull up I'm not sure what the issue is here but there's clearly something about the way they're running the operation that doesn't work. in addition the main reason I come to Chick-fil-A is for their shakes and their ice cream machine is broken. Last but not least the fries were not cooked they were Raw definitely not the typical Chick-fil-A experience

I love Chick-fil-A and I normally have a great experience, but today was very disappointing. I placed a mobile order and expected it to be ready when I arrived, but I still had to wait for my food. When I finally got my lunch, the salad I ordered looked old and even a bit moldy. For almost $10, I expect fresh ingredients, and this was definitely not fresh. On top of that, my iced peppermint coffee didn’t taste good at all. I was really looking forward to my meal, and it was frustrating to receive food that wasn’t up to Chick-fil-A’s usual quality.

Don't know what happened to the usual great service, our $50 order was completely screwed up. Wrong sauces Wrong nuggets (grilled) instead of the regular nuggets we ordered. Drinks were Wrong, no salad dressing, WOW, again what happened to the great service?

Got a drive through order the other day for me & my kids, RAW FOOD. needless to say I had a severe stomach ache because of their negligence. Check your food before you eat here, they clearly are careless handling their food, not to mention all the sicknesses that they can cause from RAW chicken. Would not recommend at all. Never coming back here.

As I write this in still in the drive thru line for 25 minutes now. Just for 2 sandwhiches and a kids meal. Finally brought my meal out and I’m missing fries and they didn’t even offer to comp anything. The drive thru guys are finding it funny when they forgot something and waited another 10 minutes for fries. Brought out a half empty fries too lol. Absolutely ridiculous. Management should be disappointed and I’ll be waiting for my money back. UPDATE: Chick-fil-A refuses to answer my calls and emails but I’ll keep trying through yelp. Went there tonight to eat with a group of kids to find the floor girl spend 45 mins blocking off the entire dining area mopping then get visibly upset when we sat where she moped to then her verbally making them feel bad and once again more lose of respect for this location. I confronted the manager to which she was very respectful with her response but I’m still waiting for a refund for my first incident above. This location is absolutely horrible and now needs a remodel with their staff.

My wife and I stopped at this Chick‑fil‑A for lunch, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The Asian employee at the register was unable to understand my order, and as a result, we received the wrong items. I ordered two grilled chicken sandwiches with fries and two lemonades, but we were only given a salad and one lemonade. When I tried to clarify the mistake, the communication issue continued, and the order was still not corrected. It was surprising to see that the staff did not seem properly trained for basic customer interaction, especially at the front counter. This location appears to be struggling with staffing and service quality, and it shows in the customer experience. Based on this visit, I cannot recommend this Chick‑fil‑A. The service was poor, the order was incorrect, and the overall experience did not meet the standards I expect from this brand. This franchise should be revoked and the place should just close it's doors to protect the brand.

This franchise should be revoked and the place should just close it's doors to protect the brand.. 2 days in a row I came in to pick up a mobile order, and 2 days in a row dealt with very rude people,. You don't order your customers around like a poodle. This store apparently does not care about Christian values, or customer service.. If someone wants to see what a real Chic-Fil-A is like,, go visit the Jones road and 249 store.. This store might even send their managers over there to be trained properly.

I ordered food tonight through Uber eats I ordered a medium hi c I received a Fanta nothing on the driver it was Chick-fil-A’s fault. I don’t understand pay $20 and I get this. I would like my two dollars back for my drink please thank you.

Seems like management has changed, I’m not one to leave bad reviews but for a place that used to be perfect it’s gotten much worse quickly. My order has been messed up the last 3 out of 4 times, the latest a whole meal was missing. Nice thing to find out when I get home.

I loved coming here till 4/17 when I came for a quick bite before our Scout meeting. Almost done with my side salad and I looked down to my shock and horror, I found a dead beetle in my salad. At the BOTTOM of my salad. What if there was more? What if I ate others? I've gone through the proper channels, I did the complaints, followed up with an email (TWICE), and called 3 times. NO ONE HAS REACHED BACK OUT TO ME. This is so disappointing, as it's a health hazard to find a beetle in my food. I'm not complaining that someone wasn't nice, or my food wasn't "hot enough", or my lemonade wasn't sweet enough... I am complaining about a foreign object in my food. Yet, this location, stays silent...
