My experience was very pleasant they served me very well and the girls were very attentive to what I asked Evelyn was very kind without a doubt I will return my food was fresh and very tasty thank you🙂👍
Food is always good, but im getting more disappointed every time I order that each bowl comes with less and less food. I used to get bowls as full as they could get them, and now the bowls are never that full.
The food itself was just okay. I was bummed because my favorite item is gone, but the main issue was the rude attitude from the girl working behind the counter when I asked about it. She made the whole experience unpleasant. I'll still go back, but the service needs a major fix
I’m sympathetic to the employees being busy and overworked, it just sucks when you have a BOGO offer that says until closing, and it’s 8 PM and they refuse to do it anymore. Some of us also work very late and driving to an in person only event to be told they’re not honoring it is very disappointing.
I don’t know who’s managing this branch but it could use some guidance. We picked up an order at 8pm last night (9/22). The restaurant looked like it was closing - they had all the chairs stacked like they didn’t want anyone sitting anywhere and the place was being broken down. Way too early considering they really close at 10. I guess they were upset about making our to go order so late because they made it the exact opposite as what was described on the ticket - extra of the things we asked for “light” on and none of the things we asked for extra. I doubt they’re that incapable of understanding a ticket…seemed purposeful. It’s unfortunate people don’t have more respect for other people’s time and money. This was not a good use of either and makes us not want to come back to this location. If I would’ve checked before I got to my house 30 min away I would’ve had them remake it. I guess I’ll have to check each time now if we come back. I know yall can do better because I’ve seen it.
I visit this Chipotle location regularly because it's a great, healthy option to fuel your day. However, some aspects of their service make it challenging to want to return. First, the cleanliness of the dining area needs more attention. The tables are often not cleaned promptly, the trash bins get full, and the restrooms could be maintained better. These details reflect the overall hygiene standards, including the kitchen. Second, the pricing feels a bit high for the portion sizes. Additionally, it seems unfair that if you choose to skip ingredients like rice and beans in a bowl but double the protein, you're still charged extra without any adjustment for the omitted items. It would be more reasonable to account for the cost difference in such cases. I hope these points are taken constructively, as I enjoy the food and would love to see improvements that make the dining experience even better. Thumbs up or heart to help others
Person doing portions on my food was mean for no reason. Asked for extra like I usually do, and they were not putting extra cause they were running low and didn’t want to change it. Rude attitude. Why employ these people if they don’t want deal with customers. It was a guy don’t know his name around 2:00 pm. Will be calling cooperate. Also chips were low. Got the a bunch of times and never were they this low. Don’t know if they were being racist or something. But just unacceptable.
The rice is severely undercooked. It is CRUNCHY. By far the worst CHIPOLTE location ever. Quality is always poor. Steak has zero flavor and very difficult to chew. Should be zero stars.
If you get a bowl from here, expect it to have hair in it, specifically from the white kid with brown hair that works on the line, every time that kid is working on my food it’s had hair in it
I don't get it l, it just keeps on getting worse and worse. Ain't just me, took the whole family here, and we were totally disappointed. Don't think this is going to be on our go-to list anymore.
This location does not honor corporate advertising programs. Per Chipotle newsroom: "Saturday, December 6: Tacos BOGO — Buy a three-taco entrée, get a free entrée1." So ordered tacos and a bowl. Get to the register, no you must order two orders of tacos. Manager, I'll be disputing the credit card charge. Reply to issue me a refund and I'll let this go. Corporate America, love it, the fraud never ends. Update: Corporate sent coupon for free item. With 3800 stores there must be more than a few incompetents to deal with. Thanks Corporate.
I arrived, ordered a bowl, and ordered a side of guacamole and a side of sour cream to go with my chips. When it was time to pay, I told the cashier, she gave me an order of chips, and then said they were out. There were chips on the table, and I told her those things on the table weren't chips. She said yes, but those were only for kids' combos. I said okay, charge me extra so I could have some chips, and she said no, those are only for online orders, otherwise they'll complain. Then this woman made up like three stories to avoid selling me my chips, and I don't understand why she wouldn't sell them to me. It was almost closing time, and the online orders were also about to close. I was going to pay too; I wasn't asking for free. I sat down to eat, and this Hispanic woman started whispering about me with her coworkers. They were talking, looking at me, and laughing. I don't understand why they would make a customer feel uncomfortable like that. She was a Hispanic woman who wore glasses; I couldn't see her... I was very disappointed with this visit to this restaurant because none of the dishes had name tags. I hope the managers and the general manager can do something about this person so that no one else has to go through this situation. My receipt said the cashier who served me was named Evelin, but I'm not sure that was her name. She was an older woman with glasses, tan skin, and a very bad attitude. Terrible service.
This is by far the worst Chipollte I have ever ate. The taste was pretty far off but what should you expect when your burrito is full of plastic. I had ate most of the burrito before picking seven pieces out of the remaining portion. Overall, I feel like I want to throw up. First time and last time visitor of this location.
Chipotle build your own for $60 is such a rip off from this location. Was barely even able to make 3 normal sized bowls from this deal when it says it feeds up to 4-6. All of the containers with chicken, rice, beans were barely half full. I would’ve been able to make more meals had I just got regular bowls.
Absolutely horrible!! Won't eat there again, ever! How can you screw up a burrito, easy - put 1/3rd the portion of meat so that all you taste is vegetables & rice...DISGUSTING! For $16, all I got was a disgusting vegetable flour tortilla with MUSH!! Couldn't even eat it as I wanted MEAT in a portion like they used to give!! They only used 1/3 of the spoon - didn't even fill it up! Chipotle keeps going further down the tubes, so NEVER again!
As said in previous reviews, the cashier Evelyn had a TERRIBLE ATTITUDE. I went in before 9:18, this location closes at 10. The first line cook who was serving me did not make me feel rushed at all. But once Evelyn took over she kept asking, “what else”, “is that all” CLEARLY rushing me. I ignored it, but I am part of the rewards program, so I wanted to scan me QR code to earn points, and also redeem my free chips. I doubled checked with Evelyn to see if it took off for the chips, and as I guessed it did not. So because i noticed, and Evelyn had to do more work, it made her upset, she kept aggressively swiping the card I’m assuming to override the transaction, she said, “I took off the drink”, and shoved my food towards me. I’ve never been treated more poorly than tonight, although this is the closest location to me, I will NOT be coming back. I was so rushed, I forgot to order my side of Guac. Do not come here, unless you wanna be treated poorly.
Ordered a steak burrito bowl. 3pm. Asked for sour cream. They informed me they cannot give me sour cream because they have to save it for online orders. Spoke with manager. She said same thing. This is the second time this has happened at this location. Haven't been back since the first. Won't give them another chance. They told me I had to contact corporate because those are their rules.
WHAT IN THE WORLD IS GOING ON AT THIS LOCATION?? WORST service ever! I placed an online order, arrived, and my food was not ready. They proceed to tell me there were out of many of the toppings. I paid for guacamole and they didn’t have guacamole available. I ordered one chicken bowl and one barbacoa bowl. The chicken was not even cut, it was a whole piece of chicken breast with mainly just fat. None of the food had any flavor. The rice didn’t even have cilantro. We couldn’t even eat it, it was that bad. These kids that were working didn’t even care, they were just on their phones. This place does not even deserve a star.
I don’t normally write reviews, because I feel like if I’ve had a bad experience. It’s been an isolated incident. However I’ve been coming to this chipotle weekly for years, zero issues up until my last two visits. 2 weeks ago I order pickup, open my quesadilla, a large hair right on the top. No big deal. But today. I order pickup again, and as I’m enjoying my burrito bowl, 4 bites in and I chomp down on a piece of rock or gravel small enough to not see on the fork but large enough to cause me to drop what I was doing and go to the bathroom and spit it out. I’ve filed a complaint, but be wary of what you put in your mouth here. I’ll thinking twice before I order from this location again.
