Well the handsome worker forgot my sauce and I didn't find out till I got to the spot where I was going to eat I seen that Mr. Cutie pie didn't put it in my bag. I called him and let him know that he forgot my sauce and he was cool enough to say give me your name and I'll replace the meal. I still gave him 5 stars only because he was cute....

You can’t beat the price and the quantity of food they give you. For 10. Bucks you get some awesome Poke! We come here weekly. The service was really good too. Nice guys working the front.

I love this place. The food is great! My favorite is the Salmon Poke bowl. I come every other day and it’s consistently good and nice service.

Just good healthy food. They're prices have gone up which is a bummer for what they use have as a 5.99 bowls. But it was good to experience once. I updated their menu real prices as of 2-10-2026

I thought it was weird when they offered a drink but made me to give 5 stars… feels dishonest, like a way to boost their rating. I might’ve given 5 stars anyways. Food was good for the value. But my friend thought he could get better poke elsewhere.

Small portions and under seasoned. We got two plates. Poke Tuna plate had mostly 80% rice and a small scoop of tuna. The tuna is very much sesame forward instead of soy or sweet with a slight tang of bitterness to finish (I didn't like the sesame oil quality very much). The texture was fine but we've had better in terms of quantity and flavor, for the price. The garlic shrimp was pricier. The shrimp, though decent in quality, lacked any texture (no maillard from grilling), had the smallest hint of garlic, and was underseasoned. This was paired with mostly a giant pile of white rice, a small scoop of potato salad, and a scoop of lettuce with salad dressing. Overall, pretty disappointing considering the ratings. Maybe it's an off day but both dishes lacked proper seasoning and had very little to no umami. Portions also left us wanting especially since we're not in the mood to just eat a ton of rice. Hate to be picky but I may have had higher expectations here. It certainly did not resemble any poke or garlic plate I've had in Maui.

Poke bowls used to have decent quantity of food. Now the amount given is more rice, seaweed and less fish. The price has increased with less food. It's a shame because this restaurant was my favorite. The owner needs to inspect the quality and quantity of food.

So I ordered a chicken teriyaki bowl with rice. Obviously they ask me if I wanted the regular plate that came with macaroni and salad. I said no just the rice and the chicken teriyaki. Then I also ordered 2 orders of Spam musubi . You think that when you order something It's going to be right or to your liking because it's just. Normal like that I don't know who else feels this way. But when I order Spam musubi, it's going to be dry so you want to dip it in something they told me it came with the dipping sauce on it incorrect dry as hell so I had to go back and get some teriyaki sauce to dip it in then, as you can tell the picture, they gave me the chicken teriyaki but they put this weird carrot stuff on the side. I don't know to make it look good. I'm sorry I don't care if my food looks good. I wanted to taste good and that just messes up the rice. So I give this place a 2 stars.

Horrible food. The short ribs were fatty and grey and insanely overpriced ($25 was robbery). The "garlic" shrimp was bland and had no taste of garlic in sight. The "macaroni" salad was disgusting, mainly had potato, and tasted like store bought potato salad; tasted like something you buy at Von's. The dude wouldn't let us eat there either even though they didn't close for another 30 minutes. Drink selection sucks too, overpriced canned sodas and Sam's Club water. I would not recommend this place at all. L&L is miles better than this. Genuinely the worst Hawaiian food me and my girlfriend have ever had. How this place has 4.8 stars? I have no idea. Maybe they paid people to review it so highly.

I wish I could give this 0 stars. The garlic shrimp had NO garlic. At all. Or flavor for that matter. The “macaroni” salad was essentially potato salad with pieces of noodle in it… tasted like the one you Could buy from a tub at Vons and the worst of it all was the damn short ribs. It was 90% fat 10% actual meat, which really pissed me off because it was $25!!! Right off the bat I know I got ripped off when I saw it, the color was off it was grey and with every bite it was harder to eat with how much fat there was. I was so disappointed given how high the ratings are. Sucks.
