They really helped me out with everything that I needed and I gave them a five stars because they made my experience that much more enjoyable and I like the fact that they recommended different lemonades and different flavors and this is the spot to go to for the best lemonades and the best drinks by far

You can't go wrong with some cucumber mint agua fresca and horchata, especially on a hot day. There's a great balance of sweetness and flavor here.

Yay, they offer free samples here for you to taste the various beverages! They have a wide selection of drinks, including lemonade, fruity juices, and even horchata! Mixed berry lemonade was sweet and refreshing (probably chock full of sugar, lol), so I got that as my drink. There are two sizes to choose from—regular and large. I liked how my drink had two fresh blueberries inside. :)

I was having a good day. I really, really was. Decent weather— nice and sunny, so I figured it was the perfect day for an outing or two. I went to a park, called a friend, and then I decided I’d worked up enough of a sweat to go grab myself something refreshing. Having remembered hearing good things about Sip Fresh, I finished my phone call and headed over to the mall. Love the place, so many options, so the prospect of trying something new was exciting. I make my way to the Sip Fresh corner, there’s a bit of a line, so I go and wait. I did recall that the employees were friendly and engaging; it was definitely making a good first impression on me! So, it gets to be my turn, and I order the Mango Iced Tea, because I was feeling fruity. The worker greeted me with a smile, we completed the transaction, and I went on my phone for a minute as I waited. When they give me the drink, however, it’s nearly ALL ice. Safe to say, I was frozen with shock. I glance around at the other customers, trying to see if it’s just me, but apparently not… With one exception, most everyone’s drinks seemed to be comprised of mostly ice as well. It literally looked like they’d already drank their beverages, but we’d all JUST NOW been handed our drinks. Because it seems to be the standard procedure here —for whatever reason— I didn’t hassle the workers. They were efficient, seemed to follow the same careful procedure for each order, and were very friendly, as I’ve mentioned. Fair enough. But if you’re craving a delicious, fruity beverage, and not a cup of ice? Maybe shop elsewhere.

Why do you not have lids?? Like?? I didnt appreciate walking around spilling my drink everywhere cuz i put whip cream on my cup... :( ill just get starbucks next time. Also the horchata was like super watered down lol

They forgot about my order so i left without my drink. Don't recommend unless your okay wasting money at ony the possibility of getting your drink if i could id give negative stars

I came here for the first time and expected a very fresh drink, cause it was burning hot today. When I was told to pay 7 dollars I was shocked but tried to understand. Then I took my first sip. I was in absolute shock. It was wayyy too sweet and not fresh at all. But since it was expensive I tried to tell myself it was all okay. But every time I took a sip, the pressure was getting bigger. It was too expensive to throw away, but too sweet to keep drinking. I was expecting a natural tasting fruit juice, but it tasted too artificial. My shoulders were getting heavier. My back started hurting as well. The pressure was crawling up to me. And eventually swallowed me up. I had to turn away.

So I go to Del Amo often and this place is new so I wanted to see if I wanted to buy a drink from here. Keep in mind they do give out samples. My mom has tried 2 and she gave one to my brother which made it seem like she got 3 samples. So the manager starts talking to one of his co workers in front of us and tells him ," Stop giving samples to that lady " as if we weren't gonna buy anything. It was just simply unprofessional of the manager to assume and make stupid comments in front of customers like that. We ended up getting a large drink , because I didn't want to give the manager the satisfaction of being right. But the manager is super unprofessional.
