I want to thank the folks at this particular Marco's as they went above and beyond to make sure I could eat last night. Even though I was out of their delivery area they took my order and delivered it to me where the other store wouldn't. Thanks guys. You made this hungry truck driver very happy and the pizza was very good and it filled me up.

I ordered the pepperoni thin crust from Marco's Pizza this Tuesday, and it was amazing! The crust was yummy and thin, and the pepperoni was the perfect amount. The worker Tristan, who helped with my curbside takeout, was wonderful and friendly, which made everything so easy. I'm adding this place to my weekly rotation.

I ordered the pepperoni thin crust from Marco's Pizza this Tuesday, and it was amazing! The crust was yummy and thin, and the pepperoni was the perfect amount. Really good pizza! We tried this place for the first time about a year ago and it has quickly become our go-to pizza place. The pizza is really high quality, and we always get the extra-large which is HUGE. The prices are pretty reasonable normally, but they always have deals and coupons that really make it worth it. Highly recommend!!!

Very disappointed n my pizza tonight. I get multiple pizzas here a month and I’d the quality control continues to be bad I will start making my own at home. The picture I posted was a a pizza with extra cheese but three slice had no cheese on them.

I'm really sad, I gave this place 2 tries recently and both times the Pizzas I ordered both came with hardly any sauce on it, the pizza was so try and overall you can really tell they try to cheap with the toppings and cheese as well. I don't think I'll ever go back there again, the Domino's in Roanoke (which is down the street) is so much better or pastazza in trophy club is million times better.

Awful! This place has really gone downhill after new ownership. Twice now I’ve gone to pickup my order and they had “forgotten” to make it. When my orders have been ready they have left items out or used the wrong toppings. Never ordering from here again.

This place just has terrible service. I ordered two pizzas and cheesy bread online for pick up. I came to the store after receiving the email my pizza was ready. It was not ready and one item hadn’t been started yet. After waiting around for another 15 minutes the person wouldn’t give me my pizzas as he said he needed to check if I paid. Despite the fact that the previous employee working the counter had told him I paid when I arrived. I left without my pizza. I will be arguing the payment with my credit card company.

The guy in the store told me to go to the website and write Marco’s a five star pressuring me to do it when he was staring in front of me. Terrible service terrible customer service very disappointed. Terrible pizza do not order here. I repeat, do not order here.!!!! And the only reason why this place has four stars is because half of these reviews or fake reviews from the Guy making accounts. and putting five stars.

Horrible delivery. After receiving message that the pizza was on the way at 7:12 and a “promise time” of 7:23 PM the ordered pizza finally arrived at 8:10 PM. Two telephone calls during this time were no help.

My granddaughter ordered a small pizza online. They gave a time for pick up when we got there. The place was full of teenagers, pushing and shoving each other and turning the stools upside down it became intolerable so we left. I don’t know whether their pizza is good or bad but I won’t go back to find out, in addition, nobody even came to the counter to find out if we needed to order or had an order Pending !

The local man who used to own Marcos ran this spot perfectly. Unfortunately now it is awful. Our “hamburger pizza” had one piece of hamburger on each of slice…Don’t even get me started on the service. They have lost our business and we will now eat at another pizza place. It’s really sad seeing local businesses go down like this so hopefully they can adjust and go back to there old ways.

I got off of work after a very long shift and was really looking forward to some really great pizza as I used to come here all the time when I lived in trophy club. I started calling just after 11 o’clock to place an order for a simple pepperoni pizza and was on hold for over 30 minutes. When I walked in to talk to the lady about getting a simple pizza, she was very rude and had a horrible attitude with me, telling me that they don’t accept orders within the last hour of the place being open, which is nowhere on their website. Because of this horrible lady and her horrible attitude, I’m taking my business elsewhere from now on and will just be getting a better quality pizza from Tom Thumb on the way out of the neighborhood for tonight. It is also extremely frustrating since I am nine months pregnant and drove all the way over here only to be treated so poorly by the worker behind the counter. I was still on hold when I walked into the store and heard the phone ringing as I was walking in. If she had just taken two minutes to answer the phone and inform me that she was no longer taking orders so I didn’t waste my time, I would have been upset, but understanding and wouldn’t be writing this review. She was extremely rude, and I am extremely disappointed with the service that I received here tonight. Would put 0/5 stars if it were an option just because of her attitude. Disgusting.

The owner/ GM is extremely rude, I normally never add reviews but I had to with this location. The food is never done on time, cold on arrival with there own delivery drivers (not third party) If you want something hot and delivered on time go with any other place in Roanoke/Trophy Club.
