I order from here once a week or so, and it's consistently good. Staff is friendly, fast, and hasn't yet goofed an order. I usually do pickup, but when I so pay for delivery they're on-time and have never disappeared me.

I have always done a curbside order and they had always brought it to my car since it’s curbside. I went to go pick up my curbside order and a young girl with black hair put my pizza out on the table out side and didn’t even notify me that it was my pizza. I waited in my car for ten minutes waiting for my pizza to be brought to the curbside spot I was park in and then she put another pizza out on the table so I get out of my car to see if she put my pizza there and it was... thankfully it was still hot. I did notify the girl that I was wanting and that if she was going to put pizza on the table to at least notify the customer. But in all reality she shouldn’t need to notify anyone if they are picking up curbside because she should bring it to their car. That the point of curbside... I did 4 stars for the other employees who brought my pizza to me. For the managers please let your employees know that curbside means to take pizza to the car.

With service fees and tips, ordering delivery prices escalate quickly. Since we are close enough, it is easier and cheaper to pick up my orders and run to HEB for extras.

Love their cheese pizza with 6 cheeses. Our grandkids love their pizza too. After a long day of swimming they are very hungry. Ordered 3 pizza special. Was an excellent deal. You can never go wrong with Papa John's.

Fastest delivery ever... Saturday 7:30 pm... initial estimate for delivery was for 38 minutes, was revised by -10 minutes and it was here before I could walk out the door to meet them in front. I am part of 3 addresses on this property and the man who delivered my pizza found me before I could advise him that I lived in the back. I am more inclined to thin crust these days but the pizza arrived hot.and early so my rating is based mainly on the awesome quick delivery.

Better quality than most. If its not Friday night, delivery is fine. Watch out if your delivery is over 50 minutes. They won't call to say they're so behind your pizza will likely be cold. We live pretty close and could have just picked it up over an hour ago.

It was okay. I had placed an order at 5pm on Halloween. I was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. When I arrived, they had barely finished prepping to put in the oven. There were several others waiting as well. One lady came after I did, angry that her pizza wouldn't be ready for an hour. They were saturated with orders and I understand that. I do wish they had compensated the wait somehow. I didn't leave with my pizza until 6:20pm

Food is always great. Delivery is decent. Woman on the phone was very rude sounding. Acting like she didn’t feel like taking my order. Attitude was terrible. And I was kind. I normally don’t like giving bad reviews. I understand she could be tired but at least have some professionalism.

I was very pleased with how she handled it and how she was understanding on why I was upset and not satisfied with my order. Thanks to her I will continue to order from here and my replacement order was 100% better than my terrible order I had received.** First time I ordered my order was perfect. This time my order was absolutely terrible. The cheese was non existent, crust was hard, and the pizza and cheese sticks were cold. I ordered at 5:03pm and did not receive my order until 6:32pm. Estimated time was clearly off but with some type of communication I would’ve been ok.

Its really sad that this Papa Johns just lacks good customer service I usually go to Little Ceasar right next door. The past few times I thought I would try papa johns. I do enjoy their Pizza however simple request they just don't seem to want to Grant you. I was picking up their special 3 topping pizza. I was buying two of them and on one of them I only wanted two toppings. All I asked if I could get the third topping for that pizza added to the other Pizza I purchased. No extra work no extra cost just a customer's request. Of course the gentleman here says that's impossible to do we cannot do that. Really? This is now the second time I've ran into bad customer service here. Not willing to go the extra mile for the customer. Kind of sad when there are so many other choices in the area. Great pizza but bad customer service.

Ordered carry out, drove 20 min there and my pizza was just thrown together with maybe 5 pepperoni pieces and it tasted undercooked. Ended up throwing it away. Idk if the workers are high making these things but my pizza looked like school cafeteria food. Y’all need to do better

Here’s the thing, I work in the food service industry and I have a lot of patience when it comes to these sort of things, but I just need to voice a few things here. I ordered an XL pizza somewhere around 9:30pm, on the papatracker app it said my food should arrive in 30-45 minutes. Well 45 minutes go by and I get a call from the delivery driver telling me the train is stopped on the tracks and isn’t moving. Obviously this is out of the drivers control, so I wasn’t mad, I tried to give him directions of an alternate route and he said he’d get there soon. About 15 minutes go by and I get a call from the stores manager relaying the information that the deliver driver has already told me, the manager informed me that I can wait another twenty minutes for my original deliver, I then asked if they would be able to remake the order since it had been nearly an hour since our had been out for delivery and we’ve had issues with receiving cold pizza in the past, the manager told me they would happily make another Eliza and send it out as quickly as possible, I said thank you and then hung up. The Pizza finally arrived nearly two hours later around 11:15pm, the delivery driver was rude and his attitude was unprofessional. I have sympathy for the times were in right now, and while traffic and stopped trains are out of any bodies control, yelling out “btw the train is still stopped out there” is unnecessary. Which is what they did. Also, when the pizza arrived it was basically melted to the cardboard, as if it had been sitting for a while, even though the manager said they’d make a new one. I’m not usually one to write posts like these, and I’m not one to call people out, but we’ve had multiple occasions with this location of drivers being rude, missing items, and how long it takes. I love papa Johns but I don’t want to keep ordering from a location that can’t seem to get it right.

Okay Thursday May 26th I ordered two specialty pizzas and some cinnamon Pull-A-Parts well I asked for I ordered online and I asked for alfredo sauce on both of my pizzas and a 2 liter root beer when they got to my door it was the both of the pieces is wrong and I got a Pepsi when I call the store the manager when I told him what was wrong my order he proceeded to tell me that that is not what I ordered and started yelling at me this is the worst Papa John's I've ever been to or order from in my life. I recommend no one or is that food from there oh yeah and this is a $60 order and I gave the driver a 10 tip

I've been Papa John's customer for awhile now, and generally have okay service, not great, not terrible. However, last night, I placed an order at 9PM, and given an approx 50 minute delivery time, which is fine. Approximately 9:50, I received a call from the delivery driver, who told me he was lost and couldn't find my house. Okay, things happen, so I give him explicit directions and given where he was, it should have taken him about 10 minutes to get to my house. I waited till 10:30, at which time I called the store to cancel the order, as now I was planning to go to bed without my planned supper. I was told that the driver "couldn't find my house, and my credit card had been refunded." I informed the staff member that I had in fact given him directions to my house, to which she replied that "they'd been having problems with the driver, and he was new." At no time did they call me to tell me THEY had cancelled my order, nor did they try to contact me for better directions, or send another driver. Extremely disappointed in the service of this store.

By far the worst customer service I have ever received speaking with the manager and I can’t say that was the manager because he was so rude. He wouldn’t even give me his name we received the pizza at about 10:20 PM. It wasn’t what we ordered and it was cold , he never apologized. He just told me it would be another 30 minutes before we could receive another pizza I then asked was he the manager because he had no compassion at all and wondered what his name was so that I can make a complaint needless to say he wouldn’t even give me his name go anywhere else but this Papa John’s the pizza is horrible and the customer service is worse

Giving a 1 star due to my two horrible experiences from order. 1. The pizza was always barely warm when it was delivered over an hour later. 2. The second time I ordered, the pizza was delivered to me BURNT with hardly any sauce left on the pizza. So I called to complain and I got a free pizza the next order. So I called today to get the free pizza, and it's been 30 minutes past the time it was supposed to be here and it's STILL not here... I will never order from this location again! I will take my business elsewhere! Update: I just got my pizza finally, 45 minutes later... and IT’S BURNT AGAIN!!! This place is an absolute JOKE! Tried eating it to see if it’s edible and there’s literally no sauce left on the pizza. Also the pizza box had something spilt on it with dried up jalapeños on top. And this industry wants $10/hr?

Do not buy from this location. I bought a pizza her a few moths ago where the delivery person wrote a tip for herself for 13.00, I called manager he apologized and refunded my amount. I gave them a second try today 8/26/2021. The pizza delivery person sat the pizza at my front door, did not ring door bell, and my neighbor rung my doorbell to tell me I had a pizza at the front door but there were ants all over the pizza. I called the Manger Matt, told him the issue and he hung up in my face. So now I have to contact corporates. I will never ever ever ever buy from Papa John's again. This location has bad management, employees who steal and incompetent workers!!! I should not have given them a second chance after they stole from me!!

A ugly girl with missing teeth and long frizzy hair named Kelsey Medina that delivers the pizza is so rude and disrespectful!! I've never delt with such horrible service for a pizza delivery she was racist towards my mom and unprofessional and looks like a total slob. This place needs better people that are polite and dress decent. The pizza was cold and went in trash. Next time we will go else where!

Wednesday night.... no ball games or any reason not to be on time. Order of 1 pizza was 40 minutes late. They did comp the order but, food was cold. Delivered less than a mile from the store. Make your own conclusions.

Called when arrived for curbside pickup,young girl acted like it was an inconvenience.Came to vehicle handed pizza said nothing,also un professional dress attire ,her sweatshirt was longer than her shorts and her mask was on chin. Looked at pizzas had one with extra meat- no extra the toppings that were on there what look like dumped in the middle. The other pizza halso was to have extra meat and there is hardly any and several slices with just cheese,and one slice that looks to have had an accident. Very disappointed. And these pizzas were not cheap.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They took forever in giving me my pizzas. I ordered 2 medium pizzas. Got a notification that my order was ready and still had to wait an additional 25 min on the pizzas!

Worst place to place an order online specially when you choose some special coupon with deal. I choose special veggie pizza $10/- deal a d they gave me cheese pizza. Only few veggie were sprinkled rest was all cheese. Really sad when people cheat like this to save pennies. Customer service is something really important but looks like these people don't a give S**T.

If I could give zero stars I would. I wish I would have read the reviews here first. Slow and rude workers. I ordered through the app, which had issues of its own. Steven said I chose cash and no payment. I tried paying with debit which wouldn't go through so paid with a CC. Looked up my bank account to see that it had in fact when through 2x on the debit card!!!! I went right back in to explain. He shrug his shoulders as if I were lying. I asked for his managers # and name. He said he couldn't give it out that isn't correct policy, and I had no right to ask. I said really? You can't give out his name? What pizza place has that in place? He replied all of them. I laughed.... and said no sir they do not. He shrugged as if to say whatever lady. I will look to see if I can find corporate info. Customer service and badic respect is lacking greatly at this Pappa Johns. Pizza was also cold.

Worst experience at a papa John's. It took over an hour for a pick up. Had 3 pizzas done cold while having to wait for 2 more. Store was completely disorganized employees just standing without a sense of urgency. No apology for the delays just a completely apathetic attitude by all.

Just moved to the area, and i love papa johns. This place is a let down. Lazy workers that dont take pride in their work.

I called back 5 minutes after ordering my pizza for delivery to add some wings. The guy that answered was speaking barely above a whisper and he wasn’t responding when I asked if he got my added order. When I called back I was put on hold. When the lady returned, she was confused as to what was going on. I had to go into the store and explain to some girl the mess over the phone. I ended up taking one cold pizza home with an order for 8 wings.

I waited around for 2 hours to recieve my order when the tracker said it was delivered when it was not. When I spoke to the manager, Matt, he was short and rude. Did not offer up an apology and laughed at me when I mentioned this to him. The driver had my order in their car for 50 minutes not informing anyone that they did not deliver it because there was no response. I did not hear a knock, my doorbell was not rung and I did not receive a phone call. When I asked if all they were going to do for the inconvenience was return the money that is now stolen from me he insinuated I was asking for free food. It's called customer service. Papa John's get better managers.

I have had PJ's from all over the country and sadly my home location is the worst nationwide in my experience. They didn't follow their free replacement rule, which I would have rejected anyway. I have pictures to prove my statements, and 13/16 of my $51 for 2 pizzas order that I will trash if PJ's doesn't want them for evidence. And the hair in a ziploc. I will have it DNA tested if need be. You've done me wrong for the last time Tomball PJ. Contacting an attorney

I would not ever recommend Tomball Papa Johns and when I called the store manager and talked to Ashley she was Nice and said I’ll give you a credit, but I will never order from them again

All just laughing in the back until she (the manager) caught my eye and magically the vape (even though it’s not a cigarette, smoking around the food I’m ordering is unacceptable and unprofessional) disappeared snd the “friendly” customer service appeared. When you can barely open your eyes I think my family understands why you’re so friendly. My husband couldn’t believe his eyes and I was just disgusted. We will be taking our business elsewhere. Whatever they were smoking doesn’t matter because it was around my food and with underage kids. She should be ashamed of herself.
