Great Experience! We had an amazing breakfast at a great price while visiting this IHOP location. The hash brown was amazing and crunchy along with the eggs being well done. My favorite was the Belgian Waffle and the French Toast which had so much flavor and filled my stomach. The waitress was super nice and quick to serve us the food. No rush at about 8am. We also tried the shakes for the first time and they were nice and cold. Only flaw was they don't keep the syrups at the table anymore, so we had to ask for every flavor each time.

I have had nothing but good experiences at this iHop! I have seen some poor reviews on here, and it makes me sad because this is one of my favorite spots! I come here all the time and the food and service is always 10/10! The servers and managers are so friendly and they always give the best service. Don’t let these poor reviews shy you away from visiting, because trust me this is the iHop to visit you will not be disappointed!

You must go early to enjoy the delightful coffee and pancakes 🥞 😋. I lost my diet again. Really nice place to enjoy breakfast 😉

You alwats get good food in IHOP. The Pancake is the best, and the their signature butter make the experience perfect.

Very good service here. The staff are very welcoming and have wonderful smiles. The food was out in record time, we only waited about 5 minutes! The food was delicious!

I misplaced my sunglasses during brunch, and the staff jumped in and helped. Real quiet so as not to disturb the other guests, but very thorough! Glasses recovered! Our waitress was personable, funny, and delightful on a busy Sunday.

Came to get a fresh breakfast and everything tasted amazing. I ordered a ham and cheese omelette, with red skin potatoes, and a strawberry lemonade. My server was very knowledgeable about the food on the menu which helped a lot with my order.

The staff at this location is excellent. They are super friendly and always courteous (even when it's really busy). I typically go for breakfast and it's always prepared exactly how I ordered it. I highly recommend this restaurant. And if you go, ask for Rose to be your server, she's fantastic!

Good BURGERS. Okay, I'll admit it. I was surprised they were fresh, good and actually looked like the picture in the menu! Haha. It's a nice option to have there. For a limited time you can get a cheese burger, fries and a drink for only $6.99 (this is in June '18). Service is always very friendly and they handle the common crowds well.

It was a cute little place in a strip mall. I'm not used to that for an IHOP but they didn't let that stop them from bringing that melt-in-your-mouth deliciousness.

Good BURGERS. Okay, I'll admit it. I was surprised they were fresh, good and actually looked like the picture in the menu! Haha. It's a nice option to have there. This particular location is awesome!!! What made it special for me was the authentic reception coming into the restaurant and was seated immediately with genuine smiles. That did it for me!!!! In my opinion that is pretty much what most people want when coming into a restaurant. People may had a rough day or just want to come in and have a good meal. It's just like welcome you into somebody's home. Come in. Take your shoes off. Give me a coat, have a seat. Let me get you some food. That's how I felt!!!! I know that may sound basic or simple, but for me it was really nice to have that feeling. I understand most service workers are frazzled and tired and dealing with crazy customers and you can see the exhaustion on their faces. I totally understand that and I have no problems with service workers. I support them 100%. But this was just a really different feel and I totally appreciate it. I highly recommend this location!!! 😁👍 Oh and before I forget, the food was awesome as always. Can't go wrong with a good breakfast at and fresh pot of coffee. 🥞☕

This IHOP is the very best IHOP I have ever been too.. I drive all the way from perris California to eat and have breakfast there. The food is fresh hot and very very delicious. (Shot out to the cook, because they can cook spactaclur food). The waitress in the early morning is really so very polite and professional. Everytime I get breakfast there I feel like I'm home, because im treated so very well, at times like a V.I.P. because she always checking on me! (Shot out to the waitress in the early mornings, thank you!). This IHOP is very very clean, and in a very nice secure area. Lately I had the pleasure of having dinner there and the steaks are really tender and juicy 😋. All the food is just a mouth full of pure heavenly delight 😋. So please if you want good food and very good service I strongly recommend this IHOP, BUT DON'T JUST TAKE MY WORD FOR IT, GO AND CHECK THIS IHOP OUT FOR YOURSELF YOU WILL BE VERY HAPPY AND GLAD YOU DID.😊,

Great breakfast. I had the Poblano omelette and the wife had the Breakfast sampler.

We enjoyed our visit, the waiter was attentive and courteous. He was familiar with the menu items and made good suggestions. The food was hot and prepared the way we ordered it and it was not crowded so it was a good atmosphere.

Nice place for a big gathering. Enjoyed their pancake and fried steak which I ordered. But their fried steak at other outlets was better, but you know, Different outlet has different standard after all. End of the day I still enjoyed it.

Greeted with a bright smile Food was good and fast (although there were only three parties in there at the time) Manager came around to make sure things were good. (A plus for sure) Overall all things executed well. I'll be back when I'm in town again.

Their cheddar and bacon chicken and waffles wasn't nearly as good as some other IHOP. Big portions for your money.

Terrible food but helpful staff. Ordered grilled chicken sandwich and it was fatty and dry. Asked for turkey substitute on other order and got dry overcooked paper thin chicken.

This was the weirdest IHOP restaurant that I've ever been to because it wasn't in a stand-alone building it was like in the shopping center. The food that they served me seem like some of the food was missing and I had to send the bacon back it should have been four slices but it was only two. I could have done a better job cooking the food myself at home. This IHOP was the worst to begin with the food was uncooked the nastiest pancakes and the Waffles we’re not even waffles they taste like garbage l asked for a kids menu they said because of Covid they couldn’t give kids menus or crayons I said that’s fine then I went to the restroom to wash my hands ,they had no soap so in other words they don’t wash their hands as well . When I left one of my daughters left her shoe behind l came back to get her shoe and they had trashed it ,very bad customer service I don’t recommend anyone coming here

This is the second time coming. The first time things were decent. I came a second time with my wife it was disappointing. The waiter never really attended us well. My wife asked for water and we never got it. We just had to wait a long time just to be attended to. We are not coming to this location again.smh

Super upset. I’ve been trying to order the appetizer sampler for weeks. Everytome I try to order there is some sort of issue. If you can’t handle to go order just take them off permanently so I can order from a location that can handle it. I never leave bad reviews but whence been trying to order the same thing for almost a month and I get the same issue it’s a problem on your end. Would be appreciative if this issue was fixed.

When we were sat down, the tables were sticky and gross as if they are using dirty unwashed rags to clean it... IF they even cleaned it. Under the table I stepped on random trash that was not picked up. The quality of their cleaning is poor. The quality of their overall presentation of care no longer exists. This is pretty much the standard in most locations, unfortunately. - Customer Service And now we come to the main problem... their customer service. At $20 dollars an hour, it seems like everywhere you go nowadays customer service got worse rather than better. IHOP seems to be hopping on that bad-customer-service train, and they don't want to be left behind. Well, great job. You're there. The first girl walks us in and sat us down. There, her job should've been to take our drink order and tell the waitress she sat us down and she's getting our drinks. That should've been what needed to happen. It did not. We sat for about 5 minutes and the waitress came over to the people sitting behind us to give them their bill. She walked away as if she saw nothing but ghosts (apparently) because we were ignored. She left, and she never came back. 7 minutes later, now 13 minutes sitting, we still have no drinks, nor a "Hello" or a look from her our way. At this point, my wife and I both decided to leave the restaurant, never to return again. - FINAL THOUGHTS Though it was a terrible experience, we thank them for showing us that we can leave and save money and not pay for a terrible experience. We went to our local VONS and spent $27 dollars and had a MUCH better meal, cleaner, and even have more food for about 3 days than spending $45/$50 on people that don't even care about their jobs. Here are my suggestions for the restaurant owners and their employees. - OWNER/S Your employees will be your downfall. They are the reason for your restaurant struggling. They are the reason why your location may close soon. Have better training. Have better management. They are obviously terrible at their jobs. Your bad employee today just let almost $50 walk out those doors, $20 to cover her pay plus some to cover expenses. Think on that for a minute. - WORKERS I/we pay your salary. You work for all of us. Your customers are your bosses, and currently, you suck at what you do for more money. IF you don't like your job, don't do it. You obviously don't need money if you're terrible at it. Let others that need a job take it. Go and pursue other options, but don't waste our time. We were extremely hungry, and you just made us have a better meal at home. Thank you. Owner, I am very sorry, you just lost our business and we will never come back again. It hurts me to say that because I am a small business owner myself and I pride myself on customer service.
