Excellent cuisine, it reminded me of the dishes my grandmother used to cook. Very kind and courteous staff. The price was right for the food I ate. I will definitely be back. 🤩

A true corner of Puglia in the heart of Turin! We visited Trullo with a large group of friends and had a truly positive experience: we tried the all-you-can-eat Puccia Salentina, and it was simply delicious! Fragrant dough, fresh ingredients, and authentic flavors made us feel like we were on vacation, even if it was just for one evening. A special shout-out to the woman who served us: Sara, cheerful, kind, and incredibly welcoming, handled our large group with a smile and a rare level of helpfulness. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended for those who love authentic Apulian cuisine and a warm atmosphere.

We went to Il Trullo in Turin tonight for a family dinner and we were really satisfied. The place is very beautiful, well-kept and welcoming, perfect for spending time together in a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. Even though it was Saturday night and the restaurant was full, the service was fast and attentive. We ate very well: every dish was tasty, well presented and full of the authentic flavors of Apulian cuisine. A big compliment to chef Andrei, who with passion and skill gave us a truly special dinner. A successful evening in every way, with good food and excellent company. We will definitely be back! 🤍

I had dinner at Trullo with friends and we had a wonderful time! The gourmet focaccia and dough were delicious, and the portions were generous. Highly recommended! My boyfriend and I opted for a fish dinner accompanied by an excellent white wine, which was opened in front of us and poured by the staff. Excellent quality and very fair price, around €40 per person for three dishes each. The staff were kind and friendly. The desserts were also recommended.

We were for the first time in this place with typical Apulian cuisine. The place is characteristic, very tidy and clean. The staff is welcoming, friendly and very professional, especially Agnese who served us and pampered us all evening. The dishes were all super good, it really seemed like being in Puglia, not to mention the choice of the living, excellent .... The choice of courses was good and varied. A casual restaurant with a touch of Puglia! The place is clean, the staff are friendly, and they immediately put you at ease. We dined last night, opting for the house menu, and I'd say we were completely satisfied with everything. The food was excellent, beautifully presented, but cooked in a traditional home-style way. It was exactly what we expected, given that you represent a corner of Puglia in Turin. Our overall impression was very positive. We'll be back. Well done!

Sono stato in questo locale per il pranzo di Pasqua. È quindi un giorno particolare non paragonabile ad un normale giorno lavorativo. Dovendo garantire il servizio in contemporanea a tutti i tavoli (credo almeno una trentina di tavolate) del menù pasquale, non ha senso giudicare alcune cose, come per esempio le attese che per forza di cose si allungano rispetto ad un tradizionale pranzo. Il locale è bello, pulito, non grandissimo ma comunque spazioso. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. La qualità del cibo è ottima, si vede che viene utilizzata materia di prima qualità. Ma per un giudizio più approfondito, ci dovrei tornare; cosa che penso di fare, perché l'impressione è stata ottima. Il locale si trova in una zona molto frequentata, non è facile trovare un parcheggio vicino, ma girando un po', nelle vie laterali si riesce a trovare.

Finally, after several attempts, we managed to try this restaurant serving typical Apulian food. The place is a bit cramped, but compared to other places, you can at least chat at the table. I found it a little less personalized than its name suggests, but it was still welcoming. We decided to try a few dishes, so we chose the most characteristic ones: Apulian focaccia, caciocavallo fusa with Fassona beef tartare, and country terrine. The focaccia was truly excellent, as was the terrine, and the fava bean cream was truly delicious. I found the caciocavallo fusa good but not exceptional; the tartare was better. We then ordered two off-menu first courses: strascinati with cavolo nero cream, shrimp, and stracciatella, which were truly excellent. To finish, we tried polette and bombette. Good. All washed down with a Negramaro. On this point, I feel compelled to express an opinion I have now made about too many restaurants: the price of the bottle is truly outrageous. Perhaps restaurateurs could revise these menus a bit. Desserts. A pasticciotto with cream and black cherry and the tetta pugliese. The pasticciotto was good, the tetta pastry was a bit rubbery, while the cream was very good. Regarding the bill: Let's say it's average, even though the wine weighs more than the food. At the register, you pay for what comes out, not even a 0.50 discount, but that's fine. A restaurant worth trying again, perhaps during the themed evening they occasionally organize with the "pizzica pugliese."

A welcoming restaurant serving Apulian specialties, with very friendly and helpful staff, especially the younger man. We had a table of 10 people with reservations on a Saturday evening, so the place was very crowded. As a result, service was a bit slow, but at least they reassured us and were available to answer our questions and concerns while we waited. Many of us chose the "maritime menu," which included an appetizer of mussels, shrimp skewers, and gratinated scallops: very good and plentiful. I was a bit disappointed with the first and second courses: strozzapreti with turnip tops and clams, and mixed fried fish, both good but a bit bland and with small portions. For dessert, I had a chocolate pasticciotto, which unfortunately was a distant relative of the one I had in Foggia, but it was fine. The focaccia barese and panzerotto, ordered off-menu as a group, were excellent. Good value for money. I paid €40 for two appetizers, a first course, a second course, a dessert, and a bottle of wine of your choice, all included in the menu. I'd return to try the rice, potatoes, and mussels (which requires a reservation).

Cibo buono, peccato per l’organizzazione in quanto abbiamo ordinato quattro primi e quattro secondi, di cui sono arrivati due primi e due secondi dimenticandosi degli altri due primi, facendogli notare l’errore ma ciò nonostante i due primi sono stati proposti a quel punto dopo il secondo, invece di riportare via i secondi per riportarli poi dopo i primi. In conclusione siamo entrati alle 20:30 e siamo usciti alle 22 inoltrate, ognuno ha mangiato per conto suo senza un ordine e alla richiesta di scaldare un secondo perché ormai freddo per aspettare il primo non è neanche più tornato dopo diverse sollecitazioni.
