Drive called me, I told them to check in with the security that I am on my way up to the booth, to pick up from her since i am at a place of business. She left my pizza with security, meaning another person touching my food. She was gone, No way was the conversation telling her to leave the food with him. All visitors must check in with security. Who knows how long before I would have been notified it was there with security. In the special instructions it said to check in with security. not to leave with security.

I think the pizza is good. I used to work at a pizza place and know how much things cost pizza dough and toppings cost. The most expensive ingredient is the cheese. I ordered a pizza last night and had to pay $25 for a large pizza pickup at the store. That is too much for one pizza. To give a tip would have been nearly $30, so I had to decline the tip. You need to lower the prices a bit. That is way too expensive for one pizza. Please consider. Also if i want a topping on the pizza i pay a certain price. If I want a topping on 1/2 the pizza and would like to add more of the topping I am charged additional for the amount I would have got on the whole pizza. Something to think about. We like pizza hut but costco pizza is close to the flavor at less than 1/2 the price for the same or more amount of toppings. Also im disappointed because the price for the customer picking up is so high. I cant imagine the cost if i had it delivered. Comparatively to a ma and pa pizza place close to my house they charge roughly $32 for the order and I get an order of wings. Your wings for 12 is nearly $17. Your prices are way to overpriced!!!! You can get and order of 12 wings, soda, and french fries at the buffalo spot or wingstop for that price and wings are what they specialize in. Your wings are ok but a little small, and WAY too costly. Consider lowering some of the prices and gaining more customers ordering more items. Pizzahut Corporation will make more money and the customer saves as well.

Their service is normally okay, but one time their TV ad offered pizza at a special price for a week and the female mgr wouldn't honor it. Said the "special" was over. "Over? I just heard it on TV last night. They said it would last for a week." She wouldn't even call the district mgr to verify it. I wasted $6 in gas and disappointed 3 friends who were expecting me to return with two pizzas. Maybe just a mistake, but I think it could have been handled better.

It was like one topping divided by three and then 50% was taken shaved off. Not coming back. Dominos in Hawthorne did this too wherever multiple toppings are ordered and I don't go there anymore either.

Does this look appetizing to you? Burnt pizza and hard crust. If you try calling the store they direct you to an operator which has no idea what's happening. When they transfer you to the store all you get is ads and then a few rings to being hung up on every time avoid this Pizza Hut!

I have not went to Pizza Hut for a while and I will probably not go back. A simple thing like can I have a menu he says they don't have any I have to scan the app.. I don't use my phone for this purposes and now they charge for every little thing. No parmesan packages I have to pay for it. I didn't take a photo however the pizza was terrible

The stuffed crust and the wings were ok, but the so called "Service Fee" that Pizza Hut charges to serve us snobs in California - it's spelled out on the receipt that the fee is "to recover the extra cost of doing business in California" is not even worth one star. I will make your life a lot easier: I will not buy from you anymore. Since the prices are insanely high already and PH adds an extra fee for "serving me in California", I will gladly buy my Pizza somewhere else. And this is not about this one location, this is about Pizza Hut in General. One Pizza, wings and 5 slices of small bread for $55? No, thank you.

So I have used this a Pizza Hut many times and the food quality has always been pretty good so I order it for my kids when I work late or am out of town. Tonight I ordered about $30 worth of food again and was surprised to get a FaceTime from my 13 & 17 year old children with the driver Italo basically calling them dumb saying "can you not understand" (remind you his English is horrible) and saying no credit card, no food. He became very disrespectful so I told my children to close the door. I went to the store and the manager apologized and refunded the money, she even offered to give me the food for free. But as I had to leave a engagement to deal with this I did not want the food nor any other compensation. I have no issue if I need to have a credit card present I will either leave my card there or just order somewhere else. But the fact they do not follow there own policy (this was the first out of 6) it is frustrating and for the driver to be condescending and disrespectful means I will not patronize this business any longer.

An hr went by I called in and they said my order has been ready but it was under carryout. Picked up my food. Served my 6yo some boneless wings while I ate my pizza. Went to take a bite of a wing and felt something weird. Spit it out and found a gooey rotten chicken wing with a foul smell- immediately was sick to my stomach after realizing my 6yo was just eating some. Called the store and the cashier had zero empathy and offered store credit or a new order. I declined because I wanted the $16 dollars I paid back and asked to speak to a manager to advise to take a look at their inventory. The cashier chuckled and said he was the manager- he definitely wasn't the manager when I picked up my order. The pizza hut hotline lady said she would have someone email me back but couldn't even get my contact info right and I have no confirmation of the conversation like she said I would receive. I will be contacting the health inspection when they are back from the holidays.

This pizza cut location took my phone order and said it would be ready in 15 minutes. When I arrived 20 minutes later, they had somehow lost my order and had not started making the pizza. I was feeding 16 boys and had a time constraint so it was extremely inconvenient to waste another 15 minutes waiting. The order somehow never made it to the computer. They were not busy, mine was their only order. They were not apologetic, they simply offered to make the pizzas at that time. I had no choice but to wait.

I ordered a pizza, wings & pasta for delivery and it never showed up. The App stated it would be delivered by 9:41pm. I call the location at 10:15pm asking what was the delay and the woman asked for my name and number. She said she didn’t have it on file. I explained that’s impossible because I have my app here says it was to be delivered at 9:41pm and she then asked me to hold. I’m Literally still on hold and it’s been 9 minutes and 32 seconds. Definitely too long if I had time to write this while waiting for her to come back. Stay tuned and I’ll let you know if she ever returns. P.S.- my credit card was already charged.

first of all the web site is unuseable. tried to use it for 1/2an hour and ended up calling order in. had a $25 gift card that unfriendly counter help couldnt get to work,they just kept sliding it ,even though it didnt work even after suggesting to put in the numbers which they finally did after 20 minutes. asked for some pepper flakes but was told its an additional $1.30 . suggested they throw the dog a bone for the delay, but no. not going back , Dominos down the street is just as good ,cheaper and their web site is functionable👎👎

Pizza hut using door dash to deliver pizza now!!! driver 25 minutes late claims the app sent her to San Pedro and we live in the opposite direction and said it would take another 15 minutes to get to me. We called the store to cancel the order, manager said he would have to call door dash to cancel!!! I ordered online pizza hut not door dash. Hope we will not have an issue with this refund!!!
