It's Starbucks, always consistent and rarely disappoints. I recently started using their app to pay for items, and get star points, which can be redeemed for free drinks or items, but beware, they run promotions to get extra points for purchasing certain items or purchases made 3 or 4 days in a row. sometimes you get caught up grinding for the points, when you dont necessarily need a coffee. marketing genius. kudos.
I come in frequently and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. My grandchildren and even my pup are made to feel welcome
I left/lost my wallet at this store & I called the next day and they had it with everything intact!! I want to commend the excellent employees here who make a ++ difference to this life & thanks again😀
It was so nice that there's was someone standing outside to let people know that they were welcome to order inside as long as they had a mask. Instead of having to wait in the long drive thru line it was much faster and easy to run inside and order...finally a bit of normalcy!
They are the best staff ever. It is a relaxing environment that just what you need when getting your starbies
Great starbucks and the people are phenomenal! BEWARE!! CYBER HACKING ATTACKS HERE! TURN OFF YOUR BLUETOOTH AND IF POSSIBLE DON'T USE THEIR WIFI. SUPER SCARY, NOT SURE IF ITS FROM SOMEONE INSIDE OR SITTING IN THEIR CAR OUTSIDE. HAPPENED TWICE TO ME.
I just found out today that if you order “for here” at Starbucks, they’ll actually serve your drink in a real glass cup! That little detail was such a pleasant surprise and honestly made the experience feel more elevated. The cashier even asked if I’d like to leave a review, which caught me off guard in a good way—it shows how much they care about customer feedback. On top of that, the store itself was spotless and well-organized, with excellent customer service from start to finish. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, making it an easy five-star experience. Sometimes it’s the small things that make a big difference, and today’s visit really proved that.
I just have to comment on how awesome Jonathan and the Barista ladies are at this location. I was having a cranky day because it is so hot today. We are at 83 degrees and I just can’t take this heat. I decided to go get a refreshing cold drink at Starbucks and as soon as Jonathan greeted me on the drive through, with his super cool and awesome attitude changed my mood. He talked to me like he knew me forever, like a friend, and he was very kind and warm, he had a super happy tone in his voice. Nothing like other Baristas near the area that have had bad attitude towards people in General. If the owners are reading this, Jonathan needs a raise!!! The Barista ladies were equally awesome! All the ladies working there had a smile on their face and looked happy to make the drinks! The drinks were perfectly done with lots of ice, lots of flavor, and on top of that…one of them wrote super nice wishes on our cups! I usually just get happy faces. Super awesome team and I can’t stress how much that meant to me today. They changed my attitude and I left that drive through with a giant smile on my face!! The best of the best!!! Highly recommend to go here at this time!!!! 🫶🏻 🤘🏼😊🤘🏼

I rode my bicycle here with a friend from 223rd Street. My friend had a gift card of $15, we locked our bikes at the rite aid in the same shopping center and walked across the parking lot for our drinks and food. My friend had a chicken wrap with cucumbers and a dipping sauce. It looked good. I got a drink and chocolate almonds. I ask for a frap but the barista accidentally thought I wanted it iced. But it was no problem for me. Overall happy with the service.

For regulars, I spotted two barristas recalling patrons' past orders and remembering that one patron meets with his wife and daughter on Sundays. For me, a barrista observed I was slow to determine what I wanted and so she was patient, gave me tips and also offered me water, which she walked to my table. No one asked if I wanted the bagel I ordered toasted, but staff did so anyway, and it was warm and crispy with all the soft goodness on the inside -- a detail I noticed because so often these little quality assurances fall by the wayside elsewhere. This was at 8am on a Sunday -- a tough, hazy shift, which made the friendliness and attention to detail even more notable. May that unit all get kudos and raises.
I must say that I rarely get a perfection White Chocolate Mocha (hot) as I did this morning. You well deserve a great review. Just wanted to say thanks for giving me a great start of the day by making the best hot drink ever... Love you guys! Keep up the good work. It was so delicious! No whip topping ❤️

They have a drive thru which is great. It's almost always super busy. Not a great place to study. It seems like it is a hang out place for elderly Koreans. Service is good. Seating area outside as well. Pizza hut is next door
Order from phone and pick it up here! They are always preparing drinks fast and always accurate with an order. I star to reduce, because the tables are very often messy and dirty after other customers.
Great & friendly service. The bathroom though was really unsanitary, that is, in comparison to the three Starbucks in my home city of Orange. Coffee was great as always. The only really bad coffee at a Starbucks was in Milwaukee, Wisconsin (Spring of 2014). I guess they do beer & cheese real well in that state. I love a strong robust brew.* Peets, & Starbucks are my chain favorites. BTW, when in Maui, try the "*Bad Ass," coffee brand. Really, bold full flavor. Lions is great too for DIY brewing♡ Enjoy your cuppa Joe♡
They said the restroom was out of service 🫠 kinda need that working at a coffee place... anyways... food was meh ok... I've had better at other Starbucks... it was a bit more soggy than usual... service was nice... drinks were good as is typical in the socal locations I've had... B- rating... good but not that good

Ok, this Starbucks is on Carson and Normandie. We go here 5 days a week in the morning through the drive through to order a breaky sammie and coffee. Today the line of cars was long...an exaggeration...but you get the idea. Today we thought we were being brilliant on avoiding said long line of cars and order inside, since there was no one at the register when we got in. Awesome! Big mistake. We found out to our surprise that walk in orders are served last to everyone else. App orders or phone orders have first priority. Then comes the drive through orders next. Then if you're lucky you may get your order, hence the three stars, which is being generous. Moral of the story? There is none.
U all know that Starbucks is just a place to pay for overpriced coffee. Yes it's good and all. Once in awhile they need to sell, A buy one get one. Not once in awhile but everyday they need to have a special like this!!! Who agrees???🤷
If someone says their drink is wrong and they would like it you to remake it. DO NOT ASK ME WHATS THE PROBLEM with a attitude mind you. Rude as all get out. NO ONES WANTS COFFEE MILK Chelsea or whatever your names was…! When I pulled up to the order box I was very detailed and ask for only 3 ingredient a cup. Have a amazing day xoxo
Decent place however this location is known for always turning their backs on customers and saying they will be right with you but never show any enthusiasm nor rush to serve you. They don't bus the floor very often and often times one has to take the half and half up to them to refill it. Often times one has to clean one own table.
Im giving it a 3 star for the employees that are nice because I never had any problems, but the guy working the drive thru today 06/19/25 at 10 am, had the worst attitude ever, he was acting like he couldn't understand me, maybe my accent made him upset, rude attitude when I got to the window, no hello, not one single word came out of him, handed me the drink and gave me the wrong straw (i needed the thick one for the refresher) I wont be coming back to this location.

This location has good outdoor indoor area however inside only has stools that were very uncomfortable. None of the stools have any back support so you can't sit for more than 10 mins before your back is killing you. Also where the large desk where a group can sit at is right beside where fellow Starbucks customers line up for their purchase. Even the group desk has stools and not chairs. Very busy location because it's right beside a hospital.
It’s a miracle if my drink is made right. I’m pretty sure the management prioritizes speed over quality. The baristas always seem stressed out and I feel bad for them
This location is prone to filthiness, it's not very clean and the staff is not very nice... even though it's not a fast pace Starbucks with low-volume clientele they seem to still rush you for no apparent reason other then they just don't want to deal with you. The parking is out of quit the drive-through service is exceptional the drink qualities are above standard.
I hate these new cups they are giving the hot drinks lids suck can’t enjoy the drink and if you put a topper on it it peels the plastic. Also with the cold drinks the cup becomes unfirm quickly. Please bring back old cups!

Same thing as one or two other people were saying here! We were ignored at the cashier and NO ONE acknowledged us. There were 3 people working! After having NOTHING to eat all day, having a headache, my daughter stood there waiting 4-5 minutes with sandwich in her hand so she can pay and give to the Barista to heat up! She also wanted to order a drink. Instead we ended up putting the sandwich back in the cooler and walking out the door! I said I would call their manager cuz they were RUDE! Instead I called 1-800 customer service phone no. and reported it! The customer service rep ended up compensated me with $15 credit so we can still go buy if we want to. I really don't care about getting credit or free stuff! Starbucks shouldn't have to give free stuff away for their employees poor service or incompetence! They need to fix the problem more than giving away due to being inconvenience. I hope this gets charges to this store's account for they are at fault! We had to go pick up my husband at his work and ended up going to the Starbucks across the street from his work! And GUESS WHAT! The baristas Raven and Diane were THE BEST! And they are going to "add something more to their next paychecks!" This is the "REWARD" you get for doing something good and not screwing up! Don't take your jobs for granted! There are people out there who are laid off and CANNOT get hired! Even those who are VERY MUCH qualified which you fail to hire, and could provide better customer service than those RUDE employees who ignored us!
Watched baristas keep an order from a delivery person this morning, saying that the order wasn’t for him even though it was actually his order— while they were mocking him behind the counter— literally so unprofessional, overheard them talking and giggling when they left. Idk just didn’t sit right with me at all.
Very busy and long lines, you cant even hear what name the baristas where calling.. they should have atleast 1 or 2 cashiers and not all doing the drinks coz it is really a chaotic starbucks in this place. I cant say this place is under staff since theres a lot of baristas but should have trained to do time management.
This used to be a nice Starbucks. Now they don't even try to get the order right. I pointed out I got 2 of my orders wrong one a size smaller and the other was iced not hot. Whenever I tried to repeat the order I was just interrupted and then she tried to take all the drinks back (4) when I was trying to explain. Not the first time getting my order wrong by the same person and a rude person takes over to interrupt. They were simple mistakes all would of prevented if the drinks were read back. Not 2 drinks snatched out of my hand with an attitude...
The staff was pretty rude and dismissive. They were too busy talking to each other on their headsets. This location is usually not the best
I always have a good experience at Starbucks! Today, was the worst ever. I come from years of customer service experience and I love to inform my customers of policies and laws. I ordered two mistos, one for me and one for my mom. I would have been happy if the barista said, “Thanks for your order. Please wait outside due to COVID-19 restrictions. We will bring you your order.” I got no such thing other than, “thank you.” I was waiting inside for the order then was told to wait outside as a customer came in. I was ok with that. I came back in a few minutes later to check on my order when that customer left. The order wasn’t ready. I couldn’t believe that I was told to wait outside again for a 2nd time when there was not one customer in the store! The situation got the worst of me. I said, they should have informed me from the get go. How the f&&@ do they expect customers to know how the order will be handled unless a customer is informed. I asked for my money back and refused the drinks. Coincidentally, the order was 1/3 coffee not 2/3 coffee! The good thing is, I got my money back. I left unhappy and made a complaint with corporate.

Diane, the supervisor, this patrick star built lady was rude in the aspect she gave me a sarcastic response after I was making sure she is using the right milk to fill up an order they did incorrectly. Another awkward girl with dramatic caterpillar lash extensions and a neck hump laughed in the corner on warming. It’s simple to just read your resource manual and understand what modifications mean and what their substitutes look like.

No replacement, no return without a receipt, I get it, but it is a Starbucks mug. No exceptions he said. I did Let them know “very kindly” they got the sizing wrong and I’d love to receive the right size & they did as i wished but they didn’t even fill up the cup . Idk if they got upset that i said Something about the sizing. But i don’t appreciate this. they Need to remember that we are paying for our coffee.

Gave us 2 of the wrong food items in the drive through (chicken wraps instead of the vegetarian falafel wraps). They both had the falafel label, and we drove too far away before realizing they were both chicken.
I decided to stop by my neighborhood starbucks this morning with my mom before taking her to urgent care, I purchased a medicine ball and coffee. While in line, I thought i should have gotten 2 pumpkin breads because we might be a while at Urgent Care. I got up to the window and asked the cashier if I could please add it on he said no because his manager said no because there were 4 cars behind us. He handed me the medicine ball but We still had to wait for my coffee to be made so I really don't see what the inconvenience would have been? Your customers should be valued and I've never seen such horrible Customer service at a starbucks. The cashier was very nice and apologized which wasn't his fault, but as for the manager... she SUCKS..she does not know customer service at all. She may need to take some classes. I'll NEVER go here again. THANKS! I just wanted to make sure my mom wouldn't get dizzy..

My friend visits frequently to do business online and sits on that patio and purchases when she can. A closing partner approached her and ordered her off the patio if she didn't buy something. Then said to her, people of low income that don't purchase need to leave, so I will wait here until you leave. As a fellow partner of 10 years I am ashamed of how my friend was treated.
