One of my favorite places for happy hour. The food is always delicious and the drinks tasty. They usually have a margarita of the month for a good price as well. The bartenders and servers are great! Highly recommend this location.

This place is always pretty quick, usually clean and the service is above and beyond. I can come here with my loud kids and not be stressed or judge. We can usually get our preferred booth. I just really appreciate the staff being said friendly and helpful. And like always, that famously good food.

Went with my girlfriend on a date here. Friendly service, relatively fast and very enjoyable. Our servers asked us whenever we needed refills on chips and soda. Food was great too! I definitely recommend.

We fancy like Chili's on a day night...i know that's not how the song goes but this is my hubby's and my favorite go-to date night spot. The prices are great, the food is delicious, and the staff is so friendly and attentive. There is a waitress there who knows our drink order and always kinda has them ready when we are seated in her section and when we're not she always comes and says hi. We really appreciate that kind of service.

Food and drinks were very delicious. We were seated right away. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive. In the 6 years we've lived in Tracy, my kids have never been here. Very happy we had a wonderful experience for my sons graduation lunch.

First time I have been there. And I must say it was a very very nice experience as we celebrated my grandsons birthday. The food was delicious! We were a party of 12 and ordered were pizza, burgers, salads, soups "especially the potato soup" appetizers, steak, nuggets, shrimp pasta, fajitas, chips & salsa & fries. The drinks were tasty as well. No alcohol was consumed so no comment. The service was prompt and the servers were very nice and accommodative. Everyone on staff even came out to sing Happy Birthday to my grandson which topped the whole evening off plus an ice cream that was on the house!! Kuddos Chili's for making my grandsons birthday 🎈 a special one!!

It's the first time we have had a date night in a while so we sat in the bar area. We had seats instantly and the server was great. It was quite the improvement from the last visit. The server kindly shared the bar was a little slow so drinks were ordered one right after the other, and it was perfect timing. Our food was on point and the bill was right around 60 including tip.

Excellent place with amazing menu.

They were a little slow getting to us initially. Seems they were doing some training for new wait staff which slowed the initial service. The food was great, the staff friendly and attentive to our needs. We enjoyed a very nice dinner at a great price. The chocolate chip cookie and ice cream for dessert were the perfect finish.

Service was great. We had one main guy at a table of 17 including 4 teenage boys and 2 teens and 2 small kids. He was very organized in how he took orders, very attentive and did a good job on refills, fixing an order and making us feel welcome. Food was very good too.

Even though they are at half capacity they were the same as before the virus spread amazing food and friendly staff

The burgers are so good here. Very juicy. I have had them a few times now and they are great! Our waitress was very good as well.

As far as Chili's goes, this is one of the best I've been at. We were seated quickly even though we had 6 adults and 5 kids. The wait staff was very attentive and friendly. The manager was also out checking on us and clearing empty plates. The food came out fast and prepared well.

This Chillis is a really good branch! The waits were not bad. They were friendly and answered all my daughter's questions. The food was good. We had a minor issue, and they more than made up for it. It's definitely a good representation of the Chillis brand!

Staff was friendly and accommodating for our big party of 10. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Three of us had the salmon & there weren't any complaints.

Chilis is a first choice restaurant for our family when we’re traveling, so we’ve been to many across the country. This one definitely stood out as our favorite. The restaurant is well maintained and clean, the staff is so friendly, and food was great. We ate here both directions on our road trip. The bartender remembered us and asked how our trip was. Thanks for the great service! EDIT: We had a chance to stop in to this location again and we’re so pleasantly surprised to see the same bartender, Drew. He remembered us! Again, a great experience all around!

Another great chilis experience, make sure to make a rewards account so you can get free chips and salsa every time you go. Pretty much always get something off the 3 for 10$ menu because it's such a good deal

Great food, great service, female bartender was a bit overwhelmed, she kept apologizing for wait times. But in all honesty I thought she did great, she was cute and friendly, kept a smile, the drinks were out pretty fast. She even made a solid whiskey sour, a drink that is not on the menu, some neighboring restaurants struggled with that… I can’t complain at all.

I have been getting curbside food to go recently. The staff is always helpful and happy to help me. The food has been made well the last four orders or more. They only forget salad dressing one time. The Smash burger is actually very good. One of our new favorites. The chips and salsa are so good too.

I went here a couple times and I gotta say this is the best food and customer service. The waiter was so nice and professional. The food arrived so fast like under 10 minutes. Especially the waiter gave me a refill without me asking. So overall I highly recommend this place.

Typical franchise restaurant. Food was good, Service was good. Drinks were good. Atmosphere was fine. I wish the servers wouldn't sing "Happy Birthday", but a lot of places choose to, so I'm in the minority I guess. Parking here is plentiful after 5. There's a lot of nearby businesses that close after 5 leaving the lot pretty open. Easy to park a large vehicle or truck. Lot is a little dark at night, but feels safe.

My wife and I went to Chili’s tonight in Tracy. We were headed home and we both wanted a hamburger with some substance and good fries. It had been awhile since we had been to a Chili’s restaurant. The place was busy but not swamped. My wife was craving a Mushroom Burger and I decided to try their special 3 for $10.99. I ordered their Old Timer Burger w/Fries and it came with an appetizer (small salad was my choice - decent side salad) and this also included a drink. My wife really enjoyed her Mushroom Burger and fries. The service was really good and the staff was very attentive. The restaurant was clean and very well kept up. I would encourage that if you are in Tracy and want a nice meal from a chain restaurant, Chili’s might be the place to visit. We will be back.

I was quite surprised at how good my burger was. When a burger stands out you know the food is good. Back a second time and Eva took really great care of me while I was at the bar.

My food was not very good at first. But the manager named Don took care of my messed up order. That was my first time there. I just moved into the area 3 days ago. Thanks for having such a great manager. Eb.

They were able to accommodate our large party during lunch with no trouble. The servers were attentive and very polite. The food all came out near the same time which is impressive given the size of our party.

Chillis is always a good place to eat. Baby back ribs are awesome. Plus you get free chips and salsa while you wait for your meal. Their price definitely went up from last year but its expected.

Service was 5 stars, salsa bowls & water glasses were never empty. Food was 3 stars, basically Chili's/restaurant chain normal. It's unremarkable and most everything has a faint taste of can or plastic bag. Double OT w/cheese not bad (a bit heavy on the mustard), just get w/out that nasty bagged shredded lettuce....

Good food. Almost never a wait. Chili's is a chain restaurant, so you are not going to get anything "different" or "exciting". What you will get is food prepared well, delivered quickly, by wait staff that always has a smile on their faces and are always eager and willing to help. The staff in Tracy is really friendly and the restaurant is always clean. I like going there to eat.

We come here often. I love the shrimp fajitas the best. The steak here is just so so, but the salsa, guac, chips, are really good. The parking here can get a bit crazy if you come during the rush. We usually go early so we can avoid this. It's good for kids and the picture menu can allow the child to pick out what they want on their own, even if they can't read yet. I would recommend it. The staff there is pretty friendly and it is definitely good for kids! :)

Food is better than expected and priced even better, which is hard to find nowadays. Very clean and well maintained. Service good. 3 visits in a month and enjoyed all visits. However, don't get the new Philly steak, horrible, airy bread and no real cheese, cheese wiz called queso which sucked.

I'll start by saying that it was nice to be able to eat out in a restaurant again since March 2020, the servers and workers are young and friendly. The food takes a while to come out after being ordered and the restaurant needs a little more upkeep but that's not on the servers, I put this on the management staffing. I was also surprised to see that the tables were being occupied next to each other and not being blocked by distancing. We had people sitting in booths immediately behind us. It didn't bother us but just thought it to be odd that other places are being more cautious about this. Food is still good just don't go in too hungry because you'll begin to get hangry before your food comes out.

Ann was awesome. One of the best people I've experienced. The burgers were hot and Juicy, the fries could have been a tad crisper but overall really good food.

It's Chili's, don't expect a Michelin experience here. That said, the service was excellent, the tap beer was fresh and cold, and the food was hot. I like the friendly local atmosphere in the bar area. I brought my 3 year old but she's heard me use worse language yelling at the TV when football is on.

Everyone one knows Chilli's does great fajitas, burgers, margaritas and more but if you would have told me I was going to have a DELICIOUS vegetarian lunch there today I would have told you "you're nuts!" But then it happens...the Black bean veggie fajitas. It was wonderful! So many flavors...not just your standard onions and bell peppers as you can see from the pic. Way to go Chilli's! I'll be back! I would have given 5 stars but I ordered a draft beer and got this huge glass...no pints here? Well...they didn't offer and I didn't think to ask. Also I really feel like the brown paper bags the silverware comes in is super wasteful and out dated. Just sayin'

the food was fine but the service was great! i felt like the ribs had no flavor and we’ll sort of disappointed, i asked if dry at the end of the day… just a flavor thing not a chest fault but wanted killler ribs!

I got their tripple-dipper and a hamburger meal i forgot which one, but they were pretty good. the mozzarella sticks never disappoint, but the burger meal wasn’t for me. i come here a good amount of times so i’ll get something different next time! also the waiters were all really cool and accommodating, love it here!!

Went here for the first time with my family. The waiter was friendly. The place was clean, and had a nice atmosphere.

Went in for pick-up after getting notified my order was ready, the staff did not look at or acknowledge me for quite awhile before finally giving my order. Havent been to chilis in a long time and lovedd it when I did dine in thought! I had a very nice and attentive server with very good food. I do not recommend the watermelon lemonade though, taste like medicine.

It was cool. Had a good time discussing business with my business partner. The food was good. I tried the TexMex bowl for the first time. My business partner ordered the chicken strips and street corn. I couldn't complain. I actually liked it. It was worth ordering again. Our waitress Anna was nice and had a good sense of humor. The margaritas use well vodka, so it's not really worth ordering. I would go back if Anna was on shift!

Have a good happy hour with 1/2 priced apps on Sundays. . Thier appetizers were good with a variety of options. Thier guac actually tasted fresh..yummmm... The boneless Buffalo wings were good and the south west egg rolls were also different but good.... we will be stopping here again.

Went to Chili's for the first time in a long time. Food was good. We had appetizers, which were half off all day Sunday. We had boneless wings, big mouth bites and eggrolls. Food was cooked to order, which I find doesn't always happen at these chain places. Service was good. Our guy seemed to be gone for long periods of time but we weren't in need of anything so it wasn't a big deal. We went around 2 and the place wasn't crowded at all. Food came out pretty quickly. All in all was a good meal and worth going back to again.

It's a great place for a quick, easy casual bite to eat family -friendly , kids are welcome, but also has a bar area with big screen t.v.'s, and drinks. We love their presidente margaritas and chips and salsa/queso. Try it out , open on Monday's , too. 🙂

Spicy shrimp tacos were very tasty, but the waiter wasn't very helpful. I ordered a margarita with sparkling water and they didn't do it right, so he brought another one and it tasted kind of bitter and like a simple lemonade, so the waiter didn't seem to care about that and took it away without asking if I wanted some other drink or beverage. I was very disappointed.

We went for the happy hours. Good food & beer. Server was very helpful. We were given extra beer that was not b ordered. Server acknowledged the mistake but she didn't remove it from my bill. I just notice it when I got my e-mail I was already @home.

The restaurant had a weird unpleasant odor. Almost left before getting beverages. Food was your typical mediocre over salted chain restaurant meals. Made me remember why I prefer to cook at home unless I have money for a nice place. Meh.. Had Nachos appetizer (chips tasted dipped in salty seasoning) Fajitas (chicken & shrimp) Enjoyed that portion.

There is only one reason I'm giving this place a three star... I took my mom sister and son to this location at around 2pm. When I got there the waitress looked confused. After getting settled down a gentleman came and asked how we we're, he gave us a few minutes and we started to order our drinks then told him we are ready to order as well.... We put our order in and this is when it gets really ugly. We waited for our drinks for about 20 minutes, we looked around and it wasn't even busy, so our drinks finally get to us we wait for about another 20 minutes and our food gets delivered, now the food was good,but my sister did not get here and they never even asked if we needed forks and knife... I had to ask for it... An hour and my sister did not get her food we wait for another 20 minutes, then we finally all eat. After that I told the waitre for the bill and a manager because of their lac for costumer service.. the manager arrives and I explain to him what happened he must have understood me because he was embarrassed for the place... He tells me to hold on and to see what he can do for the bad experience we had there ..... So because of the manager there I will be going back he did a great job keeping the costumer satisfied. To him I say thank you again.

I love chilis however on 2 separate occasions we had issues with moldy shredded cheese. The first time was when I ordered the chicken fajitas and I noticed black spots on the cheese. I thought it was maybe an old bag of cheese so I let it go. The 2nd time was about 3 weeks later, my husband and daughter ordered salads and both of them had black spots on their cheese. We brought it to our waiters attention. We haven’t been back since but we did love the restaurant. We hope they look into this issue because it can make people sick.

The only reason I'm giving it a 3 is because we had great service. All of our tasted like it was bathed in salt overnight and then more salt added before it got to us. Definitely the last time we will be going there.

Dining in is fine, however their To-Go experience consistently drops the ball. Repeatedly 20-30 minutes late from the time they say the food will be ready, and when it is "ready" it has been prepared incorrectly and is missing items. Definitely won't try that again.

Not sure what happened to all the friendly, outgoing staff that has been there forever , but there is a new wave of people in there who really are too young to understand good customer service. Please don't sweep the floor around my table while I'm eating, bad idea. Check on us once I a while to make sure we have what we need....try moving a little faster instead of on Hawaiin time, if I wanted slow I'd go to Hawaii.

We had a big group of 5 adults and 6 kids. We had to wait and was dissapointed that they put us in the bar area on tables that were high. It was not safe for the smaller kids. The service was slow and we were surprised why the kids menu food came last. I was already done with my food and they were just getting theirs. I definitely wont be coming back here.

The host was great no wait, the runner was awesome she ran our food out still warm, the server wasn't great, never really did anything for us, I never ate my food. I ASKED FOR A BOX A FEW TIMES, The host brought us out box. We mentioned multiple times it was my little boys birthday. Tables sat after us did get sang hbd, most staff seems concerned with visiting eachother & guests in bar area, this is the 3rd time we have come with horrible service. My son requested to come for his birthday lunch. He turned 9. We just felt ignored, we couldnt get more napkins. There was a larger party almost done when we arrived but still, I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION, LIVERMORE SEEMS BETTER.

Every bite of food was delicious, from the nachos to the smash burger and the molten chocolate cake. The only thing missing was the awesome blossom, but everything else definitely made up for it. Our server was super sweet and attentive. Everything came out quick, was fresh, and, again delicious 😋

The upkeep of the restaurant is below par and the alcohol selection was underwhelming. So much so that I had gone through few rounds selecting different options when I was told what I was selected wasn't there. The margarita that was served was the most sugary we had in a long time. The food quality wasn't good as well. I have been to Chilli's before at different locations and the experience was far better than this location. I hope the other locations continue to provide a good experience.

Poor service for lunch time. Waited 30 minutes for someone to acknowledge me!! Others said they had been waiting also 30+ minutes for a drink they ordered!! The manager must have been doing to cooking as he was in the kitchen for at least 20 minute, he then came out and didnt even make eye contact with the people waiting...I didn't know he was the manager until I ask if there was a manger to speak with...he said I'm the manager...I told him I had been waiting over 30 minutes and I now had to leave and wouldn't be able to have any lunch!! His comment was he was sorry!! Bad service!!

I was there last week, with a high chair at the end of the table. Today, i come in and sat at the very exact table and they wont give me a high chair for that table. Instead, offers me a booster that can fall thru between the table and bench. NOT family friendly. Would give NO stars if I could. Manager would rather lose customers than be consistent with rules. Obviously has no communication with his staff.

I ordered two fajita trio meals and BOTH of them had raw shrimp in it! I didn't realize this until I already brought them home. So, yay. This place has steadily been going downhill for a while now which is unfortunate because I loved taking my family here.

The food there is terrible cold fries and flat beer. If you want good quality food in Tracy go to Texas roadhouse. And if you do decide to go to Chili’s, make sure to double check your bill

It’s understandable that times are tough, and there is labor shortage. At least set the right expectations, or show some acknowledgement to the fact that the customer has been waiting for their order since over an hour, after placing the order. The staff walks past us, ignores us, and goes about the chores, still no sign of the food or an update. We were told 2 minutes, and now it’s gotten close to 30 minutes. Still waiting…terrible service. Not getting food here any time soon.

Had company over and treated them to Chili’s take out. Food was great and we were okay spending over $80 + a $5 tip. However one of my guests order was missing half of the meal and two of the side salads were missing red onions. We called to report it and we’re told by management that they weren’t going to do anything about it and they hoped we came back, but if we didn’t that was okay. Hung up the phone pretty dumbfounded. Very very disappointed to be treated like that :-(

Four of us went for lunch, we waited 10 min. For a table to be cleared, our waiter was friendly but lousy at placing orders. We waited 40 mins for our food that was cold when we got it and only 2 meals came out. We asked for the manager who showed up in what looked like her pajama. She apologized for everything and said desert was on her. After all of us finally ate we ordered desert to go. The manager returned asking that only 2 of us order desert (very tacky) anyway to late we already ordered 4 deserts that took 30 min. To come out. When we got home we found that one order was wrong and one of the cheesecakes had a hair in it. NEVER WILL ANY OF US EAT THERE AGAIN. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

My mom and I, went to this location today for lunch and had to leave since we didn't get our food or drinks or even water after waiting for 30minutes. Yet, Tables that were seated much later then us were already getting second helping of appetizers and were done with their drinks The server was less then helpful and host just pointed us to a section without so much as a "Hello" or "Welcome to Chili's" that im accustomed to. When my mom had questions regarding soups the young lady made a rude face and pointed to the menu. Very disappointed about this mistreatment.

I ordered at 9:20 pm for curbside pickup everthing seemed to be going well. Staff would come out to ask what the name on the order was I am pretty sure 3 people came out to check on us. Order was said to be ready at 9:40 to 9:45. So we wait as people come and go an hour passes and no check up no nothing we finally go in to check on our order it was sitting on the counter no text to say order was ready no one came to bring our order. As well as no explanation as to why our food was ready sitting on the counter. More than likely the first and last time we will ever come to this Chili's.

It seems like they change the menu quite often, so if you're expecting to order one of your favorites, chances are they don't serve it anymore. It took quite a while to get our food even though the restaurant wasn't busy. My spare ribs were lukewarm, the coleslaw was tasteless & the fries were cold-straight from the kitchen. The quality of their food has gone downhill. I doubt I will be returning to this Chili's. Not the birthday dinner I was expecting. ☹️

The Margarita chicken I ordered to go looks terrible. It appears to have been taken from the freezer and microwaved. The pale color doesn't match the grilled appearance in the menu picture. I couldn't eat it, very disappointing! Wish I can upload the photo so you can see it for yourself. What a waste of time & my MONEY. Money I earned hard for 😡

If you go here and Crystal is your bar tender. Leave. She provides the worst service and attitude I've ever had any where. Terrible attitude, horrible service, worst person I've encountered. Ruined my dinning experience every time she has been the bar tender.

Ordered for my daughter that has celiac disease, made sure they understood no bread, no fries and they ensured that they would cook and prepare on a dedicated gluten free surface... Meal delivered with bread and fries. It had to be sent back and remade. We had to request silverware, had to request napkins, had to request drink refills, we requested sauce multiple times that was supposed to come with meal, but it never arrived..... Nothing provided for us. No service at all. Then when the bill came, we got charged twice for my daughter's meal. This was the worst service I have ever received.

Terrible customer service. The Supposed " clean " dishes were dirty. Brought it up to the waitress she didn't even acknowledge it was dirty just walked away . It's far Too loud in there. They have different two music playing in the dinning room/ bar gave me a headache

We went in today for dinner Since the begining nobody was there to acknowledge us. We waited a couple minutes till a really nice guy approach us. We than went to a table and after 10 to 12 minutes nobody help us i would understand if it was a busy night but all the workers including the manager were just standing around. I was looking foward to dinner after a long drive. I hope they pay more attention.

I am so disappointed. My ribs were completely burnt and tough. I'm not sure why they would give this to a customer. It was clearly burnt as soon as I opened the container. I was too far away to go back. I requested cutlery and got nothing not even napkins. No one was at the counter when I picked up. A lady with a tray of chips walked right past me but said nothing. Finally, a young man comes out and hands me my food. $30 wasted on horrible service and overcooked food that tastes terrible.

Since I had to give 1 star, the one star would be for the drink. Ordered the brisket quesadillas. As soon as it came I noticed they didn’t look appealing. I examined and asked if the cook made an error because they look nothing like the menu. Super tiny, barely any meat, and burnt. The response was, “that’s quesadillas and they are supposed to be small”. I don’t send food back, but that was response was horrible and they were nasty. Called the manager over and he also said this is how they look. What a joke. I didn’t expect gourmet but this was horrible. Won’t be returning to this location.
