Cibo ottimo, noi abbiamo preso un menù degustazione da 50 euro a testa, buonissimo. Il posto fuori è davvero molto carino, dentro è la tipica osteria ma sempre caratteristica. Forse un pochino lenti nel servizio ma tutto nella norma!

Locale molto intimo e accogliente. Il menù propone i grandi piatti della tradizione piemontese. La selezione degli antipasti alla piemontese è irrinunciabile per via della carne cruda battuta a coltello e lo strepitoso vitello tonnato. I tagliarini fatti a mano sono eccezionali. Se non avete fame esagerata potrebbe convenire il menù alla carta per antipasto e primo. Buona la selezione dei vini. Servizio discreto e, tenuto conto degli stretti contatti con Slowfood, lento al punto giusto!

It was a surprising weekend in the province of Alba. Treiso, Osteria del Unione and the hosts were the best part of this trip. Fabio with the wine guide, Rezi the chef with her dishes that really leave you speechless, I'm showing you some of the dishes with the photos below. The veal tonato and the tajarini with white truffles are the best in all of Italy.

We visited last week with my husband and daughter, and had an amazing experience! The service was fantastic from the start. We loved the meat antipasto, especially the selection of cured meats, and the rabbit meat was delicious. My daughter couldn’t stop talking about the gorgonzola gnocchi, it was perfectly creamy. The wine was outstanding and paired beautifully with our meals. Highly recommend Osteia Dell'Uninone for an unforgettable dining experience

Absolutely loved it! Went to Osteria dell’Unione with my family last week and we had the best time! The food was incredible, especially the tajarin pasta, which was hands-down one of the best pasta dishes we’ve ever had. So fresh, silky, and full of flavor. You could tell it was made with care. The whole place has such a cozy, welcoming vibe, and the staff were super kind and attentive. We all left happy and full. The view was amazing and breathtaking. Can’t wait to go back!

Slow Food at its best! Exactly what is to be expected from a time bygone. Enter this Osteria through the doors and forget about the outside world.... the food is what was cooked in another era. The wine list is modest but excellent and the atmosphere exactly what you should expect from such a home-cooked food palace. This phot is the rabbit slow cooked in Barbaresco and a secret combination of other spices. Wonderfully lip—smacking and, obviously, perfect with Barbaresco! Highly recommended.

Vecchia Osteria da me frequentata già negli anni 80'-'90 a conduzione familiare che conserva ancora oggi la Tradizione di piatti classici Piemontesi.. Vale la pena provare.. Voto 8

È la famosa osteria di Treiso nel Roero dove nacque Slow food.Menu contenuto ma genuino.Interessanti le lasagnette con sugo di lumache, buonissimi i tagliolini con ragù di una volta.Ambiente raccolto e rustico.Prezzi non proprio economici ma adeguati al contesto storico-paesaggistico

Locale molto carino in centro Treiso. Suggestivo il pergolato sotto cui si mangia. Molto bello cenare la sera. Proposto un menù fisso e la possibilità di scegliere anche i piatti alla carta, la maggior parte della tradizione piemontese. Cibo di buona qualità, personale cordiale e gentile. Prezzi sopra la media, difficili da giustificare in rapporto a quanto proposto, ma nello standard della zona.

Sembra che ormai spendere più di 100 euro in due, per mangiare due primi e un tagliere di affettati; siano diventati la norma. E il vino, nonostante il tavolino sia tra le vigne, si può bere solo in bottiglia, da 25 euro in su. Niente sfuso locale, come andare a Monaco di Baviera e non trovare birra alla spina. Del resto, vicino a noi c'erano due turisti inglesi che erano estasiati per un piattino di tagliolini al burro, per forza che vengono fatti pagare come se fossero al tartufo bianco...Ormai le Langhe non sono più per noi, un vero peccato

Nel complesso buono anche sé un po' caro... Purtroppo ho preso un intossicazione alimentare dopo aver mangiato qui!

Cibo di buona qualità in complesso, nulla di eccessivamente indimenticabile. Siamo venuti durante il periodo del tartufo e non viene pesato al tavolo come di norma si dovrebbe fare poiché pochi grammi cambiano totalmente il conto finale, ma c’è prezzo fisso di 45€ a piatto che per quello che viene servito è davvero eccessivo. 50 gr di carne e tartufo (non pesato) non valgono decisamente il prezzo. Per mangiare il tartufo c’è molto, ma molto di meglio.

Siamo stati ieri 5/5/2024 con amici. Abbiamo preso un pranzo degustazione da €. 50 e fino ai tagliolini era decente ma quando hanno portato il coniglio con i peperoni è stata una delusione. Il coniglio non sapeva di niente e i peperoni crudissimi affogati in un sughetto acquoso. Insomma abbiamo pagato a testa 60.50 €. Compreso vino, coperto (ben €. 3 ) e acqua (dal rubinetto). Comunque carissimo per un locale molto alla MANO e non vale il prezzo pagato.
