Everyone raves about chick fil a’s customer service but I must say this location has them beat. From the moment I entered the door I was greeted by what seemed like the entire staff. Everyone was upbeat and had a smile on their face, the vibe was infectious! The place looks great and the food was good as well. Keep up the good work you all!
This is a great place. The people here always greet with a smile and have wonderful atmosphere. Food taste so good and fresh. Perfect for after the beach snack on the ride back home. The line doesn't. Take long either.
Outstanding experience! Excellent customer service, delicious food, and super clean environment. The decor is stylish, and the Flava Flav cardboard cutout is a fun bonus! Our food came out quickly and was absolutely delicious. Special shoutout to Bianka—an amazing cashier—and Alexis, who was awesome too! Highly recommend!

I finally visited this recently opened Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers establishment. The drive thru lines are long but they are organized & move pretty fast. You can only enter on Hawthorne Blvd (North of Lomita). I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. The chicken is more moist than chic-fil-A & their cole slaw is fresh and tastes better than KFC. I ordered their Box Combo meal which also comes with a buttery bread. Their dip is also good, similar to a thousand island dressing. Overall, I would highly recommend.
So I visited the Torrance location and the drive-thru line was very long. I was able to find parking on the street and went inside to order. The staff were very nice and even though it was so packed they seen to be able to handle the stress. The food once again was delicious. I even got extra food, can't say no to that.....lol 😁😍❤
Raising Cane's is finally in the South Bay! Yes....it's still a little bit of a wait to get the long awaited chicken sensation, but if you have 45 minutes to spare, it's well worth it! They do one thing and do it really well. The chicken is crispy and juicy, the Texas toast is sweet and pillowy, the coke slaw is the creamy Midwestern mayo style (my preferred style...and hard to find in SoCal). My wife got the fries and loved them as well. The staff and security did a great job of managing the drive-thru and it was really a smooth process. We will be back 🙂!
The service is usually pretty fast. Even if there’s a long line, the staff works quickly to get your order done. Most of the time, the food is ready in under five minutes. I’m giving four stars only because, in my opinion, the chicken and other items tend to be a bit too greasy. But they’re still really tasty. One big plus is that they stay open pretty late. The atmosphere is also really nice if you’re going with friends.
Very tasty chicken fingers (strips)! Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The fries were ok. The toast was not bad but IMO, unnecessary. Pro tip: if there are only two of you just get the 6-piece combo. Trust me it’s enough! Comes with lots of fries, Texas toast and a large drink. My wife and I barely finished it all.
This is a great location. It was my first time at a raising cane’s and it was great! The food is priced well - within the $9.99-15.00 range, I got the 3 chicken combo and my friend got the sandwich combo. The chicken combo comes with Texas toast - the bread is buttery and not like out of the world but decent. The fries were really good - better than shake shacks crinkle fries, the portion sizes were also perfect. It didn’t feel like too much or too little. The service was super fast — didn’t take over 2 minutes. Would recommend stopping by for a quick lunch!!
Perfect walk in and easy ordering, not so busy around 4 pm . Got the 4 chicken fingers combo and I see why its listed as favorite. It has a lot of stuff going on in a box - coleslaw, fries , cane sauce , toast , and 4 chicken fingers and you get a lemonade as well. It is quite fulfilling for a single person. Chicken was crispy, hot and juicy which reaks perfection but could smell and taste the oil a tad too much . The sauce is amazing , gives a nice taste to chicken. I would come back for more.
Passed this place a few times... today was the day I popped in. Pretty nice upscale environment for a fast food joint. Had the "Box Combo" came with chicken fingers, Texas toast crinkle 🍟 and creamy Cole Slaw. Chicken fingers were nice and crispy but juicy inside. Great flavor, no real distinct spice but tasty. The slaw was creamy and tangy. Fries were sufficiently crispy but not overly so. All in all yummy for the tummy. Would not have a problem coming back.
Came here for lunch. Was busy but the line went quick. For fast food the fried chicken fingers were good. Best deal is the box combo for the price. Not a fan of the cane's sauce, to much black pepper. Good thing I brought my own hot sauce. Great location fast service, friendly staff. Indoor dining was nice.
To be honest I had no idea what I was getting into when I got in line I just saw a line I was hungry so I got in it 😂 I was in that drive-thru line I got the combo box it was good and the employees were very polite. I deducted a star because of the over an hour wait in the drive thru line. The chicken stips and the sauce and the Texas bread were all delicious but my fries were overcooked and dried and I LOVE french fries so I deducted another star(I would have just done half a star but they don't allow that on here).
Staff was lovely and polite, absolutely adored them. The food is okay but for as much money as I spent, $13 on a three-tender combo, their tenders were very small, and the best part of the meal was the fries. The fries were honestly some of the best fast food fries that I've had in a very long time, they actually reheat really well the next day, and they were good even when cold. The cane sauce was really nice and I would highly recommend getting extra of it. The chicken itself was very tender and juicy, it was just a very small tender compared to most other places that I've been to. The soda tasted very watered down/ low low carbonation. The Texas toast was nice, I didn't know I would have had to ask for it to be toasted on both sides.
I come here JUST for the tall corner booth in the back near the bathroom. It's such a cozy place to sit and hang out with my friends. I'm not a huge fan of the food, I only like the fries. Don't like that they charge extra for canes sauce. But, the food always comes out piping hot and fast. The service and the people working are always nice and make sure to keep the tables clean. Overall great place, even better if you like the food because you get comfy seats and comfy food.
I ordered the can I a combo through drive thru. Drove an hour back home to open my box with just 4 pcs of chicken. It happened before already. Get your shit together!!!
First time visiting a Raisin’ Cane. The restaurant is nice and spacious, service was friendly, but the food was mediocre. Finding a strand of hair on the chicken certainly didn’t make a good first impression…yikes!
Why do I get less fries for the meal and double the amount if I order fries by them self…last time the fries came in it own separate containers filled up. The consistency on how you give orders suck
Food at any raising canes is really good but once you see a deep fried hair in your food its a waste of money cause i have to throw it away. Employees need to wear hairnets!!!
Terrible experience in the driver throw. Got asked to park made me wait for 20 minutes and my order was not complete other car were getting thier food threw the windows i only order a combo. Look the side of fries and be the judge
Smaller portion + watered-down dipping sauce - coleslaw = R.IP. Cane's I've been eating Canes since 2020. It's obvious the chicken strips are much smaller. No more coleslaw except for the large combo. And now you water down the Cane sauce?!? I'm done. You can't keep lowering the quality and think people are going to spend money. It's really three star now but I'm giving it one star for still charging the same price. RIP
Double check your orders if you eat here. They’ve messed up my order 5 out of the last 6 times already. They’re prob on autopilot so anything outside of the standard order won’t come out right. Food is good, but seems like their chicken tenders are getting small. Literally looks like half the sizes of what they used to be.
