As soon as you walk in your greeted with kind faces ready to help you. Aside from there wide selection of refreshing drinks, there's plenty of delicious treats too. There's both an outdoor and indoor seating areas, which are both spectacular. There free WiFi has great connection and it's very easy to sign into. With the rewards program it's quite easy to save money. I'd definitely recommend coming here!

Just went in 5 minutes ago, I didn’t get the woman’s name or at least don’t remember what her tag said (I believe she may have been a/the manager) ugh😩. However, I ordered a steamed apple juice w 5 pumps of chai and she suggested I try it w oat milk as well. It was literally SO good. She said if I didn’t like it she’d remake it. Best customer service I have experienced in a long time, she was so kind, asked about my day l, what I had going on, and let me know they’re hiring. She is literally the sweetest person and made my entire day, customer service like that is always so refreshing to have. She needs a raise. She sounded like she truly enjoyed her job. She got customers in and out and made my drink so quickly, I’m so used to waiting but, no, it came out almost immediately after I ordered. I left her a tip because that girl is seriously good at her job. Will be coming back.
Everyone of the staff members was so friendly here! I feel like that can be hard to find in chain coffee shops sometimes. Thank you guys for making my morning that much better

I stopped going here for a while because some of the people weren’t so friendly, but this morning I walked over to get coffee and the group of people who were there today are so polite and friendly. I wanted to give a shout to the team that worked this morning.
I was just in to get a couple of gift cards. Everyone was nice and polite. Service was fast and adequate.

This is the BEST Starbucks in North Texas. The Baristas are amazing, friendly, thoughtful, creative, and professional! I always have a good experience here and I wanted to take a moment to recognize Jackie and the great job she does. The place is always clean and everyone is always working so hard to take care of their customers. After working or studying all day it is nice to see the friendly faces at Starbucks in Trophy Club. Thank you for always making it enjoyable experience for me and my family. We are so thankful for all of you.

The atmosphere is nice, cashier didn't show any welcoming attitude, had like too much ice on a acai. But overall it's good.

I went into get iced Americano. it was not really busy and the coffee server (because they are no longer baristas) use the machine and let hot espresso shots. go directly into a plastic cup without ice or water to cool it down. not a good look. you need to retrain your staff

Given 2 stars because they started off in the right direction with getting my drink out quick and correct. Then my breakfast sandwich is where they fell off the cliff. I waited almost 15 min to find out they had my order in the bag of another mobile order and they didn't know until that person came to pick up the order. I checked every few minutes to see what was going on and the people at the counter keep saying it was coming without actually checking. They were assuming someone else was taking care of it. That's poor customer service with not following up to see a problem thru with your customer. This store just lost money because of poor training and I'm eating a cold sandwich. Great job 👍. Oh and once they found the error no one knew how to address it. Like apologize and make it right. Again poor customer service and training of employees. Just to add context there were 5 employees and myself and one other couple was is the store. It wasn't busy. But employees seemed to chat amongst themselves not about work but the night they had.

I realize there are many retailers that are short staffed but that does not make up for poor communication and ignoring customers. Could be fixed with better leadership.
@Starbucks I’m noticing a trend at Starbucks…over-priced, Over-Hyped, ClusterFucks, zombie employees who need reprogrammed to care…completely dysfunctional. At one point (after waiting for an hour for my mobile order) I literally wanted to scream out PLEASE CAN I WIPE DOWN YOUR COUNTERS FOR YOU? But the baristas were too busy robotically bumping into each other and slopping half of the drinks onto the sticky counters…most paid $10 for piss poor drinks and piss poor service…and this is my good review! Seriously what in hell is the big attraction to Starbucks…I just never got it!
Bad service by Mary (I will say Karen) at the front (Cashier) she is really rude. I asked for Venti Chocolate cold brew instead she waa like we dont have that..... However, instead of suggesting it was "white chocolate cold brew". I have to repeat myself 6-8 times for a Hot white chocolate with cream cold foam". I asked for someone else to help me. She said NO and a laughing face. She has very bad attitude. Mary if you are seeing this post (if you don't want work, please stay home or look for something else.) It's not like I am stealing the coffee!
Bad experience at Starbucks trophy club. I ordered a small cortado (which was recommended by a lovely lady staff member and was great that’s why I went straight for 3 day's ) with whole milk and no sugar or flavor. Unfortunately, it was made incorrectly not once, but twice today and yesterday — both times with oat milk/whole and sugar , which is not what I asked for. I couldn’t figure out why it kept happening, so I ended up throwing the coffees away and couldn’t be bothered asking again. Very disappointed
The absolute rudest person I have ever seen at a Starbucks. Im not going to name the young lady, but she definitely does not want to be there and took it out on me. No other customers were around but dang. I hope this young lady understands how her attitude reflects on her employer. However, based on the way she was acting, she simply does not care. I decided not to get anything after such a rude interaction.
