Opinions de Impasto Torino
Small but cozy, the pizza is superb. I ordered the recommended one of the day with burnt wheat dough and it was an experience. I haven't had a pizza like this in a long time. I'll definitely be back, and if the quality continues, I'll update this review. Well done!
I came for dinner a few weeks ago and had a great time. The place isn't very big, but it's very cute. The pizza was excellent, one of the best I've ever had. The option to order multiple toppings is a plus. The pizza selection was good. The service was good, and the waitress who looked after us was super friendly and helpful. The prices were a little high, but it was worth it. I'll gladly return. I recommend coming.
Very welcoming place and very friendly staff. We had the fried chiacchere with steacciata and raw ham, truly excellent, lightly fried and with quality ingredients. We had two pizzas, a sole mio and a Neapolitan margherita, and they were kind enough to bring it to us already split. Nice place and the staff are always smiling. We'll definitely be back :)
A small but well-kept and welcoming place, with very friendly staff. I had very high expectations for the pizza, and they were fully met, with attention to detail, exceptional ingredients, and a very light dough. The pizza pairings are interesting, and I'll definitely be back to try them all. I highly recommend it to everyone. Given the size of the place, it's best to book a reservation.
Pizza 1: Really good! The porcini mushroom cream and fontina cheese go together perfectly, while the speck and chestnuts give a nice contrast of flavors. The fondue adds a creamy and fresh final touch. Perfect! Pizza 2: Too sweet, unfortunately. The caramelized onion jam takes over everything, and even if the other ingredients are good (especially the speck and burrata), the sweetness becomes a bit too much. It would be better to balance it a bit more. The farinata was really good! The half with caramelized onion and sausage is tasty and well balanced, while the one with provola and raw ham is super tasty, with the provola melting perfectly. Also, the girl who welcomed us was really attentive and gave us excellent advice on choosing the farinata.
I think it's hands down one of my favorite pizzerias in Turin. I've been there a dozen times already and would go back at least another dozen. The unusual but always well-crafted ingredient combinations, the good, light dough (one of the few pizzas that doesn't leave you feeling like you're in the Sahara Desert that night). In short, absolutely recommended!
Pizzeria SUBLIME: A different menu than usual (carbonara, amatriciana, and many others I've never seen before) We started with farinata: it melted in your mouth, delicious. The pizza dough is excellent, light. I had a Frank: red crust, crispy pancetta, stracciatella, and chopped pistachios... AMAZING. To finish, we had the chiacchiere with Nutella and chopped pistachios, very good. Excellent service, very friendly waitress. We'll definitely be back to try other pizzas on the menu!
Super 👍
Simply the best pizzeria in Turin and the surrounding area, no one can argue with that. Food 5/5: The ingredients are all excellent and quite generous, the dough and crust perfect. The selection of pizzas offered satisfies even the most demanding palates, and above all, you always leave feeling full. Venue 4/5: Unfortunately, the space is cramped; the overall appearance is very well-kept and clean. Service 5/5: The staff are always helpful and friendly, service is quick. Highly recommended; during the week, it's easy to find a table outside.
Dopo tanta pubblicità sui social abbiamo deciso di venire a provare questa pizzeria.Che dire ? Semplicemente fenomenale !!! Antipasto di tris di montanarine buonissime, non le avevamo mai provate. …
The place is nice, average, let's say; seating is limited. The menu is fairly extensive, focusing on pizzas, some with unique and well-executed combinations; the ingredients are definitely high-quality. I also liked the dough overall. The service was friendly and helpful. I found the prices a bit excessive, both for the location and the offerings.
We went after being intrigued by social media. The pizza was very good, with very unique flavors. The burrata with pistachio and sausage was really good. While the stracciata with speck was a little less so because the slices were too thick and difficult to chew. But we'll definitely be back to try the others too!
The appetizers were very good, and the pizza was top-notch with quality ingredients—highly recommended. However, what I found lacking were the cramped, cramped spaces, limited privacy between tables, and the burning smells that often wafted from the oven into the restaurant. Excellent service and very professional staff.
Good pizza! 🍕
I discovered this place for the quality of its dough and ingredients, so I went with high expectations. The menu offers unique toppings, and I found it interesting to be able to choose from several different types of Margherita pizzas, but the disappointing part was the dough: it tasted and smelled very good, but it was definitely undercooked. This was especially noticeable in the crust, which, on both pizzas at my table, was almost completely raw on the inside, both on the one with the thicker crust and the one with the thinner crust (and despite the fact that sometimes there was a burning smell from the oven just behind me).
I had the pleasure of trying this place and ordering takeout pizzas. The staff who welcomed me were very kind and friendly. They were young and friendly. The pizza dough was very good, and the ingredients were equally good. The only flaw was that some of the pizzas had burnt edges. To best enjoy your meal, I recommend eating in.
I was craving pizza...and it didn't go away. All these positive reviews convinced me to spend €16 on a pizza. Well, today I can say that no, it's not worth it. I think it's dishonest to charge so much for a product whose base is just water and flour. If, on top of that, it's not worth it, it makes me quite angry. A very disappointing point, in my opinion: all the pizzas have a meat topping. If you remove this ingredient, you're left with poorly seasoned bread. But it's a pizza, dammit! Is all that meat necessary? In short, if you love pizza, I don't feel like recommending it. Get out of the "Torino Bene" area and get a good pizza for half the price. The waitresses are helpful. The place is clean.
We booked last night with some friends after seeing the positive reviews on TikTok. We have nothing to say about the service, in fact, it was very pleasant. The staff were very young, but at the same time friendly, polite, and respectful. The place is really small, so much so that to allow for good air circulation, we ate with the door open. There are so many pizzas on the menu, but they actually turned out to be very heavy and hard to digest. We still haven't digested one. DEFINITELY NOT among the best pizzas in Turin, but not the worst either. Let's just say that with high expectations, disappointment took over! P.S.: Read the reviews and consider the constructive criticism to make the most of your launch. Good luck!

We came to this pizzeria on the recommendation of friends... The table was right in front of the entrance, and since we were ordering takeout, the cold air was constantly blowing in... We were frozen... More open than closed!!! You can't seat people in front of a door that's constantly opening!! Little consideration for the customer... Not to mention the fact that the counter where the pizzas are placed has no divider between the customer and the kitchen... Hairs can fly... When we insisted on changing tables, they finally moved us as if they were doing us a favor... The pizza base was good, but the tomato sauce was completely unsalted. A tasty pizza is the main thing I expect when I go out to eat!! IN LIFE THERE ARE TWO THINGS THAT MUST NEVER BE MISSING: SALT AND HEAT. There are better places out there, sorry.
